Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Unlocking the scroll, Arxingall let it carry him away to Mont Blanc, leaving his last sight of Azlada one of his back as he turned to leave where ever else. For all he knew, they'd be meeting up again, where ever the other elf was heading. It was just how the Goddess was working their fate, to meet up every now and then, conflict, or, as they'd just done, kiss or touch. Arxingall shivered at the thought, kissing Azlada again. Warm, comforting, and something else he wasn't overly familiar with. If he had to name it, desire. He opened his eyes to the chilled darkness, a few merchants here, and then the rest of the area, filled with horrific beasts nearly as strong as the Mine monsters.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada paused at the fence, looking at the Black Bears around, deciding where to go. He needed to go somewhere to distract him from what he had felt, and still did, the lingering feeling of Arxingall. So somewhere wwith strong monsters that would keep his mind occupied. He started heading down through Zakandia towards the mines, knowing that there were enough tough monsters to keep him occupied for a long time. He would leave before it got dark though, in no way planning on sleeping in there.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
The way back was a lot longer and more arduous than the way there, Arxingall had experienced often. He had only been in Mont Blanc and the area around there for a few days. His mind hadn't left the thoughts of Azlada, and he had pulled some close ones lately. Where was the other one now? He must have moved on from Zakandia. The Mines would need him again by now, Shadow Fang buildup and what not. One of the toughest beasts unfortunately bred so rapidly, the second floor would become too full, and they'd move to the first floor, which was even more dangerous. He side stepped Heis, entering the depressing Mines once more this week.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada had stuck to the Mines for the past few days, having nowhere else to go that the monsters were challenging, but not too vicious. As much as the Skeleton Workers kept him occupied, every free thought was taken up by Arxingall, not that he would ever admit it, to anybody. He was still trying to deny it to himself. He was slaughtering the Skeletons as fast as he could, which was harder than it looked, with their strangely high hp. He headed back to the entrance for a rest, looking up from the floor of the mine to see the exact person that had been on his mind almost constantly.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall had let his eyes adjust to the darkness compared to the sunlight outside, and as they adjusted, the one he hadn't expected to see came into focus from a dark silhouette to the regular appearance of the blonde Azlada. The other looked like he was slowly accepting what he was seeing, the surprise on his face clear. Luna was playing with them again, Arxingall thought absentmindedly. The atmosphere sinking around them felt awkward and embarrassing. Memories of the feelings from Azlada came back to him quickly, dissipating the cold from around him in the cave.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada blinked for a moment, looking at the lavender haired elf in front of him, before he realized just how awkward this was. He bit his lip and averted his eyes, going to sit down beside the portal, looking anywhere but Arxingall. Sadly though, all of his senses seemed hyper-aware that the other elf was there. Flashes of what had happened last time they had met were passing through his mind, but he couldn't think of that. The feelings he had at the moment were making this bad enough, and even in the dim light he was sure his blush made that clear.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada leaving his frontal vision broke the spell over him, letting him shake his head of the previous thoughts. He didn't know what to feel with the other elf for the most part, ignoring him. They didn't really have anything to call a linkage of any sort, but Azlada disregarding him put a pang in Arxingall's heart. He was tempted to say something, just to break the silence, just to get a word out of the other's mouth directed toward him. He didn't know what Azlada was doing now, had been doing, or what he'd be doing soon. He wanted to know, just to know he would be safe or not. He wanted to say a quick goodbye, because every time he visited the second floor, he was in risk of not coming back.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada clenched his jaw to resist the urge of saying something to Arxingall. He knew if he actually said something to the other elf it would be something stupid, and he would embarass himself. He wanted to know where Arxingall was going, having a feeling it was the next floor up, which was a really scary place. He had only been up there once, and almost died before he came back down. He wasn't going to try that again. Part of him wanted the lavender haired elf to ignore him, so they could get over this awkwardness and get on with their lives, but most of him just wanted the archer to at least acknowledge that he was there, and say something to him.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall would be too high up to help Azlada if he needed any here, or if he left the Mines. The Mines were too difficult to coordinate quickly and recklessly, death would be set upon any who tried to rush through all the hoards of monsters in here. He cleared his throat lightly, not turning around. "I'm going up a floor, don't get yourself killed anywhere," he told him as he walked farther away from the elf sitting by the entrance of the Mines, which was fairly safe. The Skeleton Warriors were gone for the time being, Azlada seemed to be taking care of them fine.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada was looking steadily at the floor, as if the grime-covered dirt was the most interesting thing he had ever seen. As much as he wanted to look up, his eyes remained down as Arxingall spoke, until he registered what the other elf had actually said. Before he knew what he was doing, he was on his feet with one hand outstretched as if to grab his shoulder to stop him, but he was too far away. "Arxingall wait!" he called out, his face showing the panic that had risen inside of him, but now standing there with an outstretched hand, he felt stupid, but he continued anyways. "Don't go up there" he finished, his voice softer now, and he dropped his arm, looking away.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
The elf was effectively stopped in movement as Azlada released a plead asking him to wait. He hesitated before turning around, wondering if Azlada would tell him not to go, and then he wouldn't have the resolve to go. He turned to see Azlada standing uncomfortably, looking away from his gaze. It was sort of sweet, that he was too embarrassed to look him in the eyes to tell him he didn't want to go, and at the same time, Arxingall didn't know if he could resist the grey eyes that would tell him not to go, and the eyes that'd he'd obey. "I've been up there many other times. Will today make any of those other times different?" he asked, eyes locked onto the figure, trying to catch those eyes.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada was sure the other elf had stopped, and he was proven correct when he spoke, and he was relieved that he didn't sound angry or scornful. "It might" he replied, glancing up, still not all too sure of why he was so worried. It had been proven to him many times how skilled an archer he was, and he could probably handle it. But was just hoping that Arxingall was having the same kinds of thoughts as him, so being distracted could be an excuse for him not to go. He shifted his feet slightly, feeling uncomfortable in the mine with the lavender haired elf, otherwise alone.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
He wanted to approach the warrior elf and physically touch him, telling him he'd be fine, assuring him he'd come back alive at the very least, just for him. He wanted to tell Azlada that when he came back, he wanted to spend time with him, just him. "A mission is just a mission, isn't it? There are plenty of other fighters who can replace me if I fall. Think about it, we're one in a million fighters here. One drops dead maybe every day from battle, or Pk-ing. What difference would another make?" he half challenged, half asked. He thought about his existence every day. If people were so easily replaceable, why were they there? One thing had to make them special, one thing no one else could do.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada stiffened slightly when the other elf started talking again, sounding more challenging this time. His nature immediately made him rise to the chalenge, and he lifted his chin, looking more confident. "The difference is that I care. I don't give a shit about most of the assholes out there getting their butts kicked, but I care about you!" he stated boldly, blocking out all thoughts of what the fuck he was doing. All he knew was that he cared enough to keep Arxingall from going up to the second floor, scared for the other elf. This was something he wasn't used to, except for fear for his sister, which was a completely different thing all together.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall got the answer he had been hoping for, and had half expected. The half that hadn't expected it had taken over the half that had wanted and needed to hear it from him. He met the grey eyes that confidently proclaimed the statement of him actually caring for what ever happened to Arxingall. Arxingall moved closer to him, slowly closing the gap between them. He wanted Azlada to convince him further that he shouldn't go up another floor to face his death. He wanted to be asked not to leave, not to die. Most people didn't care, except his sister. His sister told him not to be so reckless sometimes, throwing his life out for others so they could live, even though he could very well die in vain for people who didn't care who sacrificed themselves. Azlada was one of those people he could willingly, and want to, give his life up for.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada heaved a breath when the archer said nothing, but then Arxingall was moving closer to him. "You can't go, because the minute you get distracted by anything, a Shadow Fang can rip your face off. And I don't think I could handle that" he said, letting out a long sigh. He looked down for a moment before back up, seizing the moment and closing the distance between them, putting one hand at the back of Arxingall's head and bringing their mouths together, acting purely on impulse. He really had no idea what he was doing, other than stopping the other elf from getting himself killed.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Taken by surprise from Azlada putting their mouths together, making them both relive what they'd performed in public in Zakandia a few days back, Arxingall was the one to pause for a moment, then returned the kiss, his hands tentatively resting loosely on Azlada's armored hips. They were kissing again, they were kissing because the blonde elf didn't want the purple haired elf to go off to the second floor and die. He was distracting him, even though here wasn't the best place to be distracted. Azlada had pleaded him not to go, and convinced him not to leave the first floor, or maybe even his sight. The tension had been broken down for the moment so they could join lips. Arxingall didn't lust for anyone, he didn't crave sexual acts, ever. Azlada changed this the day they had kissed, maybe even before that.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada was pleased when he felt hands rest on his hips, the kiss returned. He wasn't being rejected, in any way. He knew that subconciously that was what he had wanted, to prove that Arxingall didn't hate him as much as he tried to show sometimes. But their last few meetings had been. . . interesting. Things had changed, that he knew, and he knew that neither of them knew what they were doing. He didn't know what to do next, since their first kiss he had done not much more than recieve the attention from Arxingall. But he was the one asking for entrance this time, his tongue probing at the other elf's lips, hoping to distract him for as long as possible.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Perhaps Azlada had learned the trick from their last encounter, or maybe he already knew it, as he so boasted on the first encounter however long ago that had been. If they hadn't fought at the time, and met each other anyway, seeing as Luna was persistent on getting them together, how close they'd be if that scenario had happened. Maybe they'd still bash each other, arguments that were pointless. He opened his lips to Azlada's, his tongue meeting the other's willing to let him try to hold dominance before he took it over. Luna didn't have many lands that could be safe to be distracted. Monsters were around every corner, as it was.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada hesitated a moment when the archer's mouth was opened to him, before he tenatively poked his tongue inside, really hoping he wasn't as bad as he felt he was. He copied some of what Arxingall had done, checking out the warm cavernwith his tongue. The hand that held his sword let go, and the weapon hit the ground with a rather loud crash, which he ignored, wrapping his now freed hand around the other elf's back, the one on the back of his head staying where it was, although he knew he would let go when Arxingall tried to pull away.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
An embrace was what it felt like, and what it really was. Only his sister had given him an embrace, or rather, hug, and he hadn't turned it away. Other people, mainly females, would hug him, glomp him, whatever they called it. He'd calmly, politely tell them to release him, and if they refused, he gently pried them off his body. Azlada had an embrace that made him want physical contact, he wanted to press his body against the other's, without armor getting in the way, without monsters interfering. Luna was a beautiful world filled to the brim with monsters and new fighters rising every day to clear out the always respawning beasts. Each fighter was either the same, or really unique. Azlada was one of the unique ones, one of the ones who stood out if you looked closely.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada couldn't help but wonder when he made the change from hating everybody who didn't keep away from him, and not wanting to ever let go of the one person he screamed at every time he saw, for being an asshole. Apparently he didn't think Arxingall was as much of an asshole as he thought he did. He couldn't believe that in this dark, monster-ridden filth hole, they were showing at least some emotion towards each other. He broke off for a moment for air, needing to breathe before conecting their lips again, not wanting to stay away.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Arxingall took the opportunity for air when it was given, then their lips were practically smashed together again, pressing against each other, kissing as teeth made light clicking noises when they touched each other. Arxingall took control of the tongue fight, his tongue overpowering Azlada's and getting it to back down some. For not knowing what he was doing, or how relationships worked physically, he thought he was doing not half bad. Azlada was good, he was passionate, maybe he knew what he was doing. He wanted to be right here, with Azlada, or actually somewhere safer, but still, with the blonde elf. Anywhere would be nice if he was with him.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
Azlada backed down without a problem when Arxingall seemed to be taking over, which was fine by him. He seemed to know a bit more about what they were doing. But then again, maybe he was making it up as well. It was a rather akward situation they were in, neither of them seeming to really know what to do, but this was something. He wanted to stay like this, together with the other elf, and be able to actually sit down and get to know him. He had no idea when the last time he had wanted to get to know somebody was, but it was a very long time ago, and the feeling was alien to him.
Re: Luna Online: Warriors at Heart
"You don't seem to want me to go and meet death as fate, as you did in the beginning," Arxingall mentioned when he broke for breath. Azlada would send glares his way wishing he'd drop dead, or a monster would eat him alive and digest him slowly and painfully in stomach acid. Now, it was more of a longing, or even confusion. He wanted something, but didn't know what, or didn't know why. Maybe it was both, but Arxingall felt the same thing, just did a better job of not showing it. Azlada was an open book when it came to emotions, but Arxingall kept his quiet and down low, maybe Azlada wanted to know what he was feeling about this.
