Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Alem frowned "I am so sorry for that Sayuri" He sighed "It is likely that your uncle and maybe even aunt will be able to come and visit" He licked his lips and then winked "Yes I can work with that I will cook you something tomorrow"
When dinner came he grinned "Smells so good thank you"

"Don't be, if I wasn't here I'd be at the wedding to my own death most likely" she said and happily ate what she'd cooked. She nodded at hi cooking the next time "Good then, and they both probably will come visit at some time when it's safe for them to come" she sighed

"Well that makes me feel a little better" He said softly. "You are a really good cook" He winked then ate some more. "So what do you like to eat?" He leaned back and nodded "They know where we are so yes they will come and visit"
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
She smiled at him, she wasn't lying when she had basically said she wish she could marry him, he was rather sweet. "Hmm I'm not that picky really so cook whatever" she smiled at him "also thanks, glad someone likes my cooking at least" she laughed and then picked the plates up after they'd finished and put them by the sink there before she relaxed on a sofa "Hey can you tell me about what it was like for you growing up?"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Leaning back he yawned then tried to cover his mouth. Then he blushed and looked at her. "Well I will make something good, there is a nice garden in back, unless the wild life got to it all" He smiled and then looked to her.
"Hmmm my life what they call a street rat, my back is evidence of that, but I also have medical training so many guards were went to me, and the other villagers, I had a fairly good life, just working in the fields a lot" He shrugged "Not that intresting I guess" He frowned. "My family is no more, the sickness got my little sister and my father was killed trying to stop someone from raping my mom, your father punished the rapist and the person that killed my father though." He looked at her. "But I made my own fun, we all did, swimming in the river and creeks. got to see all the sunrises and sunsets" He smiled to her. "And you"

"ok I'll help out as well" she said and thought about her life, there wasn't that much to tell "Well when father was alive he used to go on adventures all the time, he'd come back with a gift from the places he went so I have quite the collection now. But he always checked back to make sure everything was good here no matter where he was." she smiled at the memories "I spent nearly all my time outside during that time and mother was far happier, they'd be parties and other things but I preferred messing about with the animals in the garden." but then she paused "as you know father died and well after that chaos ensued, mother wasn't strange enough to cope and she's actually rather ill, but I'm not allowed to see her anymore, so I don't know what's going on." she sighed
"Anyway why not grow vegetables in the garden it'd help out a lot and also freshly grown stuff tastes a lot better than the ones you get on the market and it feels great to eat after you put in all that effort" she smiled

He listened to her and frowned "I am sorry" He touched her face softly then smiled. "I am sure that your dad would be proud of you" He bite his lip. "I am very sorry about your mom, but I am glad your uncle got you out of there, your bethrowed doesn't seem to be that good"
He nodded about the vegetables. "That does sound good, freshly grown stuff is always better"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"It's fine and thanks" she smiled "well any idea where we can get seeds from?" she asked him a little sheepishly "and I know he is't hence why I don't want to get married to him" she said "He'd had a wife before and well, she died pretty quickly so I don't want to be next on that list" Sayuri looked outside thinking for a moment wondering if they could also get some chickens for eggs.

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"We can get seeds from everywhere almost" He leaned back. "So we will get seeds and soil, and some gardening tools, I saw a shed outback we might have something in there" He chewed his bottom lip as she went on.
"Wow...why would anyone pressure you to marry him then?" He asked.
"Wow...why would anyone pressure you to marry him then?" He asked.
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"Because they want to make a peace treaty and insist on the marriage while they are still at war with his now dead wife's country. Also thank you Alem, I know you had to leave your village to help me and uncle" she said and pecked his cheek :Now let's go see what's in that shed, also maybe some chickens and eventually a cow would be good as well, that way we can save on eggs and milk" she smiled at him before she headed off to the shed to see what they could find.

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Alem shook his head. "That is just not right" He lightly touched her hands. "I will protect you" He blushed as he felt her peck his cheek, He shrugged. "I don't mind leaving, the men are back now so the women and children will be safe, and it seems that your uncle got rid of the trouble makers so I am not really needed there, but you might need me"
He stood and followed her to the shed. "Lets see whats in here"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Sayuri looked around and found some gardening tools they could use asking him to give her hand when she couldn't reach some of them. "Well I think we have some good things and there are some seeds as well" she said not really sure what kind of seeds they were.

Helping Sayuri in the gardenshed then smiled. "This is a good start" Looking at the seeds he frowned. "Well I think they are carrots and the like but we will just plant them then take it from there, how does that sound?"
He lifted up some soil too. "Hmmm seems like your uncle thought of everything"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"Appears so" she smiled and helped him to pull everything they would need to plant some things out and then found a watering can and smiled "Perfect" she grinned happily and came back outside brushing her dress off and then asked him if there was anything she could help with since they'd have to make sure it was all prepared.
"Shame we can't get the horses to help with plowing the field, it would make it a little quicker and then I would be able to help as well" she frowned

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Once they had everything out Alem sighed. "Well we can try hooking up the horses or I could do it, I mean I have done it before and you can help by wanking behind me making sure I am going the right way, like straight and all of that"
He licked his lips then looked to her. "What do you think?"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"I think we should try the horses first, "It'll give them some good exercise an they'll get it done faster as well" she said to him "No offence of course" she said and then went to get the two horses and looked to him "Can you give me a hand sorting them out?"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Alem was grateful "Well to be honest I am a bit grateful it is hard work and is really hard on my back" He walked to the horses and smiled. "They like you" He started to help her and led them to the field.
"So how do you want this, how big and such?"
"So how do you want this, how big and such?"
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"Well horse are built for this kind of thing" she smiled and nodded, looking to the field "I think I'll leave that up to you" she said a little sheepish "I can go behind and plant the seeds" she smiled and looked to him "also those both these horses seem to like each other now" grinning as the horses nuzzled each other.

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"I have had to do it before" He sighed. "Okay well lets just plow the entire thing then we can take it from there...we will just but the seeds down and see what grows" He petted the horses and strapped them to the plow. "Good horses" He whispered softly.
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
The two horses shifted to get used to the straps and patiently waited for him to give the command while sayuri got ready with the seeds. Once they had started she waited a bit before she began to plant the seeds and let him decide how big of an area they were going to use as she kept planting the seeds. Once they were finished she smiled "All done, now we just need to let them grow"

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
This was a lot easier. They were able to plant all of the seeds easily. Once they were done he took the harness off and brushed down the horses and found hay for them to eat. He put a blanket over each of them the sighed ."All done, yeah we will see what grows" He rubbed his eyes/ "So are you hungry?"
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
Sayuri helped with brushing down the horses and found them a shelter as well for when the weather was bad. "Ok then I think that's all we can do for today since it's getting dark" she said to him "Me and mother used to plant wild flowers in the garden a long time ago, it was much like this apart from it wasn't on such a big scale" she said

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"Thanks for all the help Sayuri" He petted the horses down and kissed each. Then walked with her. "How are you feeling we were working a long time, I don't want you to feel worn down" He touched her softly then sighed. "So are you hungry?"
Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"I'll be fine better to feel worn down than bored and yes I am also this time think it's your turn to cook" she said to him

Re: The Thief and The Princess (Xuxa_Rene)
"Okay well you can wash up then rest I will cook" Alem said with a smile. He went into the cabin and washed his hands then started to cook up. He made some chicken with potatoes and carrots. It seemed that the pantry was stocked with lots of stuff and soon he hoped the garden would start growing.
