Daniel smiled. "Sorry girls... momma doesn't want you to get too dirty. We are going to have to play a different game... what do you want to do?" he asked them. He loved his little girls... every day he was amazed just watching them.

"Mmmmm... not too late... I think it is around noon... or a little before." he said. "You were out for a while..." he said with a little smile. "I should start running a bit..." he said. Markus also stayed the same for the most part...

Sabe's blue eyes looked up at her father as her little pink lips pulled back to show off her dimples. Her hair was down to her shoulders and full of ringlets "Sorry Momma" she said over her shoulder, she got onto her toes and whispered to her Daddy "We could get Momma to play" she said.

Mera smiled "You never know when you might need to run" she said. "It's a good habit to have" she said with a smile.

Lith looked at them with a eyebrow raised "What are you playing pappa?" she asked seeing him smile and her little girls smile.

"I'll hold you to it" she said feeling him snuggle close "I do?" she asked as she snuggled close and ran her nose through his hair "So do you" she said.

He looked to the girls. "Hide and Seek..." he said with a little smile. "That sound fun?" he asked. He looked to see if the girls wanted to play that.

"Mmm... we probably should get up at some point..." he said looking at her, his eyes closing lightly. "And yes... you do..." he said. "Hard to stay away from you some times.

Both girls bobbed their head. "Oh...Ok just one game" she said walking out to where they were standing.

"Yeah I promised our God children we would say hello" she said sitting up, she patted him on the chest "Come on I said their god Father would come also" she said with a laugh as she got up. "That's why you don't stay away from me" she said "Are you trying to stay away from me?" she asked as she battered her eye lashes.

Daniel smiled. "Now... who should go look, mommy or daddy?" he asked the girls. He smiled, at Lith, happy she was going to play with them. She had turned out to be a wonderful mother.

Markus smiled as he got up, he looked her up and down with a little smile. "Aye... that's why it is hard to keep my hands off of you..." he said. "Mmm... why would I try to stay away from you..." he said. "You are too fun to be around..." he said putting his arms around her.

She laughed and kissed Daniel softly as the girls moaned and looked away. Lith laughed "I think Daddy should look" she said looking to the girls "What do you think?".

"Hey" she said pulling his arms away from her "If you keep grabbing me we will never get dressed and see our girls" she said.

(ooh Idea... Mera could have a boy and then a complication could arise when he grows up with the girls and starts to like them.)

Daniel smiled and nodded. Laughing as the girls looked away. "That sounds good..." he said. "I guess I should close my eyes then... better hurry... you won't have too long..." he said. Daniel closed his eyes and started counting.

"Oh fine..." he said laughing. "I do want to see them..." he said. He moved to get on his clothes...

Lith smiled and picked up both girls then ran inside. Sabe hid in the sink with a pile of washing overtop of herself and Aleisha hid in the cupboard, while Lith went outside to hide in the wood shed.

"Go boy" she said with a laugh as she tossed his clothes to him and dressed herself.

Daniel looked up once he finished counting and looked about, he thought he heard little steps on the front porch... he would check inside first. "Ready or not, here I come!" he called out. Standing up he moved inside and opened the door, looking about he could almost smell them. "Hmmm... where did those two monsters hide?" he said playfully.

He watched her dress. "Not as 'good' as I lead on." he said dressing.

Aleisha held her hands over her mouth to stop giggling and Sabe did the same so Daniel couldn't hear her breathing. Lith rubbed herself with a old bag of horse food to hide her smell, she knew how to hide herself well.

She laughed "I know that you cheeky thing" she said.

Daniel smelt the air...they were going to have to learn to hide their scent a bit more... he would teach them later... he could hear giggling slightly. He smiled. "Hmmmmm... Gotcha!" he said Going to the sink, finding Sabe. He sniffed the air once more and found his other little girl. Opening the cupboard he smiled. "And there you are!" he said with a little smile.

Markus laughed, getting fully dressed. "Hehehe... but you must like that some times..." he said with a little laugh.

The girls let out a little squeal as they were found by their dad. "Why are you so good Daddy?" Sabe asked taking his hand "Where's Momma?" Aleisha asked.

She laughed and kissed him softly "Some times" she said with a crooked smile "Come on Let's go" she said.

Daniel looked at Sabe. "I can always find my little girls... it's a father's instinct... I'll teach both of you how to hide well soon... and now for your mother..." he said. He sniffed the air... he couldn't smell her... she had more years on him... she knew how to hide well. He thought back, remembering the footprints that he heard... only two of them went inside... and it was the girls... "She is outside somewhere..." he said heading outside, sniffing around... thinking where she might be hiding...

"Alright..." he said following her out of the house. Going to see his god children. Like Daniel he was always amazed to see the little ones grow and learn.

Lith changed and dragged the sack over herself as she lay quietly.

She smiled and took his hand "They grow so fast" she said as if she was voicing his thoughts. As they came closer to the house she let out a small howl and the girls came running.

Daniel smiled at the girls once more before he continued his search... he was outside when he heard a familiar howl. He smiled, hearing the girls running out. He was going to find Lith first. He sniffed around... not smelling anything out of the ordinary... she was good... Now he just had to guess. He started looking about, under the deck, little hideaways until he finally made his way to the shed.

Markus smiled seeing the girls run out to them, seeing their bright faces. But where was Lith and Daniel?

Lith waited till he got close then she pounced and licked his face, she changed back and dressed again with a laugh "Is Mera and Doc here?" she asked helping him up.

Mera smiled and picked up Sabe and spun her round while Aleisha jumped up and down. "Does god mamma get a kiss?" she asked.

When she jumped out, Daniel didn't see her until it was too late. He fell to the ground with her licking his face. "Gah! You win!" he said. Daniel got up with her help. "Yeah... they let out a howl... The kids are out with them now." he said.

Markus watched the little girls and how they adored Mera. He smiled, happy... he keeled down the the girls. "Hey, what about me?" he said opening his arms.

Lith smiled seeing the children in both of their arms. "Markus, Mera" she said with a slight bow of her head.

Sabe's attention was held by Mera's necklace, "Ah Lith, Daniel how are things?" she asked "I see you've fed them well they are bigger since I last saw them".

Daniel followed suit, bowing his head slightly. "Aye... feeding them well... little wolves eating us out of house and home." he said. "I wouldn't have it any other way." he said. He didn't mind hunting, especially for his family.

Markus let Aleisha go and looked at her. "Geez girl, you have gotten big... how old are you now?" he asked

Daniel smiled, he liked the fields that they had planted. Plenty of vegetables were planted, some that he could even sell... after the events of the few years ago... a peaceful life with Lith was a nice change.

"Four? That sounds about right." he said. "Geez you are getting bigger every day kid." he said still teasing the little one.
