she rolled her eyes slightly .. '' uh huh, sure, well you never know until you ask, though father might just send someone else with us. who knows.. she arched a brow '' really now, i am betting your clair had a good hold on you now am i wrong?" she was pretty sure she was right, he definitely seemed that he had been very attached to clair and by the sounds of it he would have done anything for her, sighing she turned away from him, she got the feeling she would never have a relationship like that, nobody in the pack really didn't like the idea of her even hunting as an enforcer, which is why they have a hard time getting along with her.

going into the cabin she glanced over at her father who was in the mist of cleaning his weapons. '' going out?"

he glanced up and relaxed slightly , gaze jumping to eric but went right back to her. '' nah, just cleaning out the closet before your mother kills me with all the whole i am cluttering things up thing.. what are you two doing?"

He smiles.."I could imagine the look on your mothers face..she's a strong woman." he says with a smile as he then cocked his head to the side.."if I wasn't odd you would still be captured..and I would be feeding on you..."he says with a chuckle as he followed her. He then looked to her father and bowed slightly to show respect letting her do the talking

'' he is here to let you in on all the routines of that fat vampire friend of ours.. i am going to talk to mom. '' she grinned, giving an innocent look before she headed into the kitchen.

He tensed up immediately watching her, he figured something was up about that.. '' whoa. what are you going to talk to her about? you better not get me in trouble.. Once they got into the office he went about tell her her father all the habits victor had and how he ran things to the T. "the fight shouldn't be too hard for your people to handle.." he says to him..he didn't tell him that he or Shea would be in the fight he was gonna leave that up to her

'' well.. we are fixing to gain a few more of our weres in the next few days. should give us a bigger advantage i think, especially since we know it will take time for him to remake all the men you had killed, '' he frowned, '' i sure hope he doesn't go after warlords or anything.... they already know how to fight and with the first blood lust they will be vicious. '' he sighed before shaking his head as he looked up at him, '' well now that we got that settled.. do you know anything of what she is talking to her mother about? i get the feeling i am fixing to be side swiped with something i am not going to like. '' he mumbled something about how women liked to plot against the men before he rubbed his head'' i can see the upside to that and the downside to that.. we just got her back, really don't want to have her go off somewhere.. but then again if we are in a fight, we wouldn't want you to be seen as an enemy on accident. '' he sighed as he sat back down to his desk, glancing up at him silently , weighing his options, '' you have already shown you won't touch her in any shape or form... and as far as i know you never fed from her, given from your word as well as the scents on her ... '' he was not liking the idea but he figured it would be for the best.. '' do i have any reason to have someone go with you?"

"do you need to pack up or is everything you need there?" he asked her before looking back to her mother and father..."I'll take good care of her." he says with a bow once moe before following her

she glanced at him '' about a days travel.. shorter if you ran and carried me, but that is up to you.. '' she didn't mind the walk, the more she used her muscles again the better she felt, though she as getting tired quickly still, but she was not about to tell him back.. '' well good that you bath.. glad you don't stink.. '' she teased, '' ah well then i am just going to have to help you break that habit. '' she looked him over, taking the time to actually really see him this time, he definitely looked good, for a vampire, she was surprised that was maybe one of the reasons she might really like him.
