she watched him set it before looking up at him, going red again even as she gave a slight laugh'' hey now i wasn't.. so hush .. '' she nudged him slightly before petting Nuka on the head.. '' how did you learn how to set it? geez even i can't figure that stupid thing out.. '' she picked up the room and flipped through the channels again, finding a new channel that had one of the newer movies that came out.. '' huh repo men.. interesting. '' she glanced at Nuka who seemed to have a very pleased look on his face. '' well geez.. look at you mister i am king of this house. ''

Charlie got up and stretched, his bones popping some. "I learned...", he said nonchalantly as he looked at Nuka. "Repo Men? What's that?", he asked, watching some of it before becoming transifxed on the TV. He had never really seen a horror movie before, and always had wanted to. "Can we watch it? Huh huh huh?!", he asked in a high pitched voice, acting like a hyper little kid. He continued to watch it, pulling Nuka near him, and ast down in front of the TV while petting Nuka.

she blinked before giving another soft laugh .. '' its basically a movie about how the world is in trouble and in order for the people to leave they need artificial made organs.. and .. i guess its like a car loan, you don't make your payments they repossess the car and well in the movie, its the organ they take.. '' she shrugged before sitting down next to him. '' yes we can watch it , its not a true horror movie, not like jason or freddy krueger scary but its still good. ''

"Artificial Organs?", he asked, his face one of confusion. His face turned even more confused at the mention of Freddy Kreuger and Jason. "Who are they, and what's so scary about them?", he asked, his tail moving gently as he continued to watch the movie. He turned around and looked at her for a moment. "What are we going to do? I can't stay here forever watching movies and eptting your cat.", he said with a small frown.

she sat down next to him, lightly petting his tail when he asked who the people where.. '' ahhh those two guys are basically the classic killers in several movies. they have been out for a while. and don't worry its all fiction, fake. not real, '' she frowned glancing at him. '' no you can't. well. its easy enough to hide you hun, they are looking for a certain appearance. we could always dye your hair. '' grinned slightly glancing down at his tail. '' and they do make safe dye's for pets furr and all that so your ears and tail could be colored too without any harm done. ''

He looked at her with a small smile. He knew he couldn't stay there forever, and he knew they had his DNA on file at the Sanitarium. He smiled, looking at his tail for a moment. "What color do you think? How about vibrant red?", he asked with an excited smile. He could see himself as than, and that made him burst out laughing. "But.. what would happen then when my other side takes over? His hair is blonde.. would it stay red if I did that?", he asked, knowing his hair was the most obvious sign of a change in control.

she frowned slightly '' i don't nkow . maybe. maybe not. won't know until we try though. but it would help keep them from noticing you .. '' oh she would know if he changed, he always got a little more cocky, and a bit mean and she could easily detect it. '' hmmm vibrant red would look good on you . could always go shopping for it tomorrow.''

He smiled at the ieda before stepping into the bathroom and looking in the mirror, imagining himself with red hair and laughing. "Do you think it would be safe for me to go out with you?", he asked, walking back out and looking at the screen as someone's organ was being harvested. "Ewww!!", he screamed for a moment before his eyes went wide and he bacame transfixed on the screen.

she blinked in surprise before laughing at his response to the tv. '' remember its only fiction, not real. '' she teased, looking him over. '' well. it will be fine if we go to one of those. none busy stores. keeping you out of crowds and what not should be easy enough, they do have little mini stores all over the place that sell stuff like that. i get most of Nuka's toys from there because they are cheaper then those huge super centers. ''

He had remembered there was a small 24 Hour Walgreen's nearby. "Let's go now.. I know of a place that is open now.", he said, eagerly. He wanted to see how he would be from head to toe in bright red hair. He laughed every time he thought about it. "There is a small 24 hour walgreens nearby... I am sure they sell that stuff, and it is normally dead aroound this time.", he said as a person died again on the TV.

she grinned'' alright, i doubt those unfriendly men are out at this time of night anyways, would be too dangerious for people like him. most guys don't like the mental docs. '' she shrugged before getting up , making sure she had her wallet before petting nuka. '' don't you worry Nuka baby, i will get you another kitty nip toy or something. '' she laughed when he gave a small meow before closing his eyes a sign that he was pleased as he started to purr. '' oh yea your spoiled. ''

Charlie stood up excitedly, petting Nuka lightly before running to the door. He then remembered money. He had no job and no source of income. "Umm...", he said worriedly, pulling out his pockets, and there being nothing... not even lint. He frowned slightly. He knew she was doing too much for him, and he was worried she would get upset at him. "I am going to make it up to you..", he said softly, watching her grab her wallet. He openned the door as a light fall wind blew in the doorway. He smiled. "It feels nice out tonight.", he said standing outside with a smile.

she smileid '' don't worry about it hun, hair dye doesn't even cost that much, maybe five bucks thats it.. '' she shivered slightly feeling the air before relaxing as she stepped out and locked the door to her house.. '' hmmm definitely feels nice out. '' she tucked his pockets back in before smiling up at him. '' come on then, lets go get those items for you. i warn you though, sometimes the hair dye stinks a little. ''

He walked briskly alongside her, letting his tail wander around freely. He had no reason to hide what he was. He walked around, seeing the large sign up ahead. It was the only thing lit up as the rest of the street was dark and everyone was sleeping. "Come on, hurry up!", he said with a small laugh before running. He was anxious to see how this would turn out.He stopped at the driveway and waited for her, noticing there were very few cars in the parking lot.

she laughed softly as she ran after him, easily catching up and taking his hand, pulling him into the entrance. '' all right all right i am right here. '' feeling the sudden whoosh of the air on her she relaxed and glanced around, having to blink several times since it was bright in there before she went up and down the aisle before finding the hair care. '' ahh here we go. '' definitely alot of colors, she saw, red purple black blonde and even a box of green dye.

He followed her, and quickly picked up the most vibrant box of red dye he saw. "This one has to be it.", he said, looking at the entire box. He noticed that other than bored employees, there was no one present in the store. Most were slouched around, trying to find something to do. He quickly started to look at the other boxes, but they weren't at vibrant and bright. He knew he would stick out like a sore thumb, but he didn't really care. "Let's go find something for Nuka.", he whispered in her ear, before finding the pet aisle.

she nodded, smiling slightly as her ear twitched when he whispered in it. '' hmmm yeap, and one box should do it. '' she watched him, it was funny how he was acting like a kind on christmas with alot of presents, following him to the aisle for pets she found scratchers and strings and toy mouses before finding the poles with feathers on the end of the, then found the catnip that you can rub into a scratching board. '' oo don't think he has had this before.. think he might like it. ''

He smiled, looking at it for a brief moment. He openned the lid on the cat nip, sniffing it briefly, before his eyes went wide. He had never sniffed catnip before, and he now knew why. He hadn't been sure if it would effect him, or not, and it definetly did. "Whoa...", he said, calming down almost instantly. "That.. stuff...", he cut off, feeling tired, and hungry.. He took a small pinch of the catnip and chewed on it for a moment before taking her hand, and slowly leading her to the front. "We.. should get back...", he said softly, feeling himself purr, but he wasn't sure why.

she blinked in surprise before giving a slight laugh '' and that is why i call it cat crack. '' she teased, getting a box of it anyways for Nuka. '' your lucky, Nuka gets that stuff and he goes nuts, runs around all wildly and what not. '' she quickly paid for the stuff before heading back to the house, not wanting to have him just randomly pass out on the street on her.

As soon as they walked back to her apartment, he looked at the couch drearily, pointed at it and collapsed on the floor with a thud. He got up for a moment before falling back down and looking at Nuka. "Nice kitty.", he said in a soft voice. He needed something to help him wake up, but was too tired to think of anything. He slowly crawled his way to the sofa and sat up on top of it. "I am sorry.", he said softly before falling onto his side and going fast asleep with a loud snore.

she blinked in surprise before shaking her head, trying not to laugh at the state he was in, with her it was the opposite, with a single wiff of that stuff and she got hyper as all hell, setting the bags down and setting up Nuka's new cat scratcher, she sprinkled just a little of the cat nip onto it and rubbed it in, trying not to smell it, once that was done, she petted Nuka, pulled a blanket over charlie before heading to the bathroom, leaving the door open just a crack so she could hear them if they moved before she stripped down completely and ran a bath for herself. she needed it. slowly stepping into the water she purred softly at how good it felt on her skin before she sat down and leaned back, closing her eyes and relaxed. figuring the cat nip had knocked him out for several hours.

Charlie stopped snoring for a moment, before getting up and realizing he had to use the bathroom badly. He was so out of it he didn't hear the water, or her purring and he walked right in. He quickly used the toilet, and looked in the mirror, seeing it was steamed up. He looked over at the shower and saw her for a glimpse of a moment before running out, into the living room. He tried to think that what he had just seen was from the cat nip, but it was too vivid. He had never seen a girl naked before.

she squeaked in surprise as she looked up and found him in the bathroom staring at her after he had used it. before he ran out. flushing brightly she got out, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around herself before following him.'' charlie?you alright? sorry should have closed the door but i wanted to make sure i would hear you get up.. '' she had apparantly been enjoying the bubble bath too much, she was leaving little trails of rose scented bubbles lightly on the floor as she found him in the living room again.

He sat on the couch, blushing brightly. "I'm sorry.", he said softly. "I should hasve been more aware..", he said softly, feeling the catnip wear off. He looked over at the Walgreens bag with the hair dye and cat toys inside. "Go ahead and finish up... that way I can have some red hair!", he said, trying to get his mind off of the subject. "I am truly sorry... I am.", he said softly, his calm blue eyes staring into her eyes and nothing else. He made sure he didn't look anywhere else before burying his face into his hands.

she watched him blush before smiling as she moved over to him, leaning down and taking his hands from his face before she lightly kissed his cheek. '' relax, ok?, seriously , nothing wrong with seeing someone in the nude, just body parts you know. you probably ran around butt naked when you where a baby, ''' she gave one of his ears a playfull tug before standing up again. '' i was only taking a bath to relax myself. i am already clean so i am pretty much done. so all i need to do is get dressed and then we can get started on your hair if you like. ''
