It took him a moment before he realised what exactly she was talking about. Children... little pups running about. The pack would grow. He smiled. "I like children..." he said. "Maybe... we... could have some of our own." he said looking into her eyes. "Little ones running around... the pack would grow." he said.

She smiled. "Children... Haven't really seen a child." she said. She didn't expect him to suggest what he did. She blushed "er....yeah... we... I.... I dunno if I'm mother material" she said looking up at him. "Little ones around the pack would be... a dream come true. To live a true life of shape shifter. My cousin and I are the only two actually born into this life." she said.

He licked her once more. "I think you would make a wonderful mother." he said. "But, it is a choice both of us have to make." he said. "The pack needs to grow somehow... and like you said... it would be a dream come true. I never thought I would ever have the chance to father children..." he said.

She licked his muzzled and patted his shoulder with a paw. "We would make good parents. You are young and have plenty of time to father children" she said with a smile.

"You are experienced... you know many things that children would need to know. That, and you have a lot of patience with stubborn pups..." he said with a small laugh. "You would make a good mother." he said. "I know I have plenty of time, just, before I met you, there wasn't anybody who I had the desire to be with." he said.

"I guess that's true" she said. "Stubborn pups yes" she said biting his ear. "And do I make you feel this desire? To be with someone?" she asked looking at him sideways.

Daniel laughed slightly when she bit his ear, but then looked at her. "Yes... but not just anyone... with you." he said. "I have never been truly interested in anyone until I met you... now, I can't imagine being with anyone else." he said

"My dear that is because you haven't met a women like me." see laughed. "Come let us return to our pack" she said starting to walk back to the pack. "We best find some clothes first." she said with a laugh.

Daniel laughed, "You're right, we wouldn't want to change back around the pack with nothing to dress with." he said. "Where did we leave our clothes? It shouldn't be too terribly far away." he said.

"Yes... Could get some odd looks" she said with a laugh. "Smell them out" she said. "I know where they are but see if you can track them. Our human smells. It's a skill you will need" She said.

With a nod Daniel started sniffing the air, the wind. He picked up many different scents, animals near by, some plants that he never knew smelt so good... then... faintly... he could smell a human scent. It was what Lith smelt like when she was changed. He nodded. "I... think I have something..." he said following it somewhat slowly, making sure he stayed on track.

She followed him when he picked up the scent. He had the right scent and she followed him. "Very good" she said as they found their clothes. She changed back to her human form, her hair rolling over her shoulder in soft curls. "Daniel.... Sweaty?" she said looking across at him.

Daniel changed back as well, he was tired out, he still needed to think human a lot in order to change fully, but still, he was starting to get a hold on it. He looked to her, she was beautiful in wolf or human form, a true shapeshifter. "Um..." he said dumbfounded for a moment. "Yes?" he said

She walked over to him and kissed him deeply then drew back. "I love you" she said before starting to dress. She smiled looking across at him once or twice before he dressed also.

He stood, unable to react after a kiss like that. He looked at her sweetly. "I love you too." he was able to say once his mind returned to him. He started to dress yet felt her eyes on him. He didn't mind. They were mates anyways and she has seen him like that before. He watched her as she dressed a bit, no matter how many times he seen her, he loved how she looked.

She smiled at him knowing she had taken his breath. Once they were dressed they started to make their way back to the cave and the pack. Half the morning was gone all ready.

As they walked he remained close to her, wanting to be near her as much as he could. He may be the pack leader, but in his eyes, he could never live up to the tasks that she had. He smiled happily though, knowing that she had faith in him. The rest of the pack accepted him and life seemed good.

She took his hand as they walked. She smiled at him as they returned, the pack had eaten and were lying round relaxing. "Lazy" she said as they walked to the pack.

Daniel laughed seeing how the pack was laying around after they had eaten. He thought it was kinda funny how the pack was just laying around. He looked down, feeling something in his pockets. He knew what it was... the medallion, the one he had set off to receive. He figured he would turn it into a necklace or something, a way to keep it with him. He would protect it for now.

Lith laughed also. She looked to him. "Something wrong?" she asked tilting her head to the side a little. She had forgotten about the medallion, the job he was sent to do, how important it was to him.

Daniel removed the Medallion from his pocket. He sighed a bit depressed. "I had almost forgotten about this..." he said. This shattering his happy outlook, thinking all his worries were over and he could just enjoy his time with his new mate. "I... have to protect this... keep it out of the wrong hands." he said.

She saw the medallion and also sighed. "I had forgotten...." she said. She could see the medallion was a burden to them both. "We need to be rid of it" she said looking down on it as it sat in his hand.

Daniel shook his head. "I'm not sure if something like this can be destroyed through normal means." he said. "I... can actually feel the magic emanating from it." he said. I don't think this world holds a fire hot enough to melt it." he said.
