Pere's eyes flew open when she felt Maverik move at her side, she looked up also feeling tired and a little confused at the sight of the bow. She took Maverik's hand and stood up next to him. Her clothes were in need of much attention but she brushed herself off and made herself look semi presentable.
She looked up to Maverik and nodded "Always Ready".

The soldiers escorted Maverik to the castle, their bows no longer pointed at them. Daniel was waiting for them, he was as beautiful as Maverik. His long blond hair fell past his shoulders and his pale skin was smooth and muscular. He wore fine wool robes lined in gold threads. The wool insured his cold body warmth in their cold climate.
"Maverik!" He shouted with his arms wide open.
"Daniel my old friend..." Maverik replied, grabbing him and enbracing him in a hug.
"What brings you up this far North?"
"Someone has threatened our lives. And I believe our clan may be in danger."
"Well first things first, lets clean you and your little friend up then... Who is your this pretty little vampress?"

Pere stood back a bit as the two vamps embraced in a hug, she kept her eyes low. She looked up when Maverik mentioned her and then the other Vampire Daniel raised the question of her name. "Let me introduce myself. I am Peregrine" she said dipping in a bow and then extending her hand out to him.

Daniel lightly pressed his lips against her hand. "Miss Peregrine, you are a welcome guest in my castle. Now the two of you should get cleaned and replenished. Then it is time, Maverik, to bring you to the clan Elders. Tonight will be your ceremony."
Maverik nodded and took Pere's hand. The two were escorted in by Daniel's house keepers and servants. They were prepared a steaming hot tub. "M'Lady, your tub is ready." One servant said into the room where they were staying.

She gave a small smile after seeing he still held good manners. "I'm sorry to appear on your doorstep in such a indecent state" she said looking down at her attire.
She welcomed Maverik's hand when he reached for hers, she held it feeling his slight warmth.
They walked into a room where she could smell the steam of a warm bath and bath salts. "Thank you" she said in a nod to the servant, then she looked to Maverik.

Maverik tugged his shirt off, pulling Pere close to him. "Lets go soak in the tub. We need some alone time." He said as he walked towards the door, tugging Pere along with him. They went down a few halls, Maverik seemed to know where he was going. As they walked into the wash room, the aroma of lilac filled the air. "Hmmm... He remembered." Maverik said as they walked in. The room was well lit by a chimney fireplace and some purple candles. The tub was large, and steaming hot. Maverik slowly started to undo his pants.

She gave a smile as he pulled his shirt off and reviled his beautiful chest. "A soak sounds good" she said weary. She followed in Maverik's shadow as he pulled her to the bathroom. She looked up at Maverik "Hmm that does smell good..." she said as she walked into the room, she felt her breathe catch as she saw the candles and lovely setting.

Maverik dropped his pants and crawled out of them, standing completely nude in front of her. Slowly he crawled into the big tub and sank himself in, holding his hand out and waited for Pere.

Pere unlaced and let her clothing fall to the floor in a heap next to Maverik's, she then took him hand and climbed into the warm water. "That is so nice" she said almost purring "I've been in need of a clean" she said with a bit of a laugh.

Maverik cuddled up behind her, grabbing a rag and soaking it. He then gently rung it over Pere's head, soaking her with the hot water. Maverik continued to scrub her back, then slowly he dragged her onto his lap. "Mmmm... Come here. I haven't been able to hold you in a long time."

She closed her eyes as he soaked her with the water and cleaned her back, he pulled her onto his lap and she smiled. "I've missed you embrace" she said turning her head a little so she could kiss him softly. Her legs rubbed softly against Maverik's as they cuddled.

Maverik kissed her back, trailing up to her neck and ear. "I've missed being alone with you. Being able to hold you with no threat of losing you. I've missed... I've missed being able to show you how much I love you." He said as he embraced her in another kiss.

She tilted her head to the side a bit as he kissed his way up her neck. "I've missed you so much" she said "When you were being held... I thought I had lost you...." she said trailing off a bit. She kissed him passionately "I love you" she said back after they broke the kiss.
