Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota snickered at the hiss from the albino. He glanced back at Revelation when he puked again, and he shook his head with a slight smirk as he turned back. He got pretty bored as the hours went by slowly. He was lying on his stomach across the bird with his legs and head hanging off of either side. "I'm bored" he announced. The bird was flying perfectly smoothly, despite the blonde's postion on it. He drummed his fingers on the clay and propped one hand under his head, his elbow on the bird, as he turned to look at Revelation. "You still sick?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He hadn't really been paying attention enough to tell if the immortal was still up-chucking or not.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation just sat there trying to keep himself from being sick again. He had his eyes closed and he was breathing deeply trying not to keep track of time when the blonde spoke to him. He has his legs held close to his chest as he glared at Ryota, "Actually...yes I am...i just don't really have anything more to barf up..." he said in a deep pissed off voice. His gaze peirceing the blonde.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota laughed as he took in the albino's words and position. He often sat like that, but it hurt to bend his back. He turned away from Revelation and shifted so that he was sitting on the bird before getting to his feet. The high speed sent the wind into his face quickly and he stood there silently with his eyes closed. He could probably stand there all day, but he had to make some sort of noise, so he hummed quietly to himself as he put his arms out.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation just sat there and glared at the blonde as the moron stood up. He too this as slightly mocking, the fact that Ryota was perfectly fine with being up here and Revelation wasn't. He groaned again and shoved his face in his knees as he briefly wondered if he would be able to sleep up here. Wel he wasn't looking forward to it as he tried to ignore Ryota's humming.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota stood for an hour or so before sitting down. He looked to the sun and sighed. There was still a bit of the day to go. He spent the last hours before dark fell sitting down, though he was constantly shifting positions, and normally making noise of some sort. He heaved a sigh and turned around, sitting cross-legged and leaning back on the bird's head. He was bored out of his mind, and sought out conversation of any kind to occupy his mind. "Heh. . . do you think Kakuzu got Tobi another bed since I teefed his?" he asked with a slight laugh. It was a slightly random topic but he couldn't really think of anything else at the moment.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation still had his eyes closed as he fought against puking again. And he didn't open his eyes or relax at all until Ryota spoke to him. He opened his eyes and looked at him as he thought over the question for a short while, "From what I know of both of them...I'm going to say...no...no he didn't" He said with the slightest smile, resting his chin on his knees.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota laughed and nodded. "Probably not. . . the fucktard's probably been sleeping on the floor th entire time. . . heh I wonder how long it'll take him before he actually asks if he can get a new one" he figured it would take Tobi a month or so before the moron even thought of asking Kakuzu to buy one let alone getting the guts to do it. He put his hands behind his head which rested on the clay bird's head.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation let out a short laugh, "He really is dense..." he said quietly more to himself. He looked around, other then the fact that the feeling of the change in altitude made him sick, flying wasn't really that bad, and if he got past the puking, it could actually be quiet enjoyable...but the thing was he couldn't get past the puking and it was STILL pissing him off to no end. He looked back at Ryota, "How the hell are you supposed to sleep up here?" he asked.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota laughed again and looked at the now dark sky. His gaze flicked down at Revelation again at his question and he raised a blonde eyebrow. "You lie down, close your eyes, and go to sleep" he said this as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. . . which to him it was. He couldn't sleep up there though. . . or the bird would probably crash into the ground or something. . . it was the only downside to flying home.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
"uh okay then...you don't have to be such a fucking moron about it but okay" Revelation said rolling his eyes and deciding to not even bother trying for fear of falling off or just not being able to because of his constant puking. He sighed and closed his eyes again, "fucking moron..." he hissed under his breath as he shoved his face back in his knees. He had barely noticed the wind through his hair, but he was suddenly aware of it when he felt the ribbion in his hair tugging at it...he suddenly pirked and yanked it out, not wanting it to fly away, he clutched it tight as he shoved his face back in his knees.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota rolled his eyes as well and looked back at the sky. He liked to see the stars while he flew, though he would never really admit that to anyone. He had snuck out at night to fly quite a bit, but he was sure at least one or two of the Akatsuki members had noticed. He wasn't even really paying attention to Revelation anymore, all hopes of conversation gone. He knew it would be a long night, and he really couldn't wait until he was home again, and he was able to put some space between him and his partner for most of the day.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation didn't plan on sleeping, he glanced up at Ryota for a moment before sighing and looking into his knees again. He felt like a little child again, he didn't know why...but he did, he had relived so much of his past in the few days he had been with the Akatsuki, and he really wished he hadn't it was driving him insane. He was getting more and more used to being in the air but he didn't think he would actually be able to be completely calm until he was back on the ground...and he kept wondering how long that would be...
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota grew tired as the night dragged by, but he stayed awake, occasionally having to speed up the bird to let the wind in his face keep him more awake. He was now sitting on the neck on the bird with a leg hanging off of either side. He wasn't sure what time it was now, but looking at the moon he guessed it was early morning by now. He vaugely wondered if Revelation had falled asleep at all, but he was too lazy to check. He was exausted now, and he started to slide sideways off of the bird. It wasn't something that happened often to him, btu his eyes snapped open and he grabbed the bird and pulled himself back up. He rubbed his eyes and yawned, shifting back onto the back of the bird where he was less likely to fall off of.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
He didn't really look up again until morning, he may have drifted off unknowingly for a few moment here and there but for the most part he had been wide awake. He looked up just in time to see Ryota almost fall off the bird. Revelation sighed, "Maybe you should land for a while and we can have something to eat and you can take a nap..." he suggested to the blonde .
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota glanced behind him and nodded. "Fine with me" he said tiredly. He took the bird down swiftly and it landed. He barely noticed any change as he did so, but he was used to it, so he wasn't really sure how the sudden drop and bump when he landed would feel to his airsick partner. Not that he really cared. He got off og the bird and almost immediately fell over. He grumbled incoherently as he got to his feet and yawned.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation wince slightly as they went down as he clutched his stomach he got off the damn thing quickly, his legs slightly shaky as he made his way to a tree and leaned against it, his stomach parting with anything it could as he puked again, he hated flying, absolutly HATED it. Then he walked to where Ryota was and sat down with a sigh, "So you really feel nothing at all when you're up there?" he asked feeling somuch better now that he was almost as close to the ground as he could get.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota glanced up at Revelation and shook his head. "Nope. Never have. But I fly almost every day, so I'd be used to it by now even if I did" he said with another yawn. He let himself fall back from where he was, wincing slightly at the pain from his wound. "Ugh is there even any food?" he mumbled. He wasn't even sure if Revelation could hear him or not. Flying the bird took alot out of him.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation sighed and leaned back on his hands, looking up at the sky. He looked down at Ryota as the blonde asked about food. With that Revelation stood, he was pretty sure he left whatever food he had had left behind so looking for some would be a bad idea. "I'll go see what i can find...." he said before walking into the forest to scavange for food. He tied the dark ribbion back into his messy silver hair as he went. He came back about half an hour later with an armful of various fruits and crap he had found, not bothering with an animals seeing as they didn't really have anything to prepare it with where they were. He set it down on the ground next to Ryota and sat down again.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota nodded and closed his eyes as Revelation left. He fell asleep quite quickly, his body needing the rest. He woke when he heard Revelation's footsteps coming back, and he sat up, yawning once more. "Shit" he said disbeleivingly as he saw the food the albino had dropped beside him. He picked up a peice of fruit and strated to eat it slowly. He was finding it harder to keep his eyes open now that he had had a little bit of sleep, but he really needed food first.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation lowered himself to the ground, careful not to put toomuch pressure on his scabbing wounds, they were stiff and made it hard to lie down without cracking them uncomfortably. He sighed and closed his eyes and he surprisingly fell asleep quickly, not having much time to even think beforehand. He didn't want to wake up though because he knew if he did he would be forced to fly on that damn bird again and get sick again...definatly something he wasn't looking forward to.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota ate a bit more of the fruit before giving up on trying to stay awake. He lay on his side and closed his eyes, settling into a deep sleep. He woke up about 6 hours later and sat up groggily. He felt ALOT better. He never needed much sleep until he was completely charged up, though he wasn't really a morning person. He stood up and stretched before looking at Revelation to see if he was awake.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Revelation had wished he had gotten more sleep but he woke up well before Ryota and sighed not looking forward to the flight that was going to happen rather soon. He sighed and looked around. Until Ryota woke up and he sighed. "So when are we going to get up on that damn bird again?" he asked with an annoyed glance, reallllly not looking forward to it at all. At least he hadn't really eaten anything, so he didn't really have anything that he could puke up this time even if his body wanted him too.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota smirked slightly at Revelation's annoyed expression. "Unless you wanna walk, right now" he said, picking up a last peice of fruit and jumping back onto the clay bird that was behind him. He hadn't bothered to get rid of it, and there was no point anyways. . . it would be a waste of clay. He sat down on the bird's back and looked back at Revelation, wondering if the albino would puke again.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Reveation sighed as he stood up,"Walking will take up to much time... I'll fly again..." he said unhappily as he jumped up onto the bird and sat down on its back taking a deep breath and bracing himself for the feeling of take off, knowing that he was going to want to puke again once they went up. He didn't like having Ryota seeing him when he was down again, the fact that he got so sick when he was up in the air. Actually he felt a woozy already, he had never been so sick in his life.
Re: Unexpected to Say the Least
Ryota laughed and the bird swooped to the sky again as soon as Revelation was seated. He was making it go a bit faster today, though he knew it would take more out of him, they would get farther in less time so it technically evened out to his advantage. It was about mid-morning by the position of the sun, and the blonde grew bored within ten minutes. He tapped his fingers on the clay as he flew. He would have loved to fly more fancy than just straight, but he didn't think he would survive after Revelation got his hands on him. He loved doing barrel rolls and loops and dives while he was flying, but he would rather not die.
