Yuki looks at him with a smile. "Well kids are drawn to sugar. So it is unavoidable." She eats slowly for a moment. She was still trying to figure out why he chose to help her. Surely there was someone more qualified to design him his clothes. She finishes eating and rests her chin on her hands. What could she do to show him her thanks?

He laughed softly " Well that is true, children are drawn to sugar. " He looked down at his plate and finished the rest of his dinner. Wiping his mouth with his napkin , he shifted in his chair and looked to her curiously. Wondering what she was thinking about.

Leaning back he smiled softly " Penny for your thoughts?. Are you full?"He motioned to her empty plate." I can have them bring out dessert if you wish."

Yuki was not sure how to show the prince her thanks. He had pretty much everything a person could want. What could a lowly peasant get a prince who is making all her dreams come true? She was brought out of her thoughts by, “Penny for your thoughts? Are you full?” She smiles shaking her head some to make herself come back to reality. It is not appropriate to space out in front of royalty. “I was just thinking of how I could repay you. You are taking a chance on someone like me being your personal designer. I just want to show my gratitude for this.”

He smiled a bit as he listened to her." Really now? Now I know I am taking a chance. But you have to know its my chance to take. You should not be obligated to thank me. "

He rubbed his chin lightly " But.. If you are really set on showing me your gratitude dear. Then we can just spend some time out in the garden. Talk, get to know each other a bit more. I will consider that enough of thanks. " he grinned. " It doesn't take that much to please me you know. "

Yuki looks at him taking in what he was saying. She says, "I would not mind walking with you through the gardens." She looks in his eyes. "I am not hard to please either but when a friend helps me, I like give that friend something back." She smiles some. "I am a person who does not take help lightly." She looks at him with a calm smile.

He grinned" I understand " he couldn't help but be excited with just the idea of getting to know her better. " Well i will let you decide if you have to think of something else. but I want to assure you that just getting to know you better is enough. " he took a sip of his drink a bit as he watched her. Wondering what her mind would creat if she even thought of something. " Would you like to start now? or Dessert first?"

Yuki smiles some seeing his eyes light up like a child. She says, “Judging from the look on your face, you don’t usually get to hang out with someone who just wants to be your friend. It’s kind of cute.” She was full for now of the food. “I am full but if you want dessert go ahead. I can wait.” She gave him a sweet innocent smile. She had to admit he was an interesting man.

He blinked and actually tried to ignore the light blush that he could feel heat up in his cheeks. " Um.. Well, its true, usually I am doing my studies or practicing and well more studying." he frowned, being a prince left little room to even have fun.

He definitely was looking foward to spending time with her. " I am actually full. " He looked over " Paul, we can save the rest, tell the cook it was delicious as always. "

The man smiled and nodded, quickly getting help to clear the table before dissappearing.

He looked over at her again and moved to get up, pushing his chair back before going over to hers. " Let me help you, you are going to love the garden I think."

Yuki looked at him with a smile. He was blushing at a simple comment like that? Man she was going to have to open him up a little bit to make him aware of the world. She got up with his help and she looked at him. She says, " I have always wanted a garden. But I have never been known for a green thumb. The only thing I'm good at is designing clothes."

He grinned " In all truth, it is not that hard to learn a green thumb. Mother loves the gardens. Roses are her favorite." Offering her his arm he lightly patted her hand. " Well you definitelly do well withyour designing. I bet your boss is a bit jealous that I stole you away from him for a while. "

He looked to her again as he led the way lazily to the garden's. " hmm and if you still want a garden I am sure we can get a small one started up for you. help you get that green thumb all nurtured up. "

Yuki wondered what else she could put the Prince through in order to make him open up more and feel like a normal person. She told him to the garden thinking about his proposal. She says, "That sounds wonderful but I don't want to take advantage of your generosity. I don't feel it is right to do so. I think having you as my friend is good enough for me." Her silver hair flowed freely for once. It wasn't very often she let her her down. Her icy blue eyes watched him as they walk together to the garden.

He gave a slight nod, keeping his gaze ahead at the moment as he thought things over, carefully guiding her through the garden." Well, I did say you can do whatever you want while you are here. I am not a slave driver you know. You have to have something to do that is not well... work related." he smiled, looking to her now." I would feel bad working you soo many hours with out giving you something to do to relax. " he lightly brushed some of her hair behind her ear." now then. why don't you tell me what you like to do to relax? when you are not designing. "

Yuki blushed as he put some of her hair behind her ear. She was not used to people doing that. No one really like to be around her this closely. She had a lot to learn too. "Well I like do a lot of things to relax. I like to read and write. I also like to paint once in awhile too." She looks at all the different flowers and other plants that were inside the gardens. "It is beautiful here. I have never been around so many flowers in my life. You are so lucky to live here. So free. Able to do anything you want. Not many get to do that."

He laughed softly as he knelt down looking the floors over before finding the perfect one and carefully picking it." Miss Yuki, you are right about one thing. It is beautiful here, I am a little lucky, but as foar as doing anything i want?" He got up, faced her before reaching up carefully" May I? My parents have me doing everything they want. Training, schooling. I am surprised I am not being forced to study right now actually "

Yuki looks at him seeing the truth in his eyes. "That may be true but they are trying to do what is best for you. After all when they are done ruling this country, you will be taking over. They want you to be secure in your role on the throne. Yeah it is ruthless and probably boring. But at least your parents actually care about you." She kissed his forehead gently trying not to be glum about things. She was flattered by his care. But was she really worth possibly getting in trouble with his studies? She really did not want to get him in trouble.

He smiled, tried hard not to blush this time as he carefully fixed the flower in her hair after she kissed his forehead. " I know. but this is why I am not studying tonight. They have given me a rare break. Tomorrow however, It is back to studies. " he nodded, giving another smile " Do not worry, I understand completely what you are saying. I love my parents and I know they are just looking out for my well being."

Yuki smiled as he put the flower in her hair. It was a very sweet gesture. She says, "I will not bother you when you have to study tomorrow. But I will be around whenever you want to have a break or hang out." she strokes his cheek and says, "Why don't you tell me something about yourself? I barely know anything about you other than what the tabloids say. And they don't say many good things because many of your fans are boy crazy girly girls didn't know how to control themselves."

Yuki looks at him with the I think it is sweet smile as he seem to open up more and more with her. She says, "Well that is a sucky allergy to have. I'm allergic to a lot soaps and lotions. I get covered in hives." she looks up at the sky. And it was evening now. The stars were out and the world seem to feel like it was standing still. They did not have to pretend to be people they weren't. What would life be like if she stays here? She would have an awesome friend.

I have to be wary of killer bee's i guess " He frowned slightly " wow really ?. good thing we have all natural soap here. or is that what you are allergic to ?" he frowned even more. " it has no dyes in it or smells. just simple soap. in fact we use bath oil if we want something good smelling "

She looks at him with a kind look in her eyes. She says, "It has something to do with the artificial smells and other chemicals that they put in soap and lotions. I've had it ever since I was little. But I have always learned to live with it." She looks at all the stars in the sky. "It is so beautiful here. The stars are so peaceful and calm unlike things down here on earth." She looks at him for a moment. Her icy blue eyes glowing slightly. She was a kind hearted soul. And that was easy to see in her eyes.

Yuki looks at him a moment taking in what he was saying. A deep blush when across her face. "Well thank you. As for a relationship... I have never been really good at getting along with people. A lot of people expect me to just be a normal housewife and give up my dream. Or the fact that where I come from isn't exactly the good side of the tracks. So I have kind of been on my own a very long time. So I kind of reek of unavailable. No man has ever given me the time of day." She looked at her feet feeling nervous and embarrassed.

He frowned" Well that is not very open minded. I love the fact you are free spirited and wish to do something other then be a simple house wife. " He smiled warmly at her. lightly running his thumb over the back of her hand. " I say the other men are too stupid to realize what they just missed. Think I would rather have a very bright and free willed wife then a house bound one. "

Yuki looks at him with a deep blush across her cheeks. "Well I don't know about that." She felt his touch on her skin and she gently touched his hand with her thumb. "Maybe you will get a strong queen like that. For everyone knows that and Noble must marry another noble. Any girl would be lucky to have you." She kisses his cheek gently trying to be nice and ignore the racing heart in her chest. She did not want to end up falling in love with the prince. You could never be with him. But no one can choose who you fall in love with.
