Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Hmph, speaking of figurative objects again," the purple haired elf sighed, closing his eyes as he pretended to be exasperated with a growing habit he could find in Azlada. It was rather cute, he thought, that the blonde liked to make him sound bigger than he was. He opened his eyes as he heard the question. "What's wrong? Well, just, not having an idea of what to expect, or having little to no information on what you're doing." Sometimes split decisions were a good thing. Arxingall had worked with a few people before who did absolutely no planning. Their leader, Buster, just decided to lead a brigade of fighters into any area to grind.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada stuck out his tongue at Arx at the seemingly exasperated reaction. "If you wanna live with me, you gotta live with my. . . speaking of figurative objects" he nodded, being resting his head back against Arxingall's. "Hmm. Well I don't really need many details. Get a quest, go do it, come back, if I need new things, go buy them. Easy as that. Plus, in case you havn't noticed, I'm a rather spontanious person" he grinned slightly.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Living with him, that was quite the thought. When did fighters settle down for real? When they couldn't fight anymore, whether from old age or physical problems. Rarely did they settle down before either of those hit them. Rarely did they stop fighting just because. "Saves you time and a trip if you plan ahead, you know." Then you wouldn't have to run there, run back after realizing you forgot to stock up or something, or turn in something. Planning made things easier, less complicated and sometimes less of a chore with the number of tasks involved planned and or reduced. Arxingall was just a schedule kind of person.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada let his fingers travel along the archer's skin lightly, probing lightly every once and a while along his sides or stomach. "Hmm, this is true" reluctantly agreed, sighing. "That's why I wish I still had my newbie travel scroll" he grinned at the thought of the piece of paper that had allowed him to travel throughout the Blue Land without actually moving. "How's your chest feeling?" he asked absently, wanting to know how the other elf was feeling.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"That was quite useful early in, wasn't it? Luna gifts you with one when you don't need it that much. And she lets you use it for a week." Now that they were stronger and needed to reach bigger places, they didn't have one. Occasionally she rewarded them with a scroll that brought them to one place of their choosing, but how they got back was up to them, if they could get back. Arxingall always carried scrolls to the crystal he was linked to. "My chest will be fine. I'm awake, aren't I? As long as I don't move around much, then I'm all right here."
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Yeah. I think we should have them now more than ever. Or be given one every few years or SOMETHING" Azlada sighed. He hated running from Red Orc to Alkar and back. That was just torture. He smiled slightly at the answer, seeing the point, but still happy for him. "True enough. If you need anything, just ask. You've got a sexy manservant at your beck and call" he grinned, laughing slightly.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"A manservant, hm? Well for now, 'manservant,' just say with me. Or at least stay near me so I can see you and make sure you aren't in any trouble with monsters or females." Not that he could do much to help him in either situation, but Az could also handle himself pretty well in the event that one or the other of foes showed up. He wanted to see Az in the very least. He didn't want the blonde to sit here and be bored, even though he wanted to be touching him in some way. Sight was the next best thing. He didn't mind watching Azlada walk around or fight, as long as he wasn't in any danger.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Alright. Whatever you say. . . master" Azlada gave a cheeky grin, sure that he was going to have fun with this one. "I'll try to stay out of trouble for now so you don't strain yourself" he assured Arx, nuzzling the top of his head lightly. He was confortable, and he would be fine sitting and talking with Arx for a while. He would only get bored probably if Arxingall fell asleep on him again, but he wouldn't mind, since it would mean that the elf would be healing better.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall smiled and rolled his eyes. "Master should be used for later on. Right now it sounds like I own you." The comfort of the other rubbing his head gently against his own made him happy. He wasn't sure how to describe it except being warm and accepted. Almost prideful too, because he had Azlada at his side. "You do a lot of cute stuff," he mumbled, not sure how he could describe the things Az did as cute, but it was. He just couldn't say how in words.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Later on, huh? And you do own me, if I'm your manservant. Just how it works" Azlada grinned widely, not caring if anybody else around heard. He was content sitting with his archer in front of the fountain, sure he had felt more relaxed in the past few days than he had since he was a child. "I do not do cute stuff" he argued with a huff, poking Arxingall in the side. He liked to think of himself as manly, not cute.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"If you say so," he allowed, for both sentences. "You do do cute stuff. You just don't know it. Ahh, but," he recalled, "you're all adventure and testosterone. No room for cute." Azlada was cute regardless of him being too 'masculine' as he claimed. It was less of a hassle if he just let Azlada believe he was all strength and manliness and not cute and nearly teddy bear qualities. Az was strong, like a fighter needed to be, but he could also be gentle if he wanted.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada frowned, letting a pout cross his face even if Arx couldn't see it. "I do not do cute stuff!" he insisted, poking the lavender haired elf in the side. "Mhmm, see, I am too manly to be cute" he nodded, happy that Arx had admitted to that, even if it had been just to make him happy. "I could kick anyones ass in this place" he boasted, even if it wasn't true. "That can't be cute." He was dead set on not being cute, since to him, cute was weak, and not strong, and easy to take advantage of.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Hmm, no, I suppose not." But the way he said it was, the way he insisted he could. Azlada just had to realize one day that what he said could draw loads of people to him if he wanted. He already had a crowd of females following him anyway, not that he was into it. If some people in the Blue Land weren't so traditional, they might stray towards the odd. Did they think Luna would smite them where they stood if she saw the same gender pairing up? Why else would she pair them up if she didn't like it? She had to be open to new things if she was so on about putting the blonde and purple haired males together.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada smiled brightly when Arx agreed with him, and he got his way with this argument, for now. He hadn't ever been called cute before the archer, but he couldn't consider himself cute. "If anything, you're the cute one here" he decided, smiling slightly. If he could pick one person in this village right now to call cute, it would most definitely be Arx. But he could think of better adjectives to describe the older elf.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Me? What did I do to be cute?" Arxingall asked, raising an eyebrow and looking up at Azlada. He wasn't the one who tried to play it tough and claimed all the things a child would. Not that that was a bad thing, but it was what Arxingall found charming about the other elf. How many warriors, archers, mages, here in the Blue Land, still did that after killing as much as they had? Some saw killing as justice since purging the land of beasts was what Luna had put them there for. Some didn't like killing, and had the jobs they did for a reason. Some warriors justified themselves with liking to know that their blade definitely killed a creature. Archers didn't want to feel their opponent die sometimes. "What would you definition of cute be, exactly?"
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada laughed, glancing down at te archer when the other looked up at him. "You're all smart and shit, and you're a hell of a lot quieter than I am. And you were cute when you wanted me to forgive you" he grinned down at the other elf, sticking his tongue out at him. "Cute ca be appearance wise, or personality wise, but I don't know how to explain" he shrugged. He didn't have a certain quality that made someone cute. It was either this seemed cute on this person, or this didn't.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"That's what you call cute then, huh? One episode of dropping my guard is cute? Perhaps I'll drop it more often around you and only you then, hm?" He didn't drop his guard on purpose, he had just felt the need to expose himself for Azlada to trust him again. It had been instinct on how to regain Azlada's trust. He was sure he could do it again for Azlada, though he had no idea how at the moment. Maybe when the time came he'd know how, he'd follow by what he thought. "Cute being appearance, makes you very cute, you know. You can be masculine and cute in one go."
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Hmm, maybe you should" Azlada smiled, liking the sound of that. He would get to be the only person to see Arx being cute. He was sure it would be slightly difficult for the older male to drop his guard more, but he would find a way, probably. Arxingall was the only one he ever let his guard down around. "If it comes to appearance, you're prettier than me though" he stated, letting the cute appearence comment slide. He couldn't argue with everything he said.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"I thought you said men weren't pretty, they were too testosterone to be pretty." Arxingall had been hit on by guys thinking he was a girl from behind before. It happened and he just walked away to spar them the humiliation that they were talking to a male and not a female. "You're cute, you don't have to be pretty. Luna created a lot of us one or the other. It's hard not to be one of them." Everyone was made unique, there were no ugly people that Luna had created.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"I'm too testosteroney to be pretty, but you're not. You don't seem to care as much about your manliness anyways" Azlada shrugged, since the archer seemed to be more quiet and sarcastic than rash or violent. "Hmm. This is true I guess. But. . . I'm manly cute. . . right?" unsure if there was such thing, but he decided to ask anyways. With anybody else he would be telling them how manly he was, and not asking. It was something he took pride in, but around Arx he felt more self concious than he would be any other time.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Manly cute?" Arxingall tried to imagine what manly cute could be defined as. He left it to Azlada's imagination though to figure out what that was. "Sure....why not." He looked at Azlada, looking to his puppy dog grey eyes and the small ponytail he had. His armor was off exposing a muscular build. He didn't want to call him manly just based off of his personality, but he supposed body wise he could. Manly cute made him think of a large guy like Equpos trying to look cute. The image disturbed Arxingall quite a bit.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Yes, manly cute" Azlada nodded, raising an eyebrow at the response. He was hoping to get a more straight answer, but he figured that was as close as he was getting. "I had a little girl in a rainstorm once tell me I looked like a lost puppy, and that it was adorable. . . I was standing under a tree in the swamp just drenched. I was slightly offended" he laughed slightly, thinking about the memory. He had been offended at the time but just found it funny now.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"At least she was being nice. She could have called you loads of other things," Arxingall mentioned, "but was standing under a tree smart during a rain storm? No lightning, I hope?" Azlada might not have gone under it then if there was lightning. "You shouldn't be offended that she complimented you though. It could have been saying something how you should have been smarter to get out of the area before the rainstorm." There were things that could have been said or questioned while he was out there. "Well, either way, you appear to be a lost puppy sometimes when you don't know what to do next."
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"Welll I'd rather not be called a puppy by a complete stranger. And no, there wasn't any lightning" Azlada grinned at the concern showed. "I'm not THAT stupid. Sometimes. But I'm touched by your concern" he laughed slightly, poking Arx in the side lightly. "Meh, I was just hoping for some form of cover. In the swamp, there isn't much other than trees" he shrugged. That had been the best he could do at the time, so he had dealt with it, as miserable as the rain had been. He preferred the solution they had yesterday.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall mimicked the gesture of Azlada poking him in the side. He seemed to like doing that. When Arxingall did it, he was met with the firm muscles of Azlada's build. At least through nerves Azlada felt it, even if it didn't really do the same thing that it did to Arxingall. Arxingall didn't really have that many muscles, mostly in his arms, not so much his core. Running around kept you in shape, but it didn't necessarily give you muscles everywhere else evenly. "You like doing this, don't you?" he asked, smirking slightly. "I can do it too, you know."
