He looked to her an then chuckled slightly "If you say so" he says with a slight smirk.."all I really know is this gem its helped me out over the years" he says with a grin as he looked to her.."I'm guessing you've had to charge your as well" he asks her curiously

she arched a brow slightly before shrugging'' only once, and that is because it took me a while to learn every thing before i figured out that it has its limit. '' shrugged as she disappeared again this time with a large box.. '' but that was over... four years ago now? haven't had to charge again yet. and its only because i don't use it a whole lot. ''

He looked to her and then grinned slightly..."I see...well if I'm gonna be around your gonna wear it down using it on me all the time.."I'm sure this collar is using continuous power." he says as he liked to her..."well I deffintly feel better now." he grinned "thank you."

she grinned'' not a chance.. that itty bitty collar only uses a small portion. besides it won't be on you for long. '' coming out of the vault she locked it again before going over to her desk to write a few things down. '' and your welcome. .. don't worry , if your lucky i will give you a box lunch '' she teased, actually she was planning on leaving him a full meal where ever she left him, give him a head start on whatever he wanted to do as long as it didn't involve her. '' hmm believe it or not, but there is another reason why i kept alcohol around. it helps with the stress the gem puts on your body. your lucky you haven't had a heart attack yet or something. ''

He grinned slightly as he looked to her "you actually gonna trust me enough to take this off of me?" he says with a chuckle.."who's to say I just won't come back and attempt to rob you again?" he says with a smirk.."or worse.." he added calmly as cocked his head to te side looking to her.

He grinned looking to her."murder is worse."he says with a smirk as she tugged him of the coutch. Though he didn't believe in such things she never knew for sure. "what things do you have planned?" he questioned her curiously. "you gonna invite that guy over?" he says with a chuckle

she snorted, '' hell no. i prefer either you or my pets over those guys. '' she shook her head as she arched a brow and looked him over.. '' no.. i doubt you will be willing to kill an innocent woman.. '' she grinned, they had actually spent a few hours down in that vault, it had only felt like minutes to her, glancing out the window of her kitchen she sighed.. '' well. suppose i better get you on your way.'' she had enjoyed his company, but knew she couldn't keep him there long. as it was she was going to have to change some of her security things. wanting to take him by surprise she appeared in front of him, leaning up and this time she was the one that kissed him as she slid her hand to the back of his neck once more, sending another small shock to knock him out..

when she had him on the floor she sighed as she licked her lower lip.. '' shame... actually like you .. '' shook her head as she kneeled down and took the collar off of him, pulling his shirt up again as she pulled out a smaller blue gem .. '' should do the trick for now. '' muttered, letting it merge with his. she would be able to track him that way.while he was out she packed him a large dinner,even put in a bottle of brandy for him with a spare change of clothes before she had him transported to the other side of town in a hotel room completely paid off for the night. they would leave him be since she paid good money for privacy.. he would more then likely be confused how he got there but atleast he would feel good.

Once he was out of her home she went about her business for the entire night cleaning things up before going back down to her vault and changing every lock mechanism down there.

He was caught by supprise that was for sure but he managed to kiss her back before everything went blank..hours later he started to come too when he heard a familer voice.."iv been looking all over for you." was all he heard before a heavy hard object smashed into his head knocking him out instandly..

When he woke he was chained with his hands suspended above him..his vision was blurry but he could make out the sound of the mafia leader...his father..."you've taken from me..and I want it back tell me where it is!"he demanded as he grabbed Zieks chin roughly...Ziek winced..."go to hell and you can't have back nor will I tell you where it is." he muttered as he looked away from his father.."that's fine...I'll just have to beat it out of you.." his father said as he uncoiled a long leather whip with small blades at the tip.."I'm sure you remember this don't ya boy.." his father growled harshly as he dissappeared behind him..

Ziek took a breath before screaming out in pure agony as the whip bit his skin over and over again..."TELL ME WHERE IS BOY!!" his father yelled as he continued taking chunks from Zieks back. "it's part of me now....you can't have it..." Ziek said with a wince.."it accepted you as it's master!" his father grew ferious as he walked up to him kicking his ripped of shirt away that was laying on the ground.."oh it's in your chest is it." he grinned as he ran his finger over it..he then grinned as he pulled out a pair of plyers and gripped on to te gem and starting pulling at it..Ziek let out shrieks this had to be the worst pain he had eve been in even after the whipping he recived...after a bit Zieks screams stopped since me passed out from the sheer pain..his father had ripped the gem he had embeded in his chest out but the gem fought against his fathers hold wanting to go back to it's original owner...he then took the gem and locked it in a safe before lookig at the henchmen.."take Hume and dump him on the streets..no one will miss him..."he muttered looking a ziek whoes body was limp and he was surrounded by a pool of blood..."and clean up the mess" he says

The henchmen took Ziek and drove by a corner randomly dropping him off on the side of the road leaving him for dead..he was only a few blocks from nevaeh's house

Neveah frowned as she nearly hit her head on one of the cabinets that was opened, frowning she glanced out the window where the dogs where barking madly.. '' what the bloody hell ?" she glanced at the clock, it was nearly dawn. she always lost track of time when she was busy, frowning she half closed her eyes to concentrate, sensing that it wasn't Ziek since the jewel was telling her that he was somewhere else. not where she left him , so figured he had woken up. grabbing the leashes she gave a whistle , summoning one of the larger dogs to her, clipping the lead to his collar she headed outside. '' come on, lets check out the commotion duke. '' muttered, he pulled on the chain harshly , nearly dragging her across the yard. kicking her shoes off to keep from killing herself she ran barefooted with the dog.

it didn't take long however for the dogs to find ziek, swearing in surprise she ran over to him, kneeling down . '' bloody hell what happened. '' she scowled. she was going to kill whoever ratted ziek out, the hotel people where supposed to keep their bloody mouths shut.. rolling him over and quickly checking to make sure he was still alive before getting him back to the house, laying him down on the bed and stripped him down completely , wincing as she got him cleaned up , uncovering every bit of his wounds, and even discovered his gem gone.. '' not good.. '' bit her lip , bandaging him up as best as she could, giving him pain medications to help him. he could live without the gem, but she didn't know what damage may have been done, and it would be easy for her to get the gem back. , Holding her hand out she concentrated hard, wincing from the pain of it as she summoned the gem., she was only able to do that because of the tracking gem she had merged with it.. ''' bloody hell that hurt.. '' muttered, confused on why it had been hard to summon it but then figured maybe it had been taken by another person with a gem. possibly that mob boss.

cleaning the gem off and making sure it hadn't been damaged in any way or messed with she held it out over his chest, slowly helping it merge back with him. '' easy ziek... '' she held him down when he jerked, it was normal, a merging with a gem and body was slightly painful but not as bad as getting those wounds he had.. once it was done she moved closer to brush his hair aside.. '' i am sorry hun, didn't know this would happen to you , thought i left you somewhere safe.. ''

Even in his unconscious stage when she went to move him he groaned and moaned from the pain. He could even feel everythig she was doing as well..he stayed out for a good few days before waking up and immidatly trying to sit up made him groan in pain.."Damn it." he muttered for every time he took a breath his back felt like it was being ripped off he laid back down breathing hard as a sheen of sweat formed on his face..his hands then moved to his chest feeling the gem was back. He then recognized that he was back in neveah's house..he remembered everything that had happened to him and it just built up anger and worry.."Nevaeh?" he called out weakly.

she had been gathering new bandages for his back when she heard him call out, frowning she took the bag and ran up the stairs and into the room, relaxing when she saw him awake.. '' i am here.. you had me worried. '' going over to him she checked his temperature. making sure it was going down before sitting down nest to him.. '' how you feeling? well other then your back in pain ..'' his chest looked better which was good. meant there was no damages done to him when the gym had been forcibly removed.. '' i need to roll you over on your stomach hun, your bandages need to be changed and i need to add more cream to those wounds of yours.. ''

He looked to her.."sorry.." He says with a wince before shaking his head.."no I have to go when he finds the gem gone he'll be back for me..." he says as he went to sit up groaning in agony..."if he knows what you have he'll come here...I not putting you in Danger over my stupidity..." he says he looked to her sweat running down his face from the strain he was putting on himself.."just let me go.." he says

she pushed him gently back down and snorted, '' hun, let me explain something to you about these gems i have. '' she carefully rolled him over on his stomach before she gently began to remove the soiled bandages and cleaned his back, being as careful and gentle as possibly. '' if this mob boss. has a gem embedded in himself. i can use mine to keep him from so much as sensing a single wave of energy from this place. sort of like a shield of sorts. that way if he does come looking, and he finds this place, all he is going to feel and sense. is a big house with two people in it. two ordinary people. i have already taken precautions hun'' she cleansed his back, some of the wounds had to have stitches but atleast she could see they where no longer infected. smoothing on a numbing cream she glanced down at him'' your safe hun. trust me.. and he cannot track that gem of yours. nor you. i am a master at this. '' smiled as she lightly brushed a soft kiss against his cheek'' sweet of you to worry about me though. ''

He looked to her as she pushed him back down. He winced a few times when she went to changing his bandages..he then blushed slighty when she kissed his cheek.."he's not just some mafia guy...he's my father..." he says with a wince his back still bothering him when he breathed."his resouces are every were..for you know he could have spotted you bringing me back...he doesn't have a gem...and he killed my mother for this one..I got tired of his beatings and left taking the only thing I had left from my mother..." he says with a sigh.."it's not safe to be near me...that's why I don't let anyone get too close..for fear that he'll find me and kill them.."he muttered

she frowned, now figuring out why he had stopped suddenly in talking about his father from before.. shaking her head she carefully bandaged h is back again before washing her hands, once that was done she knelt down beside the bed so she could be face to face with him.. '' hmmm .. how could a father do that to his own flesh and blood.. i will never understand that.. '' looked him in the eyes smiling slightly as she brushed hair from his face.. '' hun... they dumped you on the side of the street, as far as i know they think you are still there dieing in a gutter.. i only found you because my dogs where going off.. still don't mean i won't take precautions.. there are hardly windows here so no one can see in this room.. i have plenty of security systems that normal people will have a hard time not tripping.. trust me .. i have dealt with mob boss's before.. '' made a face slightly .. '' i will admit.. some of my gems where not... acquired legally.... i had to do a little stealing myself a few times.. i just couldn't let those that don't understand these gems, abuse them.. '' she focused on him again and crossed her arms on the bed to rest her chin on them.. '' they won't get this close to you ever again.. and they sure as hell won't touch me.. rest.. you need it, your back should go numb soon. the stuff will ease your pain.. just wish i had a little more healing abilities..''

He looked to her listening to her closely..."so you have stolen." he says with a slight grin that turned to a laugh and then a wince..."ohhh don't make me laugh..."he says as he then looked up to her.."I can't thank you enough..."he says with a sigh as he looked to her. "you've done what you can..that's what matters.." he says with a smile before his eyes grew heavy he was then out sleeping soundly

she smiled, shrugging when he laughed at her stealing.. '' yea yea.. not really proud of it but i am not that innocent.. '' she watched him fall asleep and slowly relaxed, she was relieved, it meant he was not in that much pain at the moment for him to fall asleep so quickly. getting up she pulled the top sheet over him, it would keep him warm but was light enough to not bother his back. calling for her dogs she gave them the command to sit by the bed and guard him as she went and cleaned up the mess she had made, tossing old bandages out and gathering new ones to set aside for later.

when she got back to the room she made a fire in the fire place before laying out on the couch with a good book, she was going to stay with him the whole night to make sure he had everything he needed.

Eairly the next morning he finally woke once more. He almost stretched but caught him self..he know his back looked bad before...he didn't even wanna think about what it looked like now...he then looked over seeing her on the coutch sleeping. He yawned slightly regreting it seeing that it pulled his back once again

she stirred slightly when she heard the dogs move, yawning she slowly opened her eyes, wincing slightly as she stretched out and felt every muscle in her body was sore and every bone in her back popped, '' ow.. '' grumbled, getting up she stretched and looked over to him, seeing he was awake.. '' hey . how you doing?" she forgot easily about her discomfort before going over to him and sat down on the edge of the bed.'' back still bothering you ? ''

He looked over to her hearing the popping.."you shouldn't sleep uncomfortably on my behalf..." he says as he looked to her. "it's not as bad as it was yesterday he says with a smile.."I just don't like being bed bound.." hemsays as he cocked his head to the side finally feeling that he was under dressed..be blushed slightly as he lifted the covers seeing that he was completly naked..he then sighed.."iv put you threw too much trouble" he says shaking his head slightly..

she watched him blush slightly before shrugging. '' nah, the couch is comfortable and all, just not used to anything other then a soft bed. that and i fell asleep in a weird spot.. '' she glanced back at him, watching as he finally noticed he was stark naked under the sheet.'' relax.. i didn't rape you or anything sheesh'' she teased, tucking the covers back around him. '' and your not any trouble at all so stop that.. i got fresh clothing for you , and some cream soup. should help you get back up on your feet.''' she looked back at him and smiled.. '' you won't be bed ridden for long. you seem to heal a little fast.. your wounds where just deep and most of your pain is from torn muscles is all. ''

He looked to her. " I see.." he says with a smile as he then cocked his head to the side blushing even more and shaking his head.."sure ya didn't" he teased with a grin as he then nodded..."soup sounds good." he says with a smile Ashe then sighed.."really..that's interesting I thought I heals just as fast as others.." he says

she rolled her eyes'' stubborn'' she muttered before handing him the small bowl. '' heh and i didn't touch you, trust me, i would rather have fun if you where awake and we both can enjoy it. '' she teased, , just looking him over, she wouldn't mess with his back until he finished eating.
