Lith awoke and got up slowly so she wouldn't disturb Daniel, she walked to the bathroom and knelt by the toilet and threw up. The children were starting to take a toll on her body.

Markus shook his head. "Sorry, I meant leaving where we were... going to the island..." he said. He was enjoying this time... holding her close to him... he could smell her scent strongly... how good she smelled. "Still... our days on this ship... it is beautiful..." he said.

Daniel was sleeping soundly, not feeling her getting up... but he heard her, the children taking their toll. His eyes opened lightly. He sat up and looked about... not seeing her, but hearing... he knew what was happening. "Are you alright love?" he called out.

"Hmmm" she said taking in his touch and the view before her. "The ship is nice, being on the water is nice" she said. "I used to watch the fishermen come in after a month on the water. I remember their faces as they saw their wives on the doc." she said with a smile.

Lith held the bench and then regained her balance. "Yeah.. I'm fine" she said running some cold water over her face, then walking back to bed.

"I've seen that sight before..." he said with a small smile. "The men rushing off... taking them in their arms..." he said. "Happy looks all around..." he said with a small smile. "It seemed nice..." he said.

Daniel looked up at her tired. "Just the babies?" he said reaching over to her, wanting to hold her...

"I used to go with my friend just to watch her husbands look as she waited for him to come into doc" she said "It was nice" she smiled.

"Yeah. Just the babies" she said crawling back into bed and snuggling upto Daniel.

"I bet he was all excited." he said with a small smile. "Seeing his love again... feeling her in his arms... holding her, kissing her... loving her..." he said. "Who were they? When did you know them?" he asked.

Daniel put his arms around her, holding her close, kissing her. "Alright love..." he said. "They... are growing..." he said. He kissed her once more. "Just rest... I'll let you go if you need to go back to the bathroom..." he said.

"Oh he was. Not long after they had a little girl" she said with a smile. "They were a quiet couple off the shore. The Livingstones" she said. "That was years ago... Before any of this happened.." she said flashing a smile that showed her sharp teeth. "She was my best friend... He was called out to war..." she said.

"They are" she said "Making trouble all ready" she said. She closed her eyes "Rest sounds good".

"War..." he said. He started thinking... maybe that was why Daniel didn't like to talk much about his homeland. "Yes... before your life changed..." he said. "It... must have been heartbreaking..." He said, knowing the experience all too well.

"Some time ago" she said. "It was..." she said "I received the letter also on my husbands part. It must have been hard having to go to war knowing your wife was taken away by a wolf. Possibly dead." she said looking down. "I never knew what happened to him... I would love so much to know where he is berried" she said.

"If... if you want... we can go look for him." he said. "His grave... see if he made it back... see if..." he stopped "We can look." he said once more. "See if we can find him..." he said. "I would help..." he knew how much it hurt, not knowing the fate of loved ones.

"Aye..." Markus said. "Dry land will be good for everyone... the pack is doing fine... but they are creatures of land and are most comfortable on it... save for the pup... I think he feels comfortable out here just the same as the land." he said. Markus felt the pack's eyes on him... he didn't care... let them talk... they would find out soon anyways...

"I must admit I love the water but find myself a land dweller. The pup will soon change, the more shifter he is." she said "Home" she said pointing out at the horizon. It was only a small blur but they could now see the island approaching. "Should we wake Lith and Daniel?" she asked.

Looking out to the sea... on the horizon the small spec... but it was growing... "Yeah... he will want to stay on the land... and with pups... he will grow more responsible..." he said. "We should wake them... they have been sleeping for a while now... and they will want to be awake to help get us to land." he said.

She walked down the corridor and knocked softly on the door. She waited outside for someone to answer her knock.

Lith moaned a little hearing the knock "Daniel can you get that" she mumbled.

Daniel waking upon the knock on the door. He nodded... letting his love go for the moment, stroking her face lovingly. He stood and went to the door. Opening he seen Mera behind it, he stretched. "Hello... what's up?" he asked. "Is something wrong?" he asked... making sure everything was going alright... hoping nobody got into a fight.

Mera looked up at Daniel who opened the door, the room was dark behind him. "We can see land Sir" she said. "We think it may be best to get you two up, we are almost there and I believe Lith might want to see this" she said. She smiled a little and looked down to the ground again.
