"Do... you think the rest of the pack is aware of our... 'activities'?" Daniel asked. He didn't know how the rest of the pack would act if they knew what they were up to. He hoped accepting, after all, they were mates. Still, he didn't know, she was like their sister.

[Tierra]

She laughed. "yes.." she said. "Don't worry. They will be pleased. A prophecy said one would come and lead the pack into light. They believe it's you" she said looking up at him. "They were waiting for this to happen" she said.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel looked down at her... a prophecy? Leading the pack into light? But... it couldn't be him? If it was... he would accept it. He would lead this pack, but Lith, surely she is more qualified to lead? He rid his mind of the thoughts that plagued him. He would just enjoy his new life with his love. "That is good to hear." he said.

[Tierra]

She smiled up at him. She couldn't believe how lucky she was to be with him. When they returned to the pack they were greeted warmly. The boys nudged Daniel and winked but gave Lith some space. It was official. Daniel was a leader of the pack.

Daniel seen how warmly they were greeted, it felt good like he belonged. He felt it... he was the new leader... It was odd though, he had not once shifted, yet... here he was. He looked at Lith, but went with the guy's nudging, they knew, that was for sure. He looked to Lith, giving her some space though, wondering what she thought of the whole situation of him becoming the new pack leader.

[Tierra]

She smiled at Daniel. Seeing the pack accept him so warmly and seeing him as her mate and leader. She smiled life seemed ok for the pack they just had to clean up the last of the wild shape shifters. Lith being the eldest and purest there moved to one of her brothers and pulled him aside to talk.

[Chaosmazer]

They accepted him. He felt warm, knowing he was part of this wonderful pack. Let alone the leader. Though, he still had a lot to learn. He still needed to listen to Lith, and the rest to ensure that he made smart decisions while leading the pack. He watched as she took aside one of his brothers, he wondered what they would discuss.

[Tierra]

She knew the pack had been mixed up in numbers over the last few days. She knew it was mating season and being typical boys they needed to satisfy their needs. She rolled her eyes when he said he had fathered wolf pups to a wolf fem. He wished to be with them and she smiled kindly. Accepting his request she let him go but let him know he always had a place with the pack. She returned to Daniel's side.

Daniel watched as one of the pack members ran off, he didn't quite know why. As his love returned to his side he looked at her curious. "Where is he off to?" he asked curiously. He knew that nobody would leave the pack without a good reason.

It was mating season, but Daniel didn't know that. He was feeling a certain need earlier, but that was taken care of fairly recently. He smiled thinking back.

[Tierra]

She took Daniel's hand and looked up at him. "He has bigger matters to attend" she said. "i'll explain later" she saw him smile and looked at him sideways "what's so funny?" she asked.

[Chaosmazer]

"Just thinking back on happy memories..." he said bringing her close. "Happy memories that... were a lot of fun." he said kissing her sensually. He felt as if he wanted to take her again, but he snapped out of it. "S-Sorry... I don't know what came over me." he said. He brought his mind back, bigger matters, that was good enough for him. He trusted the pack and especially Lith.

[Tierra]

She also smiled "Indeed they were" she said knowing the pack knew what they were talking about. He then kissed her and the pack clapped with excitement. She blushed a little and laughed "Hmmmm" she said. She lent in and whispered in his ear "later my love".

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel nodded. "So...how long will it be until I am able to change?" he asked. "How long till the moon is coming out and we will be able to go for a run?' he asked her with a small smile. he was eager to change, to see how it felt to get a true shapeshifter.

[Tierra]

"An hour" she said. "We best get ready" she said. "We will take a run through the valley keeping Daniel in the middle, when we feel he is doing ok he will run p front with me. We will run for a few hours and return Daniel before our hunt" she said.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel grew excited. One more hour until he could shed his human side for a form more suited for running. Though it would only be temporary, he wanted to try out his new abilities, find out how freeing it was. "What do we need to do in order to get ready?" he asked her. He watched as the evening approached and the sun was starting to set. One more hour till the moon came.

[Tierra]

"You will need to do some stretches. Your muscles with hurt tomorrow. We wont be able to..." she looked down trying not to laugh "Just start stretching" she said. She stretched a little then moved out of the cave "It's time" she said.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel obeyed and started stretching, knowing that it would help him and loosen him up a bit. He took his time, using the hour to it's fullest. He thought of how she almost slipped up. It made him smile. When he finished it was time to go. He looked up at the moon above. He wanted to howl right then, but with his human mouth, it would sound odd... he would wait.

[Tierra]

The pack stood in formation around Daniel and Lith at the lead. Slowly she removed her clothes and lifted her chin to the moonlight. "Will yourself to the change. Think wolf. The paws. The ears. The eyes. The fur" Her body took over and she changed. The pack also.

[Chaosmazer]

For Daniel it took a moment. He visualized it, he focused, the paws, the eyes, the fur... the moon... He focused, willing himself to take on his other form. He felt it starting to come to him... it was increasing, suddenly it overtook him. He was turning. When his eyes opened he was no longer a human. He looked at the rest of the pack, excited with his new form.

[Tierra]

Lith walked to Daniel and licked his muzzle. His eyes would see more, his nose smell more, his body strong. She smiled and turned to lead the pack. She took off running under her moon. Feeling free. She let out a howl as she ran and the pack joined in.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel let out a howl, joining his love. Feeling complete and utter freedom under the night sky. He smelt everything around him, his eyes, they could see for what seemed like forever. His body was normally strong, but now it felt even more so. The run was like heaven... it never wanted it to end.

[Tierra]

They ran through the valley and across the river. The pack circled around and headed back towards the cave. They still had miles before they reached it. They had to take Daniel back to the cave.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel ran happily with the rest, though he knew when they were circling around, He knew that they were heading back to the cave. The whole pack was about to hunt... it would be dangerous for him until he got Lith's bite. He didn't want to become like Coven... and besides with her bite, he would become a more pure shapeshifter. He ran back, still enjoying the run.

[Tierra]

Once they returned to the cave she licked his muzzle again and bowed down a little before the pack took off on a hunt. They returned with a kill and changed and dressed before bringing it back into the cave. She ran into the cave looking around for Daniel.

Before they returned with the kill, Daniel thought for a bit, he wanted to experiance more with his new form... but still, he didn't want to just disappear on them. He sat outside the cave watching for them, but at the same time smelling the air, listening to the sounds of the wild. He smelt them starting to return. He went inside and waited for them. Reluctant to leave his new form.
