Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
"No you probably couldn't...not from the age 6. The only reason I'm not dead, is because I can't die idiot." He said with a smirk. "Haven't you noticed all the scars I have. Like the multiple scars from bullets. I've been shot in the heart a couple times idiot. I heal fast though, not that clean, but I heal fast." he said completely ignoring the question on what he was laughing at, not really wanting to answer knowing Ryota would just complain anyway. He figured in the end switching the topic to something like this wouldn't be that bad. At least it would keep their minds off of whatever was happening with Deidara and what not.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota rolled his eyes, sighing. "Well not from 6. . . maybe from 10. It's probably harder to survive here than it is on the streets. . . people will kill you for food. . . you probably come accross food more often on the streets. . . piss off someone here enough and you're dead unless you can defend youself" he laughed slightly. He didn't exactly notice Revelation ignoring his question, but whatever. "My dad helped me stay alive, but even that was hard as hell" he snickered. It didn't bother him now, but life was rough even in the base.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation glared at him for a moment, this guy was a complete idiot and knew nothing. "Well, even if people fight for food here, at least there's enough available that you don't starve. If you don't have money, on the street, you're not going to get food unless you eat of the trash or beg. Being a kid without a school education, finding any sort of work is hard, so making money was even harder then that. The only up side of being a kid on the street is the sympathy points that earn money. I started as an assassin at 16. So I spent 10 years with almost nothing. You'd be dead as soon as starvation kicked in." He explained with a sigh.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
"That's the thing, sometimes there isn't enough! If Kakuzu doesn't get enough money, he'll cheap out for like, a month! And I'm rarely the one who actually gets food" Ryota said, sighing. "Hmm, alright, it might be a bit harder, but it's pretty close. It can be shit living here. Sometimes it's alright. Especially now that I can hold my own in a fight over food" e sighed, not sure what the point of the argument was, but whatever. It gave them something to distract them, so he didn't care.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation started to laugh again, not the insane laugh, as he thought about a little Ryota being held an arms length away from Hidan as the immortal stuffed his face. It was hilarious thought, especially since at a young age, Revelation probably would have been able to hold his own in a fight for food like that. But the thought wouldn't leave his head and it was pretty sure he was going crazy because he couldn't stop laughing. It really was a funny thought and all, but not that funny. This was it, he had snapped he was sure of it.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota sat up and looked at Revelation when the albino started laughing, wondering what the hell was so funny. Especially wanting to know since he wouldn't stop. "Ummm. . . whatever the hell you're thinking of. . . IT ISN'T FUNNY" he said, crossing his arms. He was curious as to what it was, not knowing that he was better off not knowing. He was pretty sure Revelation had snapped a looooong time ago, but you never know. He could have regained his sanity sometime in the last five minutes, just to lose it again.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation smiled as he trailed off his laughter wiping a tear away from his eye, "Oh but it so is..." he said small laughs managing to find there way out of him here and there, little hiccup of laughs. It was good to let out a laugh like that every once and a while. Maybe he wasn't completely insane yet. He was pretty sure Ryota thought he was, but he still had some hold on his sanity, despite everything. He looked back up at the ceiling. "Were you ever actually short...?" Revelation questioned randomly glancing at Ryota for a brief moment out of the corner of his eye.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota shook his head, wondering what the hell had gotten into the albino. He was actually just sitting there laughing. And laughing hard at that. He looked up at the ceiling, wondering what the hell he was laughing at, when Revelation spoke again. He looked at him and then back at the ceiling, then doing a double-take. "Wait, what? Where the hell did that come from!?" he asked, propping himself up on his arm and staring at Revelation with a 'what the fuck' look on his face. "Of course I was short, until I was like twelve. . . then I hit a growth spurt. . . but what does that have to do with anything?".
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ignoring the question and the look on Ryota's face he waited for the answer. He smiled when he got it and fell onto his back again starting up another giggle fit, going back to picturing Little Ryota getting beaten up over food. Revelation knew he was having way to much fun with this, but he couldn't help it at the moment. "Absolutely nothing." He managed to say between fits of laughter.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota glared at Revelation as he ignored him, and started laughing again. "What the hell is so funny?" he demanded, sitting up and leaning against the wall behind him. "You're. . . giggling?" he said, confused. He really had no idea that the albino was even capable of giggling. He wanted to know what he was laughing at, and since he had asked if he was ever short, he figured it was probably at his expense. He wanted to know what he was being made fun of for now.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
"It's nothing I swear." He said before laughing even more clutching his stomach and going to roll over onto his stomach but he hadn't realized in his laughing fit that the bed ended and he fell off and hit the ground with a loud thud and he was silenced quickly. He sat up and frowned he was wrapped up in his blanket in a tangle on the floor. Ryota was rubbing off on him and that was all there was to it. There was no other way to explain this strange behavior. He glared up at Ryota, "You have messed with my head. That laughing fit was all do to over exposure of YOU." he said as he stood up and sat back down on his bed.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota glared harder, knowing fully well it wasn't nothing. His mouth twitched slightly despite his glare when he saw the albino rolling over, knowing what was going to happen even before he fell. When he did, the blonde burst into laughter, glad to have his own turn to laugh. "Well if you don't want to have to deal with over exposure of me, then leave" he said, snickering. "Now tell me what the hell it was you were laughing at damn it!" he was still laughing, despite himself. It was pretty damn funny to see Revelation fall like that, which is something he never thought he'd see.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
"You want to know what I was laughing at." Revelation said he frowned for a minute before smirking as he answered, "You." it was a short simple answer. "Now I'm going to go have a shower. And change my bandages." he said getting up and walking off to the bathroom. Turning on the water to let it warm up slightly before stripping down and taking off the bandages he had on. He got in the water and sighed, it was still pretty painful having it beat against his wounds but it was soothing none the less.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota raised an eyebrow, a bit surprised that he was going to get an answer, even if he had wanted one. When he simply said 'you', he frowned. "Jackass" he muttered. He had already guessed that. He just wanted to know what about him he had been laughing at that was apparently so damn funny. "Meh, whatever" he muttered when Revelation got up to take a shower. He slumped against the wall, looking around the room for a moment before grabbing his sketchbook off the floor and picking up a pencil, tapping it against a blank peice of paper before starting to draw, hoping it would keep his mind off of everything going on. After about two minutes of artist's block he roared loudly and threww the book, which hit the bathroom door loudly. He crossed his arms and fell back onto the matress, growling in annoyance.
