"Maybe" Magnus snickered, not thinking it very likely. But you never know. "Says the vicious Shadowhunter" he grinned, kissing him on the cheek. Sure, his threats against other people were normally empty, but he could be serious. Like if anybody touched Alec in a personal manor, or hurt him, they would be dead. He would make sure of that. Hearing the yell he grinned slightly. "None of your business Isabelle!" he called back, glancing in the direction she was in. "And didn't your mother ever tell you it's rude to eavesdrop?" Sure, it was a completely harmless comment he had made, but they didn't need to know that.

"Mom's not saying anything, she's right here listening," he heard from Isabelle, even though they knew it all ready. "She's, by association, eavesdropping too." Alec didn't think that counted, but whatever. It wasn't even eavesdropping because neither of them really cared if they heard. Other noises, maybe, but these were rather harmless.

"Wait, 'says the vicious Shadowhunter.' Are you saying I'm not really vicious?" he asked, pouting, inducing the exact opposite of vicious. Glaring might have been effective in wanting to pretend he was making a point, or glowering. Pouting, may have stated that Magnus was correct.

"Oh, great, we're being teamed up on" Magnus commented, sighing, "Well if you must know, you dirty little girl, I was talking about eyes." Running his hand through Alec's hair absently he glanced down at him and chuckled. "You can be vicious if you want to be, don't worry" he stole a kiss quickly before continuing. "What I was really saying though was that you can't say I'm mean to people, when you kill demons for a living" he stuck his tongue out at Alec jokingly, hugging him.

"But those are demons. You're talking about people. There's a difference," Alec said, though there wasn't a point in even continuing the conversation. "I don't think Isabelle's gonna believe you when you say eyes, by the way." Well, she had heard them, but maybe she was trying to think of some double meaning they weren't actually meaning. Maybe she had a dirty mind or was purposely trying to keep her head in the gutter. If that was the case, what did she do on a normal basis.

"True, but I'm half demon. So they can be closer than you think" Magnus pointed out, not meaning anything by it. He had gotten over the pain of being concidered a demon, just soulless and damned. But being called a freak when somebody meant it still hurt. "Hmm, well she's almost got as dirty a mind as I do. Almost. You however, can be as innocent as a little virgin sometimes" he grinned, keeping his voice lower, knowing that Maryse wouldn't appreciate their conversation topic. But that didn't stop him from saying it.

"I guess," Alec said, answering to both the half demon part and Isabelle almost having as dirty a mind as Magnus. Isabelle could come close to that, maybe, and Jace would have had nearly, very nearly as dirty a mind as Magnus when he wasn't side tracked or his mind hadn't caught something else. Clary had been pretty clueless but had her moments from time to time. She was more of one of those people who said something that sounded dirty and didn't understand what and why until someone explained it to her and then at that point it just wasn't funny anymore. "There are times when I'm not innocent?" Alec asked, usually never intending to be a gutter brain. In the bed, sometimes, but that was all he could think. Right now didn't exactly count.

Magnus let go of Alec and pushed himself up the small distance to sit on the kitchen counter. "You have no idea how dirty you can be sometimes do you?" he laughed. "You're even learning how to flirt. But mostly, in bed, in foreplay, when I try to seduce you. That's when you're the most dirty. I love it" he grinned. He loved Alec in all forms. Dirty and seductive, fierce and angry, passionate and loving, shy and adorable. There were many more. He had no idea how much of this Maryse and Isabelle were listening in on, but he didn't care. He played with Alec's hair from his position on the counter, running the soft hair between his fingers.

"What am I hearing in there, boys?" Maryse asked loudly, her tone making it sound obvious that they were hitting a warning level on what they should be talking about. "Save it for later..." She paused. "Awfully quiet in there, what are you doing?" She made it sound like she'd walk in on them, even if they weren't going anything bad. Alec was mostly sure she was joking right now, though her humor usually made it sound like someone was in trouble and about to be punished. She wasn't overly fond of Magnus though, so he wasn't completely sure. Isabelle was echoing her mother, saying "Awfully quiet in there." They were mocking the two of them.

Magnus shot a look at the doorway. He was pretty sure he was old enough to talk to his fiance in any way he wanted. People 800 odd years younger than him couldn't tell him that he was being inappropriate. But he would humor them. "Sorry. Got a little carried away. But FYI, Alec wouldn't let me do anything while you two are here, don't worry" he called, continuing to play with the soft black hair. He conjured himself a hair elastic, grinning slightly as he pulled Alec's hair into a bunch before tying it back, stiffling his laughter. He wasn't sure his lover would be able to tell what he had done, but he was sure to notice the feeling, and wonder what it was.

Flushing a bit since 'when you two are here' was said as if, 'as soon as you're gone...' and left enough to the imagination, Alec muttered under his breath something relating to Magnus never knowing what should be said and what shouldn't. There was a tugging at his hair, and it didn't go away. Right off the bat Magnus was to assume, since he was the only one here who did things with hair, and he had been playing with his hair a moment ago. He reached a hand up to feel it and came up with his hair tied up and sticking up. "What did you do?" he asked, wanting the foreign object out of his hair.

Magnus grinned at the blush brought up on Alec's face. He caught bits of the muttering, but it didn't affect him. He watched the Shadowhunter's hand come up to inspect his hair suspicously. "I put it in a ponytail. And it looks adorable" Magnus smiled, flicking the end of it lightly with his fingers before sliding his hands down to Alec's shoulders. He rubbed them lightly, as if giving him a masage. "I think you should let me do your hair" he said, grinning. He could do so much with Alec's beautiful hair. He would look even more sexy if he did something with his hair. It was just. . . there. Unevenly cut and unstyled. Sure, the look suited him, but he would look good either way.

"I'm not sure what you could do with my hair," Alec said, watching the doorway in case Isabelle walked in and looked at his ponytail and made fun of him. "He felt it again. "It's pretty much a stub. I don't know what's so amusing about a stub of a ponytail." Then with that commotion his mother would walk in and it could potentially get awkward. Potentially, not really certainly. "I don't think my hair is long enough." Even though he rarely cut it and only cut the parts that were too long, making it look like he'd cut it in the dark, which wasn't entirely far from the truth.

"I can work miracles with hair. I'm sure I can do something with yours" Magnus insisted. He laughed about the stub comment. Sure, it was just a stub, but it was cute. "It doesn't matter if it's long enough. I think it looks freaking adorable" he decided, bending at the waist to kiss the top of Alec's head. He was careful not to slip off the counter. "I could style your hair in about twenty different ways. . . blindfolded" he nodded, picturing it. It wouldn't be too hard. He knew how to use his hands as his eyes. He didn't like to, but it wouldn't be hard. The day Alec let him actually do his hair would be a shock.

Alec smiled at the thought of Magnus doing hair blindfolded. "There are a lot of things I know you could do blindfolded," he said with a low, seductive voice, making sure his mother or his sister wouldn't hear. Just for his fiance's ears only. Alec wasn't much of a dirty talker, especially these days, but Magnus had technically set that one up because he mentioned blindfold, a tool they used sometimes but not always. Magnus liked surprises. Alec didn't like being blindfolded, but if it was in bed with Magnus, it was one of the best things ever.

Magnus grinned when Alec's voice dropped, clearly not wanting to get caught. But the sound almost sent shivers down his spine. "Mm, I could say the same for you, my little sex kitten" he replied, taking the same tone as Alec had. If Maryse heard him, he had a feeling he would be in trouble. Not that she could do anything, but she would be his mother-in-law soon. And he knew she didn't approve of him, still. Isabelle he wasn't really worrying about. He pulled the ponytail out lightly, letting Alec's hair fall around his face again. As cute as the ponytail was, Alec was sexier with his hair down. And he figured it was appropriate with the subject matter.

Alec was satisfied with the ponytail out of his hair, he smirked. "A sex kitten? I'm a cat? That does sex?" He was trying very hard to keep his mind from wandering to imagining Chairman Meow or Church as some sort of sex tool. It wasn't too hard, since he didn't even know how cats bred. He was imagining more of a prowling, sexy and seductive, as usual. There would have to be glitter involved, knowing Magnus. He'd be an awful bright sex cat, crawling around and stuff. All the same, it'd be sexy. Magnus was drop-dead-sexy no matter what.

Magnus chuckled softly at the questions. "Yes" he answered simply, leaning down to kiss him. "A very, very sexy sex kitten" he added, running his fingers through Alec's hair again. He was picturing Alec now with cat ears and a tail, wearing nothing but a black collar with a chain attatched to it, lying spread out on his bright yellow bed. He had to cut the delicious image short thought. The last thing he needed was to get horny while Maryse was around. She would not be happy one bit. It would prove to be an extremely awkward situation.

Alec didn't know what Magnus was thinking right now, but he had that look in his eye when you knew he was imagining something. Something probably impossible, or something he was looking forward to. Alec didn't ask. It must have something to do with cats though, since Magnus seemed to transfixed on sex kittens. "C'mon, we need to get to work," he said, tugging Magnus down enough where he wouldn't fall but Alec could reach. Maryse might check on them if they weren't careful.

Alec had to assume because it was so close to the due date, or what they had assumed the due date to be, that he was feeling shaky and a little unstable. He just needed to settle himself down, and the library was the perfect place to do that. He'd distract himself with a book, hopefully. He was cold, colder than usual today. Maybe he was catching something? He made it to the library with his head swimming. Would he even be able to concentrate on reading like this? Isabelle was there, he heard her say something he couldn't get, before he unexpectedly felt the floor give out underneath him.

Isabelle looked concerned when her brother walked in looking woozy. Was he sick? "Are you all right?" she asked him, noticing his pale complexion. "Are you cold?" He didn't respond. He gave her a confused look before his eyes rolled up in his head and he lost balance. She dived to catch him, only managing to slow his fall. He fell on his side, thankfully. Her phone, where was it? She patted her front pockets, then her back, finding it and pulling up Magnus' number. Alec. Help. That was all she needed, and Magnus would be hear in a flash.

Magnus was dealing with a client, giving him a potion for the strange werewolf disease he had caught. His phone went off and he grabbed it, still lecturing the lycanthrope on how to use the medicine. The message was from Isabelle, and he raised an eyebrow, his speech slowly coming to a stop as he read the two words. "I have somewhere to go. Get out" he snapped, and of course the idiot complained, but his cat-eyes snapped up, flared with anger and worry. "OUT!" he yelled, hand motioning to the door, sparks flying from his fingertips. The werewolf snarled and left, taking his potion and throwing down his money.

The door banged shut after him and Magnus made a portal. He wasn't aiming for any particular room in the Institute, but stepping through he knew he had found the right place. The library. He ran the few steps to where Alec was lying. "Alec! What the hell happened!?" he asked, eyes wide, looking to Isabelle for a moment before checking Alec's vitals quickly. It seemed fine, so he would be okay for now, but he had no idea what was wrong.

"Oh, he just decided to take a nap on the floor- What the heck do you think happened?" she demanded, losing the false cool look she had going on when he walked in. This was serious, after all. Magnus didn't seem to say anything about his pulse or if he was dying, it must have been the unconscious part that confused him. "He walked in looking sick, then passed out on the floor. Then I texted you. Now, this is where you help, like the text said. Y'know, 'Alec. Help.' That. So, what do we do?"

Magnus shot a glare at Isabelle due to her sarcasm before he was serious again. "Okay, well I don't know what happened to him, so either he wakes up and tells me how he feels or I'm taking him to a Downworlder doctor. Good friend of mine. Trustworthy" he explained, brushing Alec's hair back from his face. "Alec, honey, you okay?" he crooned, hoping he would wake up. "You need to get up baby. Sleeping on the floor is very bad for your back" he patted the Shadowhunter's cheeks sharply with both hands, trying to get him back to conciousness. He was worried, plain and simple.

[Nyako-Chan]

"I don't think he's waking up," Isabelle observed after Magnus' talking attempt and physical attempt. "We used to use buckets of ice cold water, or just ice, when he passed out from training, but that was different. At least he didn't look like he was half dead when he passed out from that." He would be out on the floor, sprawled in a position, and a lot more color in his cheeks. It looked as if he'd just died right now if it weren't for the normal breathing he had going. "Why do you think you can trust this downworlder doctor?"

Magnus sighed, sitting back. "Well I don't think I can trust him, I know I can. I've known him for about 400 years now, and he owes me a shitload. So that's where we're going. If I wasn't 100 percent sure I could trust him, I wouldn't be taking Alec there of all people. Especially not pregnant. Now You can come with us if you like, and if not, we'll be back." picking up Alec and casting a strong glamor on him, he opened a portal to the office where this friend of his worked. The glamor was for the ones who would be in the office. Patients and secretaries and such.

[Nyako-Chan]

"Don't doctors only let direct family go to these kind of things?" Isabelle asked offhandedly, though no one else knew this doctor personally. "Uh, should I get mom?" She thought about it. "No, never mind. We'll tell her later about this, just so she doesn't freak and have a heart attack or something." Isabelle had the feeling her mother wasn't quite up for this, maybe. It could be the odd glances she gave. Her mother wasn't really one of those old fashioned Shadowhunters, since she was a female Shadowhunter up for letting females fight.

Magnus rolled his eyes. "Do you really think I would let you go without me? Or let the doctor kick me out? No way in hell" he sighed, stepping forwards. "Yeah, I think Maryse might find some way to blame me if she knew right now. Let's just wait until we know he's okay. Now you coming?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He snapped his fingers and Alec became lighter, so he wouldn't get tired carrying him. With the extra weight of the baby it could be difficult. He walked through the portal, knowing that Isabelle would be hot on his heels. He pressed a kiss to Alec's forehead, looking around the office before walking to the reception desk. "I need to see the doctor. NOW." he used his most powerful voice. He could be an extremely impressive and intimidating person when he wanted to be.
