Isis says goodbye to his parents and walked out with him. She says, “It went better than I thought it would. But we did not really get on the subject of me being a witch.” When they got the puppy place she was tense again. She was not afraid of animals but she had no experience with them. This was going to be interesting. She walked with him to the puppy and petted it gently

Andrew greeted the man in charge of the dogs and introduced Isis then they were on their way. "About my parents, we will tell them when we need too, right now they are likely just excited about me getting married" He stopped at a local pet store and since the dog was an assistance dog he was allowed to come in.

"We just need pick up some toys, and food, and a leash, I don't like the chockers that they trained with" He grins "You okay to go in?"

Isis looks at the dog again as she was still wrapping her mind around it. She was a doggy momma. Never thought she would see that coming in her life. She says with a calm tone of voice, “I am okay to come in.” She slowly got out of the car being careful of her shoes and the dog’s tail. She did not want to hurt the dog with her heels.

Getting out Andrew made sure that the dogs jacket was on showing that he was a service dog. When they entered the store it got a few stares but Andrew kept walking looking at the things he needed.

A young woman came up to him. "Dogs are not allowed in here" Andrew turned around "She is a service dog" The woman scoffed "What for you are not blind, you are looking at labels" Andrew feeling a bit anxious tried to move. The dog sensing this started to whine and lick at Andrews hands. The woman made a movement for the lesh "I will just take her outside for you alright"

This woman did not work here and Andrew backed away "Do not touch the leash please, she is a service dog and is allowed anywhere I am" He looked to Isis to see how she was handling this.

The moment the woman tried to grab the leash from Andrew Isis grabbed the woman hand. "By law as long as a service dog has their vest on you have no right to refuse or take the dog away from its owner. My fiance does not need to explain his needs of the dog either. What you are trying to do is illegal and you can go to jail for several weeks if not years and pay a large fine for this. It is a form of hate crime against disabled people. Try to touch my fiance or his service dog again, I am calling the cops. But before that I will break your arm." Her eyes showed she was dead serious. She has a doctorate degree in law and justice. She could be a lawyer if she wanted to. She even passed the bar while she was away. She just did not know where she wanted to practice.

Andrew looked relived. He didn't want the whole world to know what he was, it was bad enough everyone from their own town knew he didn't want the bigger cities to know.

The woman huffed off to complain but the manager had seen the whole thing and escorted her from store then came up to them. "Sorry about that, just so you know any service dogs are allowed here" He handed them a coupon "Get what ever you need for the dog on the house"

Isis took a moment to review how she handled the situation. Compared to how she would have handled it three years ago, she handle that very well. Although if it happens again, she didn't know what she would do. It would be different if it was the manager that did it. But a customer had no right to do that. She pets the dog and strokes Andrew's arm trying to calm them both down. "Calm you are going to fine."

Andrew nodded and smiled kissing Isis and swallowing hard. "Thank you my love, lets finish getting everything else we need, then get home, maybe some bbqing tonight what do you think?"

He finished getting a bed, a leash, and food, toys and treats. "Do you think we need anything else?"

Isis nodded at his suggestions for barbecue for tonight's dinner. She says, "That sounds pretty dang good to me. Haven't had barbecue in a long time." After getting the bed and other dog supplies, she went to the rawhide section. It was important to have big chew toys for the dogs to have things to keep them busy from chewing on other things like shoes and trash. She picked out a huge bone covered with beef flavored coating.

Andrew smiled grateful to be out of that situation. When they went up to pay the manager shook his hand. "Thank you for your service for our country its on the house today" Andrew gasped. "Well uhh thanks" He blushed then with help the loaded up the truck then Andrew drove to the store. "Ready for this one?"

Isis helped him load everything up in the truck. People did not know how to respect each other anymore. But she was hoping with her help he would feel more comfortable with using his service dog. People would adjust to that over a little time. She kisses his cheek and then set beside him until they got to the store. When he asked her if she could handle this store as well, she grabbed her bag without any hesitation whatsoever. "I will handle anyone who gives you trouble."

He chuckled softly. "Alright lets get the fixings for the bbq then I want to cook you a mean meal then maybe make some sweet love on in our bed again, or some other surfaces of the house" He winked then walked in the store his dog by his side with her new leash.

He loaded up some meat and veggies. "Do you think we need anything else?" He asked her.

Isis laughed softly as he clearly liked the idea of her being pregnant. "Something tells me that I should not have told you that I am pregnant. You are not going to leave me alone now." She kisses him deeply and walks with him throughout the store. She looks about the frozen dessert section. She spots a chocolate covered cheesecake. She smiles some and puts two in the cart. "Can't forget about dessert can we..."

Andrew grinned "Hmm if I remember grade 12 bio well enough shouldn't your boobs get even bigger soon?" He wrapped his arm around her and kissed her then gently bite her neck. "You are so beautiful"

He smiled at the desserts. "Hmm sounds good" Some people looked at him then noticed the jacket on the dog and simply nodded.

Isis blushes some. "In a few weeks they be bigger yes. As I go through the pregnancy they will be bigger." He was surely going to enjoy her getting big. She walked with him through the store until they had everything they needed and headed to the check out. She pays for everything and carries everything to the car. She was in a good mood now.

Andrew smiled a wolfish grin. "Hmmm that will be fun" He winked and gently tapped her ass. Once they had everything and loaded in the car he drove them home. "Well lets get home"

Once they were home Andrew helped carry stuff in, letting the dog sniff and explore around. He set down his food and water dish. He put the bed in the living room. "He might share our bed, its plenty big enough, what do you think?"

Isis smiled as she enjoyed the fact that he was getting back to the man she knew. She was worried that things were not going to get better for them. Once they got home and took care of things, she watched the dog explored the house. She looks at the doggy bed and says, “The dog is going to sleep with us.” She walks to the bathroom and shuts the door. She looks at herself in the mirror as she sees flashes of Andrew in the hospital. She starts shaking as she remembers how bad she wanted to help him. How weak she felt…she felt sick again.

Andrew started spicing the meat and preparing the bbq he was limping but okay the dog wimpered and whined to him until he took his pill "Alright then all done" The dogs head perked up and she went trotting alone Andrew smiled. Having a dog around was going to take some getting used to.

He was soon distracted with dinner he didn't notice Isis being away but the puppy did. She scractched and whined at the door. Seems the dog was going to be looking after Isis too.

Isis was still shaking even know she could hear the dog scratching at the door. She knew she had to open it but she couldn't move. She knew she was in her own bathroom but mentally she was back at the hospital watching him lay there in a coma. Her legs give out and she hit the floor like a rock. Tears streaming down her face. She was trying to bring herself out of the flashback but she couldn't. Pretty soon she started screaming for Andrew. Thinking she was looking at a corpse version of him.

Being alerted by the dog Andrew turned to the door, then hearing her scream he raced to the door bashing his knee into a table he didn't even feel it though he began to knock on the door but then using his shoulder and weight he pushed it open ripping it nearly all the way off its hinges it just hung there. He took in the sight of Isis and knelt down picking her up he carried her to the bed. The dog jumped on the bed and licked Isis on the face as Andrew gently stroked her. "Isis baby what is wrong"

Isis nearly jumped out of her skin as soon as Andrew touched her. She looks at him trying to calm herself down. She did not understand what just happened. It had been months since her last breakdown. She shouldn't be having these anymore. "It's nothing. I am sorry that I worried you. I don't know what just happened." she petted to the dog to make her stop licking her in the face. She was as pale as a ghost and her body was still shaking. She did not know what to say or do to make the situation better. She didn't want to explain what happened to them over 5 years ago scarred her way more than anything else in her life. She was embarrassed about it and she did not want to make him feel guilty about it.

Pulling her close to her watching as the dog went to the edge of the bed and put her head between her paws watching them, much like she had been trained to do.

"Baby talk to me, something scared you, I haven't heard you scream like that before" He kissed her forhead. Their dinner forgotten he just wanted to tend to her. He kept stroking her back hoping that she would be able to open up to him.

She looks at him sadly. "I suffer from PTSD just like you do, but it is from you being in the hospital. Every once in awhile a memory is trigger. Most of the time I suffer from getting sick because of the memory but every once in awhile, I scream. Because I see you as a lifeless corpse. I was under so much pressure while you were in the hospital that my mind could not take it. Doctors of all types told me that I would never get over it. Because of all the stress. So over the years I have learned to lock it away but every once in awhile memories get out. When that happens I have to ride it out. Which is what you saw in the bathroom. I did not mean to worry you."

Andrew held her close. "Oh baby, we habe to lean on each other, I am here so you don't have to do these things alone okay?" He felt momentarily happy that he had only put on the potatoes on and not the meat.

He kissed her softly. "Baby I was worried because I couldn't get to you" He ran his fingers through her hair. "What do you want to do know baby?"

Isis never knew what to say to him when he got like this. He was sweet honest and very loyal to her. What did she do to deserve a man like him? That she would never figure out. She kisses him gently and says, "We better get to finishing the cooking so we can eat. It would be a shame to all that good food go to waste. Don't you agree?" She could smell the burnt potatoes but that was okay they bought plenty. She was still very shaken up but she would be okay after a little bit. After her nerves settled down again.
