He gave a small blink. He shook his head sadly. "If the Doktor is dead, and things like this are going on, all records would have been burned. Frankly, I want it all to stop. I don't want to know why or how, I just want to have a normal life...", he said in a soft sad tone. "Don't go digging... Let the dust settle, and let us start a new life. I don't want you put in harms way again.", he said softly as his ears drooped lightly and he looked up at her, looking back to the road every now and then.

she watched him for a moment before relaxing'' alright hun i won't go digging. '' she reached over and lightly rubbed his ears. . '' i understand completely relax. '' she jumped in surprise when Nuka suddenaly jumped in her lap. laughing softly when he meowed at her she used her other hand to lightly scratch under his chin and pet his ears as well..'' yea yea i know. you two might be hungry. we will get you something to eat when we stop at the camping grounds.. '' she grinned, watching as nuka started to purr and curl up in her lap.. ;'' hmm might get them some wet food just to give them a treat for being so good. ''

He gave a calm sigh, relieved she wouldn't go digging for information. He chuckled when he saw h er jump as nuka jumped onto her. "Yeah... they probably are... how long has it been since we were at your house?", he asked in a curious tone. He petted Nuka's head softly, turning his concentration back onto the road, as he switched lanes, and going past an older woman in a luxury car. He looked at the dashboard for a moment, checking the gas levels and such. "How much farther do you think?", he asked in a soft tone.

she glanced at the luxury car before shaking her head, she really couldn't understand why most people buy and drive such expensive cars like that, she would just be happy to have a car that works and gets from point a to point b.. lightly placing a kiss on nuka's nose she looked over before shrugging'' dunno lemme check the map. '' picking nuka up a little she placed him back down before pulling the map out.. '' and i am going to say its been about half a day or so. Nuka is just used to eating a little through out the day that he never eats alot in one big setting. '' she looked over the map thoroughly , looking up every now and then to glance at the road signs.. '' ahh we should be there within another hour and a half. not too long. ''

He chuckled, watching Missy kiss Nuka's nose. "Hey... Don't I get a kiss?", he asked, trying to act neglected. He ended up laughing instead. "Good... not much longer.... "What's the place called again?", he asked as he saw a sign mentioning a camp site... He looked around briefly looking for anymore signs, seeing one up ahead. It mentioned a campsite as well... it might have been the same place. The sign said to exit about a mile ahead. His ears twitched atop his head for a moment as he sighed. "It is over...", he thought to himself, relaxing in his seat a little. "Finally over, done running... no more.", he continued to think.

she grinned, leaning over and lightly nuzzled his neck before placing a kiss on his cheek'' yes you get a kiss.. ahh its called black hills camp site.. '' settling back down in her seat she petted Nuka absently, glancing down only when she heard angel coming up to sit in between the front seats. probably because of the heater going. she had spotted the same signs he must have been looking at as they continued on the road. she was trying her best now to not fall asleep, she didn't know why she was sleepy since she had slept good the night before. stretching slightly she looked down at nuka again who was just purring away.. '' hmm yea i can't wait.. the cabins may be a bit dusty though. they rarely get rented out because whoever camps there usually likes tents and not the cabins.''

"Hey... you ok?", he asked in a concerned tone as he looked over at her. He took his foot off of the accelerator, letting the engine idle as he went into the far right lane, ready to make his exit. "I don't overly mind dust...", he mumbled softly as his ears atop his head twitched once more. "I love you...", he said, not entirely sure why he did, but he just had a sudden urge to. "I hope that this is a good beginning for us..."

she blinked a few times to help wake herself up before smiling over at him'' yea i am good, probably just a little tired from all the excitement wearing down and what not.. well with getting the van and now going to a secluded place to stay which by the way will be hard for anyone to track us there. and laying low is definitely easy '' stretching out she petted nuka again before reaching down to lightly scratch angel's ears.. '' hmmm love you to hun. hmmm and it will only be a good beginning as long as we make it as such.'' she glanced over at him and reached over to rub his ears lightly since his hands where busy on the wheel. '' make sure we stop by the little mini store before we go into the camp site'' she wanted to pick up a few things as well as a test to see if she was pregnant, might still be a little too soon to detect with a test but she still wanted to atleast try.

He smiled back at her. He placed a tender hand on her lap, before letting it fall, lightly caressing as it did so. He purred softly at the touch of her soft skin on his ears which twitched lightly at her touch. He saw a sign which showed gas stations, quickly spotting the closest one, a Shell which was .3 miles, and he made the turn, which led to a quiet road. It was straight but seemed forgotten, as it was cracked and bumpy. "Jebus Crimp... They n-n-need to work on this r-r-road...", he said as the van vibrated and shook with every bump in the road. He looked up, seeing a shell sign not far up ahead. "I think we can get stuff there and then go to the campsite...", he muttered as he slowly turned into the driveway and parked by the fuel pump. "It can't hurt to fill up while we are here..."

(( lof nah, i just got several different scenario's i am trying to choose from on there.. XD i am trying to play with it i guess.. ))

she laughed softly , holding onto the seat as they jolted around on the bumpy road. '' yes they do'' she managed to get out before they stopped.. stretching she eyed the gas tank before smiling.. '' i will go inside and tell them to let you pump atleast twenty dollars worth of gas.. '' she pulled her jacket on and zipped it up before moving the cats off of her lap. setting them down she petted them before slipping out of the van. she stuffed her hands into her pockets before heading inside, her ears pinned against her head to try and stay off the cold.

Once inside she quickly gave the clerk the money for the gas before picking up a small basket.going up and down the aisle's and picking out things they needed, mostly food supplies. and of course supplies for the cats as well.she didn't forget the test either, once she got the food she went to the small section for camping. picking out only the essentials they would need, they could always come back if they needed anything else. before paying for the items she managed to grab the weekly paper to see what the news was giving. paying for the things she quickly carried the bags to the van, the clerk having to help with the larger items. she thanked him and even gave him an extra tip for the help before climbing into the van.. '' geez think it got colder.. '' going to the back of the van she set up the small litter pan for the cats and put out a small bowl of water and a little bit of food just so they could eat while they where stopped.

Charlie quickly got out of the can, his tail wrapping itself around him, and his ears going flat on his head in a hurry. He rubbed his arms as he shivered for a moment before pulling out the pump and unscrewing the cas cap on the van. He stuck the nozzle in, and pressed the trigger, locking it in place as he stuffed his hands in his pockets. "Jebus fricken crimp it is fricken freezin' out here...", he said as he rubbed his arms in an attempt to keep warm. He looked at Missy as she emerged. He saw the bags of things she left with and gave a small sigh, and then shrugged, assuming that it was all necessary. "What all did you get?", he tried to shout over a strong gust of wind which blew all over the gas station parking lot.

she glanced up at his words before shrugged' just the essentials hun, stuff for the cats, a few more warm blankets for us, and some food .. nothing that can expire any time soon... ohh and a few things for the cabin. . all cash hun and believe it or not it didn't cost that much so don't give me that look.. '' she tisked. sticking her tongue out at him as she put the things away , closing the door again she moved over to him and wrapped her arms around his waist, rubbing her cheek lightly against his chest.. ' you have a jacket, why didn't you put it on?" she figured he was just in a hurry to get the gas, but he would be a bit warmer with it.'' clerk was nice. he even gave me a discount on some of the small heating stoves. ''

He gave a defensive stance, putting his hands up innocently. "I wasn't giving a look, but I was merely curious...", he said as he eyed the bag, easily seeing the pregnancy test through the sheer plastic, but raised an eyebrow and shrugged, not saying anything about it, jumping slightly as the pump thunked to a loud stop at $20. "So we don't have much farther.. do we?", he asked as he openned the passenger door for Missy. "After you my dear...", he said in a courtious tone. He walked to the pump, taking it from the tank, replacing the cap and hooking the pump onto the station. He rubbed his hands briefly before running into the driver's seat and shivering as his ears maintained flattened against his head.

once settled back into the van she stuck her tongue out at him. '' i was teasing hun relax. and your right, we don't have that much further to go , just take the road off the side of the gas station and we should be there within half an hour. '' she pulled out the map again just to double check before smiling'' yea within half an hour i think.. . '' looking up at him again she smiled warmly.. '' i can't wait.. sitting down for a long period of time makes the butt go numb.''

He chuckled softly as he looked at her. "Ok...", he said in a soft tone as th turned the ignition, and the engine slowly started and chugged to life. He pulled out of the gas station and onto the road as he was directed. "So... if I may ask.. do you know how to drive, oh, numb butted one?", he teased. He gaev a small sigh, everything seemed so quiet in the winter with all of the snow. The road they were on hadn't been driven on much, and so the van struggled and slipped a little, before finding traction in the loose snow. He looked down, finding his tail was still wrapped around his waist.

she grinned'' only a little.. i prefer to walk mostly to wherever i want to go. as long as its not too far.. '' she nearly slid out of her seat before she managed to catch herself and tighten the seat belt on her.. '' hmmm well a little. .. do i need to know how to drive?" she eyed him , before reaching over and lightly slid her fingers over his tail. absently trying to coax it out from around his waist.

He chuckled softly, clearing his throat absentmindedly, as his ears twitched as she touched and coaxed his tail. "hehe it tickles...", he said as his tail slowly unwound itself from his waist. "Hmm.. so after we get situated.. whatcha wanna do?", he asked in a suggestive tone as he slowly began to emit a soft purr as his tail slowly twisted itself around her hand. He placed a tender hand on her lap for a moment, squeezing gently, trying his best to hint to something but in a quiet and polite way.

she grinned, looking up at him as her free hand went on top of his in her lap. her other hand was busy playing with his tail'' sorry don't mean to tickle you .. hmmm and well once we got things situated i think we can enjoy a little relaxing time in the bedroom.. i am sure the cats will go off to sleep some where. its how they deal with stress.. '' she teased, linking her fingers lightly with his before gently nipping the back of his hand.. '' keep your eye son the road love.. don't need to go in a ditch or something.''

He smiled softly. "I am watching...", he said in a mumble as he laughed, feeling her nip the back of his hand. "You know I love you.. right?", he asked as he briefly looked over to her, looking back at the road. The road was quiet, and empty. It was still covered in snow and it didn't seem many people had driven across it since the snow arrived. Little naughty thoughts slowly began to seep into his mind. He cleared his throat absentmindedly, trying to clear the thoughts away, but to no avail as he kept looking at Missy and the road.

she smiled, nipping his hand playfully again.. '' yes i know and i love you too hun. '' she looked out the window and smiled'' been a long time since i have seen such a large amount of snow.. even if it is cold it looks beautiful. '' too bad the seats where not put next to each other, she would have been cuddled up against him right about now. she was content with just playing with his tail and keeping a hold of his hand. she laughed when nuka sat up again to try and look out the window and let out a very loud and long meow.. '' awww i think he wants to go outside.

He laughed as he felt her nip at his hand again. He closed his eyes for a brief moment, feeling the skin being pinched. "Yeah... but not as beautiful as you.", he said with a brief chuckle, looking her up and down for a moment before returning his attention to the road. "We can let Nuka out when we get to the campsite.", he said in a soft tone as he gripped the steering wheel with his one hand a little tighter. He looked over at Nuka and smiled. "Awww.... poor little Nuka... Does he like snow?", he asked as he returned his attention to Missy once more.
