She kissed him seeing him think about his human life. "Shh... The past is the past and it doesn't matter" she said. "Shifters... I'm not sure myself. I was told as a child that one of Tor and Furness's pups was born of man but willed himself so much to Lupa that by night she granted him change. He also found love but bit her and thus the change started, rippling through generation. Only three by record were born into the change." she said. "My cousin, Myself and Furness's pup..." she spoke quietly "My cousin and I are direct descendants of Lupa." she said "Royal blood as the pack call it."

Once more Daniel listened to the story contently. Hearing about the pup that was born of man. But what surprised him was her, how she was directly descended from Lupa. Royal blood, and she too him, a who was once a human, as her mate. He kissed her lightly. "I like those stories." he said. "Thanks for telling me." he said. "It helps me understand this new life." he smiled.

She kissed him back. "you and the pack are the only ones who know of my bloodline. I intend to keep it that way." she said. "That's why the pack are so close to me. Royal blood. I wish to be treated no differently then them though" she said. "Everyone knows the stories but not the names. That's a secret only I hold." she said.

Daniel nodded in understanding. "Don't worry, I won't change the way that I treat you." he said. "I'll love you with every fiber of my being no matter what is in your blood." he said. "And your secrets are your to tell me only if you want to." he kissed her lightly. "Should we make camp here for the night then?" he asked.

She smiled "Good" she said. "i think we should make camp here and head out tomorrow night" she said with a nod. "Let's make camp".

Daniel nodded and let go of her for the moment. He moved towards the rest of the pack and explained the plan and how they were going to get rid of medallion. He also explained that they were making camp tonight then leaving the next night.

She came to the pack and helped make camp. "Daniel. Will you lead the hunt?" she asked. "Cruso take my place to Daniel's right side. I'm going to sort some stuff out" she said. It was unlike Lith not to hunt. As a pack and Beta she had to hunt but for some reason she wouldn't tonight.

Daniel was a bit curious as to why she wasn't going to take her normal place... but that wouldn't bother him... perhaps she just wanted to rest. "Yeah. I can lead the hunt." he said. "There is plenty of game around here to find anyways. Earlier I thought I could smell a buck." he said. "Alright, we should get moving. Get ready boys." he said as he started changing.

She watched as her men all changed into beautiful creatures and run off to hunt. She let out a sigh then lay down in a ball. She held her belly and started to feel sick.

Daniel sniffed the air and kept an eye out for tracks. He followed the trail to a what he believed to be a large buck. He smiled when he knew they were getting closer. He could smell it. "Alright..." he said hushed. "Surround it and take it down quick... we don't want it getting too violent... those horns can hurt badly... and they are quick." he said. "Wait for the signal." he finished talking as the pack began to surround the prey. It was a quick take down. There was enough food for the night and some to take with them tomorrow as well. Daniel smiled at the job well done. He congratulated the pack.

Lith was sick but when the pack returned she had regained control over her body. Camp was all set up also when the pack returned. "Good hunt?" she asked.

Daniel nodded and changed back holding their prize. "We have food for the night and possibly tomorrow. It was a great hunt." he said moving to her, she didn't look so good. "Love... how are you feeling?" he asked, wondering if she was having trouble, early signs of a child.

Daniel nodded at her, stroking her hair once. "Alright love, get some rest." he said. "I'll get cooking." he said dressing and he started to cut up the deer. He had the others help and soon, the meat was cooking.

Lith moved back a bit and lay down. She was tired and in need of food. Her eyes gazed upon Daniel lovingly, she longed to feel him in her arms and in her.

Once it was finished everyone started to eat their fill, Daniel looked over to Lith and seen her laying down. He made a plate for both of them... moving over he sat down next to her. She looked like she could use something to eat. "Hungry?" he asked her. His eyes looked upon her full of love.

She sat up when Daniel came over. "I am a bit love" she said taking some food. She smiled at him. "It's gonna be hard... the next few months" she said.

He ate a bit as well. "I know... mother..." he said kissing her lovingly. "You are going to be a great mother, kind, loving, you know what to do, and you know when to be serious." he said. "Is... the waiting time the same as with humans?" he asked. "How long... should we expect to wait?" he asked.

"Mum" she laughed "Sounds odd" she said eating a bit more. "It's shorter." she said. "I'll grow a hunger for raw food. They will kick hard" she said running a hand over her belly.

They? Perhaps more than one? He smiled at the thought. "Remember, during these next few months, if you need anything, just be sure to tell me... I'll provide for you anything that you need." he said. "I know it will be odd... I never thought I would have kids."

"We would have never escaped if it wasn't for you." he said holding her, one hand gently on her belly. "Your wisdom, your strength... your leadership." he said. He was now the leader after her... he hoped that he could be even half as good as she was.
