Every time she heard him growl it always sent a shiver up her spine, in delight or slight fear she didn't know, figuring it was one of the side affects for him being an alpha she continued to squirm underneath him, the pleasure slowly building due to his gentle pace. not responding to his words for now , later she would have to figure out what the hell she was going to do.

Rose yawned, slowly waking after a while and one look at one of the clocks told her it was nearing dawn so the wolves would be going silent for the day. she was getting a bit hungry but really didn't want to move as she looked up at Chris, reaching up to lightly brush her fingers over his cheek, he looked peaceful in his sleep and she was enjoying that, after a minute she sighed and went to move, she needed to eat or she was going to end up hunting down someone . which would be bad. that and she was sure chris needed to eat as well, she hadn't seen him take any amount of blood other then the occasional few drops from her. lightly rolling him over she slid her hands down his chest and belly ,maybe waking him up in a good way would make up for her being mad at him. She kept her touches light as she eyed his face, leaning down and nipped his chest here and there while slowly scooting down. , giving a slight smile when some of his muscles would jump.

Chris's dreams--whatever they were of--were pleasantly interrupted by sensations on his chest. His steady breath shuddered, and his eyes flitted open.
"....Rose...?" he muttered, gaining his bearings and hissing in unexpected pleasure as he sat up and looked down at her--and where she seemed to be going with that delightful mouth of hers.
"...I see your mood has improved?" he asked, uncertain though finding himself enjoying her attentions. He suddenly remembered his appetite.

she gave him a sheepish look as he woke and leaned up, '' mmm a little bit.. having my own time to think helped.. that and i saw your sketching's'' she gave a light grin at his hiss of pleasure as she lightly flicked her tongue over the tip of him, before looking at his belly.. '' ahh so i was right, you are hungry, want me to stop so you can well .. satisfy that hunger of yours?" she was enjoying herself making it up to him for being upset earlier, and hopefully he would forgive her. she should probably tell him that some topics she really didn't like being brought up.

leaning up a little she lightly kissed him. '' i am sorry, forgive me?" she wanted to ask him what made him draw those sketches but first wanted to make sure he was ok.

He grinned wickedly, then lifted his hips to brush against hers. "Mmm depends on which hunger you're referring to, my dear." he growled, running his fingers through her hair.

she laughed softly when he lifted his hips against hers but she moved herself away to keep from tempting him as she lightly poked his chest.. '' mmm your stomach says your hungry love.. satisfy that first and then i will take care of this.. '' she reached down and playfully stroked him slowly. .

keeping her eyes on his she sighed, '' its not a topic i am very fond of hun, i wanted kids when i was human. . well a little girl actually , .. you bringing something up like that just... stung a little considering i didn't know we could get pregnant. '' she had the belief that she couldn't ,due to the idiot who turned her and didn't tell her everything. '' why did you do those sketches? .. '' she had to ask, she was eager to know.

He chuckled, and licked his lips. "Very well then. Doctor knows best." he teased, then sat up and leaned foreward a little to lick the base of her neck, then kissed her before pulling her closer, sucking on the spot he'd selected, and then slowly sinking his fangs in. It definately wasn't a love bite--it was most certainly an actual feeding but without the violence he exhibited when hunting.
He held a firm grip on her arms, and held her still--so she wouldn't move and risk tearing the wound. He fed from her for almost a good ten minutes, draining nearly a pint in the process.
He flicked his warm tongue across the bite a few times more often than usual--being as it was a deeper wound and took longer to heal. He held her and basically cuddled her for a while--she looked a little pale to him. "Didn't take too much, did I?"

she gave a light laugh at the doctor comment, kissing him back lightly and relaxed as he kissed, teased and sucked on a spot on her neck, glad that he got her to relax before she felt the deep bite, giving a small gasp she bit her lip and closed her eyes, unable to move from his firm grip she just held onto his arms, slightly digging her nails in as he took what he wanted.

Feeling the pull on her vein and exactly how much he was taking she felt light headed after the first few minutes , but held still until he was finished, feeling him heal the bite and cuddle her she relaxed in his arms, regaining some sense of her surroundings again as she glanced up at him, '' i am ok .. just.. yea need to lay here for a minute.. heh boy where hungry .. '' teased, lucky for her she wouldn't die from blood loss, just sleep alot. '' feeling better?"

she felt him move and looked up at him even as he rubbed his knee up against her, eying his offered throat she leaned up and lightly nuzzled his neck.'' alright alright, i think i can deal with that. just as long as you answer them honestly . '' teased, closing her eyes, his teasing's and her hunger where distracting her. '' what kind of movie?" finding a spot on his neck she nipped it gently , before giving a playful lick then did the same as he had done and carefully sank her fangs in. enjoying his taste the moment it hit her tongue.

He spoke slowly, and softly, to keep his vocal cords undamaged and the beautiful, velvety sound they produced intact.
"And why.... would I not answer them honestly?" he asked, holding her arms. He closed his eyes and relaxed, smiling softly, though his instincts were raging that he defend himself against what was potentially a fatal attack to the most vital area of the body.
His grip tightened a bit as he fought back those instincts, and he let his knee refrain from rubbing her so he could focus on remaining still.
he honed in on her scent, like lilies in bloom, to help him relax. He wasn't sure how much she needed to recieve a full dose, but he felt a pang of guilt remembering how much had had to have. No wonder she had been pale and dizzy.
"And as far as movies go, the choice is yours. As long at it isn't overly girly."

She barely took half of what he had taken from her but once she was full she healed the bite, running her tongue over the spot lovingly. Once it was healed she looked up at him slightly '' well for one, i have been lied to by plenty of people. and i know you haven't lied to me yet but there is always a possibility , and before you ask no, i am not accusing you of lying to me or going to lie to me ok?.. ''

She felt better at least, snuggling up against him and relaxing more as she rested her head on his chest.. '' as for the movie, don't worry about girly ones from me. i prefer the action and fighting and stuff.. like Underworld. or the Die Hard movies. '' stretching out she looked up at him.. '' what bout you ?"

'' grinned and stretched out again before sighing'' where are the movies? '' she hadn't seen them anywhere in the room so figured he had them stashed somewhere.

she moved to get up, looking around as she did so as well. '' and as for the underworld movies.. yea but i enjoy them, including dracula movies and queen of the damned.. even the old ones.. i find them interesting. ''

Chris chuckled, then, tugging his pants back up where she had pulled them down. He got out of bed, walked over to the larger of his two bags, and produced a computer case. He took it over to the bed, sat back down, then took out a rather expensive laptop and plugged it in. "How about you get us some mimosas? I'm sure that you've seen the wine rack by now."
He got out a CD case packed full of DVDs, turning his computer on and relaxing against the propped up pillows.
When it was ready, he popped a disc with a dark label into the drive, and waited for his mate.
"Just put the first one in; makes it easier to follow starting from the beginning."

'' just the bottle or do you want glasses?" looked over at him from over her shoulder, gazing at his laptop a little before turning back to pick the bottle out he mentioned. '' thats fine with me. i am sure we have plenty of time to watch all three.. don't forget you still owe me some answers love bug. ''

teased as she picked up some glass's just in case before bringing them back to the side table next to the bed, took a moment to locate the cork screw but she found it soon enough before settling down next to him, looking over at his computer once more.. '' nice.. i still have an old laptop .. maybe its time to update it. ''

He chuckled. "I'm ready to answer them whenever, my love." He took her offered glass, and clicked it to hers before taking a sip, swirling it around on his tongue a little before letting it trickle down his throat slowly. "Mmmh, you have a way with mixing cocktails, dear."
He set his glass on the nightstand, then slung his arm over her shoulders and started the movie.

'' she slid a glance up to him curious now before turning her gaze back to the movie as it started.

She froze after he spoke, eyes widening slightly as she looked up at him, not sure if she even heard him right. '' are you serious? , '' oh of course he was serious, he wouldn't say that unless he meant it. She figured if there was anything he could have done to make her fall for him more, he just found it and said it. Chewing on her lower lip a little she relaxed and looked up at him again '' i think we can handle that, just.. after .. we find the bastard and everything. .. '' leaning up she lightly kissed him, '' keep it up and your never gunna get rid of me '' teased, relaxing against him and snuggled close..pretty much never leaving his side for the last three nights it took for the barge to reach their destination.

Tessa sighed, trying not to scowl at the sleeping form of Raizen on the bed, for the last three nights he had kept a bloody close eye on her, At least until now, she finally woke up before he did, it was bloody hard to do that even though she was used to waking up , he liked to move every time she did, it took her a while to learn how to move without waking him.

She watched him for a moment, even though she was out of the bed now and had silently gotten dressed she was feeling a slight pang of guilt for what she was fixing to do, but after a few seconds she pushed it out of her head and glanced around, she only had an hour to do what she was going to do or it would be too late. Tying her hair back in a ponytail she found one of his of his jackets with a hood on it, slipping it on and silently zipping it up she relaxed, it smelled like him and for some reason it had a comforting affect on her. pulling the collar up to her nose she inhaled deeply before shaking her head again, gathering what few things she had and tucked them into her pockets, she had to leave her belt since it would have made too much noise putting it on.

she waited till the hallway was clear, and lucky for her the last one to leave was of course Darious , the idiot she didn't like, and who she was sure would have raped her out in the hallway, by the looks of it he was going swimming for the last hour they had before the ship docked. She kept her eyes trained on him until he rounded the corner and disappeared, counting to twenty slowly she waited before slipping out of the room, silently closing the door behind her before quickly moving to Darious's room, lucky for her the dimwit left his door unlocked, Once inside she took one look around and wrinkled her nose, '' man he is a slob.. '' she couldn't believe it, where Raizen was neat and tidy, Darious was down right dirty , trash and left overs everywhere, along with dirty clothing.

Trying to ignore the stench assaulting her nose she found the pants he had been wearing moments ago and once again she was lucky to find his wallet, even more so she found out he carried a large sum of cash on him'' bingo.. thank you Darious. '' taking every bit of the money , as well as his ID since she didn't want him following her for revenge on being robbed , she dropped his pants and tossed his wallet under the bed, that should buy her a little time. That and he couldn't chase her until he got a new ID in order to travel.

Slipping out of his room again she pulled the hood up over her head and tucked her hair back, no one would mess with her for a while since she had Raizen's smell all over her, which worked for her. By the time her hour was up she was already on the upper deck and following the crowd of people off the barge, it was dark so she had to hurry which suited her just fine.. After that it took her two hours to get to the Airport, she had to brib a local to take her , and using part of Darious's money paid him well before quickly going through customs glad that she had been smart enough to put her small passport in her wallet when she first started her assignment for this.. By the time four hours had passed since she left the Barge she was already on the red eye back home. Her only regret was that she somehow lost her reporter tags in Raizen's room, which didn't worry her so much since it would only tell him where she worked, not where she lived. so all she had to do was avoid work for a while.

Slouching in the seat by the window on the plane she pulled his jacket up to her nose again and closed her eyes, she was pretty damn sure her luck wouldn't be this good next time, she was nearly asleep when a stinging in her right hand roused her, frowning she looked at her palm as some weird design showed up on it'' damn.. thats interesting'' muttered to herself, figuring it was just because she was a werewolf now. It didn't take long for the sting to subside but the mark stayed, putting it aside she tucked her hands in the pockets of the jacket and took a quick nap until the plane landed, which only took a few hours, oddly enough it takes several days by boat to get from point a to point b, but by plane, just a meager few hours. Once the plane landed, she was off, through customs once again and took a cab home. and still with plenty of money left over to get something to eat. The rest she would save. Jim wouldn't be home for the next few hours so once in the house she showered, pulled her pajama's on, pulled on Raizen's jacket once again, and curled up on the couch to nap.

Rose yawned, she had just been woken up by lots of noise and was now currently following Chris off the barge, keeping close to him, her hand in one of his while her other held onto her bags. she was careful not to get in a crowd of other men, not wanting to set off Chris's jealousy again.. '' do we have a place to stay while we search hun? .. like a certain hotel that is very very familiar with us?" she meant their kind but really didn't like discussing things like this out in the open with the humans now outside. some working the docks in pulling merchandise off other ships, but she knew how people could be highly nosey.

Raizen thought he had heard something, but the increased horomones preceeding the full moon and the lunar-driven change itself had worn him out--as had keeping Darious off of her--literally.
Later, awakened by the stillness of the barge, the alpha male arose finally--and discovered she was missing.
he growled, but had somewhat expected her to run as soon as they made port. No matter--it would be fun tracking her down.
He checked the floorboard where he'd hidden his wallet and anything he held of value. He grinned wicekdly--his attempts at concealing the scent had worked. he counted his money--it was all there. as were his credit cards, debit cards, and even his ID and passport.
However, a vicious snarl he heard in the hallway caught his attention, as Darious pounded on Raizen's door.
"RAIZEN! Your little bitch stole my wallet!"
Growling himself, Raizen opened the door with force, grabbed the front of Darious's shirt, and forcefully pulled him inside, before giving him a devestating right hook that connected with Darious's jaw and sent him to the floor, what remained of his shirt still clutched in the alpha's hand.
"A little more discretion from you, meatsack, or I'll rip out your vocal cords."
He checked Darious's pocket, where his empty wallet had been carelessly stashed. "And she didn't steal your wallet she stole what was in your wallet." He smacked the espensive Armani wallet across its owner's bruised jaw, then threw it at him.
He was amused. Such a clever little minx Tessa was--until a sharp, burning sting sting set his palm ablaze in pain.
Eyes widened, they narrowed when he looked at it. "Oh, son of a mother f--!"

Glad that night had finally come, chris gladly shouldered thier baggage and escorted his love off of the barge. Listening to her question, he replied, "I did book hotels for this morning and the next two, but we'll have to keep a brisk pace through some rough bush to make it to all three in time. Then on the fourth morning let's pray God's on our side and we get to a cave deep in the Romanian back country. We'll use that as our base while we search the area around--because it's right in the heart of Angelina's territory. Or at least it was back in the sixties."

After emitting a colorful stream of colorful curses and recieving equally colorful language from Darious as he knocked the man around some more, Raizen had literally kicked Darious out into the hallway before slamming the door in his face and sitting on the bed. He licked his bruised knucles, cursing the fates and the bastard that had sired them. Mated to Tessa.... and she had run and he only had about a week to track her down and seduce her again, or else be neutered....
"Fucking bitches." he snarled, once more referring to the fates.
He could track her scent but that would only get him so far, since she had five, probably a six hour head start. And he knew she was smart enough to not stay in Europe. He kicked his suitcase aside in anger and then, sobering up, he noticed something--her reporter's tags.
"So... New York, eh?" he said, picking them up and reading them. "I'll see you there, my dear."

she frowned a little before shrugging , glad to be off the barge and away from all the males on that barge.. '' being fast is no problem with me hun. i am used to being quick in movement.'' Romania was definitely a beautiful place from what she could tell. It was a shame she couldn't stop and explore the area since they had to keep moving. '' mmm a cave huh, been a while since i have had to do that. '' in fact last time she had been in a cave was probably around the same time she had been changed and then left.. She was a little on edge about being in the heart of another's territory, it could always start issues and possibly a bit of a block for her plans.

For two full days and nights she couldn't get ahold of Jim, didn't know why and was starting to get a little antzy but for the fact that she knew his job kept him busy half the time. Being one of those business consultants she figured he just got called away so she just left him voicemail's on his phone. While she was home for those two days she had time to think, as well as shower and change, though she still kept Raizen's jacket on, she didn't know why but whenever she got upset or pissed off at Jim, all she had to do was get a good wiff of Raizen and it had some weird kind of calming affect on her., She was standing by the window and of course her nose buried in his jacket once more before sighing and rolled her eyes.. '' really need to get my head checked. '' muttered. She called her work and actually was on vacation for about a month, her boss was very happy that she finally decided to take her vacation since it had just been sitting there building up for the last few years, he always called her a workaholic.

Glancing at the clock for what felt like the sixteenth time she sighed and picked up her cup of tea, moving away from the door. '' damn it jim'' grumbled, now pissed, and was worse was for the last three nights her body ached, felt way to needy again she figured it was the affects of the moon but suffering through it for the last two nights was damn torture.Not even a little help from her little stash of toys hadn't helped one bit. Deciding not to wait any longer she just went to bed.

On the third day of being home she finally got a call from Jim who apologized for not answering his phone but promised he would be there tonight. So figuring they needed to sit down and talk for awhile, though she didn't know how she was going to explain the mark on her hand, she got some steaks out for dinner, alot of them since she now started to eat alot more since she was changed.. She got them tenderized and marinated before firing up the small grill on her little balcony porch.

Once it was time to put the steaks on the grill she took the whole giant bowl out there,, using a fork to pull them out of the marinade and carefully place them, she knew how Jim liked his steaks cooked, her on the other hand was going for a little bit of rare this time... After a while she glanced at the clock, Jim would be here any minute, though she had changed once again she pulled on Raizen's jacket and sat outside to watch the steaks, the baked potato's where already done up and sitting in the oven as well as the side dishes. Now all she had to do was wait on the steaks. Stuffing her hands in the jacket pockets since it was a little cold outside she relaxed.

Jim scowled as he jumped into the taxi, he had over slept again, and hadn't had time to take a shower o wash up , he probably shouldn't have stayed with the woman he had been sleeping with earlier, but he couldn't help it,. Telling the cab driver where to go he combed his black hair into order before stretching out,crossing his jean clad legs and folding his arm's over his chest, He wasn't too worried, the other woman never wore perfume so knew Tessa wouldn't catch him cheating on her. Once the cab arrived he got out, paid the man then tugged on his black shirt to smooth out the wrinkles. which was easy enough to do. Once that was done , and ignoring the other men walking about he ran up the steps and pushed the buzzer for Tessa's room, once she answered and buzzed him, he quickly went through the door, again ignoring whoever went into the building behind him since it happened all the time he took the stairs two at a time to the third floor. Eager to see Tessa and possible have her under him for most of the night. He just couldn't wait and was already getting excited by the possibility.

Being in their third hotel building, wasn't so bad, though she figured the service could be a little better, Romania was nice, the people.. not so much .. She had just had her shower before coming out, wrapped in a towel as she leaned against the door frame and watched as once again Chris had to turn down room service just to have privacy. '' heh , atleast i got me a nice shower before we go off cave hunting.. any leads yet on Angelina's coven?" she knew he had been asking around, not notically but only to certain people who may know. They did have to keep a low profile after all.

(( hehe figured may Raizen arrived at Tessa;'s place at the same time as Jim and was the one who followed him inside XD. thats a good way to get the big fight started after her finding out he was cheating on her. . XD with a little help from Raizen and his wonderful sense of smell since she was not used to her abilities yet. ))

Raizen had followed her back to the states, cursing every hour that went by, every hour that brought him closer to celebacy.
But soon enough, he'd laded gotten through customs--the female employees gawking at him the whole time--and then quickly made his way to the address on her tags.
He'd thoroughly charmed the young lady behind the desk into giving him Tessa's address, and now as her boyfriend entered, he shadowed him like the hunter he was, and slunk in close, getting a whiff of another female on the bastard's collar.
It was everything he could do no tot growl as he slipped away, hiding deep in shadow in the corner of the room, ready to watch a rumble. After all, Tessa's sense of smell was three, almost four times sharper than a human's now. His own was five--but that was after much practice and refining.
He was still angry--and tessa had left him to go back to this arse?

Tessa relaxed a little once Jim arrived, though she hated the fact he always left her door open when he came in.. '' close the damn door , what are you living in a barn now?" she teased, stretching out before giving him a hug once the door was closed, she frowned the moment she did that though, catching the very strong scent of another female on him. Pulling back she looked up at him and frowned again.

Jim grinned, not even noticing her staring at him strangely '' missed you babe. oohh you got steaks cooking, '' he pushed past her to go to the fridge and of course take one of the beers out then headed to the grill '' so how was your assignment?"

Tessa couldn't believe it, either she was smelling his coworkers or her nose was definitely telling her Jim had cheated on her. She wasn't sure already she was doubting her abilities, she didn't exactly get taught how to use them. What she found strange as well was a moment ago she ached , and needed physical contact, but the moment she hugged jim it was like someone had flipped the off switch.. Sighing she shook her head, pushing her red hair behind her ear.. '' ummm.. yea. its nearly done.'' mumbled, she had been excited to see Jim but now... she just wanted him to leave...

Glancing around her room she sighed, she could swear she smelled Raizen but then just put it off as the smell on his jacket that was his.. '' it was alright... nothing unusual happened. '' muttered, not sure if she should ask him about the smell on him. though how was she going to explain the fact she knew he cheated?

"Why don't you explain to her who were just sleeping with not an hour ago?" came Raizen's thundering voice as he closed the door for Jim, and switched on the nearby lamps.
The alpha got closer to the cheater, almost nose to nose with him. Jim was a whole foot shorter than the were. Curling his lip a bit--enough so that the tip of his fangs showed--he took a deep whiff of the human male. "Oh yes, and the cheap perfume she was wearing three days ago. Bitch didn't even wash well."

Her pulse jumped immediately at the sound of Raizen's voice, turning around quickly, eyes wide as she watched him close the door and flicked the lights on, getting a good air full of his scent immediately had her body aching and feeling needy again. swallowing slightly she tried to ignore the wetness between her thighs before catching his words, frowning she turned around on jim. '' given the bloody fact that i can smell the bitch on you i don't even have to ask do i?"

Jim seemed shocked at the guy who just waltzed into Tessa's apartment.
