He smiled at her words. "Don't worry, if you wash it off, we can get it right back on you." Daniel kissed her once and moved to the river. He slipped in and started to wash up. He seen the pack was arriving, they all needed to wash up. Later he would find out what needed to be done to get rid of that medallion. He looked up at her and smiled before going under to get his hair wet.

She went into the water also and started to rub her limbs and hair. She waited till the pack arrived. "Daniel.... I have some news" she said looking down at the water. "Please don't freak out... I have a way out of it if you want but...." she looked up at him. The pack was listening in also.

"What... do you mean?" he asked her. He remained calm. He moved towards her listening to what she had to say. "I won't freak out." he said to her quietly. "Don't worry..."

"Well... I dunno for sure yet but...." she spoke up now so all could hear "I may be pregnant" she said. "It's not for sure just yet..." she said looking at Daniel in search for his reaction.

At first, his expression was a look of surprise... though it shouldn't have been, after everything that they had been doing, it was only a matter of time. Then a smile came across his face. He hugged her warmly. "Do... you think... that you are really..." he said, he sounded happy.

She smiled as he pulled her into his arms "I'm not sure but I think I am." she said with a smile. The brothers gathered around and congratulated Daniel and nodded in acknowledgment to Lith.

He smiled down at Lith, as the brothers congratulated him. He kissed her full on the mouth. "I love you... This... is wonderful." he said. He put a hand on her stomach. He knew if she was pregnant, it was obviously way too early to feel anything, but still... the thought. He looked to the brothers and thanked them for their kind words.

She smiled and put her hand on his that rested on her belly. "Shape shifter children" she said with a smile. "First in a hundred or so years" she said. She stood back and let the pack talk with Daniel while she washed.

With that, he couldn't help but beam proudly at her. He watched her wash up for a bit before turning to the rest of the pack, talking to them. He was excited to be a father... another thing that he thought he would never be in this lifetime.

She smiled feeling happy that he was happy. She was afraid she would have to abort the children growing within her belly. She got out of the water wiped herself down with some old clothes and put on new ones she had in a backpack.

Daniel stayed a moment longer, washing himself off a bit, getting rid of the sweat. He dried off and got dressed. He watched as the others did the same. He went over to Lith and put his arms around her. "So... you are going to be a mother..." he said warmly, a smile on his face. He kissed her once.

She smiled when Daniel put his arms around her. "I hope so" she said kissing him back. "Lets just hope I am with child" she said. "I don't think I could take losing it... or Them" she said looking up at him.

Daniel kissed her once more. "So our children will be the first shape shifters born in a long time huh..." he said "It's amazing." he said. "Maybe... we can bring more back into this world... maybe if more members of this pack finds love... maybe..." he said thinking of this world having more like them.

She smiled "The first in ageeeeesssssss" she said. "You remember the brother who left us before we came here?" she asked "He left because he found a women... The children aren't shifters tho and she accepts him for what he is. Maybe some of the pack will have that and maybe have shifter children" she said.

He listened. It made sense that someone would leave for that. Leaving for someone that they love. That was practically what he did, only instead of leaving one family for another, he left his old life for a family. Daniel smiled. smiled. "Who knows..." he said. "Still... until we get rid of this medallion, we won't be safe, and neither will any children that we have."

She snuggled into his arms. "We need to be rid of it within the next few moons" she said. "if I am with child I will start to slow down" she said. "We need to get the medallion to a temple of Lupa... The only temple of Lupa I can think of was destroyed" she said.

"The temple of Lupa?" he asked. "Isn't that the goddess of the moon that you told me a about?" he asked. "If... the temple is destroyed, do you think it will still be acceptable?" he asked. Wondering if the ground that the temple was build on was still full of that god's energy. And he though... they would need to be quick... If she was with child, he didn't want her running all over creation with him.

She nodded "We prey to Lupa through her children. There are two temples of her children Tor and Furness. They were lovers and gave life to human, wolf and shifter" she said. "I think we could use them" she said "or try where her temple used to lay" she said.

Daniel thought for a moment. "We should go to whatever is closest, and then if it doesn't work... well... keep going until we find one that will help us be rid of this object." he said. "Do you know where the other temples are located?" he asked.

"The closest is Tor" she said "the pack know his temple well. I think we may have to visit both Tor and Furness" she said. "We can get to those temples with our eyes closed." she said with a smile.

Her confidence made him smile. "Alright, good, First we go to Tor... then to Furness, then... if we need to Lupa. It might take the blessing of all of them to get rid of this thing." he said. "As powerful as it is. But if you feel at any time that you cannot make the journey, we will stop." he said.

She smiled "There's no need to worry. Furness and Tor were the children on Lupa, Furness was a beautiful she wolf and Tor a handsome Brute. They fell in love and had children. They had a litter of pups but Lupa told them to care for others as they would their own. They took in man and looked after man, both living hand in hand. They gave life to man and how did man repay them? Man killed off their pups and their pup's pups. Lupa took Tor and furness back to the moon where they would be safe and she left man to fend for themselves. Still wolf respect man and man still hunt wolf. "

Daniel listened intently. "That... is horrible. I never thought something like that would..." he stopped... he realized that when he was fully human, that he hunted wolves at times, mostly ones that were picking off livestock on farms, but still, it didn't justify it in his mind anymore. "I..." he couldn't speak. He figured he would ask another question. "How did Shifters come about?" he asked.
