Draco managed to block and was rather shocked for Viktor to go after him. He glared at Seclusion "What did you do?" he shouted "I gave him what he wanted or rather promised what he wanted" she said "I'm not stupid I can manipulate even those that try to harm me if I so choose" she smirked and when the grave was dug up she quickly jumped in and pulled the soul up returning to the surface and held the soul in her hand looking to Despair. "I'm feeling merciful today, do you want your lover or your life?" she asked "yes I can read you like a book but let me warn you right now your life is in my hands and no one can retrieve a soul once it's in the hands of Death and unfortunately for you… I'm his successor" she grinned her razor teeth showing.

Draco was still struggling against Viktor. Seclusion and it all worked out, she knew what she was doing, she knew exactly what to do as well to ensure such a thing would never happen. She could reunite the spirt, the soul and the body and that would rid a fury of her powers or at least make them minimal.

Viktor snarled as he advanced again, fixated on Draco, swiping at him every chance he could, aiming for all the vital parts, throat, stomache and even a thigh since there was a main artery there.

Despair froze instantly and looked to Seclusion, then Draco, then Seclusion again, torn between two things she actually didn't know what to do. biting her lip she glanced to Draco. " Draco?... break the contract.. please.. " she didn't want to choose between losing him or her life. she really didn't.

Riley blinked as he sat up, watching Despair, that was a first, he never knew of any fury who would willingly beg to have a contract be broken. Okay technically she wasn't willing, but she was doing it. " interesting. "

Draco looked to her for a moment and saw something even he hadn't seen before "Fine I break off the contract" he said. "Now Despair let go of your hold on Viktor and I'll repair your lover but let me remind you of something else" she pulled the body from the ground and then grabbed hold of the spirit per icing eyes imprinting their harshness on the furies. "You are never to make a contract again, either of you, or I will be back to hunt you down, both of you and you know I can" she said to them and pulled the spirit into the body before replacing the soul. Death restrained Viktor by manipulating skeletons to hold him firmly while Seclusion repaired Draco. "I suggest you find a pit to rot in together" she grinned and then waited for the fury to release Viktor so she could begin working on his mind once again.

Deadly looked to Riley and kissed his cheek "Thank you for helping out so much" she smiled him and looked to the fury. "It's best to strike someone's weakness if they strike yours, this is why I did not want Seclusion to snap. Because now…" Death finished "Something more terrifying will happen" he said "Not even the angels could keep it subdued, but that is a secret best left for those two to discuss at their own time, same goes for his secrets, she might not be able to read them but I can" he chuckled.

Despair shuddered slightly as the contract broke before she immediately released her hold on viktor, she still eyed Seclusion thoughf, not trusting the woman at all. Carefully edging closer to Draco but kept out of arm's reach of Seclusion.

Viktor , who had been struggling against the Skeleton's, immediately calmed down, laying flat on the ground being as he was trapped, his eyes closed. every now and then twitching.

Riley leaned into her , kissnig her cheek back before getting up. " Your welcome. gimme a sec. " taking the syringe out, he limped over to Viktor carefully and injecting him with the tranq, Viktor tried to snap at him but failed since he was held down.. Riley smiled slightly " Sorry bud.. for your own good. night night time. " he patted the large wolf's head as his breathing ease. Glancing to Seclusion." It will keep him out for a few hours, give his mind to relax even more. heh that and i didn't want him snapping awake in a rampage again. "

Seclusion opened the portal and calmed herself down slowly her feathers returning to their normal state. She got Death to help bring Viktor back and made him leave Viktor on the old bed, the skeletons did help out of course before Death returned, Deadly helped Riley back and turning back into a wolf she curled up exhausted. Seclusion went and changed before she got to work fixing Viktor's mind once again, she was exhausted yes but this took priority.

Draco looked to Despair a little shocked "You could have finished him off you know" he said and kissed her head "Although he most likely would've done the same before you had the chance" he sighed. "Now then aha;; we return to hell Despair?" he questioned.

Despair wrapped her arms around him and leaned into him more, while running her hands over him to make sure he was alright. " No. we can stay up here. She didn't say I was not allowed to make contracts with others. I just can't make them with you against Viktor. " she shrugged" But I do have a job to do. This is what furies do. why we are created." satisfied he was now not injured she looked around" i need to hide my body elsewhere.. they got lucky when they sicked Viktor on you.. I didn't think he could concentrate that much on one target in his state of mind. "

Riley watched the whole thing as they carefully brought Viktor back. He had enough Tranqs left if he needed to use them on Vik if he so much as stirred in a raging state. " How is he looking Seclusion?" he was relaxing of course. due to Deadly's watchfull eye. so he was behaving himself.

Draco smiled "Which is why hell is a good place, you can hide your body in the families grave" he grinned at her "and I know. But I can tell you know with that amount of power they'll be more troubles that come their way and I think i might like to taste that as well" he smirked.

Seclusion looked to Riley "He'll be fine, I'm repairing his mind as we speak and also trying to create a barrier of sorts, although such things are not my speciality" she sighed. She frowned something was on her mind, something troubling and sooner or later she needed to talk to him, she needed to tell him the whole story for now it meant something worse could and most likely would happen.

Deadly looked to Riley and tugged him away before speaking. "Riley you'll be needed when she explains to him so be prepared… and as such a thing is necessary I'll tell you now. Seclusion… there are two reasons she changed… time and also… her heart…" she said "Seclusion died 300 years ago, that's her body but her heart was taken from her, quite literally but Death found her, it was not her time to die but the substitute heart was the heart of this city which is why it is in ruins. Every Utopian that has ever lived is inside her heart it's because her will is strong enough that it is her that actually shows, but it means there will be those who come after her now, them rather which is why she did not want to tell him, for to know such thing…would hurt him"

Despair smiled and nuzzled him a bit, giving him a light kiss. " Sounds like a plan to me. Ahh I think we can manage to keep an eye on those two. If that is what you want. Come on though, lets move my body first. "

Riley glanced at viktor as he twitched here and there but showed no signs of waking up soon. ' good, hope it makes him happier. " He blinked as he was drug out by Deadly , frowning as she told him what was going on. " Wait.. so the city in ruins.. is basically her new heart... in ruins?" he frowned, confused as hell. " What happened to her own heart?"

Deadly explained "Her original heart was ripped from her body once they were separated, it's why the angels chase her as well since her new heart is a concentrated amount of utopian power, it's made of crystal and right now it's energy is being used to run her body. Her heart is not in ruins but because it has been separated from the city the city has fallen into ruins" she said. "He original heart was crushed before her, she was strong enough to begin with and that is where Death came in and he implemented the heart into her body" she said trying to explain again. "She is still Calla, just one who is not so innocent."

Riley frowned and shook his head " Okay that is... going to be hard for Viktor to even understand.. He may very well be upset about that and probably try and hunt down every bloody angel he can get his hands on. " He grimaced, it would be a war all over again , well it was what he was figuring. " Okay... how do we uhh.. get the city back to health I guess is a way to put it. Err i mean without taking back that heart of hers. " he frowned. " or do we even care about the city ?. "

Viktor gave a grunt as he stirred some more, frowning in his sleep and letting out small growls.

"You can't the heart can only be used for one thing and also there are no people to live in this city anymore and it is best left as ruins, if it becomes lively again, the war will only repeat" she said to him and settled down "It's best to leave it in ruins that way it'll forever remain a safe place" she sighed.

Seclusion looked to him "silly wolf" she sighed and kissed his head gently before she sang him a lullaby, the dawn was coming and she got herself ready for bed settling down beside him and worked as she slept repairing him completely. he'd never be the same but he'd at least be whole so to speak.

He frowned" i see. Well if that is what is needed to be done, then that is what we will do." he leaned against the wall and rubbed his head." Think he will be okay as long as she is still Calla but slightly different.. so to speak. "

Viktor stayed asleep for several hours, even rolling into her and snuggling up while asleep, his arm going around her and pulling her close.

Seclusion opened her eyes a moment when he felt her pulling her close. The next evening she nudged him "Hey Viktor, wake up, there's something we need to talk about" she sighed and waited for his response she thought she'd tell him sooner rather than later. "This time, I'll tell you the whole story" she sighed and ruffled her hair and wings as she sat up in her shirt and pants as usual for her when she slept.

Deadly looked to him and settled down to sleep as well "I should hope so" she sighed and settled next to Riley as she slept. The evening came and she checked his injury and lead him outside for a bit "We should leave them be for a while" she said.

Riley grunted as he was nudged awake, yawning as he headed outside with Deadly. " yeah. I can do that, I am hungry anyways.. would you like to hunt? or just go into the nearest town for an actual Hamburger and fries?" he rubbed his belly, cooked food sounds good, nothing wrong with a cooked fatty meal every now and then. He burned off all the calories anyways when he hunts.

Viktor groaned slightly as he was forced to wake up. a headache already there, small side affect of being drugged. " Ugh.. what hit me?" he muttered, bringing a hand up to rub his head before he sat up, he was hungry and thirsty, mouth dry.. he was going to kill Riley when he saw him next, bastard wolf probably drugged him again. He frowned and looked to Calla. " what is it?"

Seclusion ruffled her hair and thought a moment "One, don't blame Riley you went berserks last night and two… it's about what really happened all those years ago" she said to him and sat cross legged holding her ankles with her hands and her wings ruffled on her back, hanging loosely over her shoulders. "300 years ago… I was actually killed… my heart was taken from me. As I've explained the utopian city had it's own heart, which is why the ground would beat sometimes. Well Death found me as you'd expect and well, I wasn't meant to die that day it turns out so… in replacement of my destroyed heart I was actually given the crystal heart of the city… the one that has the power of every single utopian that has ever lived instead of a beating heart… my body is still living as are my souls but… it's one reason I've changed…" she said leaving out the details of the angels knowing he'd go around and purge them all if he knew.

Deadly chuckled "Well you'll be paying then since I don't have any money of this world with me" she chuckled and turned into her human form and stretch a little, "let's get going then it's not too far" she grinned at him sweetly before heading to town with him.

He sat up more, listening intently , though he tensed the moment she said she had been killed. That he was definitely pissed off about and was eager to find out who done it. Trying his best not to over react, he waited for her to finish before he spoke." Alright.. Tell m e one thing though.. Who did it.. the one that took your heart. "

Riley grinned as he waited for her to shift before he slid an arm around her waist. " No worries there. I have my own bank account.. Vik has one too but he don't ever use the damn thing. " he smirked" it just sits there and builds up interest.. he has a few grand in there "

Seclusion looked to him "Viktor calm yourself I'm alive now, Death revived me strange as that sounds but I lost a good part of my memories, but I'm picking them up through your soul mostly at the moment." she sighed and noticed he was rather annoyed "Only is you promise one thing, you don't go out and purge them from the universe" she said waiting for him to promise that before telling him it was the angels. "I know it's hard to understand but, I thought I'd better tell you before it comes up through someone else…" she sighed and kissed him softly.

Deadly raised an eyebrow "Well he doesn't like such places so it's not really a surprise" she laughed "Even I know that" she laughed and kissed his cheek before she found somewhere they could eat. She found a spot and let him order the food.

He narrowed his eyes. " Them?.. Them?. as in more then one bastard?" he was all but nearly growling now, it took him a moment to settle down though as he made himself breath and actually reached for her to pull her closer, he needed it, just something about her there made him feel better. . He sighed and made the promise before groaning as he closed his eyes. " Fucking Angels.. seriously.. if its not one thing its another.. " he mumbled" little bastards..... " and he was pretty much stuck now, he made her a promiise and he was planning on keeping it.

Riley grinned as he followed her" Oh i know. so its definitely just going to sit there for a while i suppose. " he ordered the food for them, making sure they put the toppings on the side just in case for Deadly since he didn't know what all she would like on her hamburger. Bringing it to their table he placed the plate in front of her. " Here you go dear."

Seclusion hugged him, her wings also moving to rest around him and kissed his head softly. "Anyway how is your head feeling, I was repairing you for quite some hours" she said changing the subject. If he listened there were small beats from her heart but as usual her skin was cold. She nudged him softly and smiled a little, knowing he'd keep his promise and only hoped he wouldn't get too angry. "I know your annoyed but, if they do all vanish the balance will fall even more than it has" she whispered. "Anyway, both you and Riley need to rest a few days before you go back to your pack, they'll be wondering where you've been"

Deadly smiled and looked to the hamburger and the fillings before putting most of them inside the hamburger and then took a bite quite happily "Thanks for the meal" she said to him and then tried some of the fries. "I don't get to come out much, Seclusion isn't fond of such places either" she laughed.

He rubbed her back as he held her closer, closing his eyes again and relaxing. " you did?. wow. Well, other then the drugged headache i got. I feel good. .. wait what?" he blinked then grunted, he had not been to his pack in a while. " I suppose. definitely need to rest i think. "

Riley grinned as he got his own hamburger and took a bite, taking a moment to chew and swallow his food before nodding. " you are very welcome and I can understand that. I just love hamburgers though. and the pies. "

"Exactly, anyway want to go to one of the hot springs again, I need to to go relax my wing muscles a little, you gave be a bit of a run yesterday as did Draco" she said before telling him exactly what had happened. She then stretched and pulled some jeans on before stretching her wings out and waiting for him "Well want to come with, I'm going anyway" she said and began to head towards the springs. Stripping down when there she could let her wings relax and enjoyed the warmth.

"I still prefer angel meat" she grinned "You should try it sometime it's rather sweet just like the souls apparently" she said to him and laughed a little before kissing his cheek. She was clearly enjoying herself at the moment.

he sighed and got up. " sorry bout that.. would have controlled myself if i could. " he reached for her and followed her to the hot springs" sounds good to me. where is uhh.. riley and them?"

Riley grinned as he took his last bite then worked on his fries. " i bet. maybe I will try it at some point.. " he grinned, munching on a french frie. " what do you want to do after this?"

She kissed his cheek and looked to him softly before relaxing there and thinking "I never asked where a bouts is your pack?" she questioned him curious about what he's pack was like as well. "To be honest if you're an alpha I would think you'd have another mate by now to be honest" she said to him bluntly her wings moving around her as usual.

"Hmm how about we go for a walk" she smiled "and should be too long until you can try some like i've said Seclusion has a taste for their souls" she grinned and kissed his cheek again before standing.

" he reached up to pull the gold chain off his neck and dangle it in front of her, at the end of it her wedding band hung. " Or have you changed your mind abou that?"

Riley grinned as he got up as well and took care of the trash. Grabbing his drink before following her and kissing her cheek back. "Think your starting to get sweet on me." He teased" mmm now that this is over, wonder if he will go back to his pack. "

Seclusion looked a little surprised "When did you get… I was looking for that" she frowned at him "and I thought you would've since it's been 300 years any other male would've found one by now" she said to him "doesn't mean I've change my mind of course I haven't" she said to him and reached for the ring. "again when did you get this and what about yours anyway, guessing you still have it somewhere" she said to him.

"Hmm maybe and he should go back sooner or later, he is their leader after all" she said to Riley. "But you taste rather sweet so maybe that's why" she grinned and laughed a bit before walking to the park with him to walk around a little. "The pack is up in the north isn't it, I think i crossed their paths before"
