Luna gave a yelp as something hit her from behind, causing her to see stars as she immediately dropped Jim before everything went black.

rose blinked in surprise as she was picked up, she struggled, eyes going wide as she clutched helplessly at collins hand on her throat before to her surprise she was dropped. coughing several times she blinked in confusion, eyeing the vile he held out to her before taking it, glancing up at him with relief... " thank you. " she muttered just as she watched him turn and take off.." and i will. " she stared at his back until he was completely gone before she moved instantly , giving korey the liquid that was in it, watching as his seizure type jerking movements slowly stopped and he looked sound asleep , once she was sure he was ok, she moved over to darious who was still b leeding out and trying desperately to stop it. she reacted instantly , going on her training that he gave her as she punned her shirt off and ripped it into two strips, wrapping it around his throat before bitting open her wrist and pressing it to his mouth. " drink it.. don't argue.. .. i don't want to lose you like i did mother." she murmured, lifting his head up and helping him. not even flinching as she felt his fangs sink into her skin.. she relaxed and closed her eyes, swallowing several times before she felt darious go limp. looking down at him she relaxed, noticing his body just shut down , forcing him to slip into a deep healing sleep. healing her wrist up she dug in his pocket for a cell phone before calling the clean up crew and jace... then got up and put all three of them together, checking each one to make sure they where ok.

Rose sighed, her third visit to korey and he was still not awake, four months had passed since that eventfull night, when collin helped her save korey once again.. he betrayed them all but she could understand why he did it. jim was a slick talker. and new how to manipulate people, She was the only one who forgave him so far.. Darious had as well, though he was more wary about werewolves now. ..bitting her lip she leaned over and lightly brushed korey's hair out of his face .. it was growing longer.. smiling slightly she glanced at the monitors.. seeing they where all normal before sitting down.. sighing even as Angel climbed up into her lap and cuddled agianst her. " it will be ok love.. Daddy will wake soon .. " she hoped atleast.. and wondered if he would have all his memories back.. if that vile actually reversed the affects of whatever was in it.. Darious too was on rest still. Korey had done a number to his throat and was slowly getting his voice back, apparently korey had bit too close. damaging nerves that controled the voice box. But atleast she was healing. and some times she could hear darious trying to yell at people. getting all squeaky and high pitched before he had to go quiet.. she glanced up slightly , relaxing as Luna came in, her belly showing that she was pregnant now. not too big but definitely rounded.she was going on her fifth month.. glancing at her hand she frowned, spotting the large bag. " you leaving now?."

Luna nodded slightly , she looked like hell ran her over, barely sleeping since that night, and having more nightmares then anything.. she had even lost some weight before gaining a few pounds due to her carrying.. rubbing her belly slightly she glanced at korey.. " yea.... Darious says i need to get out of here... a new setting... just for a while..need to set my life straight really." shrugged slightly as she gave angel a light hug and kiss before hugging Rose. " don't worry .... i will not just drop off the face of the earth.. i will send letters and such. let me know when he wakes though.. " smiled . looking back at korey before sighing. " Jim ...is now dead. "

Rose tensed slightly before glancing up at her. ".. oh... how?"she had wanted to be there when jim was executed but she understood why darious had forbbiden it.

Luna glanced at her before licking her lips. " he made collin betray me... i am now without a mate... so Darious saw it very fitting that jim die by my hand... and no worries rose.. i made sure it was painfull. Darious now has all the information out of Jim before he let me do it.. .. his remains are now being scattered in the ocean.. cold grave for a cold hearted man." she shrugged before smiling. ' i need to go.. i promise to visit. " once she said her goodbyes. she left, taking the only car she could that was able to travel over rough roads before finding the land she had purchased with a small portion of her money that had accumalated, she even had a house built on it with a basement for the full moons. it was now fully furnished and filled with her stuff.. best part was... she was completely alone there no neighbors to see how badly wounded she was not physically but mentally. she spent the next month making sure everything was in order for the baby to be born, keeping herself busy from thinking to much on collin.

Collin was completly got within the first month he went back to his homelands and adventured there. He missed Luna way to much..He he hated what he did to her...And everyone else...Every day his heart ached more for her. When the second month passed he made his way back around the area where Darious place was keeping an eye on everything...He even tracked Luna to to the small plot of land that she bought..With in weeks there was a crew building a house on it....He stayed in a cave near by..Not sleeping and hardly eating..He actually lost alot of weight almost enough to look sickly..He felt so lost with out her...The third month he started to put weight on jsut enough to make him look like a slightly above average man..Even to the point that he cut his hair really short and grew a beard. He still didn't sleep...He couldn't sleep with out her by his side...The forth month he kept getting braver staying close when she went out..He knew that she was close...When she went into town he was only feet from her...He looked so different now that it didn't matter..He even smelled different..He knew that the baby was going to be born pretty soon. He wanted to be there badly. One day he actually accidently bumped into her..."Oh sorry miss." He says his accent was completly gone and he didn't sound like him at all..."Oh I see you have a little one on the way...Is it a boy or girl?" He asks her curiously as he stood a few feet away.

luna sighed softly , paying the store clerk what she owed,d oing one of her very few trips to the small town. she only came down here when she desperately needed food, considering right now she was no longer able to hunt, being too close to the end of the birth. , Nearly dropping her bags as someone bumped into her she quickly readjusted them before glancing up at the man who bumbped into her, frowning slightly she eyed him over. but was too worried about getting home to even think that he looked slightly familiar. " ohh its ok... it happens." she went to move around him before he asked another question.. stopping she glanced at him and shrugged. " hmmm.i was told a girl... but... i don't trust doctors all that much."

He looked over to her and smiles..."I see..Um...Well then...I'll let you carry on with your business...He then stopped..."What about the father?" He asks. "Does he work here in town?" He questioned curiously as he looked to her

she was nearly out the door when he caught her off guard with that question, her eyes widened as she tightened her hold on the bags, taking a few minutes to calm herself and not panic. though she didn't know why she had an urge to do that. " umm.. no not really...... " bit her lip slightly before her gaze jumped to his.. " he is gone... i don't know where he is. ... haven't seen him for atleast five months.. " shrugged slightly , readjusting her bags in her arms, it was slightly hard with a big belly but she didn't care, she swore that she was carrying twins but darious was insistant that iwas only one child. atleast her car was just outside the store..

He looked to her.."Alright then...I hope that he comes back...FOr your sake..And your childs." He says with a smile..It hurt him so bad..She was right there...But he couldn't ever reach out and grab her....."Here I'll help you with your bags.." He says as he walked over to her taking a few from her. "Its the least I can do." He says with a smile as he reached up and scratched his thick beard lightly before following her out the door and loading the bags into her car for her..."There you are...Have a nice day Ba...Miss." With that he dissappeared into the crowd.

she blinked in surprise, not even getting a chance to really keep him from helping her and before she knew it, he was allready gone.. frowning she rubbed her lower back as she watched him dissappear into the crowd.." ..strange man.. " muttered slightly , though now that he had left she could now concentrate on what had made him seem familiar... though he didn't smell familiar.. or look familiar.. maybe it was his eyes. .. frowning again she sighed as she headed to another store after locking her car agian. she needed to pick up a couple of boxe's she had ordered. stuff for the baby really.. " ugh.. i really need to get a dog or something. " muttered, talking to the clerk quickly and arranged him to deliver the boxe's to the house since they where too heavyf or her at the moment to lift em. she didn't want to cause any damage to her baby.. once that was done she was back in the car and headed back home.. Within thirty minutes she was there.

Once she was home she unlocked the door and started to unload things in side. she bought alot of meat. some to put int he fridge and others in the large freezer she had purchased. stocking up for when she was no longer able to go into town, usually during the last month of her pregnancy. While she unpacked the groceries her mind went back to Collin, for some reason she kept thinking about him today, after she had met that guy in the town. Frowning she sighed, Rose had explained to her what he did and why he did it. but still .. Luna was finding things a little hard to forgive at the moment. though she wished she could tell him about the baby.. but he had up and dissappeared.

Collin took to the roof tops watching luna even following her home but staying in the forest he could see her in the window putting the groceries away. He would stay out there all night and watch her even as she slept...He was going to confront her eventually...He just didn't know how...

grabbing the last bag of food she was nearly half way up the stairs before having to double over slightly her free arm going to her belly as she hissed out. ' bloody hell kid.. stop kicking my kidneys. " grouched out. her eyes nearly watering from that last movement.. active little child it was, reminded her definitely of collin. Bad enough the little thing kept sitting on her bladder.. she waited, feeling the baby settle down once more before she was able to go inside andd put the last bit of groceries up. getting tired though she went out on the porch and sat on the swing chair she had out there. it always made her feel relaxed, , besides she needed to wait for the idiot to come with her box's.. she told them to send two people cause she n eeded help putting them together and what not. she just hoped these ones where alot nicer so she didn't have to kick em out of her house again.. half closing her eyes she relaxed against the chair making it rock slowly as she rubbed her belly ,smiling a little as she felt small little kicks.. atleast it wasn't on an organ this time.

Collin was in the woods sitting there behind the bushes watching her with a smile. It was then that his stomach growled slightly and he stepped back stepping on a twig that made a loud crack..."Shit." He muttered under his breath as he then took off running silently to the other side of the place...Hopefully she wouldn't get curious...He was now watching her on the other side of the house in the bushes over there.

Luna jumped, her eyes snapping open as she heard something snap.. blinking she glanced around. before frowning, she was out in the woods. so it wasn't unusual for a small critter to come by and be curious.. shaking her head she sighed and rubbed her belly again before jumping once more as another car pulled out, this one a big van,most likely with her items in it." well about damn time. " she mutteed, pulling herself up out of the swinging chair just as a single young teenager came out of the car. frowning she glanced at the passenger seat but it was empty, sighing she eyed the kid, who looked to be about nineteen.. " geez.. he didn't send another one?"

the kid flushed slightly as he jumped from foot to foot, nervous of her cause well, she looked bloody mean in her state right now. " well umm th ing is.. the other one was sent home sick earlier today. so its just me.. sorry..i can bring the box's inside but... won't be able to put them together until tomorow..boss man wouldn't let me have the tools. "

Luna scowled slightly , before sighing. " allright then, hurry it up." she was getting a headache and definitely wishing collin was there.. but that just put her in a pissy ass mood because she was still mad at him... unlocking the door she opened it wide and propped it open so he could move the box's inside" just place t hem by the far wall.."

the kid nodded as he moved quickly , though being scrawny for his age, he had a bit of muscle on him.. not much but enough that he could lift the heavy box's easily and drag them inside.. before glancing at her. " .. not to be rude ma'am.. but you shouldn't be living out here alone. "

She grunted slightly and shrugged. " yea well. i don't exactly have a choice.. " she pointed to the spot she told him of earlier before digging out a bit of money for him. " tell the old man its not nice to make a pregnant woman mad. "

the kid laughed slightly before looking sheepsih. " sorry.. he likes to do that though.. his way of keeping costumers on their toes or something. " he smiled before saying goodbye.. declining the tip she wanted to give him before he was gone.

luna watched him go before leaning against the door. " damn it.... " she muttered before rubbing her belly again. " stupid collin... need to et your ass back here so i can kick it.... then put the stuff together." she muttered before sighing agian, she was going nuts.. talking to herself now.

Collin ducked down as the van pulled up..He kept a close eye on the kid though he looked harmless. He then winced slightly as he head her mutter that he needed to get back so she could kick his ass...This made him feel even more horrible.."I am here...You jsut don't know it.." He says to him self as he then walked over to one of the windows looking in at her..He felt bad now...If only he could jsut grow a pair and walk up and knock on the door..But still she wouldn't reconize him.

She grunted and sighed, glancing in at her home.. she had everything.. well not everything, she was still waiting on the heater unit to be delivered. otherwise the only heat she got was from the fireplace, which was where her bed was at for now. Sighing she rubbed the back of her neck before she grabbed a blanket.. and her cell phone since it was ringing, closing the door she sat back down on the swinging Porch chair before answering the phone. " ohhh hey rose.. hows korey ? awake yet?"

Rose smiled slighlty as she glanced over at korey " ahh not really but darious is thinking soon though.. considering now he is moving his fingers and feet every now and then.. good sign that he is slowly coming around. .. how about you ?.. any sign of visitors or what? and the baby?"

Luna snorted" only visitors i have had are the four legged critters.. ahh and the baby is using my organs as soccer balls.. but its all good.. " she went silent for a moment before closing her eyes, forcing herself to ask the one question she had been wondering for the last few months. " any sign of Collin?,.... " she bit her lip slightly , holding her breath till she answered.

Rose sighed and shrugged. slightly even though luna couldn't see her. " none.. though darious did track him down to his homeland.. but then he just... up and dissappeared and before you ask.. as far as we know.. he is still alive. "

Luna relaxed and slowly let out her breath before sighing. " well... as long as he is alive, then thats good.. just wish i knew where he was at.... "

Rose arched a brow slighlty before she spoke. " you sound like you aren't mad at him any more.. need me to come up there or something?"

luna snorted:" no way.. you stay there with angel and korey.. just let me know when he wakes up.. and i dunno.. i am mad at him.. just... miss him.... we are bonded after all.. even him betraying me can't break that... i am gonna let ya go.. say hi to angel for me. ' and with that she turned the phone off and tossed it on the bench next to her before reaching over and flicking the radio on that was next to her. relaxing a soft music began to play.." being alone is not soo bad..... though now i am talking to myself."

Collin sighed hearing everything that Luna said on the phone. He then laid down on the grass and leaves just watching her closely.

Few days passed

Korey's eyes slowly flickered open and his hands moved to cover them from the lights..."Ahh ouch.." He winced as he sheilded his eyes as his vision started to clear..."Hmmm that was a nice nap..." He stretched slightly as he sat up only to see that he was hooked up to a machine..and he felt so damned weak..

Collin still followed Luna around he always would. He was in the bush again as he heard Luna's phone start to ring.

luna jerked awake from her small nap she had taken, once again the on the porch swing, it was her favorite spot to go at night, watch the sun set and the sun rise. blinking and rubbing her eyes she yawned and picked up the phone. " ello ?"

Rose grinned as she heard luna pick up. " hey, good news, korey's awake.. "

Luna sat up before wincing as she rubbed her lower belly. " ouch.. ohhhh thats good. does he remember anything at all ?"

Rose sighed slightly" eh.. haven't really asked yet.. he just n ow woke up.. i need to go though so i will call you later with an update.. don't forget your vitamins. "

Luna laughed slightly as she shook her head " allright and i won't.. bye. " she shook her head agian as she hung up. ' geez.. still a mother hen. " muttered before pulling herself up." ugh..might have to call darious soon.. hmmm need him here beforei go into labor. " she muttered as she dissappeared inside for a few moments to take her pills before coming back out ." ok .. first thing first.. gather fire wood for tonight. " she sighed, picking up the axe that was alwyas next to her front door now before heading down the stairs and into the woods. she really shouldn/t be doing stuff like that but , since she was alone she had no choice.

Korey winced and looked around hearing Rose speaking on the phone..."Hey there...Who are you taling to...And why is it news that I'm away love." He chuckled as he looked to her...

Collin overheard the conversation and then heard her say somthing about fire wood. Collin had some back at his cave already cut. He quickly ran to his cave and came back with some wood laying them out side of the timber that she was headding o before dissapearing back into the woods. The wod was cut small enough that she could eaisly handle.

Rose jumped, dropping her phone before going over and hugging him. " ohhh my gosh!.. what all do you remember?.. and geez.. you been freaking in a coma for five months or so... i was about to smack you awake if you didn't hurry it up. " she muttered as she looked him over and smiled. " gawd its been a while"

Luna humed slightly before frowning as she found the scattered bits of wood.. scratching the back of her head in confusion she glanced around before placing the axe down. " odd..... i don't remember having others cut.. looks like racoons or something got into em. " muttered before shrugging and picking up several bits of the wood.. doing this several times to fill the bin up in the house next to the fireplace. heading back out to grab her axe, she looked over at her outdoor bin before shakin gher head. " getting .late.. will have to cut more tomorow... need to stuck up. " she glanced up at the sky, it was getting colder now. and she was begining to wonder if her b aby was going to be a christmas baby.. smiling slightly at that thought she headed back inside.

He looked up at her and smiles hugging her back.."The last thing I remember is going out to get that bastart Jim for what he did to you...After that its all blank..." He muttered as he looked up at her..."A coma...5 months....Shit I have to look like hell.." He groaned.

Collin grinned as he watched her get the wood. When he over heard that she needed more he was gonna get her some alright..He then stopped and watched her looking up at the sky..It was getting colder out that was for sure....Later that night when Luna would be sleeping Collin was hauling wood up and completly stocked her stock pile and then some. He then dissappeared back to his cave and started a fire since it was getting colder.

Rose smiled as she leaned back and brushed his hair from his face again. " hmmm naaah you lost a bit of weight but only because .. well you haven't been working out much.. you had a beard but i shaved that for you .. i kinda like your hair this way. " she teased as she lightly tugged on one long strand. " makes you look more rugged.. .. ahh well you have missed alot then..... luna is no longer here...... she lmoved out into some wooded area.. collin up and dissappeared and well.. jim is now dead.. so yea.. "

Luna yawned as she woke , stretching slowly before sitting up , frowning her fire had died..s hivering a bit she pulled on a thick furred cloak before going about her chores, starting up another fire with the last of the wood before making breakfast , eating, taking her vitamins then headed outside once more with her axe to cut firewood, only to be surprised once again to find her bin completely stocked, and then another pile next to it, blinking in surprise she frowned" what the bloody hell ?" she didn't remember doing any of it. so figured maybe one of the villagers got worried about her while being pregnant and was just trying to help her out, though with all the wooded smells, she couldn't figure out who it was.." well..... this is very interesting.. either i have a nosey neighbor... or... a burlgerer who apparently does good instead of steals. "

Korey looked to her..."Then I'll keep it this away." He grinned as he then cocked his head to the side....."Huh...All of that happened...Collin left...Why the hell would he leave...And why did Luna leave..." He muttered with a sigh..."And Jims already dead..." He muttered closing his eyes..."Damn this is way too much to take in on one sitting Love." He grinned.

Collin smirked as he watched her from the bushes he was shifted to stay warm of couse. Made it alittle harder to hide as well but so far he managed.

Rose sighed. " yea its a long story.... lets just say... jim got to collin first.. but.. don't be mad... " smiled as she nudged him. " he helped save your life.. i would have lost you without collin.. i owe him one.. ohhh " grinned as she looked over at angel sleeping in the chair. " and she hasn't left your side either.. she followed me around expecially when i was here. and sometimes she would sleep next to you. "

Luna sighed and shook her head, she really couldn't figure it out.. glancing around she narrowed her eyes as she thought she saw furr from a large animal, but it moved and dissappeared. " huh... i swear if werewolves start popping up i am gonna have me some new rugs. "

He smiles as he looked over to her nodding his head..."I understand.." He says with a grin as he then looked over to Angel.."My...Shes grown alot...I've missed way too much..." He muttered.

"Shit.." Collin muttered as he moved back knowing that she seen him and heard her threat..."Damn..Deffinaly don't show up as a were..." He muttered with a grin as he went back to his cave and shifted back pulling on his cloths and grabbing a jacket before heading into town getting a few supplies before comming back to his cave and sitting down eatting alittle before getting up and walking up her road carrying a bag before walking to her door and knocking on it...He knew she wouldn't reconize him..But he had a whole explination on how he knew where she lived worked up.

Rose smiled " yea. but its ok.. i made sure to get alot more pictures. " she went over and carefully picked up the sleeping angel before placing her back down next to Korey. " she knew her daddy would wake up soon. so didn't want to leave the room one bit.. heh , kinda hard to get her to eat when she didn't want to leave. "

Luna hummed slightly as she spent the next few hours inside, making dinner, and cleaning out the fire place. once dinner was done she set it aside so she could go outside and dump out the ashes from the fireplace.. picking up the heavy bucket she just open the door before spotting the man walking up her driveway.. frowning she stopped on the top of the step , setting the heavy bu cket down as she eyed hm. " can i help you?"

Korey smiles.."Picutres are good." He grinned as she put Angel next to him..."Shes even more beautiful since the last I remember....Seems like I'm a pain when I sleep." He chuckled

Collin looked up at her..."Hey It's me..I helped you with your bags the other day..."YOur a hard person to find you know...Towns people knew where you lived...They gave me your address." He says with a smile as he handed her over the bag..."I thought I would give you a few things...For you and the baby...After all you said the father was gone...So I had to help you out." He says with a smile as he looked to her.."Anyway...I'll let you go on with your bussiness...Unless you need help with anything." He says with a smile.

rose smiled as she shrugged, reaching over and lighly moving angel's hair out of her face. " she is fine. , and yes she is very beautifull. .. ahh but its ok baby , still love ya.. by the way, you did a number on darious, heh , i don't think he will ever let you near him with fangs again. "

Luna frowned before relaxing and smiled as she took the bag. " its ok.sorry just having a damn time adjusting .. too many visitors. " she glanced at the bag then at him before frowning, not wanting to seem rude so she spoke up . " would you like to stay for dinner?.. well as a payment for bringing me this bag.. and being kind.. " bit her lip slightly before glancing at the heavy bucket of ash. " eh.. .well i normally don't like people doing things for me but... id on't want my doctor to get on my ass for carrying heavy things.. heh .. so the only thing left is to move this bucket and dump it.. "
