The ships landed on the shore and Takeda gives the signal his men fire a huge volley of arrows. So many arrows it seemed as the sky darkned. Takeda's fighting skills were beat by his stargety skills while the volley of arrows landed on the ships that just pulled up on the shore Taked, Chino, and elite unit known as the Wind Slashers ran under the volley of arrows and as the volley struck the boats and all the men ducked or where killed by raining arrows when the last arrow struck the Wind Slashers jumped on the boats and slaughter the remaining men. Takeda smiles as he looked up and saw the other boats moving in. Takeda smiles as the They all took cover in the cabins of the other boats. when the rest of the boats showed up they would rain down another volley of arrows.

Stepping into the bath Lizabeth let out a sigh of relive and just allowed the hot water to ease her sore muscles. She leaned her head back and closed her eyes. She was concered about her husband and what he was doing but there wasnt anything she could really do and worry was worthless and pointless so she just tried to relax.

After a bit she washed herself and then just as she was standing a servent walked in and curtised. "May I be of service?" Lizabeth not used to it but not wanting to offend nodded and allowed herself to be dried and dressed. The servent then handed her a drink. "Tis ease the stiffness" Lizabeth took it.
The servent then brushed and braided her hair.

"I was wondering if there be something that I can help with to pass the time until my husband comes home?"

Takeda smiled as his borther and him hid in the same cabin. Taked looks at Chino and says, "Hey watch my back bro. This next boat raid is gonna be the major army. Hang in tight the plan is to keep them off the beach and hit them while they least expect it. When the next volley of arrows come we will hit the water. Then we will attack their boats while they are distarcted at the volley. When we finish attacking the first line we will. lead the boats in and face the rest of them on the shore.

Although only a short time had passed Lizabeth was going a little nuts she was pacing until some servents found her some wool and seated her down by the fire. Lizabeth finding out that there were some village women had just had babies Lizabeth made little booties and hats and blankets. It ketp her busy for a couple hours.

She made a few little packages, full of hats and and booties and blankets, she figured she would do this everytime that Takeda went out. Her hands were beginning to hurt and she wondered how long she had been at the knitting.

The main boats came in and crashed into the boats that had already been taken over while Takeda and his men hid safely in the cabin of the conqured boats. Takeda smiles and says, "Chino change of plans." He lets out a huge high pitched whistle and says, "We are going tol let them come into these boats and then we are going to set them a blaze forcing the reamaing army out to sea." He smiles and says, "So get ready to set these things a blaze."

The more time that passed the more nervous Lizabeth got she had already made 3 hats and 3 sets of booties and started on the blankets she had run out of wool and now was pacing around the home. Finally unable to handle it anymore she made her way down the stairs and passed the garden she made her way to the gates, she wanted to see how Takeda was doing. She knew there would probably be guards to stop her, or servants from the castle but she was going crazy inside the keep.

She knew she couldnt walk down to where the war was happening she would be a distraction to Takeda but she wanted to be able to do soemthing anything to make the time pass quicker.

Takeda set his boat a blaze as the boats crashed hard into his boat. As the boat set a quick blaze Takeda runs off the boat. He smiles as he hit the beach and so did ther rest of the wind slashers. They all take off towards the bank as the men on the banks coverd them with volleys of arrows. They made it back to their hide out as thousands of arrows flew over their head and the ships set other boats on fire. Takeda smiles and says, "General wrap it up Chio back to the castle we must see if the battle feild has changed. Takeda, Chino and the Wind Slashers saddle up and ride towards the keep. About four minutes later they all rode into the keep. Takeda sees Lizabeth at the gates. He dismounts his horse and looks at the head of the Wind Slashers. Go talk stragey with my father. He grabs Lizabeth and says, "My love I need you to remain in the keep where it is safe.

Standing by the gate Lizabeth heard the incoming horses but she did not have any time to do anythng so she stood there, she was certain it was her Takeda anyways, there was no way that Takeda would let anyone get passed him.

When she saw Takeda she smiled. "My love you are alright" But when he grabbed her she frowned he seemed angry she looked up at him. "I am sorry Takeda but I was worried about you, and when I get worried I get carless" She lightly kissed his lips "I didnt mean to make you angry I was just bored and worried"

She sighed "But I was able to knit some things for the newest babies born here"

Takeda looks at her and says, "I am not angry I was just worried about you." He turns her around and says, "Now get up those stairs." He smiles and kisses her cheeks and says, "Next time I know its hard but just stay here." He grabs her arm and pulls her into him. "I have no idea what I wold do if I lost you."

Looking up at him as he said that he was worried about her. "And I was worried about my husband fighting a battle" She smiled as he kissed her cheek then nodded "Fine I will stay here but I would need more wool to knit and something to do, I am not going to become a fat lazy princess" She crossed her arms stubbronely "You will not lose me my love if you have forgotten I kept myself and my sisters safe until you came along."

Takeda says, "Find the weapons master. After that you will start to make your own yumi bow. When you finish making the Yumi bow. You will now start to practice with the Yumi bow." He looks around and grabs her hand as he leads her into the castle. "You will continue to use the bow until it becomes an extension of your arm and when you finish all of that I will find something else for you to do." He lets go of her hand at the entrance to castle. He turns and looks at the battle feild as he didn't see as much smoke as he should have. He looks back at Lizabeth and says, "You start that now I have unfinished business." He whistles for his horse and jumps on its back and takes off for the battle feild.

Listening to Takedas orders she nodded. "As you wish Husband." It seemed like he wanted her ready to fight even if it wasnt proper for a princess to do so. Once whe was in the castle she hoped that she could kiss her husand but he seemed distracted

Soon he was gone again. She watched him then obeyed his wishes. He went down to the weapons master who bowed

"Princess" Lizabeth was not used to being called that she then explained what Takeda wanted . He nodded and started to hel her.

Takeda was halfway back to the beach when he spotted his men in a full retreat. He rode right to his general and says, "Whats going on?" His gerneral looks up and says, "Sorry your highness they some how sow through your attack. While we fought the mongols on the boats. More erupted from the water and charged right in to our ranks. Takeda looked up and says, Send back the Wind Slashers." Takeda grabs FireStarter reigns and takes off towards the beach.

Unaware of what was happening around her Lizabeth was hard at work at making her yumi bow, being a quick learner she was able to finish making it quickily and started to practise it.

The weapon master was surprised on how fast she was learning. He smiled and motioned for others to watch the princess work.

Taked runs into the monogal army about halfway to the beach. He smiles and grabs his banryuu off of firestarter and jumps off and charges into the army. His dual Katanas on his hip and his banryuu in his arms. He went slicing through the frist wave like ther were nothing. After finishing the frist wave. He looked up as huge wave of arrrows and knives came straight at him. He instantly put his banryuu in front of him. it stopped everything that was aimed straight at him. Once the barrage was over the ground was covered in kinves and arrows.

Lizabeth was hard at work trying to perfect her work. She was hard at work. Everyone was shocked at how well she was doing. They were all proud of her and knew that Takeda had found the woman that could lead with him when the time came.

"I think that is enough for one day Princess" The weapons master said

Lizabeth looked at him "I suppose you are right I do not want to be to tired I will have to tend to Takeda when he returns"

The room bowed to her and she walked back up to their room and on to their balcony to see if she could see anyting yet.

The fleeing army reached the keep. The Head General screams out. "Wind Slashers your king calls you." The elite force assembles and head out to find there king.

While the WindSlashers headed out Takeda had held his ground not one man had made it buy him. He was cutting down anyman that got to him. He had made a line and he wasn't letting anybod cross it. Unfourtnetly he had taken a couple of injurys but they didn't stop him.

When they fleeing army reached the keep and screamed out Lizabeth ran down the stairs. "Whats happening?" She was nervous about her husband. She looked around for anyone to anserw her and went to the head general.

"General please tell me what is going on?"

The General brushes by Lizabeth and says, "I have on time to chat. He then starts screaming out orders to the men. "Bring all villagers into keep prepare the keep for battle place all women and children at the keeps escape. And someone send the wind slashers to aid our prince. He is taking on an arm by himself now." He then truns and says, "And someone get the princess inside with the rest of the women and children.

Back on the bathway some many bodies had piled up at the princess feet it looked as the though he was building a wall of bodies. He fought with his katana and moved around his banryuu occasionaly using it as a sheild. Not one man had passed the line he made from the start.

Staring at the General as he brushed passed her she grew more nervous she knew that something bad was happening. She licked her lips and began to pace. She could tell some how that he was hurt. She gasped as the General spoke telling them that her husband was taking on a army by himself.

When he made the comment about something getting inside she turned "I do not need help in that I was simply worried about my husband. She walked inside the keep and into the quarters they shared. And sat in her window seat looking out her window.

It seemed everyone here just saw her as someone in the way. She sighed and leaned her head against the window. No mater what she did it seemed people still saw her in the way and useless.

Takeda remind up holding his line. He sliced down as many people as he could. He had cut after cut. He had fallen been cut several times. None of the cuts were deep. He smiles as his line held and his swords cut through everything. He hid on the other side of his banryuu slicing down ever man that tried to cross his line.

At the keep the wind slashers had saddled up and pulled off. They where on the way in a full out charge to the princes side.

Takeda looks up as he sees mongols in the woods trying to pass him up. Takeda straps his banryuu to his back and then takes off in a srprint in order to cut off the men trying to pass him up.

Lizabeth sat in the window seat looking down shaking. She was nevous and upset but knew that she would do better in her room. She closed her eyes as the tears silently fell down her face. She said silent prayer for her dear husband, she was a young bride, they had a long life ahead of them and they would have it. She knew that it would be a happy one.

She waited there for sight of her husband.

Takeda cut the men off he looks at them as he realized he couldn't stop them on both sides of the road. He looks ahead he sees his wind slashers on the way to meet him. Takeda whistles and FireStarter comes running. Takeda pulls himself up on FireStarter before the horse could even stop. He looks at the wind slashers. "They Brought a massive army. Head back to the keep they wish to over take it and the when the battle through pure force." Takeda leads the way back to the keep. He jumps off his horse after entering the gate and smiles and says, "Soilders the plan to take the keep with nothing but force. I want archers on the wall with WindSlasher at their side. Then I want all of the main army at the gates. Then for retreat keep the elite squads at the door. And for last take the royal guards and make them guard the rear of the women and children who may have to flee if all else fails." The men start to get into position. Chino starts down the stairs and says, "Where do you want me." Takeda looks at him and says, "I want you to go get Lizabeth and then take lead at the front of the children and women with the elite soilders if they must flee their is a chance they maybe ambushed and you must protect them." Chino nodds with a disappoionted look on his face but follows his instructions and goes to get Lizabeth. He walks into her room and says, "Takeda wants you he is in the court yard."

Since her eyes were closed Lizabeth missed all the action and only snapped out of her misery when she heard footsteps near her room. Looking out the window she could see that something bad was happenng. She took deep breaths tryng to figure it all out. What was happening she wondered. Something not good she could tell that. She guessed that by all the activity they were under attack

She turned her head twoards the noise of the footsteps excepting to see a guard tellng her that she had to get to safty. When her eyes fell on Chino and he gave her the messages she jumped up and raced to the court yard looking for Takeda.

Takeda had a Katana in each hand and was barking orders. He looks up and sees Lizabeth. He rushe over to her side. He wraps his arms around her and says, "I need you to stay near Chino he will be leading the women if all else fails. Grab the yumi bow u made. Keep it near you and get at least two sashes of arrows." He hugs and kisses her I will protect my soilder we will be behind the people if they over take us here." He smiles and kisses her and nodds for Chino to grab her and lead her to the saftey tunnels.
