She smiled seeing him turn his face a little to kiss her. She laughed "I sleep to much, Mera says it's the children taking my energy" she said "I did pay them handsomely" she said. She smiled taking his hand in hers "Your amazing my love, Making my heart melt." she said.

She listened to what he said and thought about it for a moment. "Wise words..." she said looking down. "The storms that break us... they make this seem like heaven" she said looking back up into his beautiful eyes.

Daniel laughed. "I don't mind... you look very cute when you sleep... speaking of which, we will have to probably start sleeping the pack in shifts... so this ship can keep moving." he said. "And yes... I'm sure you paid enough for this ship." he smiled. "I'm making yours melt, but you stole mine away." he said kissing her once more.

Markus looked down into her's feeling his knees weaken a bit... how was she able to do that just by looking at him... "Yeah..." he said. "About as close to heaven as we can get on this earth..." he said

"So do you" she said with a laugh. "Yeah that's a good idea, we need to make sure you, Doc or Mera are awake because you three know the way" she said. She smiled at him "You have a way with words don't you love" she said kissing him back.

She felt a stirring in her belly as she looked into his eyes. "Yeah... As close as we can get" she said with a weak smile.

"Hmm... you could say that... how else could a guy like me get a beauty like you?" he said teasingly. "And yes... but I want to sleep when you do... and be awake with you." he said. "And... Doc and Mera... they get along alright." he said. "Maybe put them in change when we sleep?" he said. "Or Doc anyways... I trust Mera... but... still, she is new... someone might give her a hard time if she is in charge." he said.

Markus looked down at her... he wanted to at least touch her... some sort of connection... even to just rub her back... something. Still, he held back. He couldn't look at her anymore... too shy. He looked away and out at the sea. "Still... it is nice... we are going to be out here for a while... luckily though it... isn't too long of a voyage." he said.

She smiled at him "Your looks, way with words" she said "Ok that we can do" she said with a nod. "Hmm yeah they would be ok together." she said. "we could work that as a shift yeah." she nodded again "I trust Mera also but I feel the boys may push it with a lone woman" she said.

She saw him turn away and she looked away also. She felt disappointed in herself when he looked away. She reached out shyly and put her hand on his shoulder, She looked out to sea also "Yeah I think it will be a nice trip... I know your shy... Why are you so shy around me?" she asked then looked down and took her hands away. "Sorry" she said looking down.

Daniel laughed a bit. "Looks and a way with words... hopefully I can hold onto both." he said with a small smile. "Right... with Doc... she should be alright though..." he said. Kissing her lightly. "And work on what as a shift love? Should we meddle in this sort of thing?" he asked.

Markus smiled, feeling her hand on his shoulder... he wanted it to last longer, but when she removed her hand. He reached out holding it, stopping it from going fully back to her side. "No... you... don't need to apologize..." he said softly. "I... just can't help it... I feel... just... odd around you." he said.

"Oh you will my love" she said. "We need to make shifts you and I then Doc and Mera" she said. "We should tell them". "I don't think we should meddle in that yet" she said.

She was surprised when he caught her hand, she blushed and looked down a little. She was unsure what to say "Yeah... Same said to you" she said softly looking down.

Lith flicked a glance at Mera and Doc whom now held hands. She smiled.

Daniel looked to where she was looking, seeing the two. He smiled warmly. "They would make a good couple..." Daniel said a bit quietly... he smiled. Lovingly he looked down. "Hmm... I think we can meddle a bit... what shift do you think would be more romantic for them?" he asked slyly.

Markus smiled, holding her hand. "That... is why I am nervous... and shy... sometimes what I want to say... the words... just get caught in my throat." he said.

She smiled "They are both shy though" she said. "I think we put them on now till Midnight... that gives up time to...." she smiled at him.

She looked up seeing the smile and she smiled herself "I know what you mean" she said slowly.

Markus smiled. "T...thanks..." he said, holding her hand a little tighter now... a little more bold. His heart went a bit faster now...

"Yes... they are... but it seems as if they are starting to warm up to each other." he said. "I... think that is a good idea... plus we can get to sleep." he said. "Then we can take the night shift." he said. "I'll divide the pack in two... I know who gets along best now... so this shouldn't be too hard..." he said. "I'll meet you in our bunk." he said. The boat was made with two beds to a room, more than enough beds for the pack. Plus one captain's quarters which held a large bed. Daniel went around spreading the news.

Markus heard Daniel approached but was too busy looking into Mera's eyes to look up. Daniel told the schedule for watches... he couldn't be happier.

She felt his grip tighten a little and she smiled.

"Sleep?" she asked with a cheeky smile. "Ok you do that love" she said. "See you there" she said walking off with her hips swaying. Lith wandered the halls till she found the captain's room.

Mera looked up seeing Daniel come closer, she blushed "Ok." she said also happy with the shifts.

Daniel couldn't help but watch Lith walk away a bit as he moved about the crew... assigning positions. He watched her still... eager to get done... luckily it didn't take long. He had the pack separated and he then followed Lith, watching everything one last time before ducking into the rooms... looking for the captain's quarters.

Markus smiled. "Well... I guess since we have the same shifts... we get to talk a bit more." he said, blushing a bit. "Or... we could just look out at the sea..." he said offering. "What... whatever you want to do." he said warmly.

"Yeah, get to know one another more" she said also blushing. "We could do both" she said. His voice was kind and almost make her knees buckle.

Daniel enters the room, looking to Lith laying on the bed, her sly smile greeting him. He laughs lightly. "Hmm... what are you thinking?" he said as he sat on the edge of the bed. Looking at her, holding a playful look in his eyes.

"That sounds nice..." he said. Her voice so beautiful. With a small smile he wondered... what should he ask... he had many questions... but... he didn't want to drag up anything she might not want to talk about. "Where did you learn to cook?" he asked. "Something like what you did with our last meal takes some talent." he said with a small smile.

She watched as he entered the room, her man. She smiled more "The Captain needs entertaining some how" she said seeing his playful look. "Just a little fun, then he must rest" she aid as he sat on the edge of the bed. She wriggled over to where he sat then she sat behind him and started to rub his shoulders and give him a massage. "Better?" she asked.

She smiled seeing him look down at her. This was the longest they had been around each other. She listened as his soothing voice spoke to her and calmed her. "My mother was a servant, not a nasty servant, she got nice clothes and paid well. She was a cook. When I was little she used to take me to work and I could stay in the kitchen and she would feed me under the table before the man of the house ate." she said with a smile thinking of her mother. "That was nothing last night. Just a few herbs. You would have loved her cooking" she said.

Daniel smiled, his head rolling a bit when she started to massage him. "Mmm.... that does feel good..." he said feeling some of his tension start to disappear. He relaxed a bit. "Entertainment for the captain hm?" he said. "Sounds like fun." he said slyly.

"Hmm... if that is what you can do with just a few herbs and a camp fire... I wonder what you can do with a whole kitchen." he said. "And... I'm sure I would have loved it. If It is anything like your cooking." he smiled. "Hm... anything you want to know about me?" he asked.

She giggled "feel nice?" she asked. She kissed the back of his neck and across his shoulders. "Feels good?" she asked again with a big smile.

She smiled and blushed "Yeah...." she said. "It was better" she said. "Everything and anything really" she said looking up at him again.

"Well... I joined the pack a while ago... Lith found me... I... had a family." he said. "A wife... And... a daughter..." he said with a little hint of sadness.

He smiled. "A wolf tail in a human form..." he said. He turned lightly and kissed her. "Hmm... sounds nice... easier to balance, but harder to conceal..." he said with a small smirk. In the wilds though... it won't matter... nobody will be around to harm us." he said with a small smirk.

"I... can't..." he said. "My wife... she would think that I am a monster... and my daughter... I... don't know what she would say." he said. "My... wife... Maria... she... is most likely dead by now..." he said looking to her. "I'm sorry... this must be depressing you." he said.

"Oh well... I figured if we could then I would have known already. Besides, it would get in the way and it would be annoying to cut holes in all of my clothes." he said with a little smile. "Hmm... I guess I can." he said teasing her. "I guess you deserve some sort of payback." he said moving a bit till he was behind her. His hands now resting on her shoulders, moving, massaging her. He moved forward, kissing her neck lightly.

"Yeah... but... wouldn't she think of me as a monster?" he said. "And... no... it's fine. It is nice to talk about this with someone." he said smiling softly to her. "You... look a lot like my wife actually." he said looking down. "And... those two always seem to be after eachother. Lith is obsessed with the pup and Daniel can't seem to keep his hands off of her either." he said with a small laugh.

"I would have to stitch your clothes and wash them so no holes thank you. Don't want our children ripping clothes ether" she said with a smile. He moved behind her and she lay down on her belly then undid her top so he could massage all her back. He kissed her neck and she smiled.

"She would understand if you explained. What she wont get is why you left" she said. She felt her heart melt when he spoke softer. She blushed and looked down. "I bet she was beautiful" she said. She laughed "what you mean Pup? She... She changed him?" she asked almost shocked "Was he out of life? or did she take him?" she asked.

"I guess not..." he said moving himself closer down to her... his hands still rubbing her, massaging her muscles. He had full access to her back now... he smiled, looking at her beautiful skin. "Feel good?" he whispered into her ear.

"I know... but... what if she doesn't... I don't think I could go through her rejecting me... because of... this..." he said. "And yes... she did change him. In a way she took him... but Daniel says that she saved him from his old life... His blood was poisoned by a betrayer to our pack... he would turn, but be a twisted form of what he could be. Lith bit him and cleansed his blood, making him more pure." Doc explained.

"Hmm I didn't know my muscles were that stiff" she said feeling herself relax. "Hmmm thanks babe" she said. She got shivers when he whispered in her ear. "Feels wonderful" she said.

"Hmm It's a hard one" she said. "Sorry...". She looked up at him. "I didn't think she could rob someone of their life" she said a little shocked. "Well if it was by his will and he was poisoned then I guess that's ok" she said. "I knew Lith was kind at heart" she said calming down.
