she was already in the process of making several sandwhiches, using what she could to make sure the sandwhiches would stay fresh the longest before packing alot of water and juice as well for the trip. once that was done she took out the left over roast, cutting the meat into thin slices and made sandwhiches out of those and handed him one.. '' eat first then we leave.. ''

she grinned as she finished her own sandwhich just as quickly, before chasing it down with one of the bottles of juices.. '' hmm not too far.. as far as i know nobody knows about them since they hardly come out here.. so we are going to be fine going down them. ''

she grinned'' hope you don't mind walking anyways.. gems tend to mess with the power of a car.. '' she shrugged, she learned that lesson right off the bat when she accidentally blew the engine out of one.. shaking her head she headed down the stairs, grabbing a leash for one of her dogs and clipped it to the collar, giving the order for the other one to stay and guard the house as she locked up the doors and everything.. '' hmmm man i am so excited, been a month or so since i have been down there again.''

she grinned'' well if abused yea it could get expensive, i have made precautions at my home to make sure i don't blow the breaker.. its just got something to do with the energy they give off.. '' she shrugged before heading out into the woods, the dog pulling slightly at the leash. '' besides, i think the jewelry stores love it when i go down there.. if i find something and well it has no real use to me, i usually give it to them for them to cut and polish and set into whatever jewelry they want. ''

she glanced at him smiling'' really, you never have stopped to notice how nice it is before have you?"she slid her hand in his lightly , enjoying the warmth of it as she followed the trail. '' ah well, can't really blame you hun, you haven't ever had a chance before to sit back and relax have you ?"she glanced around on the trail , it wasn't really a deep forest, just one of those light ones that ended up going up a hill before turning into a slight mountain.which is where her cave was at, some people thought a hill was just a hill, she knew better. as soon as it started to go up, she veered off the path, following her own markers she had put out to find her cave.

she smiled'' well we are changing that, so enjoy it, take your time. '' she found the cave entrance easily , glancing around she spotted the long chain she had hooked around one of the trees, picking it up she hooked it to the dog, petting him again as well as taking a bowl out of her pack and put it on the ground with some water. , glancing at him she smiled'' well come on then. ' the entrance is small so be careful, but one of the cavern rooms gets bigger the further you go into it,, think we will start out with that one first. '' she went over to the entrance and pulled her pack off, pushing it through first before she climbed down into it, it was like a tunnel that went at a gentle slope, and had alot of holds that they could use in case they slipped.

she dug her flashlight out before looking up at him.. '' hmm? well its a good change isn't it?'' she smiled warmly, making room for him'' come on hun.. don't just sit up there your missing all the fun'' she scooted in further, relaxing as she finally slid into one of the caverns, it was large and gave plenty of room to move around in, she was even hearing the subtle dripping sound of water somewhere.

she grinned'' told you so. '' she ducked into a smaller cavern room, sliding easily over the rough rock as she looked around, '' some gems you can see just barely sticking out of the walls of the cavern.. others i actually have to dig up. why don't you see if you can try and find some.''

she looked over at him and then down at his chest, smiling softly '' yea, its reacting to near by power sources, natural sources.. gotta remember, your gem is part of the natural earth. '' she slid her hands over the walls slowly before she sensed a strong pull in a certain area, she didn't see anything at first but she took her small little hammer and pick out and began to get to work.

she looked up at him and smiled'' but of course.. its not a strong gem.. but i feel the small influence of natures power.. '' she shrugged, being careful where she chiseled at before she slowly uncovered a small bit of unpolished and uncut blood red ruby. '' hmmm wonder how big it is.. looks good though. ''
