" Your dress will be set out and you will need to get henna tattoos. As for the meaning of the festival it will be explained at the dancers nest where you will be studying the dances of our people that you must know for the fesival. and it will be a little like last nights festivities, the after party will be exactly like last night. The festival is in a month, you have that long to learn the dances and the meaning." Zane told her.

" you wont see me much, i have to prepare my people and see to all the market problems that i have been ignoring since your arrival. im sorry." Zane said kissing her forehead before he leaves to attend to these matters.

she sighed, closing her eyes as he kissed her forehead before she watched him leave, it was going to be a very long month from what she could tell. Trying not to feel miserable about it she quickly got dressed before leaving his room to head to the dancers nest, wanting to quickly start her training as fast as possible.

After leaving Zyanya in the room Zane headed to the market to fix a fight between the 2 flute makers.

"he keeps stealing my materials." the first one stated.

"no he keeps stealing my products and selling them in his shop."

" ok both of you need to stop. You," Zane said pointing to the first flute smith, " move to the other side of the market. And you need to leave his materials alone. if i catch you again i will prosecute you." Zane said, all the while wondering how Zyanya was doing with the dancers nest.

Zyanya was pretty much being over whelmed the moment she stepped into the dancers nest, women had gathered around her and began to talk nearly all at once, at least up until one who seemed to be in charged came up and shooed the others away before grabbing Zyanya's arm and tugging her more into the room before making her sit, assessing her and asking questions all the while the others where getting her a new set of clothes to dance in so she wouldn't trip or get too hot.

Zyanya sighed as she was finally redressed, hair pinned painfully up to keep from getting in the way before the woman had tugged her up. '' how long do i have to practice a day ?"

the woman tisked as she looked her over before giving a smile'' many many hours , you only have a month, and you barely know anything at all . we have to be quick, teach you the basics first within atleast a week before moving on.. then we have to teach you all about the festival. ''

Zane peeked into the dance nest to see how the progress was going.
"i don't have long how is she doing?"

"she is doing fine. catching on quickly, her clan must have danced too. in less than a week we have taught her the basics and now we are teaching her the meaning of the festival."

"thank you for taking her in. i know that you hand pick all of your dancers and she probably isn't what you usually go for, but she needed to know what she is getting herself into." Zane praised the dance leader before he left her with, "tell her i stopped by. i don't want to distract her from her work."

she nodded and smiled '' i will do that, good day to you master Zane'' she watched him leave before going back over to Zyanya, telling her that Zane had stopped by to see how she was doing.

Zyanya knew he had been busy, and was still doing work , which is why she wasn't too disappointed that he hadn't actually come in to even speak to her himself. she was currently sitting down with a very large document of the meaning of their dance that went way back to the beginning of their heritage, she had already absorbed most of the information and was now currently working up to the harder stuff before she began to learn the more difficult part of the dance within the week.

"sir we have news that the wolves are encroaching on our land again. it looks like they are scouts trying to see through our defenses. what should we do?" a guard asked Zane.

" don't engage them. if they want to enter let them. just inform me, and post a guard with Zyanya again. make sure to explain to her that there may be a threat approaching." Zane told them before leaving to check on the running of the castle.

Zyanya was hardly able to have a break from her lessons, only time she really got one was when she needed to sleep, eat and bath, any other time she had it was spent stretching out muscles and practicing her movements on the dance she was to do. She did get more relaxed and easy going with the others of the nest, even laughing with them when she made some sort of mistake that made her look like a klutz.

She knew it was nearing the end of the month, that and another full moon which is why she was able to get the night off from her lessons because they knew she was getting extremely edgy and a bit short lined on her temper. so right now she was spending her night in her own room , laying on a bunch of soft silk pillows as she stared out one of the slightly open windows at the full moon, she had already been informed about a possible attack so she was also getting edgy about that. Soon she was half asleep and no longer thinking of danger but of Zane, she had maybe another few days before the festival, she was extremely sore and exhausted but she figured she would do very well at the festival.

Hearing that Zyanya was in her room not the nest, zane headed towards her room to check on her.
" how are you feeling? i know that it can be overwhelming and im sorry for the short notice." Zane told her.

she snapped her eyes open as soon as she heard Zane come in , turning she looked over at him before giving a slight smile '' i am fine.. err.. well as fine as an edgy female can get '' she shrugged before moving to sit up , going slow since every muscle twinged in protest'' eh , just a little sore, nothing a good sleep won't cure, that well the full moon affect. , i had to come back here to stop from snapping at every one'' she grumbled slightly , rubbing her temples'' she said it was ok if i took today and tomorrow for myself.. if thats ok with you?" she glanced back at him , still relaxing more and more since he actually came to visit her.
