She smiled back at him "I forget that your not one of us. I'm just used to being around the pack and seeing them in both forms. I forget that humans exist sometimes because I spend so much time with them." she said a little laughter in her voice. "I just planned it out. That's all".

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel looked down. "Well, I don't have another form... what you see is what you get." he said looking back up at her. "I hope... that isn't a problem." he said. He wanted to know what she thought of traveling with a human. "Your plan worked though...."

[Tierra]

"You have no idea how relaxing that is. To meet someone who is.... well normal." she said with a laugh. "Yeah it did..." she said "I'd been planning it for some time. But you came at just the right time. Any later and we could have been gone".

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel nodded. "I guess I'm glad I got captured, I mean, I met you because of it." he said. "I wouldn't call me... normal... I don't live a normal life by any means. I don't have a family, a wife, kids, I don't have many friends... hell, I don't even have a home." he said. "I'm... far from normal. But I get by."

[Tierra]

She laughed "First time I've heard someone say that." she said. "Well your the most normal person I've seen in a long time." That was true the humans that normally entered the Vamps nest were beaten and then turned.

[Chaosmazer]

With a small smile he nodded. "If it helps, you are the kindest person I've met in a long time as well. Most humans have no honor. I've fought them more than I have helped, murderers, thieves... I hunt them... but... still. It is nice to see someone like you." he said putting a hand on her shoulder.

[Tierra]

"I've heard stories of men going wild with anger and hate. I would love to rid the bad ones of the world" she said feeling herself become a tad angered. She smiled feeling his hand on her shoulder. "Indeed it is nice to see someone different from the pack." someone not so temperamental like some of the pack.

[Chaosmazer]

"That is what I do. Look for wanted posters, turn them in. I was doing this sort of job because I needed to be sure... besides, I thought the medallion would sell for a good price, but I don't think it should be in anybody's hands." he said. His hand stayed for a moment longer before, he realized that he might be making her uncomfortable. He started to move his hand.

[Tierra]

Her face went blank for a second. "We are so stupid" she said hitting her forehead with her hand. "We could have got rid of the medallion" she said looking at him. She started to move his hand and she wanted to make it stay holding her shoulder but she let it fall.

[Chaosmazer]

"What do you mean?" he asked. "Where could we have gotten rid of it?" he asked. Daniel was slightly confused. Though his mind was somewhat distracted. His hand fell, he wanted to keep his hand there... he didn't know why... he wanted to be closer to her.

[Tierra]

"My hearth back in the nest. Where I made the key to our escape. We could have melted it down." she said slightly angry at herself for not thinking of this earlier. She ran her hands through her hair "Why didn't I think of it" she said hitting her forehead with her hands.

[Chaosmazer]

Seeing her hitting herself in the head, Daniel swept over and grabbed both of her hands. "Hey... don't do that. Don't hurt yourself over something like that." he said. "For all we know, fire wouldn't work... besides... it isn't your fault." he said. "You had to focus on more at that moment... more important things." he said. He had moved very close to her now... he had not realized it, when he grabbed his hands, how he moved right in front of her.

She didn't see him move closer, she felt his cool hands take hers. She looked down at his hands with a small smile and bit of a blush. "I just can't believe we didn't think of that" she said. She looked up from their hands to his eyes, they were so close now. She just gazed into them.

[Chaosmazer]

He looked back, gazing back into her eyes, staring deep... He held her hands. He stopped thinking. He felt it... a sudden urge... he didn't know why... he just liked being around her. His hands moved a bit, feeling her hands. "You don't need to blame yourself... just... forget about it... don't worry about that anymore." he said. He kissed her cheek quickly. He wanted to see her she responded.

[Tierra]

She felt his hands move a little around hers and smiled. "Yeah your right... the past is the past we live in the light of a new moon." she said. Her cheek turned a bright red where he kissed her cheek. She smiled and looked away to hide the blush.

[Chaosmazer]

She was cute how she looked away like that, but he saw the blush. He wasn't sure if she liked that or not. "You are right... I like how you said that as well... he said grinning. He remained close. First time I've kissed someone in a long time." he said. "Still, not sure if that would count." he joked with her.

[Tierra]

She looked back at him. Still blushing a little. "Like how I say what?" she asked grinning back. "Same here" she said looking into his eyes. She laughed "what does count?" she asked jokingly.

[Chaosmazer]

"About the new moon..." he said. "How we need to keep moving on." he said. "The kiss... it wasn't quite, accurate... I missed my target." he said. Daniel moved forward slightly and kissed her sweetly on the lips.

[Tierra]

"The moon is our mother. We were taught to love the moon for its light rather than fear the dark." she said. She was about to ask him where his kiss was meant to be placed but he answered her question and moved forward slightly to kiss her lips. She kissed him back and blushed.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel held it for a bit longer before he finally broke it off. "I'm sorry... I couldn't... really help myself." he said. "You are beautiful... and kind and smart... I just wanted to tell you how I felt." he said. "But... I couldn't think of the words." Daniel wasn't sure how she would react... did she like it, did she think he went too far? He waited, he was trying to gauge her response.

[Tierra]

She blushed and looked away a little "Don't say sorry..." she said looking back to him. "I dunno about beautiful... Can dogs be beautiful?" she asked. She was close to him and lent forward to brush her lips against his. She knew this was wrong and her animal like traits were enticing him in but she hadn't come this close to a human and he did somewhat capture her interest.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel felt her lips brush against him. "You are not just a dog..." he said. "Like you said earlier... you are a child of the moon..." he said. "And you... are very beautiful." he said. Daniel kissed her lightly once more. "What about me... a human. How does that make you feel?" he said. "Is... this wrong?" he asked.

[Tierra]

"You are different. Something about you is..." she wasn't sure of her words. "I feel... I feel like I am doing wrong but also doing something right" she said. "I just don't want you to get to attached. That's part of our curse. Human's fall for our charm and it can create trouble... I dunno what to do" she said looking back at him.

[Chaosmazer]

Daniel listened. "What kind of trouble?" he asked. "I've been through a lot of trouble before, many dangers... I'm sure that whatever will happen... I can withstand it." he said. Though... maybe she was right... maybe he was just entranced by her charm... the charm of the beast. The charm of the moon. He wasn't sure.

[Tierra]

"Men get close to our women then at some point they see the beast and freak out. I don't know of any shapeshifter women. All gone. I wouldn't want you to see me when I hunt. You could get hurt" she said looking away. She was unsure how he felt about this.
