Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero looked around, his eyes half closed in a relax looking way as they often were. He couldn't help but feel relaxed when he was restrained in his custom straight jacket. The same cloth around his face only his cheeks eyes and nose showed on his face. And what the cloth didn't cover his long black bangs did.
He scanned his surrounding. He was laying the the tree outside the abandend manor he called his home. His red eyes looked for anything unusual though he never found anything, he never did. Everything was always so quiet here. No one ever approached his house though. They all thought it was abandoned and haunted by the ghosts of his family. And the last time someone had entered the house they had met the terrible fate of death, and since then Nero had booby trapped the entire place. The place was nearly impenetrable and he never had to worry about break ins.
He had been working on a formula to bring his long deceased parents back from the dead for the past 12 years and everytime he had ever got close it had back fired. His parents...there body were preserved in Mako tanks in there old room, waiting to be brought back. Nero had to admit the past 12 years he had locked himself in his study hadn't done great things to him. Though he was smarter then anyone his age he had lost most of his sanity along with his parents and he only recently gained back most of his control over his deadly powers, though he always found himself completely unable to control them when he snapped and was infuriated or incredibly upset.
Then he thought he saw something a little odd...especially for this little town of his...

Nami walked silently through the dark, empty corridors of the cave, eyes locked straight ahead, a look of pure concentration on her face. She took her time getting to where she had been summoned, not precisly caring what the Leader said or not. It was his fault that she was going to be taking her own sweet time, shows him for distrubing her work. She brushed some of her long red bangs out of her brown, dull eye, almost there.
She pushed open the door to the office, entering the chill, pitch black room. A figure shillhouted when she opened the door, but was quickly erased as she shut the door behind her. She awaited for him to speak, to give her orders to get over with whatever he had summoned her for.
"You summoned me, Leader-sama?" She held back the boredom and slight impaitence in her voice, still trying to give the appearance of being respectful.
"Yes, Nami, I am sending you on a mission to collect the information from this target, and then to kill him," he said simply, with menace in his voice. She nodded once, then headed out the door.
When she got back to the silent halls of the infamous Akatsuki's base, she headed for the room she had called hers for the past 14 years. She ignored the people she came across, checking her bad to see if she had everything, and whatelse she would need to grab from her room.
Snatching only several more puppet scrolls and her polished twin katanas, she headed for the sealed door of the cave. She had read enough of the papers Pein had shown her, and knew where to go, and how to handle the situation so it would be quick and easy.
She walked to her destination, in no more of a hurry as she had been to go to leader's office then to get to where she was supposed to go.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero, sensing something, leaped down from the tree he was concealed in heading, in the shadows towards the entrance to the small town. Easily without the use of his arms he jumped into yet another tree. He looked around as if waiting for something. The two pistols he always carried were starapped to his belt as always though he of course couldn't use them tied up the way he was. He smirked, though it was unseen as his mouth was covered in cloth as he saw someone approach the village some person who had obviously never been here before to be dressed and equipped the way she was. He leaned against the trunk of the tree, sitting on the branch he was on, one leg swinging down the other found its place on the bark. He waited to see if this odd looking girl would notice him, though by the look on her face he doubted she would.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami had walked through the crumy town, and had exited it, now walking around it's entrance. She had suspicions that the whereabouts of her target was to be around the vicinety, and had thought she sensed something, but perhaps it was a trick of the mind, for it had dissapeared as soon as she had left the village. She scanned around, taking notice of the feeling she had that gave her the sensation of being watched.
She looked around for anyone who would resemble the target, but only seeing passerbys going in and out of the viallge. She was fairly bored already, and was hoping more to just get this over with to go back to the base and finish her puppet. Nami weaved in between trees, searching around, trying to find any kind of movement that she could look at and examin. So far, she had found none. She continued to walk on, detreminned to finish the mission successfully so her father might have something to be proud of, and Pein wouldn't eat her alive if she didn't complete it.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero rolled his eyes...he wondered what the hell this girl could possibly be looking for, but really, it was none of his concern he should get back to studying anyway. He jumped out of the tree he was in and looked around again before he started heading back towards his house on the opposite side of the village. He sighed and had his head in the clouds as he normally did as he started his trek back not expecting to walk right into the young girl who had been wandering around for the past while. He looked down at her and smirked another unseen smile he backed up slightly, "I'm sorry" he said in his deep, dark and slightly hoarse voice. He didn't normally talk he didn't find it nessicary with what he did.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami hadn't expected for anyone to be in the area she had been wandering around without much thought. But as she was viewing the trees surrounding her, she felt a nudge and turned around quickly, ready to pull a katana if need be. She deffinetly hadn't expected to see who she figured was her target, and who had just bumped into her.
He looked a little shocked he had bumped into her, and he almost had a look on his face that he knew who she was or had at least seen her before. She had to look up a little at him, because of her height, and because of her parents triats to make her small.
He wore a jacket that covered most of his face, and a straight jacket. His long, black bangs hid his eyes, and he looked even a little flustered as he muttered an apology. His voice was slightly hoarse, like he had been yelling or something rigerous to strain his throat. Nami thought fast, trying to think of what to do.
"No, it was my fault that I had been in your way," she said quietly, faking poilitness. She bowed lightly to him, trying to formulate a better plan.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero raised an eyebrow at how polite she was...but he wasn't an idiot...he was far from...he knew SOMETHING was up...it was just his job now to find out exactly what was. He looked her over slightly while she was bowed, to avoid suspision, before saying something, "Why exactly have you been wandering around here...were you expecting to find something." He WOULD find something out no matter what, he just hoped his meathod would work. It is odd to talk to someone, to be standing right next to them looking at there face and see them talk without seeing there mouth move but still have the words so clear. He had also cleared his throat slightly after he got used to talking again and his words didn't sound so hoarse. He waited for her answer...if any...
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami waited several seconds before straightening herself up again, looking back up at her target. Keeping her expression calm as to not give away what she intended to happen. He seemed to be looking at her in a sort of questioning way, but she was unable to see his mouth, so she couldn't completly tell.
"Why exactly have you been wandering around...." he might have been suspicious, which means Nami wasn't doing a very good job of faking right now. That, or he knew more than he let on. "Were you expecting to find something?" Nami would answer, but not truthfully.
"Actually, yes, I am. Perhaps you could help me find it?" She asked him, trying not to bring anymore reason to suspect anything more on her.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero raised an eyebrow at her request, "Sure I would love to help you." He said in a genuinenly kind voice, he had had years or practice the art of deception, though if she wanted help she would have to tell him what she was looking for...or maybe she was smater then she seemed as Nero was. And unseen smirk crossed his face, "So what, may i ask, would i be looking for if i WAS to help you..." He turned around and started pacing this very farmiliar terrain.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Something about the tone in his voice set something off in her head, and she got the feeling she needed to work fast now, or this chance would be wasted.
"All right, I'm looking for an object that contains valuble information, but I can't seem to find it, perhaps since you know around here better, you would know where such a thing could be?" The pause in her voice between saying object was barley noticable, yet she was positive that he had heard it. She cursed at hrself for holding back a fews seconds on saying what she was looking for, not quite able to find the right word for what it was.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero, still not facing Nami, raised an eyebrow at the words object and information...the fact that she had paused before saying object obviously stated she wasnt looking for an inaniment object...which lead Nero to believe it wasn't a what or a who she was looking for. And the fact she was looking for information...the place with the most information in the entire city was Nero's manor. But what kind of information would he have that someone like her would want. He turned back to face her again, "Well you'll have to be a bit more specfic...i still dont fully understand what I will be helping you locate. How about we start towards my house...if your looking for something...i may have something there that can help us..." If he got her to his house he would have every advantage there was no way she would be able to beat him in his own terrain if things took a turn for the worst...
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
He wasn't facing her, and in a way she knew that she hadn't been able to hide the small pause in her words. Hopefully, but not likely, he'd just notice it and not think anything of it. If he did, then this wouldn't turn out so well. Either it would resort to voilence before she had the chance to kill him, or it would unlikely end well. The latter of the two seemed impossible, so she knew he was on to her now. She had been careless to not think of something on time and let the space between her words slip. Now he had ever more a reason to suspect her. She looked at him, he might have been thinking, but she couldn't exactly tell due to the lack of visiblity of his face.
He turned and looked at her now, "Well, you'll have to be a bit more specific....I don't fully understand what I will be helping you locate." He sounded as if he had this all thought out, almost like he knew what was up, and what was going to happen. "How about we start at my house....if your're looking for something...I may have something there than can help us...." Nami didn't trust this offer since she knew that he suspected her, but she kept her face locked in the expression of thinking, and slight innocence. She could take him on for this offer, but it was more or less likely a trick to get her in a better suited area for him, but there was no other options she could think of.
"All right," she nodded her head simply, "Lead the way then." She gestured with her hand for him to move forward.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero grinned only visible by the way his eyes looked when he did, "Okay follow me..." he said. He pondered the direction a bit should he go through the main entrance to his house and go through the village or around to the way he would normally go in....the latter would lead her too expect something was up and that his house was a little more 'hightech' then it looks so he decided with the first option, though this pondering to mere seconds as his brain was whizzing, he had thought before doing so by raising his head and closing his eyes while he stood in a shaft of light the found it's way through the trees, "It really is a nice day today...to bad it's going to ran...i can sense it on the air..." he had a feeling right there he had just completely told her he was insane...though in reality he was a perfect mental state he was just odd...and slightly paranoid. The fact that he was in a straight jacket but looked as calm as he did may also lead her to think that he was been in one for so long that he was used to it,when really he went through about four of these a week...easily ripping the fabric if nessicary. He started walking through the small, almost deserted village, which was brightened by the mid-day sun. He looked up at his extremely large house at the other side of the village then over his shoulder to make sure she was still following...
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
She followed her target, who was different that his bio had told. But it was un-updated, so she should have taken that information too. She wasn't sure why he was wearing a straight jacket, or dressed the way he did, but obviously he was not to be underestimated. "It really is a nice day today," he said suddenly, breaking the silence between them. "Too bad it's going to rain....I can sense it in the air." She could sense him tense up as the words left his mouth, even though he hadn't really said anything to lead to suspicion.
"Yes, it's unfortunate that the weather will change to something that is far less cheering," Nami followed along with the conversation, trying to keep the tension away from them. They contined on throughtout the village which seemed to be brighter still in the sun. Many houses crowded the area, most emptied and rotting, a few remind inhabited. On the other side of the village, a house stood out the most. She noticed him look over his shoulder at her, checking to see if she was still behind him.
"I take it then, that is your house over on the other side?" Nami asked pointedly, jerking her head lightly in the direction of the large building.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero looked over at the house she motioned to though he knew he didn't have to, "Yes...that is my house." he said, his voice, overall, was very monotone but it sounded intellictual. They were quickly closing the distance between them and the door to his house and a short while later they stood in front of the wooden door on the small wooden porch, he looked at the door and tried to remeber how he was supposed to open it but again he didn't want her to think this place was anymore then a rickty old building so he turned to face her, "Do you mind opening the door for me...I can't at the moment." He moved his arms the small amount he could while in the jacket. He wasn't going to rip it or get out of the jacket either, it was very calming to him and he wore it everywhere. He waited for her to open the door for him. He tapped his foot a couple times in certain spots to deactivate the traps in the foyer and front hall but passed it off as him tapping his foot impaiently. There was an inaudible click as the traps in the long dark hall beyond the door turned off.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
She moved ahead to open the door for him, then shuting it behind them as they entered the enormous house, and for some reason, Nami had an uneasy feeling being in here. The place just kind of gave off it's own sort of mysterious aura, she just wasn't sure what it was and why she felt it. A long hallway stretched ahead of them, the light was dim here, and there was almost an eerie silence without the two of them. Cobwebs filled spaces that she could see, sure that there were cobwebs all over the place.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero walked confidently down the farmiliar hall, stepping on certains spots on the floor out of instinct, he knew the traps were deactivated but he always had als always would walk to avoid the traps. He had set them up when he was a mere thirteen years old and had memorized where each was, what set it off and how to deactivate them. He led Nami down another hall then with one last turn they stood in front a of a large steel door it looked like the entrance to a vault. He examined the door slightly. He knew yet again this door was very complex and needed a lot of hightech stuff to unlock, but he knew the flaw in this door anyway. He examined the metal for a minute before taking a slightly step back and kicking a certain spot as hard as he could, which really was very hard seeing as he could be compared to a martial arts black belt. The door creaked and swung open revealing a large staircase leading into his basement/ study. Yet again there was a lot of hightech stuff down here but all was cleverly hidden. He had to bend slightly to get through the approx. 6ft tall door way and started down the wooden and creaky stairs. The basement was just as dark as up stairs with the faint glow from a single ceiling light as he leaned on the switch. The floors and walls were large grey stones in a brick like fashion. There was one long desk with piles of papers on it and four long shelves with countless books on them. He looked down at her one last time, "would you mind undoing my jacket?" he turned and bent down he tensed slightly expecting anything he waited her to undo the part where the two arms were latched together.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami could merely look in awe as they proceded throughtout the house, the person leading her seemed quite at home, and he proved this house had more to it than first glance revealed. His house was completly high-teched out, even if on the outside and the first long hallway looked like it needed a lifetime of work. The rest of the place seemed to be unbelievable, like it was the most futuristic place, with all the traps and what not that he was disarming. The most complex was probably the door, as it would seem to Nami. The door was a good foot taller than Nami, and she could hear a series of mechanicle things going on when he kicked the door. They entered a room that she suspected to be his study, seeing as there were papers all over the place and numerous books on the shelf. She saw him look down at her, "Would you mind un-doing my jacket?" He leaned forward so she could reach, Nami unclasped the jacket, releasing ihs arms. She was sure she was going to regret this later, but she didn't have a choice because she didn't have another plan.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero let his arms fall to his sides and he straightened back up. Pulling the sleeves of his jacket up to almost his elbow, he looked at the room and went to sit down at his desk. He pulled another chair from the side of the room and brought it up beside him. The dark blue tattoos on his arms were clearly visible now. He pushed a few sheets of paper with long confusing terms and equations them to the side of the desk and pulled out another notebook. He didnt bother opening it he jusy examined the cover, you could see faint indents where he had been writeing something on another sheet of paper ontop of this book. He looked over at Nami, "So take a seat...and i believe it would be easier to comunicate if we knew eachothers names...i am Nerotine Maslon..." He said bowing slightly from a sitting position. He kept his eyes on her he waited for her name.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami watched as he dropped his arms to his sides, adjusting his sleeves, then going to sit down. She noticed his tatoos and was slightly curious, she noticed them as she walked over to where he had pulled out the extra chair. She saw him clearing his desk as best as he could, which was in danger of being completly covered by all the things piled on top of it. He then pulled out a notebook, "You can take a seat...." She sat down in the chair, wary of him. "And believe it would be easier to comunicate if we knew each other's names." Nami thought if she should tell him, or make one up. "I am Nerotine Masion," he bent forward a little in the chair, bowing. His eyes stayed on her the whole time. So he had used his real name, so she may as well use hers, since she intended for him to be dead and not even care for later.
"I am Nami Akasuna," she bowed like he had in return, her eyes locked on him as well.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
He smirked then turned away from her he ran a finger over the cover of the book, this book had information on every person, object or place that would hold more information itself. And that name rang a bell. He flipped through the book scanning each farmiliar page as the passed his face for a second at a time. He passed the one he was looking for, but had seen the key words h had thought of when he heard her name. He knew that since he had passed the page he was looking for to flip all the way through to the end of the book brought very little suspicion...and even if he were to open the book, he had written everything himself and it was almost completely impossible to read by anyone but himself...who really was the only one he expected to read his stuff. The name brought up other topics in his head: Akatsuki, Sunagakure, Scorpion...He thought about each for a moment before looking at her again, "Well what exactly are you looking for?" he asked...
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero ran a finger lightly under the cover of the book in his hands, turning away from her to skim through the many pages. She wasn't sure what was in the book, or what he was looking for, but he didn't seem to find it the first time he skimmed through. He kept the book only open enough for his eyes only, which lead Nami to think there was some sort of secret about it. Perhaps it would be useful, and if she managed to kill him successfully, she'd take this particular book with her, He faced her again, "Well, what exactly are you looking for?"
"To be honest, I'm not precisly positive of what the item in question, is. I do know it contains immense value though, and I am to retrieve it and bring it back." Trying to buy time, Nami thought almost despratly for a plan to get information needed from him, and then be able to kill him. She didn't have a full plan from the start, but now she had no plan, since the tables had turned against her. All she could actually do now was try to find some kind of opening, then use that to it's fullest extent.

Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero smiled, "Oh really...well there aren't many things in this village or any of the neighbouring villages like that...in fact the only things i can think of that would be worth anything in this town the information in some of these books...and my head of course...when your a murderer there is often a bounty on your head i've found...oh but i guess you would know that right." He was extremely clever and he wouldn't be surprised that she was shocked that he had found out a lot by only the few words she had said. Everything sort of clickled...only a few things didn't fall into place. The fact that with her pause before object meaning she was more then likely looking for a who rather then a what, her name linked her to the Suna traitor Sasori, which overall would link her to the criminal orginization Akatsuki, then something that would be valuable...yes her little plot here was to easy to see through for a person of Nero's intellectual brilliance. He looked at her waiting for a reaction.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nami kept her body tense, a little aggrivated that he really had known what she had been there for, her mind raced as quick as it could go for what to do next. He looked at her, waiting for a response from her when he had proved that he had most likely known all along. Nami nodded stiffly, not quite sure what to do now, other than remain as she was and wait for him to do something. "Yes, that's correct, I do know that." She had to be ready to escape, but now that she had a hint at just how smart this guy was, she was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to leave, far from unscathed either. "Now, how shall we do this," she stated, she still needed to act as though she weren't at a complete disadvantage, like she still knew she'd be able to finish her task.
Re: Surely The Strangest*For SasoriPuppet*
Nero scowled, "Do what exactly..." he said. He reached across the desk smacked one of the stones on the wall which then swung foreward revealing a large panel of switches, each had a scribble under it saying a word though only Nero could read it, he flipped a few of them and an assorment of clicks and whirs could be heard from all around. He sat back in his chair after closing the compartment. He laced his fingers together, "I don't think you should attack your enemy without knowing the full extent of there power...don't you agree...but really what were the chances you would beat me anyway..." he said with a single, short laugh.
