moment she was released she jumped away from him and turned to face him, rolling her shoulder's a little as she eyed him . " uh huh.. and i should believe you why?. " she was slowly circling him, trying to decide how to attack him, he already proved he was fast, she didn't know if she could get around that.

He grinned..."Because you should." He says not facing her as she circled him..."I'm just testing you to see what you know and what we can skip." he grinned as he turned to her. He then took a few steps towards her trying to make her nervous..."No time to think." He grinned as he grabbed her tripping her to the floor and pinning her his hips pressed against hers to keep her from moving..."Gotta be quick on what your gonna do.." He smirked.

she yelped as she hit the floor, trying not to blush as she looked up at him and squirmed. " gaaah blasted!.i am working on it. kinda hard to do when your bloody fast. " she squirmed again , bucking under him to try and pushin off of her. " well i am not as good as you are. i just know how to put people in a head lock hold."

she grunted, still trying to buck him off before finally giving up , looking up at him and squirming. " you sure about that?. cuz you have an advantage you know. don't think i will ever be as good as you . " she grunted and blushed slightly." not really , have no training, everything i know is sort of street smart's. " she squirmed again , trying to move to a position where she could flip him over her.*

she squeaked and squirmed instantly from his hand on her thigh. " oi . watch it, i am ticklish there. " she grinned, doing as she was told and quickly rolled him over and sat up , arching a brow." well i suppose i could use my were half. just usually forget about that half cuz father is so strict on making sure we keep things on the down low so as not to get humans to notice us. she rolled her eyes" yea i know. he say's it all the , ack!" she squeaked and scrambled to catch his hand's, laughing and squirming on him before moving to get off of him. " no fair!. come on now. stop that. " she swatted at his hand's to get them away from her side's and thigh's.

she bit her lower lip , thinking for a minute, she definitely didn't want to punch him in the face. breaking his nose is not something she would enjoy , considering it would give him the raccoon eye's.

she eyed his chest, that would work, worst she could do is bruise him, if not crack a rib. she doubted she could hit him that hard though, he had some muscle on him. " alright, but don't blame me if you get a big ol bruise. " she rolled her shoulder's, getting herself to relax as well as tap into her were side, her eyes shifted from brown to a gold color just as she stroke, aiming for the side of his chest, avoiding lung area.*

she grinned, hearing the air get knocked out of him, the slight swoosh being released, " heh you sure about that? and i told you i hit pretty hard when i wanna. " she blinked and frowned, stepping back slightly as she eyed him. " you sure?.. seriously .. repeated hit's could cause damage... don't care if you heal fast or not.. but okay. "

she was getting a little worried, but if he said he could handle it,s he wouldn't hold back, she would however, not hit in the same spot. risking a rib break on him was not fun. aiming slightly lower she relaxed again , concentrated, then struck out again*

He grinned as he looked to her..."No I won't hit back." He says as he eyed her..."I'm sure you don't have a mans equipment.." He says as he blocked her strikes..."Eventually you will hit me." He says as he looked to her..."In time of course." He says as he blocked blows....

After a good couple hours of training/sparing they were both sweaty..."Alright then...Guess we shall call it a day." He grinned as he looked to her.."Theres a shower threw that door over there if you would like to use it." He grinned as he grabbed a towl tossing it to her and getting one for him self wiping his face.

He grinned as he looked over to her..."Yeah I'm gonna take one..."Ill just be across the hall." He grinned as he looked to her putting the towl over his shoulder and heading across the hall way leaving the door cracked like he always did. He pulled off his cloths tossing them in the basket before jumping in the shower getting cleaned up real quick. He got out and grabbed a towl drying off before pulling a pair of pants back on leaving his shirt off. He then headed back to into the training room.

she grinned and shook her head as she grabbed clean clothing out of her small bag, just pair of short's and another tank then went to the shower's. she was quick to figure out the controls, cleaned up then was out in minute's before drying off and changing, feeling cleaner now she walked barefooted back to the training room, carrying her tennis shoes and dirty clothing. " definitely feels good to be clean. so tell me. have you ever had a vamp follow you to your place?"

He grinned as he then lead her to the kitchen..."The fridged is completely stocked...Take what you want...Unfortunatly for me its feeding day...I get to drink a blood pack..." He says with a chuckle
