Daniel was feeling a bit tired, he looked to Lith. "Ready to rest? We will need our strength for tomorrow." he said moving towards her. His eyes felt as if they wanted to close right then, and rest beside her.

"Yes I am" she said rubbing her eyes. They curled up together and fell into deep slumber. The pack followed into the cave and also fell asleep but something wasn't right.

Daniel was unable to sense anything wrong, It seemed as if nothing was wrong to him. His senses were not as sharp... but still, he held her as he slept, the two curled up together with the rest of the pack.

Their bodies fit perfectly together like pieces of a puzzle. What ever was wrong she would deal with in the morning. She needed rest and so did Daniel tomorrow would be a big day.

Through the night, Daniel's sleep was restful, no dreams to haunt him. Though he suddenly woke in the middle of the night, as if something was wrong... a bad feeling came over him. He looked down at Lith... it soothed him. He looked about the cave yet his eyes couldn't see anything... must just be his nerves... He closed his eyes once more to sleep.

She felt a movement but didn't stir from her slumber. She put her arms around Daniel drawing his body to hers and she snuggled into him as she slept.

Daniel felt himself be drawn closer to her in a loving embrace. It soothed him further till he was lulled fully into a deep sleep. He felt warm in her arms.

She awoke still in his arms. She smiled softly and kisses the top of his head. Beautiful, strong, hers. She smiled a bit more while watching him sleep.

It was not long after when Daniel woke up feeling a light stirring his his arms. He his eyes opened up slowly, coming out of his sleep. It was because of her he was actually able to achieve drifting off to sleep. Other wise he would be sick with worry over what he had felt... that bad sense... he didn't know what to make of it. But looking down at her, all of his troubles seemed to disappear. "Good Morning..." he said

"Morning love" she whispered caressing his cheek. She smiled down at him, he was worried she could tell but didn't bring it up. "Good sleep?" she asked yawning a little.

Daniel didn't want to worry her, but she was someone that he could trust... someone that he could tell anything too... still, he was a bit reluctant. "I felt something last night... it was troubling." he started. "I don't know what it was, I looked about, but I couldn't see anything. I couldn't hear anything either, nor smell anything out of place." he said. "I could only get back to sleep because you drew me closer and snuggled in my arms..." he said. "It helped me drift off." he said

"Yes... I believe I have felt that also." she said. She lent in closer and whispered "I think we have another Coven in our myst... I have yet to change you also" she said looking down a little.

"I feared as much... someone would come to try to steal away the medallion... but our brothers?" he said sadly. "The change though..." he said. "Perhaps... we should do it tonight... we shouldn't delay it any longer than I have to... who knows, I may become power hungry as Coven was... and wish to use the medallion myself." he said. In the back of his mind, those thoughts were already creeping upon him, wanting him to act, he was still him enough to suppress it though.

Daniel understood, he would need much energy for the journey and the change that she would bring about within him. He cursed that it was Coven's bite that changed him in the first place... but still, he was with her, and happy. Or at least they would be once the medallion was taken care of. "Alright... but I do not wish to delay it." he said. "I... don't want to be like him..." he said afraid that if it was too late, he would lose her.

She kissed him. "Don't worry my love. We will be living in peace soon" she said with a smile. "I need to confront the brothers" she said getting up. She talked to the pack and no one stepped forth. She shook her head and warned them that the fate they would find would not be pleasant.

Daniel watched her as she confronted them, he was doing stretches to prepare himself for the long journey ahead. Though... he wondered... would he ever be as good a leader as she was? She was brave, strong, she had an iron will... she knew when to be strict and when to be gentle... she was, in his eyes, the perfect leader... but now, he had to step up... he would learn from her... he would have to.

She left the pack with her words and they all undressed and shoved their clothing into five backpacks. Five members changed and they placed the backpacks carefully on them. She turned to Daniel. "We're ready" she said.

Daniel watched as the members changed and seen what they did with the backpacks, Daniel followed their example and did the same. Removing his clothes and focusing, he changed himself and put a backpack around himself. It seemed to work alright, if a bit awkward, but it would do. "I'm ready as well." he said. "Alright, it will take a few days to get to... well... my acquaintance... but it is an easy run, mostly woodlands and plains. No marshes, bogs, or the like that will slow us down." he said. "The sooner we leave the better." he said. He started to lead the way.

They gathered their things and she drew a cross on her chest as they left the cave. It had been a good home. They headed out at a run following Daniel. Lith at his right hand side.

Daniel ran, feeling the freedom take him, he loved it, the feeling of the fresh air against his face and his love to his right. Every now an then during the day, he felt a bit worried, but he would look to Lith every so often... with her near him, he was not afraid. Through out the day, he would stop when he felt as if his brother needed a rest for a bit, whether to take a short breather or get a drink from a nearby river. He made sure his pack was taken care of.

She smiled as he took control. They stopped to drink and ran away from marshes and hard terrain. She followed him closely also happy to stretch her legs and muscles.

Daniel lead the pack throughout the day, making sure that none of them would get too tired, but also making sure that they went a good way. He found a good place to rest for the night, It was a small cave, little, but enough to hold all of them comfortably. He was sure that it would be the best place they would be able to find on short notice... and it was uninhabited. He smiled. "Alright, we rest here for the night." he said. "We covered a lot of ground today... it shouldn't be more than two more days until we reach out destination." he said.

She nodded to him as they found a place to stay for the night. Lith and two others made a loop around the place to ensure it was safe. They all changed and dressed and rested.

Watched as the other made a little loop around the place to insure it was safe. He would remember that... he was starting to learn things already. When they returned, he changed back and dressed as well. He approached Lith. "Love... think... that tonight should be the night?" he asked. "We shouldn't delay it... but if you are too tired for tonight, I understand." he said. He didn't want to pressure her, he knew it was stressful for her to do something like this.
