she sighed, half closing her eyes when she heard about the mother and child, and the fact the mother was pregnant. or had been.. '' definitely sad.. '' she mumbled, but nothing they could do about it, deciding to go with a change of subject. she glanced up at him. '' ahh ok. well suppose its about as bad as getting beer spilled all over ya.. '' she nudged him slightly '' definitely crowded in there but at least i didn't break a single glass or bottle. still had plenty of people stepping on me. geez and i had no idea how curious drunk guys get about someones tail.. ''

He gave a shrug. He knew it was sad, but with how often lycans killed people, he had grown numb toward the subject. He started to think a little on his past, but snapped back to hearing that beer was spilled over her. "Yeah... sorry, but the fact you aren't covered in glass or blood shows you had a pretty uneventful night...", he said with a smile. "Drunk guys are curious about anything...", he said with a shrug as he walked up to his house and pulled out a key, and openned the door. He looked to the immediate left of the door on a little stand and the keys from Skyy were there, along with a poorly written note. "The items are in the farthest room on the left" was what he could make out. "Hmm... seems they got all of your stuff in...", he said with a smile.

she smiled'' well thats good, i didn't have much.. just the small essentials. '' she shrugged as she ran her hands over her front a little.'' ehh.. only broke one glass and that was a complete accident.. nancy said the first glass break is free, i break any others and it comes out of my pay. '' she smiled as she followed him in. twitching her ears slightly before frowning, .. '' do you have pets? '' she was hearing what sounded like a small kitten but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. that and she didn't recall seeing a cat in his home during the night before work.. turning around she looked back towards the door before nearly laughing.. '' hun. looks like we have a follower. '' she pointed to a small black and white kitten who didn't look to be no older then six weeks old, his big blue eyes looking up at her as he tried his hardest to get up the steps.. Turning to david she handed her bag to him before going over and knelt down, scooping the kitten up .. '' poor thing , he is so small.. ''

He gave a small chuckle. "Everyone breaks at least one glass the first day.", he said with a smile. He gave a quick turn at the mention of pets. "Pets? Uh... no... but I do occasionally have cats follow me...", he said as he placed his hands behind his back. He could easily smell the kitten in the air. His ears gave a twitch at the sound of a mew and he gave a small sigh. "Yeah.. another one... wait a minute, this is the same one from last night...", he said as he gave a scratch of his head and pointed at the doorway, which served as a hanger for her bag, and almost made him fall over. he looked at the kitten with a raised eyebrow. "Yep.. that one is definetely from last night...", he said softly, not entirely sure what to do right now. He had always kept food out for neighbor cats but kept them outside. But he could clearly see that Sky was obviously fond of the little one.

she grinned as she looked up at him. '' well seems that they like you .. '' she cuddled the little kitten as she closed the door and picked up her bag again before putting it in a more appropriate place. '' could never have pets at my old place. would have to pay extra.. several hundred dollars extra.. '' frowned,looking down at the kitten as it licked and nibbled on her fingers. '' you don't mind if i keep him for a few days do you ? i mean .. well .. if we can't keep him here i can easily find him a good home. that way he is isn't out on the street.. gah hold on . don't even know for sure if its a he yet..'' she grinned as she carefully picked the kitten up to look under him before snorting.. ' definitely a he,..he has little erm nuts.. ' grinned, trying her best not to blush as she gave him an innocent look.

He studied her and the kitten whom was trying to nom her fingers and he gave a small grin. "I never could figure out why places like that charged extra for pets...", he said as he reached behind his head and scratched the back of his neck uneasily, hearing the question. "Um... well....", he said as he continued to scratch the back of his neck, trying to think as of why he never let cats into his home, but settled that it was something to do that, deep down, he was essentially a cat too, and sometimes he didn't get along with other cats. He gave a carefree shrug and a sigh. "Sure... he can stay here...", he said, his brow raising as he watched her look under the cat, and a small twitch appeared to flash across his face, seeing her trying her best not to blush and he gave another small sigh as he studdied the little kitten.

she smiled as she set the squirming cat down so she could go and find him something to eat. '' great. since i figure you don't like cats around that much i am sure i can find him a home within a few days.. most people love little kittens. and well as to why most places to do that its because animals.. usually dogs.. make huge messes and or damage things like.. clawing at the wall or something. so they have to have something in order to repair the place after a tenant leaves. ''figuring the kitten was old enough for some solid food she found some tuna and mixed in a little milk before setting it down in front of him, watching as the kitten went straight to it on gobbling it down. '' i prefer cats anyways.. dogs.. well they just don't like me'' grinned, pointing to her ears and tail'' possibly because i am a giant cat myself and end up freaking the poor pooches out. ''

He turned, watching her fetch something to eat for the small kitten. "How could you tell that I don't like cats around?", he asked with a curious look. "I don't get along with many cats, especially males... I figure it is because I am essentially a cat, and just the primal thing of 'this is my territory and you are tresspassing' thing", he mumbled, half-way rambling before catching his breath. He looked up at her ears, and then her tail and gave a smile as he walked up and slowly slipped his hand around her tail and rubbed the soft fur in his hand.

she shrugged'' just the look you had on your face when you saw the kitten... i am good at reading facial expressions. and well i am definitely good at picking up the mood in the air .. o hhhh!!!" she sucked in a small breath as his fingers went around her tail to rub the soft fur,moment his hands touched it she froze instantly and closed her eyes. a bit of pleasure running up her spine.. '' geez you scared me, '' she mumbled, licking her lower lip slightly as she looked over at him. '' no sneaking up on me darn it. ''

He raised an eyebrow for a moment. "Well... I can't help but think that I should do my best to keep my thoughts secret from you, then..., or else you will know what I want or am going to do all the time...", he teased as he gave a smile and a bite of his lower lip. He was a little caught off guard by her freezing. He had felt the shiver go through her, though and his smile quickly returned. "Well I didn't mean to, love...", he said as he looked into her eyes for a moment, focusing on something far off inside before he gave a short brush of his hair from his eyes. He saw her lick her lower lip and he put a gentle hand around her waist and pulled her into a slow and very passionate kiss while he continued to hold her tail in his hand, still rubbing it softly.

'' studied him a moment just before he pulled her in for a kiss, groaning softly against his mouth she wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing against him completely and already forgetting about the kitten who was currently finishing off his food before rubbing himself around her feet.

Managing to pull back a little from the kiss and panting slightly to get air she looked up at him and flushed.. '' think your teasing me a bit. ''

He closed his eyes, breathing in deeply as he felt his heartbeat pick up in speed, his ears giving a twitch at the sound of her moan. He gave a small whine as he felt her pull back, feeling it ended far too soon as he held onto her tail, still rubbing it. He raised an eyebrow as he gave another nibble on his tail. "Hmm.. anything wrong with a little tease, love?", he asked for a moment, looking her over for a moment, putting his hand behind his back and fidgetting a little. He was really haveing a bit of a mental fight with himself, and fighting the urge to just rip her clothes off right there and now.

she grinned, leaning back against the counter now as she looked him over'' no nothing wrong with it.. but you promised me a shower.. and food. '' she had enjoyed the kiss but now that she was relaxing she was getting tired, she was a bit surprised that she had even forgotten her feet where hurting. for the most part.

Nudging him a little she smiled as she took her tail from him so he couldn't tease her.. '' hot shower.. food and then i guarantee you i am going to pass out for most of the day . .. after i wake i am sure me and you can do a few things together.. ''

He gave another small whine and this time gave a small pout. "Well...", he said, looking into her eyes for a moment. "There is food... in the kitchen... you should find something suitable there, and a shower awaits you down the hallway, 2nd door to your left...", he said, pointing around the spacious house. "And we better find some time for us to do some things together...", he said with a mischevious smile before brushing his hair from his face. "Is there anything else you need?", he asked in a caring tone before taking a seat on the nearby couch which sat next to a lit fireplace.

she smiled'' no worries hun , we will definitely find the time.. ahh just one.. play nice with the kitten, he is too young to know about the whole territorial thing.. '' she teased, pointing to the kitten who was sitting on the floor now right in front of him, looking up at him with big innocent eyes and giving the cutest of all meows..

'' i will be out in a bit no worries.. '' she found the bathroom easily and quickly got the shower started, stripping her dirty clothing off and setting them aside to be washed she climbed into the shower, groaning at how good the hot water felt as it hit her skin, she took a few moments to relax, allowing the water to run over her body before she began to wash her hair first, shampooing it , rinsing out then added the conditioner, as she let that sit, she got a chance to scrub her body down, glad that she was getting rid of the alcohol smell, rinsing off again, for the final time she got out of the shower, pretty sure it had only been ten minutes since she got in.

Grabbing a towel she towel dried her hair the best she could before working on her body , then slipped into her silk pajama bottoms with the matching silk tank top. Walking barefooted out of the bathroom and into the kitchen she smiled over at him. '' well i definitely feel better now.. ''

He raised an eyebrow, his eyes shooting down to the kitten, whom, he fought his hardest not to give a scowl to. He forced a smile and picked up the young one. "I won't do anything...", he said, meaning it, but trying his hardest to not do anything right then and there. He gave a smile as he held the kitten in his hand and looking the little one over. He raised an eyebrow and gave a small sigh of disgust. "Man, if only you had been a girl...", he said, petting it gently on the head before he sat it down and shooed it off a little as he propped his feet up on a glass coffee table and he felt the warmth radiating from the fire. He heard the water running, and thoughts of her washing herself came unfiltered through his mind as he bit his lip. He looked back at the hallway, fighting the urge to come into the shower with her. He looked at the kitten once mroe. "Hey.. you.. she's not yours, you got it?", he asked with a raised eyebrow, before relaxing a little more, and daydreaming for a few minutes before hearing her voice and he gave a short jump. "That's good...", he said with a smile.

she wasn't about to say anything over the fact that she heard him just a bit ago about telling the kitten that she was not his. she thought it was cute that he was jealous over a small kitten, not like she was going to get physical with the thing. shaking her head she looked over at the kitten and grinned as he looked like he wanted to curl up on the man's lap but wasn't too sure if he would get smacked off.. '' now see, you two can be friends.. '' opening the fridge she dug around and found some eggs and luckily some bacon.no biscuits but that didn't bother her none.

Taking the items out she set them on the counter before going back for the black of cheese she can shred, already going through her mind that she could make a bacon and cheese omelet. '' hmm yea, glad the water didn't go cold on me either.. that was definitely well needed shower. '' turning the stove on and putting a small bit of butter into the pan she moved it around as it melted before looking over to him. '' omelet sound good to you hun ?"

she watched as the kitten jumped off the couch and scampered into the kitchen, giving soft little mews as he rubbed his head and body against her bare ankles, wanting attention.

David raised an eyebrow. "Friends?", he asked, but not saying more. He looked down at the kitten whom wanted obviously to be on the couch. He heard her shuffling around in the fridge, and he got up from the couch and walked up behind her. "The shower... it regulates the temperature to make it as comfortable as it can... it never goes cold... at least not that I have noticed yet.", he said with a smile as he took her tail in his hand and began to rub it softly. "Not really hungry, actually.. thanks though. He jumped a little when he heard the kitten come running and mewing in their direction, and he gave a small sigh.

she couldn't help the little sigh of pleasure of him playing with her tail, she couldn't help it, it felt good, his touch was gentle,extremely gentle, not rough like the drunken idiots or bullies who tend to try and grab it. Hearing his sigh she glanced at him then down at the kitten before giving a slight laugh'' relax, he is probably just wanting whatever food i got up on here.. Kittens are naturally curious.''

she shifted a little, making sure the kitten was in front of her and not bothering him as she got a bowl down to crack a few eggs into it before whisking it around. ''you know, you might get used to him being here sooner or later to the point where when its time for him to go you might be a bit reluctant. ''

A small smile formed on his face in ersponse to her sigh, as he gently rubbed his thumb through the soft fur. "But you just fed the guy, how can he still be hungry?", he asked with a small snort. He heard her comment and he gave another short snort. "Yeah... cats normally don't linger around me much...", he said with a small laugh as he let her tail slip from his hand, before reaching up and gently rubbing on her ears. He loved the feel of her fur between his skin and he began to purr softly.

she grinned as she flipped the omelet a little. '' hun he is a kitten, still growing so he will be hungry more constantly . atleast until he gets older.'' she picked up a piece of cooked bacon, just a small amount and gave it to the kitten to get him to go quiet. '' hmmm smells good. '' she was loving the feel of his hands on her tail and now her ears, it felt really good. and the sound of his purring was addicting too .. '' you sound extremely happy. ''

He raised an eyebrow, watching the kitten scamper off with the piece of bacon, before nibbling away at it. He continued to rub her ears, loving the feel of h er soft fur, still. "Well,", he paused for a moment. "I just hope you hurry up that omlet that way we can figure out something to do for the rest of they day...", he said with a smile and a small blush going across his face before disappearing. His hands traveled down from ehr ears, and down to her shoulders, where he simply rested, peering over her shoulders as he did so.

'' hmm well if you let me get to the table so i can eat, i am sure i will be done in no time.. '' his purring was catching on and easily making her purr, enjoying his attention on her tails and ears and now that his hands rested on her shoulders her mind was already going into other dirty area's..

Hearing her stomach growl again she grinned as she reached for a fork'' come on now, i am willing to share it with you if we just go and sit down. ''

He was caught off guard and gave a small stumble when he felt her lean back on him, but he easily caught himself, and supported her. "Well, if I wasn't worried you would fall backwards when I move, I would do so...", he said with a small laugh, hearing her purring chiming in with his. While he rested on her neck, he could smell a faint scent about her, which he immedietly fell in love with. He jumpe a little when he heard her stomach growl, and he backed away reluctantly. "Well I am not all that hungry, you go ahead and enjoy it...", he said with a kind smile as he motioned to the dining room table.

she smiled, still enjoying his closeness until he moved, picking her plate up she moved to the table and sat down'' nonsense i won't fall over. i have great balance but thank you.'' sitting down she relaxed, it felt good to get off her feet as she slowly dug into her food.. '' hmmm definitely good. .. now then as for doing things during the day today,, just need a few hours sleep then i am sure me and you will do a few things.. '' slid a look over to him, her ears twitching slowly and her tail doing a lazy twitch here and there as well. '' hmm and i am open for ideas you know''
