She smiled "I'll try". She went with Daniel and soon fell asleep.

Mera got up and walked around on her own. She looked down at her fingers and smiled, then she ran to Markus and shook him to wake him "Markus.... Markus... I'm better" she said.

Markus felt movement, then he heard a voice... it was like that of an angel singing. His eyes opened... her words registered... she was better? Was this a dream? He sat up and looked at her, fer face brighter... her body looked healthier. He stood up. "It's... a miracle..." he said. He hugged her, still a bit careful... but so happy.

She felt a tear run down her face as she held him close and kissed him "I saw something.... In my sleep." she said "I love you" she said kissing him again and again.

Markus kissed her back as many times as she kept kissing him. He smiled lightly. "I love you too..." he said, he held her close. "I love you so much... the thought of losing you..." he said "It's over now... I love you... I'm so happy you're safe now... what did you see?" he asked.

She didn't let him go. "I saw a child..." she said looking at him. "they told be to go back home" she said "With you" .

Markus held her closer. "The child..." he said. He kissed her more and more. "I'm... I'm glad you came back... back to me..." he said. "Does... do you think the dream means... the child will be alright?" he asked. Not letting her go...

He laughed lightly, "Probably at their home, worried about you..." he said. He looked back into her eyes. "You don't know how happy it makes me to see you healthy." he said. "Want to go see them?" he asked.

"Yes dear..." he said with a laugh as he stood up. He quickly got dressed. He would sneak a kiss every moment he could. "I love you." he said stroking her face. "Your god children are going to be so excited to see you, and Daniel and Mera..." he said excited. "I'm just so glad you are feeling better." he said.

She got excited and grabbed a few things before ushering Markus out the door. "I am feeling a little sore but yet again I feel estatically numb" she said.

Markus smiled. "Hmm... perhapts a family dinner is an order..." he said. "We can all eat with Daniel and Lith. I'm sure they won't mind." he said. Following her out the door. He took her hand happily. "I'm glad.... you should be sore for a day or so... but... since this has worked through your system, hopefully it will get better." he said.

Mera smiled "that would be wonderful" she said. "We will have to go on a hunt" she said keen to change form and run under the moon. She held his hand in hers and kissed it softly "I would be dead without you".

"As I would be... Mera, that bullet was meant for me..." he said. You saved my life as well..." he said. "A hunt would be wonderful now... I hope... that Lith worked things out with the humans..." he said. He kissed her, holding her hand as they walked off to Daniel and Lith's home.

"Well..." Markus started. "Lith said that this couldn't happen anymore... the way Daniel said, well... she was going to meet with the humans to work out an agreement. They were afraid of us... this fear is what caused the violence I believe..." he said.

"I trust that she did... I hope that she did... I don't want to travel anymore... we have a home now... and with you... with child... I wouldn't want to leave for travel..." he said. "I'm not sure though, I haven't talked with them since she met with them. But... I trust Lith, she is stubborn, but smart.

"Markus..." she said stopping him for a moment. "I don't know if I'm with child anymore..." she said running a hand over her belly. "Let's go see our Family" she said as they came close to Lith's home.

Markus nodded. He held her lightly as they stopped. "I... thought that would be a possibility..." he said holding her. "But... at least you're safe..." he said. He placed a hand on her belly as well, holding her's. He looked up at the house and knocked on the door.

Lith looked to Daniel. "Can you get the door? I need to clean myself up" she said with a laugh pulling leaves out of her hair.

Daniel nodded, he kissed her quickly, smiling at the leaves in her hair. "Mmm... don't worry love, you look good like that... Nature girl..." he teased as he dressed quickly. He ran to the door. He beamed at what he saw. Markus, Mera... what a surprise" he said happily. At these words, the children came running out, wanting to see Mera, make sure she was alright.

Mera's smile grew wide with excitement as the two little girls ran towards her, she bent down and scooped them up into her arms "Hello Angels" she said kissing them on the cheeks "Now where have you two been hiding?" she asked.

Daniel looked to them, letting them come into the house. He smiled at the little girls. Aleisha hugged tight onto Mera. "We were afraid for you Aunt Mera..." She said. "Are you going to be feeling better?" she asked. Daniel looked back towards his and Lith's room. "Lith, we have some company." he said. Markus smiled... obviously happy

Mera smiled "That I am my child" she said walking into the house "But I'm here now and better than ever" she said.

Lith walked out of the room throwing a top on over her bra, she looked up and saw Mera and smiled then hugged both Markus and Mera "Lupa bless you to be in our home again" she said.
