"Her name was Akeal Blacksmith. Her husband owned the mill. I'll tell you more tonight when the men aren't around" she said.

She looked up at him, seeing his dark hair and eyes upon her. She stuttered a little "n... no I don't mind..." she said with a small smile. Her little bottles were all over the floor "I use lots, take a look if you wish" she said.

"Alright, deal... I'll tell my story, and you tell me more about her..." he said. "But... I do know that name..." he said. "Fairly well..." he said once more, remembering more about his old life.

Doc began looking at the bottles before helping her pack. "I see that." he said with a laugh. "You are a fantastic cook... especially if you know so much about these spices..." he said with a small smile.

She smiled softly "Thank you" she said looking down. Their hands brushed as she grabbed a bottle he was going for. "S...Sorry" she said drawing back her hand and looking down.

Doc felt her hand brush his, his face went a bit red... when her hand retracted he picked up the bottle and packed it. "No... it is alright." he said looking up at her, a small smile on his face. "I... shouldn't have gone for that one I guess." he said giving her a small smile. "I... didn't mean to make you embarrassed." he said, he seemed to be quite embarrassed as well...

She smiled also "It's ok. This one you can't look at" she said grabbing one bottle fast and putting it in her pack. "When we stop next I'll let you smell it but that's all" she said. "It's a secret, that one" she said. She knew he was embarrassed and she was also but she tried to hide it.

Only smell it?" he asked her. "Hmm... now I am curious... I can't wait... but be warned... I have a good sense of smell... I might be able to figure out what it is." he said with a playful smile. His face still red, but he was having a bit of fun. It wasn't long until the rest of the bottles were finished being packed.

She looked up at him, Her pale face highlighting her blue eyes and red hair that curved around her jaw. "Yes only a smell, Only the best have guessed what is in it" she said seeing his playful smile. It warmed her seeing him smile, his teeth flashing a little. She could see his face was still red and her pale face lit up a light rose colour. They put all the bottles away. "Thank you" she said.

"You are welcome... I didn't mind. Besides, the quicker we pack, the quicker we can run." he said. Inadvertently admiring her beauty... her perfect face... her beautiful body. He smiled lightly. "Alright... well... I should finish packing I think I forgot a few things." he said. "Wouldn't want to be caught without my supplies." he said standing.

"Do you need a hand" she asked without even thinking. "I'm curious what the Doc carried with him" she said also standing, she slung her satchel over her shoulder.

Lith kissed Daniel lightly "My stomach hurts" she complained. "another few weeks and I'll be getting fatter. Still love me when I'm fat?" she asked.

"Sure... I just mainly have some medical supplies... and some herbs... not like cooking herbs... but... er... yeah." he said. Realizing that she probably didn't care too much about what types he had. "But... yes, I would love your help." he said.

Daniel smiled, kissing her back. "He placed a hand on her belly. "Of course love... I'll love you no matter what..." he said lovingly. He rubbed her a bit. "I hope you feel better though... but just think... that feeling... that is our children..." he said. "New life..."

She looked down and followed him to where his things were. "So Doc, what's your real name?" she asked filling in the silence.

"Our children are naughty all ready" she said with a laugh "Must take after their father." she ran a hand softly over her belly to ease the pain "New life" she whispered.

Doc smiled... the magic question... he couldn't remember the last time someone called him by his real name. "Markus..." he said. "I don't know who called me that last... but ever since I started patching this pack up... I've been Doc." he said with a small smile. He started packing his things.

Daniel's hand joined her's. "Taking after me... boy... there's a handful for you." he said. "But... I'll love them anyways..." he said rubbing her belly lightly.

"Markus what?" she asked "Sorry if I am being too nosey" she had heard that name before. She helped him pack his things.

"For me?" she said raising an eyebrow "you looking after them also" she said with a laugh.

"No... no I don't mind." he said. "Markus Landcaster..." he said. "Though that is a name that I have not gone by in quite some time." Markus said with a small laugh. "Though, you are more than welcome to call me that, or Doc, whatever suits you." he said

Daniel laughed lightly. "I guess you are right, since they are our pups and all." He smiled. "That is if you trust me enough to watch them."

Markus Landcaster she had heard that name. He went missing and was never heard of. She laughed a little not really finding this funny, how could these people all relate to her past life? the one she had so desperately tried to forget.

"As Alpha you are to cheek up on the pup sitter, Once I have these babies I will lose my place as Alpha and be moved down in ranking." she said. "So yeah. I trust you" she said.

Markus finished packing up with her help. Explaining some of his techniques. What some of his herbs could do when used on the right sort of wound. But it wasn't long until they finished. "So... excited?" he asked. "Traveling with a new group? I was terrified... but Lith helped me a bit." he said.

Daniel smiled, kissing her lightly. "Is it worth it?" he asked teasingly. "The stomach pains, loosing your alpha rating? All of it?" he asked. "Think of your children... our children, growing inside of you..." he said. "Miracles..." he said

"It's worth it" she said "The pains makes you stronger, losing Alpha well that was going to happen at some point anyway" she said "To feel life inside you is amazing Daniel... You wouldn't believe" she said.

"What bothers you about the destination?" he asked curiously. "If... er... you don't mind me asking that is." he said. "I've only heard stories about that place."

"I would imagine... and... this is just the beginning... when your belly gets bigger and you will be able to feel there little kicks." he said. "Hmm... you are going to be a wonderful mother." he said.

"Thank you...Markus" she said with a smile. He didn't blush and nether did she, his name rolled off her tongue so softly. He stood a head taller than her and she felt helpless all she could do was look up into his gorgeous eyes and smile. "I've been there before, a long time ago." she said. "You have?" she asked. She was sure he was the man who went missing long ago, leaving a wife and child. "What stories?" she asked, she wondered if he had heard her story however he wouldn't know it was here because she hadn't told him her real name.

She smiled at Daniel "We should move out my love".

Markus grimaced a bit some... sad... about men who have no choice but to leave their homes behind... some not too bad... Men who have went out to make names for themselves... and some... well... about wolves." he said. "I... have heard stories..." he said. He was happy that she had called him Markus... he liked the way it sounded when she said it.

"Right..." Daniel said. "We need to get there as soon as we can." he said. He moved away from her reluctantly. He gathered up the pack, calling them all to get into positions.

"Aye, those stories I have heard" she said. She couldn't help but think of the stories and how real some of them were. Daniel came around gathering the pack. Mera smiled weakly at Markus "time to go then.." she said.

Lith got ready herself and gathered bags "We move out" she said as everyone changed and the packs were loaded onto their backs.

Markus nodded. "Yeah... but... I'm glad you are coming with us." he said changing into a wolf. "It is nice to see this pack get bigger." he said with a little smile.

Daniel changed himself as well and was all ready. His bags packed an now on his back. "Alright... lets go!" he said. He started running as well, but at a pace where Lith wouldn't be too strained.

She smiled "Yeah. Glad I'm coming with you.. Your pack" she said with a blush, then she changed also.

Lith knew Daniel was going slow for her so she took off faster than him and kept a good lead. "Doc to my flank" she called over her shoulder. Daniel was on her right flank and Doc moved into her left.

Seeing her move faster, Daniel kept up. He smiled. "I guess I don't give you enough credit!" he said with a laugh. "You are still tough" he said smiling.

Doc moved up to her left flank, till he was next to Lith. He looked over to her, curious as to why she called him up to her.

"That you don't my love" she laughed "Remember I've had years of this life" she said. Lith didn't turn to Doc as she ran she just kept quiet. "Where are we heading boys, you two know this path better than I lead the way" she said dropping back so the two boys were in lead.
