Ryumi smiles and says, “Ryumi have everything Ryumi need.” She had found a small bag earlier and put stuff in it that would keep her entertained at office while he worked. She walks with him to the car and says, “Master and Ryumi going to have a good day at work today.” She was going to remain positive. She wanted him to have a good day.

(( ooc, sorry i was not feeling too good yesterday. otherwise i would have posted . sorry again. ))

He chuckled as he picked up his little handheld computer and checked it. " seems right Ryumi. only have about two meetings to do today. Go over some numbers and a new program is what it looks like. " heading outside, he waved a bit at the house keepers. not even noticing their curious and yet surprised looks at how ryumi was dressed as well as his good mood.

" i may start on that new project today, get a prototype out. see what the client likes about it and they make modification's. t hen i can just go from there. " he grinned, glancing at her." sorry. i know some of this may be confusing."

(Oh that is okay hun.) Ryumi listened to him quietly as he talked about his work plans for the day. She did not understand most of it but she knew it was important to Aiden. She says as they get into the car and buckled up, “It is a little confusing. But that is okay. Ryumi does not mind hearing master happy about his work.”

He laughed softly as he buckled up and put his things in the back. " Well i am sure you will get the hang of it the longer you hang around me, Miss Ryumi. " he smiled warmly at her as he started up the car and drove out onto the highway, he was definitely feeling good and had a great night sleep. He was thinking clearly and already going over certain things he needed to do and what he would do on his vacation. He really could not wait.

Ryumi looks at him and says after a few moments, "Ryumi will most likely pick up on a lot of things if Ryumi stay with master." She was looking forward to their trip to Paris. She says, "Paris is going to be fun. Ryumi cannot wait to show master all it's beauty." She sways her tail around her waist so no one can step on it when they get to the office.

He smiled as he looked to her while he pulled into his reserved parking space." I know it will be. Specially when i am going with someone as sweet as you. " he leaned over and kissed her cheek, got his brief case and got out of the car." If you want something for lunch later do not be afraid to ask Darcy . she will be the secretary today."

Ryumi blushes when he calls her sweet but she blushes harder when he kisses her cheek. “Ryumi is just being herself.” She was still getting used to positive attention. Once they were parked, she got out and opened his door for him. “Darcy. Okay Ryumi will remember that but what about master? Master cannot skip meals no matter what. It is not good on the body.”

He laughed softly as he waited for her before heading to for the elevator. " I know hun. Darcy already knows what I usually eat. the secretaries normally order the food at lunch time for the whole staff. . The company pays for the meals of course." He smiled at her. "i won't skip a meal, i promise."

Ryumi walked with him into the company building and the elevator ignoring the stares from the male employees. She just wanted to look more normal for her master. After all he was the CEO of company. He could not be seen with a girl looking like a rag doll or a filthy homeless person. She says, “Ryumi knows when to eat to keep Ryumi’s body strong.”

He smiled as he dug in his briefcase , getting out his papers he would go over." Well that is very good Ryumi. " He looked to her before glancing at the other guys, frowning. " Get back to work. If you have time to stare, then perhaps i should find more work for the lot of you. " He glowered.

Shaking his head as the elevator door opened, he ushered her outof the elevator and into the office. " sorry Ryumi..you would think they have not seen a lovely woman in a nice outfit before." he mumbled, waving to darcy. stopping by th e desk to pick up his notes.

Ryumi looks at him as he pushed her into the office. “Sorry Ryumi is causing trouble for Master. Ryumi was just trying to look appropriate for Master’s position. Ryumi wanted to look nice for master and no other.” She sits down in one of the extra chairs in his office. She opens her bag and pulls out a notebook and a pencil. She begins to draw a detailed picture of a beach.

He blinked and watched her. " don't you apologize for that dear. you do look appropriate. Men here just.. need to keep their eyeballs on their own work " he mumbled. blinking in surprise.. was he ... jealous?. setting his things on the desk he rubbed the bridge of his nose..he had never been jealous before. Then again just imagining the men oogling Ryumi had his blood boiling again..

Taking a deep breath to calm himself, he smiled at her. " Trust me,what you are wearing is just fine. you just look very lovely is all. "

Ryumi’s ears perk up and she looks at Aiden. Well something is different. She was picking up on his mixed emotions. She says, “Master just relax. Don’t let a bunch of idiot ruin our day.” She goes back her drawing. “Ryumi only belongs to master. Ryumi has no need of any other man.”

He blinked in surprise as he looked to her before giving a sheepish look. " Oh, sorry, didn't mean to upset you." Running a hand through his hair , he sat down at his desk and leaned back as his laptop booted up. She was right of course, he was not going to let those idiot's get to him. Biting his lip he looked to her, granted she did belong to him, but he wanted to give her , her freedom back. He was not worried if she didn't want to stay with him or not. As long as she was happy atleast, that is what he wanted.

Shaking his head he leaned forward and brought up several programs on his laptop, burying himself into his work as he worked things out and rearranged his schedule here and there to make sure he nothing got mixed in with his vacation time. he was lucky nothing major was coming up.

Once that was done, he checked the company emails that he recieved every day from multiple clients, printing out some that he would need to keep track of order's.

Ryumi stays quiet as she starts drawing complex pictures. One of Aiden sitting at his desk. One of Aiden sleeping on the couch. She watches him for a moment before going back to drawing. She draws out a picture of her as a young child in the forest. She says to herself, "So much has changed since then. It's hard to believe that I even remember that far back."

Hearing her speak, he blinked and looked up at her. " Hmm? what was that dear?" he had been so deep into his thoughts, he nearly didn't hear her as he leaned back and glanced at the clock, surprised to see the time had gone by a bit. almost lunch time. shaking his head he ran another program, glad to see it went smoothly with no glitches.

Ryumi looks at him tensing up as she realized that she said that out loud. She says, "Oh sorry. Ryumi is just getting caught up in Ryumi's memories. Ryumi did not mean to interrupt master." She looks at the drawing of her as a young child in a cage. She did not even know what she was back then. She thought she was a freak. She crinkles up the piece of paper and throws it away.

He frowned as he leaned back, watching the wadded up paper go flying through the air and into the trash. " Its alright, what are you drawing?" he tilted his head curiously as he got up, moving around his desk to go over to her, smiling softly as he sat down next to her. " Are your memories of childhood that bad?"

Ryumi looks at him a moment unsure if she should tell him or not. Were her childhood memories that bad? Well she knew they were not what many would call normal. “Ryumi was born a slave. Ryumi was taken from Ryumi’s mother as soon as Ryumi received the mark of the slave at the age of one. Sold to Ryumi’s first master at the age of three. By the age of five Ryumi was forced to mate with a man and then nearly beaten to death afterwards for trying to kill the man. After that Ryumi was beaten until Ryumi learned to do as any master tells her to do. The painful memories go on and on.”

His eyes widened in surprise before he moved to put an arm around her.Rubbing her shoulder lightly. ' oh my. I see. that is something I would not like to remember either." he grimaced, he really didn't like that she had memories like that." I am sorry i made you remember some of that . why don't we take a break ? we can do what you would like to do for a little while. create some happy memories.'

Ryumi looks at him a moment. He thought he triggered those memories? Didn't he know those type of memories haunt a person? She kisses his cheek and says, "Master please continue Master's work. Memories can be made after work is finished." Ryumi did not want him to get off track with important projects when they were already going to be gone for a week. That would already give him a big work load when theywould get back from Paris.

He blinked as she kissed his cheek before relaxed and then sighed. " Alright, you are right. Need to get back to work. " He smiled and gave her cheek a quick kiss as well. " Just.. if you need anything or somethings bothering you, don't be afraid to come to me." He glanced at his watch, mentally marking how many more hours he wanted to spend at work.

Going back to his desk, he pushed his glasses back on before going back to the computer screen, completely burying himself in his work for the next several hours to get the projects well on their way.

Ryumi looks at him as he worked on the projects at hand. She was looking forward to Paris. She gets in his lap and turns into her cat form. She did not sleep. She just wanted to reassure him that he was not alone either. She purrs against his stomach trying to encourage him to keep going. She could sense that he was stressed out but things needed to get done.

He barely noticed her climbing in his lap, that was how distracted he was, though every now and then he would reach down and lightly run his fingers through her furr while scowling at the computer here and there. Every now and then he would fix the problem easily. Getting the programs to run alot more smoothly, only to hit another snag, which would send him back to square one.

After another hour of working on it. He leaned back and ran his hand through his hair again, making the hair stand up before he frowned and leaned forward again, finally spotting the problem." geez, hate it when its that simple yet hidden " He mumbled. lightly rubbing her ears again as he redid the program.. He glanced at his watch, then sighed and eyed his list. He got half of it done that was for sure. still had alot. maybe he could work at it at home before the vacation.

He looked down at her and gave a soft smile. " Hungry?"

Ryumi watched the work he was doing closely before meowing in a quiet manner when he brought up the topic of food. She was hungry. After a moment though, she looked over his list before doing the objects on the list that she could do. She made a note that he needed to make a lot of phone calls that would require a translator. She transformed into her form and began to make those calls for him.
