Nicholas nods understanding what she was saying. He was grinning from ear to ear. He was so happy. No one could ruin this moment. "Don't worry if they come after you, they will have to deal with me and Nathan. Although I don't want to know what we would do to them. But I do know that I won't let anyone hurt you." He kisses her forehead gently. "But for right now, let's just relax and watch things play out."

"Thank you Nick" she smiled and kissed him gently again "Same goes for you as well" she said as he kissed her forehead. "Looks like any dates we do have will have to be inside just to be safe" she said to him before hearing giggles and blushing noticing two kids there waiting to speak to Nick. "Sir, what were you two doing?" asked the youngest.

Nicholas looks at the young children with a smile. He says to them, "Just talking. Why aren't you guys eating or playing? Did you not like the toys you guys got in your rooms?" He was trying not to chuckle at Keita's face. He knew that she got embarrassed easily but come on. They were just curious little kids. At least they did not seem to be afraid of her.

Keita knew exactly what he would've been thinking "Don't you dare say a word, such things might be normal for you but not for me ok?" she said to him bluntly when the kids had ran upstairs to play. "Plus they might only be kids but they're still other people" she frowned and then kissed him quickly once again. "want to watch movie with me a little later on?" she asked.

Nicholas looks at the children as they run off to play. He smiles at Keita and says kissing her forehead, “I know my love but I cannot help that I think it is sort of cute.” He holds her in his arms. “Sure I would love to watch a movie with you later. I just want to make sure all the kids get enough to eat.” He was a bit on edge as he wanted to make sure things would go smoothly for these kids.

"Exactly, later when the kids are all in bed, Don't worry we'll keep the volume low so we don't wake any of them" she smiled and kissed him softly, quickly before they were seen. "I'll see you alter on, my room ok?" she said to him.

Nicholas nods and says, “Okay that is a promise.” He kisses her softly. “Our official first date.” He smiles at her but then Eric seemed to be getting mauled by kids. “I better go help him or he might lose control over his powers.” He moves through the horde of kids and help each child get their second serving of food a little faster. (Sorry needed to get on my computer. Tired of replying on my phone.)

Keita soon went over a helped a little nervous around the children still she tried her best to get used to them. When they were sorted she sat down and ruffled her hair a little "what is Eric's power anyway?" she asked softly

Nick helped Eric get things sorted out before they got caught up in a little guy talk. Fredrick heard her question and sits down beside her. “Eric can shape shift for the most part but he can also control people’s minds. When he goes into a panic, he has a tendency to take complete control over people and end up killing them. We are all a bit afraid of kids. But we choose to face it instead of run from it.”

Keita gave a sigh "I see and well time I try to do the same then" she leaned back a little and looked to Fred "what about you then, Fred if I recall correctly?" she said to him "and Rebecca as well what can she do?" she asked him before turning to look to the kids "But at least they were freed before it got too much for their body to handle, not like me." she sighed "I found out form Nick, he told me that I'm linked to him and if it's broken I'm dead" she ruffled her hair a little"Anyway can you answer my questions?"

Fred looks at her with a calm smile. “I can make my body turn into any weapon I choose. The hard part is remembering how to turn back into my human form.” He looks at Rebecca a moment. “She has always had a way with nature before the experiments just like I have always had a way with using weapons. And Eric could get people to do anything he wanted. Anyway Rebecca can manipulate the elements to do her bidding and create deadly toxic gases and such come out of her fingers.”

Keita nodded and smiled "I see so everyone is very different" she smiled at him and settled there for a little while only moving later on to stretch her legs and also defining what movie to watch with Nick later on. She helped out with making lunch for the kids as well as some snacks for the younger ones during the day. "Geez so many of them makes a lot of work"

Fred nods and says, “Yes we are all very different. But we want the same things. Acceptance and the safety of others.” As the day went on, everyone did their part. Nick made sure every nook and cranny was safe so no unwanted people could come inside. Rebecca made a garden come from the ground so they would not run out of food. Eric told the children stories to keep them settled down. Fred mixed the outside of the building so it would be presentable to possible parents when the time came.

"Everything going ok?" she asked Nick as he checked around the building. "I've checked the upstairs so you can relax, I'm going to go see if Fred wants some help with decorating" she said heading outside and looked to Fred offering to help him with the presentation of the building.

Nicholas was having all he could do not to go crazy. He is kind of paranoid about people coming in here without their permission. He looks at Keita and says, "Yeah everything is okay. I just haven't had time to put my traps in just in case we have a few intruders. You were a prime example of one. If you can get past them, then most likely other people could too. I don't want to risk that with the children being here." Fred was looking frustrated with the decorations of the building. There was not much to work with without a good fresh coat of paint. "No matter what I do, the building looks more like a morgue than an orphanage."

"Then why not get the children themselves to decorate the building, that way it'll look more like a home than a morgue" she said "After all I doubt many of us five have many of those memories left but those children will. Also we can make sure no one comes near for the while, can any of you put up a field?" she asked him "If so, I think I might be able to help with keeping the field up" she said bluntly.

Fred nods and says, "That is a good idea! Give it a lively home feel. It would make the children feel like they are a part of the place." He gives her a tight bear hug. "YOU ARE SO SMART!" He thinks about the barrier idea. "I know someone that can help with that. She is not like us but she is gifted. Eric has a big crush on her so it ought to be fun."

"You sure she can be trusted, if so then get her to come round and put up a barrier first of all, I'll tell the other to organise it as an even for tomorrow" she said nodding to him before heading inside. "Ah, almost time" she stated to help with putting a few of the kids to bed as it got later and when they were all finally asleep she headed to her room waiting for Nick with the movie ready for them both to watch.

Fred nods and says with a smile, "Yeah she can be trusted. She is the only one who can make Eric to calm down when he loses control."

When all the children were all asleep, he made his way to Keita's room. He knocks on the door before coming in. "Sorry if I am late. A little girl named Yuki was scared of the dark. So I installed a teddy bear night light." He sits down beside her. "What are we going to watch?"

"Then we might need to make sure we can keep her in contact encase that does happen" she said to him. Back in her room she looked up "No problem I only got back about five minutes ago myself and I found a James Bond film we can watch, I haven't seen it yet so thought you'd like to watch it with me" she smiled. Putting the DVD in she made sure it was relatively low so as not to wake up an of the kids. "Hopefully it's not too loud" she muttered settling down next Nick.

Nicholas sits down beside her with a smile. "A James Bond film sounds fine to me. And don't worry about waking the kids up. They're all out like a light. not even a tornado would wake them up. So if we need the volume to be up where we need it it'll be okay." Nicholas was happy that they could spend time together. They both felt the same about each other. And she even accepted that Nathan was the part of the deal. Not many women would accept a man with a form of multiple personality disorder. That is how he had to put it around normal people. And that is also how he saw it himself.

Keita enjoyed watching the film with him, it lasted a good few hours but she did fall asleep at some point being rather tired. Before then she'd briefly explained her idea with the kids painting the outside the next day. Waking up with a start when a gunshot wen off in the film she looked to him "Sorry, guess I'm more tired than I thought" she blushed and kissed his cheek before watching eh rest of the movie with him. When it ended she moved to take the DVD out and put it back in it's case "You heading to bed now?" she asked him softly. "If not, want to come up to the roof with me, there's a great view of the sky up there"

Nicholas looks at her as she fell asleep. He covered her up and laid down beside her. When she woke up he chuckles softly. "It's okay. You have done a lot today." When the movie was over, he got up and stretched some. "I don't sleep so I am up for anything if you are not too tired." He knew that she needed to sleep a lot. And he thought it was cute.

"well then let's get up to the roof" she said and opened her window "can you climb up ok?" she asked him curiously before making erg way up and helping him as best she could if her needed to be helped. "See isn't ti amazing" she said pointing up at the clear night sky with the stars looking like a layer of glitter over the dark veiled sky.

Nicholas got up to the roof with her and looked up at the sky. It looked like a deep blue fabric studded in gems. She looked like she was in her own personal heaven. "The sky is beautiful but not as beautiful as you." He rubs the back of his neck blushing slightly. He knew he was sounding like a cheese ball. But he was not very good with words and if he kissed her too much, he was going to scare her way.
