Mia helped him up the stairs, careful to not have him trip over anything before getting him to lay down '' what am i going to do with you ? heh , wonder if you should have had collin in front of you , let him take the brunt from his mate'' she teased, lightly brushing his hair from his face.. '' ah well, she did apologize. ''

Luna relaxed slightly taking the glass of water from darious when he held it out to her so she could take the pills. once that was done she leaned against collin , rubbing her head slightly still but since darious already gave her the clear bill of health, she knew she would be ok for now... '' mind telling me all what dagen did?" she felt off.. weird.. but couldn't place it.

He looked to her and grinned as he got laid down..."Don't ask me." He says as he hten smiles when she brushed some hair from his face.."That she did." He says with a smile.

Collin looked to her..."Well he did somthing to ya...He said you wouldn't beable to shift until he fixed it and knows that your in control." He says

Mia smiled before sitting down next to him'' here i am supposed to be all worried about being pregnant and here you are getting yourself in trouble. '' she frowned slightly.. '' you need to fix whatever you did to her soon.... not being able to shift is another way she will go insane.... trust me i know this.''' laying down next to him she kept her hands to herself though, normally she would cuddle with him but since his ribs where injured she couldn't risk hurting him.

Luna frowned, leaning against collin again, '' i am not sure i am going to like that'' she muttered, no wonder she felt off.. it was just weird and for her she didn't like it. and anything she didn't like always annoyed her.

He looked to her and then smiles..."I know...I'm sorry I worried you love." He says as he cocked his head to the side..."I'm sure she'll make me soon anyway." He says with a smile as he reached over for her but winced..."Gahhh this sucks." He muttered

Collin smiles ash e looked to her.."I don't think you will Babe." he says with a smile as leaned over and kissed her softly..."You scared us there though." He says

mia made him lay back down before she shifted a little against him mindfull of his ribs of course'' relax, lucky for you, your a vampire, you will heal fast.maybe in a full nights sleep with alot of blood. ''she smiled as she leaned up on her arm slightly '' could get you a few blood packs if you want hun. i am sure it will help. ''

she flushed slightly and kissed him back slightly '' i am sorry.. .. i didn't mean to scare you.. just.. something happened, i couldn't control it. '' she mumbled, now feeling embarrassed and a bit ashamed.

He smiles as he looked to her..."That is true..."He says with a grin as he then nodded his head..."That would prolly help." He says

Collin looked to her..."I know Babe." He says with a smile..."It will pass eventually." He says

she smiled as she got up, quickly going down stairs to get the blood packs for him, coming back up quickly and closing the door behind her'' last ones actually , darious already said he ordered some more and jace had to go get it''she grinned'' poor jace didn't even want to leave the kids. you know. i got this little theory that he will be following those kids around even when their teenagers.. '' she handed him the blood packs, helping him sit up so he could drink them without choking. '' luna's looking a little better, .. stressed.. but better. ''

Luna shrugged as she leaned against him more, tucking her feet under her as she closed her eyes. '' just wish this would stop, i want to have a somewhat normal life... remember the good times and well. not have a trigger that makes me go insane.''

He looked ot her and then smiles as she left and then came back.."Oh well thats good then." He says with a smile as he shook his head.."I wouldn't doubt it." he says with a smile as he winced slightly when he sat up. He then started to drink one of the blook packs..."Thats good." He says with a smile

Collin smiles as he looks to her.."It will get better." He says with a smile.

((hehe well get ready for a humongous jump in time XD figured we needed it anyways, but if you don't like it lemme know and i will fix it up better.))

Mia smiled watching him eat before she had him lay back down, '' go to sleep, sleep heals. '' she was worried for him, but tried not to worry to much as she watched him drift off. Once he was asleep she relaxed and layed down with him, going to sleep as well.

It was several hours in the night when Mia jerked awake with a sharp pain in her lower abdomen, with years of training on how to handle pain she clamped her mouth shut automatically to make sure she didn't make a sound so as not to disturb Dagen since at first glance she could tell he was still out cold, probably that deep sleep vampires due when in healing mode. Licking her lip slightly she gave a wince before heading to the bathroom. Though the moment she saw the blood in her pants she panicked and had gone to Darious since everyone else was gone, and she couldn't wake dagen up worth crap, she had even tried when she realized what was happening.

It was nearly an hour and after a painfull exam darious had to finally tell her there was nothing he could have done to help her, she had miscarried, even though he tried to tell her miscarriages where normal for a first pregnancy she was just too upset to even listen, getting cleaned up and running back upstairs before she broke down she went to her room, closing the door behind her before sliding to the floor, willing the tears to not come, it hurt, so bad she didn't even think she could handle it, she had barely gotten used to the idea of being pregnant and then suddenly she looses it. Unable to handle it she glanced at dagen and felt even worse, she had a feeling he was going to be more upset about her losing the baby , and even disappointed that he wouldn't be a father, she couldn't face that. Making the hardest decision in her life she got up, packed only a small bag of clothing before taking her necklace off and layed it on the bedside table for him. Normally if she was in the right state of mind and not so upset she would have waited for him to wake before deciding anything.

taking one last look at him she lightly brushed a kiss over his cheek, struggling on her decision before she slipped out the window, she needed time to think, time to heal, make up her mind on what she really needed or could handle. she knew he would find out what happened from darious and by the time that came she would be long gone......


((ok here goes.. and yea XD its a really large jump in time. ))

Rose sighed as she drained the last bit of blood from the pack while leaning against the desk staring at the three maps hanging on the walls of the large room she had made into her office now.. It had been fifteen years since Mia up and disappeared off the face of the earth and the large attack on that damn vampire , who for the life of her, had up and disappeared as well with the she wolf Selene. One map was for Mia only , pins scattered all over the map , marking the areas they had searched for her, but dagen wasn't kidding when he had said she couldn't be found once she made up her mind in disappearing. It royally sucked, for both dagen and mia, and everyone else. Rose had definitely considered Mia as family along with dagen.

shaking her head she rubbed her temples.. it was hell right now, they where still searching, and whats worse is now both alana and angel where now bringing boys home.. for being nearly sixteen years old it was hell on collin and korey. She glanced up when Luna walked in.. '' ahh no such luck huh?"

Luna shook her head, putting the bags of food down that she had bought. '' none.. so mark that off the map as well. even dropped by her original camping area. not a single sign.. this is so frustrating'' she mumbled, ever since that night and dagen reversing whateve the hell it was he did to her, she had not had a single trigger happen any more. and she was no longer having nightmares. she would have liked to retire from most things but now she was focused on helping dagen trying to find mia. he was definitely so attached to her it was almost unbelievable. . '' thats love for ya.. '' she muttered before glancing out the window and scowling'' bloody hell that boy is back.. '' she growled slightly , the punk that seemed to be attached to alana's side was getting annoying. she disliked the kid, everything about him screamed trouble , but for the life of her or collin, the kid refuses to leave, even when alana tried to break it off the kid was just one of those smooth talking silver tongue guys who can get what he wanted anytime. '' can only deal with one problem at a time.. '' she mumbled, rubbing the back of her neck, she glanced over at dagen who had finally passed out again from exhaustion... '' , and just think... we went from being terrified of him, to loving him like one of our own... and Mia as well.. '' she could half understand why mia up and disappeared, she freaked out, suffered a great loss that no first time mother to be wanted to face, she didn't know how to deal with it, didn't mean it wasn't hard on everyone else either... she frowned slightly .. '' i feel like we are getting close though. i can sense it.. ''

Rose shrugged, '' maybe... perhaps. i get the same feeling.. '' she was already dealing with alot, tracking down vampires. mia and everything else since she was now head of the vampire council, while darious had retired, he had up and disappeared a year ago as well, she knew he was fine though since he called every now and then telling her where he was at there was no sign of Mia, so atleast he was helping, somewhere half around the world that is. '' once problem at a time Luna.. collin and korey should be back soon, they had to do a few things in town. '' she glared out the window again this time spotting angel with her new boy.. '' really feel like a snack.. a very young snack'' she muttered, getting a slight laugh out of luna before she glanced up to see korey and collin walking in'' about damn time.. do something with those two before i feel like snacking on something young. '' she muttered, pointing to the teenagers out back who where now splashing around in the small swim hole they had made from the crater that dagen had put into the ground.

Over the years that passed Dagen searched and searched every day only comming home to sleep and to eat. He was pushing him self harder and harder every day..THe night he woke up and Mia was gone...It killed him alitle on the inside. Eventually as the years kept going he didn't talk as much to the others jsut came in ate slept and went back out some more. He had done made up his mind that he wasn't going to give up until he found her..He had loved her and still loved her more then anything in this world. It hurt so much not haveing her at his side at all times.

Korey and Collin walked around town getting all the supplies that they usualy got before loading them into the car and they both got in Korey looked over to Collin and sighed.."How much you wanna bet were gonna have to run them two boys off.....Again.." He muttered with a sigh...Korey grinned slightly.."I wouldn't doubt it." He muttered as he then grinned slightly. Eventually they both pulled into the drive way getting all the stuff and carrying inside and sitting it on the table...Collin and Korey both new thoes boys were there jsut by the look they got when they walked in. Both of them sighed as they headed out side to chase them off.

About that time Dagen walked threw the door and headed to the map marking more areas then he usualy had..He was really pushng him self. After that with out a word he headed to the fridge getting a couple blood packs and heading up the stairs to his room. He shut the door and drank down the blood packs before walking over and laying down on the bed. Even after all thoes years her scent was still there. He calmed him alittle. He stared up at the ceiling absont mindedly his fingers traceing around the neckless she left him that he now wore.

Rose watched dagen intently , relaxing a little when he grabbed the blood packs, se knew he was downing them. glancing at Luna she sighed, '' would talk to him again but i know he won't even hear a word i say... atleast he is stubborn. and holding on better then i would have expected. ''

Luna shrugged, cleaning the place up , glancing out the window every now and then as she watched the two men of theirs chase off the boys... again.. she even had to smile a little when Angel shrieked in surprise before actually starting another arguement with Korey. '' ahh i am so glad little Alana is a bit more docile then your angel. ''

Angel had to laugh at that.. '' yea but korey sure as hell ain't happy about it. those two seemed to be butting heads together more then usual... he has no idea what to do about it. Collin i think is a little more happy that Alana just accepts it and keeps on going. '' she grinned, staring out the window as, like usual Alana had her nose in a thick book while waving the boys off, she took whatever came her way without an arguement. '' well at least their grades are up. ah crap, here comes trouble. '' she muttered, watching as the girls where heading their way to the cabin, Angel having a very intense look of frustration and annoyance on her face.

Luna looked out the window before shaking her head. '' well.. atleast we know jace can calm the storm in them.'' she shook her head, Jace hated it when the girls fought with their dads, he usually helped as much as he could to get them to understand, she knew he kept alana happy by bringing her all the books she wanted, which of course had her room full of more shelves than what she needed. Angel was a little more harder, though she seemed to be leaning on her sketching talent a little more so Jace stuck with that, getting her supplies when she needed it. Atleast they didn't have to worry about jace getting it on with those two. considering jace thought of them as sisters, younger sisters. She cringed slightly when Angel came storming, stomping up the stairs as she muttered some foul and very colorfull languages under her breath. Before locking herself in her room.

Rose shook her head, arching a brow slightly as she glanced over at Korey and collin.. '' butting heads again hun?... just think... four to five more years and she will be twenty... '' she glanced at Alana, whose face was a little red but she couldn't figure out if it was from anger, or just embarrassment. probably a little of both, though she didn't leave her fathers side none at all.

Though when alana felt eyes on her she just ducked under the cover of her book.. trying her best not to squirm, but not once did she leave collins side, giving rose an idea that she was definitely in trouble and probably had said something she shouldn't have.

Luna frowned, glancing at alana then at collin.. '' alright, i get a more sense of a bigger problem. whats going on?"

Korey looked to her and shook his head..."Ya know every boy is gonna start dissappearing..." He says with a sigh..."I don't even wanna think about that." He muttered as he walked over and sat down..

Collin looked to Luna..."Well...Seems Alana and her boyfriend think its time for a serious relation ship..." He muttered with a slight sigh.."I tell ya...I'm gettin gray hairs already." He muttered.

Luna arched a brow slightly and the more she looked at alana the more she swore that the girl went a bright red.. '' only fifteen.. so hell no on that alana.. '' when alana looked like she was fixing to argue she gave a slight growl and alana immediately snapped her mouth shut.. '' i mean alana.. i will have jace trail your every move if that is what it takes. '' she watched most of the color drain from alana's face before she pointed to the stairs. '' room now.. grounded for atleast three weeks, go do your homework and i want to see it when its done. '' she watched as alana nodded and without a word headed up the stairs,, Luna sighed, running a hand through her own hair before looking over at collin. '' nah dont' see no gray hairs on you. '' she smiled slightly though she wasn't too happy. '' think i can use a damn bath.. hot one. with bath salts. '' she mumbled..

Rose smiled slightly '' wish i could have one,but i got alot of work to do.. '' she looked over at korey before going over and lightly kissing the corner of his mouth'' relax baby... can't go and make all the guys dissappear. would start trouble, we can however, ground her tot he house for a good solid month until she behaves again, you know she can't stay mad at you forever'' she teased.. '' she's daddy's little girl still. no matter what kind of arguements you get into. '' she glanced up when her computer beeped, signaling she had mail just moments before the phone went off. sighing she headed over to it and just like she figured it was darious. '' hey long time no talk'' she teased, before her smile faded into a frown. from the sounds of it, darious was excited, and talking fast, sitting at her computer, her fingers flew across the keyboard to open her email and several picture popped up.

the moment her gaze went on those pictures she pushed air out of her lungs'' holly shit.. '' eyes wide she studied the pictures of the woman she was sent, her appearance was different but the moment she got a glimpse of her eyes she jumped out of her chair'' got it, about bloody time! meet him at the airport, i will have him on a plane in an hour. '' hanging up she grinned, looking over at korey . '' go get dagen.. your never going to believe this. '' she was excited, but she had to move quickly , darious was worried Mia might catch wind that she had been found again and may bolt.'' our luck is changing. ''

Collin grinned, "Well I should have." He says with a sigh as he then nodded..."I'll be down here when your done love." He says as he took a seat at the table.

Korey grinned.."I know I know...And yes that is true...It would keep them away for a while." He says with a smile as he then heard the phone ring. He watched as Rose answered it. HE looked at her oddly as she seemed to get excited. He then walked over and looked to the pictures.."Thats definatly her." He says with a grin as he then nodded his head before hurrying up the stairs

Dagen had already heard the conversation and was gone out the window and headding to the air port..

Korey pushed open the door.."Hey......" He then came back down the stairs.."He's gone must have over heard...We should hurry." He says

rose arched a brow before rolling her eyes. '' only one ticket hun, and you sure as hell don't want to go where she is at right now. you will freeze your loving balls off'' she grinned before running a hand through her hair. '' dagen should have waited too.. was going to get him something warm.. ah well. '' she glanced at the pictures again before shaking her head. '' darious is going to meet him when the plane lands... '' atleast she had already paid for the ticket, all dagen had to do was pick it up, it was in his name. '' never thought to look at alaska huh?" she frowned, glancing at the screen again, it was going to take dagen a few hours to get to alaska by plane. darious will take him as close as he can, then leave everything up to him, if mia senses something going on, she will up and run,though from the looks of the pictures, time had definitely been harsh to her, she had the look of someone defeated. maybe she was fixing to give up running? she had no idea just yet.

Jace arched a brow as he finally came in.. '' alaska?'' glancing at the computer his eyes widened. '' ohhhh, well damn. take it dagen already left. '' he frowned, feeling some of the hostility in the air before shaking his head'' take it the girls got in trouble.... '' he frowned, glancing down at the bags in his hands. one was full of books and of course the other art supplies for angel, books for alana.. '' guess they can't have these until whatever they are in trouble with goes away ?" he glanced at korey and collin just to be sure.

Darious was already at the airport, he was definitely excited, he had tracked Mia for several months, lost her several times and found her again and again until now,he got lucky , he was here trying to help a friend when he spotted her, who knew? maybe the fates where deciding to give them some luck after all. he glanced at the screen again for the arriving planes. he hated flying. But atleast it wasn't him on the plane but dagen. he scowled at the chart again, Dagen's plane was al ittle late because of the snow storm, but atleast it was landing now, sixteen bloody hours waiting, anxious, he was sure Dagen was definitely going nuts right now wanting to here. Going to the off gate he waited, scanning the people that where now departing from the plane.

Collin and Korey both nodded their heads when Jace asked if they were grounded..

Dagen was at the air port getting his ticket and getting on to the plane...After a long 16 hours the plane was finally landing. He unborded the plane and appeared next to Darious with no one noticing..."Where is she." He asks him his eyes looking around..

Darious nearly jumped out of his skin, jerking slightly and eyeing dagen before sighing'' she ain't popping out of my pocket thats for sure. dagen she doesn't even know i am here.. if she did, she would have high tailed it out of here.. but come on ,t heres a bloody snow storm. here.. which means your in a little bit of luck, she will be stuck in that tiny cabin of hers until it blows over.. '' he held a very thick file up'' tracking her was hard as hell dagen.. you got yourself one hell of a mate. come on. '' he dragged him outside, wincing at the cold before eyeing dagen's state of dress.. '' you really should have brought something warmer.' '

rose eyed the bags before arching a brow at jace.. '' heh , you spoil them jace, but yes they are grounded for right now. give those to Korey and collin, maybe they can use those as bribes or something to keep the girls from getting too pissed at them. ''

Jace arched a brow before grinning'' yea sure no problem.. '' he handed the bag of books to collin for alana then the bag of art supplies for angel to korey. '' they will be happy though, i can tell you that. those books where bloody hard to find. and so where those art supplies. top of the supplies list. only professional artists use those, and giving how good angel has got well she will sure get use out of em.''

He looked to him..."I know that.." He says as he then watched him.."THats good...I don't want her to run." He says as he looked to him taking the file and skimming threw it before handing it back to him and then walked outside with him..."I'll be fine.." He says as he looked threw the snow that was falling.."THe location in the file...It says shes up in the mountains right?" He says as he looked ahead.

Collin and Korey took the bags..

Darious glanced at him before nodding'' yea thats right, i will only take you as far as i can because if i get too close she will sense me. '' he shrugged'' from the looks of it, she just recently got here.. maybe a year ago?every other time i have found her it was in random places, rumors going around that she went into a tracking business once or twice.. ''

Mia scowled as she tromped through the snow, freezing her ass off even as she had the thick jacket wrapped around her, going into the cabin she kicked the door shut and tried to flick the lights on, only to discover they where out.. again , the generator probably froze over. sighing she threw a few more logs into the fire before lighting it, grabbing a large bottle of whiskey to help warm her up before she kicked her shoes off and sat down in front of the fire, files scattered around her,t hough right now all she wanted to do was sleep, she was exhausted, tired, but wanted to keep pushing herself. destracting herself again, she grimaced slightly when she thought of what was in the fridge, nothing but water. she forgot to go shopping again and now her stomach was growling at her , extremely hungry. but ignored it as she took several swallows of the whiskey, feeling its burn down her throat and into her stomach , warming her slowly.

Dagen looked to Darious..."I'm good with coridance.." He says as he looked to him..."YOu stay here..I'll be fine.." He says as he then dissappeared from Darious's side. After a few hours because the cold slowed him down slightly. He came into view of light comming from the cabin. He then made his way there. He was freezing and his hair was nearly frozen as well little white shards of ice hanging from the tips. His cloths were also stiff from the cold. He eventaually got to the door giving it a knock. He was sooooo cold..."Is anyone here." The cold also made a change in his voice making it slightly deeper.

Mia jumped slightly in surprise at the knock, frowning she tilted her head slightly , the only light from the fireplace. sighing she got up, wondering who in their right mind was at her door. '' hold on. '' she mumbled, setting the bottle of whiskey down, she was already a little out of it, the bottle nearly empty and she was nearly drunk as she unlocked the door and opened it,wincing and half closing her eyes at the cold.. '' get in here before the fire dies out. '' she didn't get a good look at him, not yet anyways as she pulled him in and struggled to close the door and lock it.. '' bloody stupid storm.''

He looked to her nodding before walking inside with her help shivering..."I---I...F---Fo---Foun---Found---You..." He says inbetween his teeth chattering. He turned around and looked to her nearly pulling her against him. He missed her so much that it wasnt even funny.

she blinked in surprise , taking a minute for her brain to click just before she realized what was going on, then the pain came back wincing visibly, she struggled to breath before trying to get a hold of herself, squirming in his arms slightly '' holy shit dagen your freezing.. '' she murmured, her brain fuzzy again, she just wished this was a stinking dream but knew deep down it wasn't.. '' fire, get to the fireplace , where the fuck are your heavy clothes?"Now she was pissed at him, what the hell was he trying to do , freeze himself to death? Mentally kicking herself she forced him to the area she had been sitting at the fireplace, scattering her files everywhere as she scrambled to get the heavy furr blanket and drop it around his shoulders, already stressed out as it is she didn't know what to do. '' you shouldn't have come looking... .' she mumbled, though she missed him, had his picture with her all the time. she didn't even think she was ready to come home yet.. no, she knew she wasn't ready, the pain was still there.. still felt too damn fresh. '' should kick your ass for being stupid enough not bringing a heavy coat. '' she sighed, though not meaning it as she knelt down in front of him, no longer drunk.. which was a shame, she wish she was.. reaching over she rubbed his arms, trying her best to warm him up.. '' darious is going to get his ass kicked, and don't look so surprised, i am not stupid enough to not notice that fucker following me all around the world.''

He let her go..."Ssssorry..." He says as he then nodded his head before headding towards the fire place..."I didn't take the time to pack them..." He says with a shrug as she forced him to sit down before grabbing a blanket and putting it over his shoulders..."I had to find you...." He says as he looked to her.."Sorry." He says as he shivered more as she rubbed his arms.."Darious was helping me..." He says as he looked to her.."I wanted to find you I had to find you..." He says
