Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Adam nodded, having to agree that it wasn't stealing if they just went to a different movie instead. "Alright" he said, wondering if Mark was the kind of person who talked through the whole movie. He bought his ticket after the other neko, walking downstairs calmly unlike the other, who ran. He didn't bother getting in line for food, not being hungry or anything. He walked over to the place that had the straws and napkins and things and leaned against it, waiting for Mark to get his food.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Soon enough it was Mark's turn to get food he looked in his wallet and asked for a large popcorn and a large pop and a bag of Skittles. He paid the lady who was giving him a weird look and soon enough had his food and was walking over happily to where Adam was waiting for him. He grabbed a couple napkins and a straw then looked at Adam, "You're not getting anything?" He asked.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Adam was looking around at all the people, tail swishing as he waited. He looked at Mark as the short neko came to the place where he was leaning and grabbed what he needed. "No, I'm not hungry" he said with a smile. He checked the ticket and saw that they were in the ninth teatre, and it started in about 10 minutes. "Okay, well, we're in theatre 9. . ." he said, looking arounf for it. He wasn't quite sure where it was in the building, but it couldn't be that hard to find.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Mark laughed a Adam said he didn't want to eat anything and looked up at Adam for a moment as he said what theater they were in. He nodded and started skipping down the hall, knowing exactly where he was going. He liked to come here by himself every once and a while. He walked down one hall and then another then waited outside of the large doors for Adam to catch up.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Adam followed to the theatre, walking quickly. His tail twitched slightly as people stopped walking and stared, something that didn't happen as often as just plain staring, but had happened many times before. He sped up a bit as more people stared, putting his hands in his pockets uncomfortably as he navigated the hallways. He let out a sigh as he finally made it to the 9th theatre where Mark was waiting for him. "People need to learn that it's rude to stare" he said a bit irritably.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
"Phht! Let them stare, they're all just jealous, cuz they wish they could be as hot as us!" He said with a smile walking happily into the theater and seating in a seat practically in the very middle of the entire place. No one was sitting directly in front of them, which he hated because of how short he was and even some little kid can disturb his view. There were some older teens a couple rows back and stared and talked amongst themselves laughing slightly. Mark laughed too and flipped them off over his shoulder and he could tell this pissed off some of them and they almost got up to confront him, but decided against it which made the neko laugh more.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Adam grinned slightly and followed the shorter neko into the theatre. He was pretty sure that wasn't the reason, but he didn't say anything about it. He glanced around the room as he followed Mark, not quite so fond of sitting in the middle of the theatre, but he didn't say anything about that either. "Um, I don't think it's very smart to tick off people that could probably beat you up" he muttered when the other neko flipped off the other teenagers behind them. Getting beaten up wasn't something he would enjoy, and he was pretty sure Mark wouldn't either, but he probably wouldn't listen to the advice anyways.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Mark shrugged, "Let them try..." He said with a smirk at Adam. "They don't scare me, so don't let them get to you either, alright?" He said with a smile running a hand through his messy hair, just making it more messy then it was before. He sat down and stuffed a fistful of popcorn in his mouth before stretching out in the seat with a sigh getting as comfortable as he possibly could.
Re: Diebus Fatalibus
Adam sighed and shook his head. He wasn't surprised with the answer. "Um, sure" he muttered, hoping that the teens didn't decide to come down to confront Mark or something. He pulled his long legs up onto the seat and crossed them, slouching down as he normally did. He was used to trying to make himself as small and unnoticable as possible. he got comfortable easily and settled down to watch the movie, wondering how soon it would start. He glanced sideways as a lady walked down the aisle to sit near them before noticing their ears, and turning around to go find another seat. "People can be so immature about seeing nekos" he muttered, rolling his eyes as the lady sat a few rows in front of them.
