Kaimar regarded the family with a warm smile, "That is good to hear." he said honestly, "And I pray that I won't disappoint you." He came forward and lifted the child's chin with his fingers. "And what's your name, princess?" he asked.
"Rosie." The girl said nervously, "My name is Rosie, Sire."
"Rosie." He repeated, "Such a pretty name. I have roses in my garden that are pale by comparison to you, little Rosie. Can I tell you a secret?" The girl nodded and Kaimar smiled even more. "Your lady Queen will be having a baby soon."
"Really?" Rosie asked.
"Really." Kaimar said softly, "And I really, really want a little princess, just like you. Can I call her by your name?" He then looked to the parents with a proud smile, "This is just between us, of course. No child should be shamed with such a label simply for being conceived before papers are signed."......

After a few minutes Ella got the nobles to agree to her terms. And she had the deed to their lands to make sure they stuck to their side of the deal. Otherwise she was returning it to the people who it originally belonged to. The nobles left running for the hills. While she came into the kitchen to see how everyone was. She smiles at everyone and says, "None of your children will have to work in the fields again plus all the taxes will be lowered as well. If you or any of your other country men have any issues with the nobles again let me know."

Kaimar smiled at Rosie and then brazenly picked her up to sit on his hip. "You hear that?" He asked, "You get to play with the other children as you should do." He looked to the parents and nodded in appreciation, "And you finally get the fair deal you deserve. Whatever Ella has managed to convince the nobles with, know that I will stand by her decision no matter what and make sure they obey the new laws." Rosie giggled and fidgeted on Kaimar's hip before becoming shy and she held her arms out for her mother. Kaimar kissed the child's head and smiled at Ella.....

Ella looks at Kaimar as he played with the child. She did not regret her decision. And it would keep them in line for awhile while they gained the trust of the people. She stayed quiet until it was time for the family to go. She walked them out to their cart and gave Rosie a blanket so she would not get cold.

Kaimar waved the family off from the doorway and then went inside to deal with whatever paperwork was left over from the rather more informal meeting than he had planned. As he looked through what Chuck had written down, he realised she was even more thorough than he was! Kaimar couldn't help but smile with pride at that. Ella was more than capable of wielding her crown and he would happily watch her grow and thrive in royal life.....

Ella looked at him with a smile knowing she was caught. She says to him, "It was the only way I could think to make them do what I wanted. Sometimes you have to play in the dirt to get good results. Especially since you tried to kill one of them. Which is not good thing for a king to do I might add." She came over and kissed him softly.

Kaimar grinned and kissed her back lovingly, "If there's one thing I will not tolerate in any situation." He told her, "It's hearing a child be called that name. That noble deserved to lose his life for what he'd said and done, especially to the child." he smiled wider and kissed her once more, "Besides, having you save him from like that, it gives more credence to our resolve. Like you said, my love, you have to play in the dirt sometimes to get the right result.".....

She smiles at him he had serious point. You did have to play dirty and wanted to live in this world. But it was why people play dirty that made the difference. "Kaimar you got to be careful how much you play dirty though. Because it can make you go bad quicker than you can say woopydoodle." She kisses him deeply and strokes his cheek.

Woopydoodle, now there was a word he was going to remember. He kissed her back lovingly and shook his head, "I will never fall back into that darkness." He promised her, "I didn't enjoy doing what I did, I just convinced them that I did. There is playing dirty, my love and getting dirty. I'll happily do the first if it means you get what you want and the people get what they want, but not to the extent I find myself knee deep in it."

As she stroked his cheek, he sighed softly and cupped his hand in hers. "Steady now, my angel." He cooed slyly, "Keep doing that, I may have to drop the rest of the agenda for today and take you back to bed." He smiled and kissed her passionately.....

Ella was happy that he was willing to do what he needed in order to get his people the future they deserved. She says, "Those nobles will be scared of us for the rest of their lives. We might need to be careful just in case they send someone here for retribution." She kisses him deeply with passion. She says softly, "That sounds good to me my love but then we would not get anything done."

The kiss did it for Kaimar and he scooped her up into his arms, "Then so be it." He told her and took her upstairs. Once alone in their bedroom again, he carried her to the bed and laid her down. He would be gentle with her, obviously. "If those nobles want retribution, then let them come for it. I doubt very much they will succeed." He smiled down at her, "Besides, who could resist the charms of the queen? What you did down there was far more than I could ever do.".....

Ella looks at him with a smile and kisses him gently. She says softly, "I just did what was needed to make a situation better." He was her world. She kisses his throat and says, "Although I will rip the throat out of the next person who calls me your whore. I want to be seen as a good woman but no one deserves to be called a whore." She was chomping at the bit and if he doesn't calm her down she would hunt the men down and kill them.

He told her firmly, "Never have been and never will be, so get that thought out of your head right now. I despise that word almost as much as bastard. Ella kisses him back as she ripped off the clothes on his body. She runs her hands down his back. "I love it when you growl." Sure it was of animal nature but god damn he was a beast. Fierce and protective. Passionate. She slips out of her dress. "We never did get to celebrate becoming parents. We have been slacking off. Shame on us." She lays underneath him. Her body awaiting his caress. His love.

Kaimar shrugged off his shirt and growled again as he kissed her passionately. As she slipped out of her dress, he pulled it from her side and threw it somewhere off the bed, he didn't care where. "Indeed." He said regarding the celebration, "But I'll remain gentle. I want both my wife and heir healthy and happy." He lowered his head again and returned to kissing her, letting his lips travel from hers to her throat, her tender breasts and back again......

Ella smiled as they were finally alone. She loves him more than anything. But she new that things would be a little different now. With a baby on the way, she would have to make sure that the child grow up right. She kisses him slowly. "I understand that you want to be gentle. I don't mind one bit. Ella looks at him in the moment as she could see the pleasure he was feeling by the look on his face. She says kissing his neck as she stayed in rhythm with him, " I think both of us will enjoy it until I become as fat as a blimp. Then I might get a little grumpy."
