Elements -- he can change stings, like a while shirt into black slacks, or small peices of lint into gold... power used takes depends on size of objects.... turning lint into gold would be easy, though when in a weakened state it would be taxing and he would feel dizzy after.

FP invisibility ---
FP shape shifting ... animals, people ...
FP Dementions --- needs full power to transfers to the spiritual demention on earth or to Heaven or Hell.
Weapons-- He gaurds heaven's gate with a blazing sword of fire,... needs full power to weild it... sword only answers to him, no one else can wield it...

FP Channeling -- He can channel power in waves or in bolts for accuracy

Miracles,

Healing... depends on the size healing a fever would simple in Full Power, but taxing otherwise

Multiplying making a water last for a few friends would be easy in full power, but feeding the five thousand would be quite a chellenge

Strengths.... Fire cannot burn him even his wings cannot be burned although hot metal , or boiling water Will burn him... He can talk rocks... and sometimes they talk back.

History

Not very much to him, no family, just work.

Victory is ageless and pure, he takes pride in this. He never gets involved with mortals, has no lover, or family. His only purpose along with is to guard heaven's first gate against the traitorous dark angels that desire to take over.

Some rules regarding mortals... No killing, ... ... but his pet rock can....(this is a joke) , but he can speak to rocks and if they listen, he technically didn't really kill anyone.. the rock did... and thats just an accident.
