"ok just shut up and do as the docs say sweetie. or im going to hold out on you when the baby is born." zane said smiling sweetly, which didnt look sweet at the moment, it looked menacing for lack of sleep.

she glared at him slightly before eyeing the doc.. '' fine.. you stab me more then once and i am going to kick you , i don't want to be a pin cushion '' she muttered, laying back when she was told to , glaring back over at zane..'' two can play that game.. can easily hold a few things out on you you know.. '' she knew that wasn't a sweet smile, he was pretty much black mailing her , if only it was just to get her to do whatever the doc wanted her to do. she didn't care, ignoring the doc now she slightly closed her eyes, grinding her teeth slightly due to the fact the pain just got worse as well as the pressure in her belly..

" well if that is how you want to play. doc where does the needle go, im going to help you." zane said as he took the needle from the nurse and putting it into zyanyas hand before grabbing another and taking blood for testing. "take this to.. wherever you take the blood too." zane ordered. he then took a stethescope and listened to her belly before feeling around it for movement and position of the baby.

she yelped in surprise nearly jerking her hand away from him, it had been a shock that he had done that.her hand stung like hell now but atleast she held still, though at the moment she really wanted to wack him upside the head for being mean.snapping her mouth shut before she said something that would most likely embarrass the medic and whoever else was in the room she just shifted slightly in order to stare at the wall. the only time she actually made any noise at all was when she gave a slight grunt or groan of discomfort. Now she wished it would just hurry up and get over with it.

The doctor turned to zane and said. " this isnt false labor, she is full term and the baby is coming now. you may want to go change out of those nice clothes before they get covered in gunk."

" no thats fine doc, im staying with her through the whole thing. to hell with these clothes."

her gaze jumped to the docs face immediately at what he said'' bloody hell you gotta be kidding me'' she muttered, but judging by the increasing amount of pain she was in , she figured he wasn't joking, though she had seen most labors before, most of the pain doesn't get bad this fast, she figured her labor was going to be a quick one judging by how fast it was progressing, also meant little time for any type of drug to give her to ease some of it. She didn't even get a chance to say anything since her body choose that moment for her water to break'' freaking hell. ''

"oh god im going to pass out!" zane exclaimed when her water broke, right before passing out completely.

the doctore gazed at him and then zyanya. " do you think we should just leave him til he wakes up?"

she blinked in surprise, looking stunned and a bit dumbfounded as she watched zane pretty much hit the floor hard.. '' you gotta be kidding me'' she mumbled, wincing again in pain from the contractions, scowling now at the unconscious man on the floor'' hell yes, leave him there.. he deserves it. '' she muttered, still mad at him, and the fact that he was on the floor now instead of by her side just made her a little more annoyed at him though she was easily forgetting about it soon , though at the moment she was glad zane was out cold, he wouldn't see what she was about to due next.

reaching over quickly she grabbed a fist full of the medics shirt and yanked him close, nearly growling at him again'' you get this kid out of me fast or your going to be missing body parts.. '' she was in enough pain right now that she would practically bite anything in her path, and already she felt her canines shifting even as she realized the medic as another contraction hit.

the doctor damn near screamed when zyanya grabbed him. "ok ok. c-section it is." he said as he prepper her for surgery. giving her anesthetic, the doctor told a nurse to bring him the scalpal and the gauze. "im going to do this quick, so be ready." he said as he cut her belly open bringing the baby into this world. he quickly sutured her stomach and sent the baby to be onced over by another doctor.

right then zane woke up and screamed at all the blood before passing out again.

she cringed slightly at the thought of a c-section, but didn't think too much on it, natural births she would have liked to do but at the moment she was in alot of pain and wanted it gone, she was able to relax some after he gave her the anesthetic, she had ignored his scream, only concentrating on breathing and keeping relaxed while the whole thing went on, she felt the pressure, it was weird, but no real pain, she knew the moment the baby was out and he began to suture her stomach up, grumbling slightly she frowned, not hearing any cries from the baby though she damn near had a heart attack when zane screamed before passing out again'' damn it if he does that again i am going to smack him'' she growled before eyeing the doctor. '' wheres my baby? how come i don't hear any cries?" she was highly nervous now, and would still be so until she heard sounds of life from her and zane's child.

" your daughter is fine. we took her out of the room to be checked out. and not all babies cry when they are born. she is just a quiet girl." the doctor told her as a nurse brought the little girl in. " i guess i should wait til he wakes up to ask this but what will you name her?"

she relaxed immediately the moment the baby girl was brought in, laying back against the bed again she frowned, the drugs still working on her as she held her arms out for the baby girl.. '' oh.. uhhh.. i honestly don't have any idea.. '' she hadn't thought of it, she had thought she had more time to think on it.. '' lemme hold her... err.. '' she glanced at zane before sighing.. '' i would clean up any mess if i was you before he wakes and screams like a little pansy again. and passes out once more.. '' she mumbled.

the doctor and nurse burst out laughing. "dont let him hear that. he has a reputation to uphold." the nurse said giggling.

the doctor cleaned everything up and then threw some cold saline solution on his face. "wake up sir, your daughter is here and she wants to meet her daddy."

zane woke up to hear that his DAUGHTER was here and as he stood up and saw her he was shakey. the moment he saw her and got to hold her he cried silent tears of joy. " My little Aiko, my beautiful princess Aiko." he whispered to her.

she shook her head slightly and smiled when they busted out laughing'' fine, i will just tease him later about it without anyone hearing it. '' she looked over at zane as he was finally awake and now holding their baby girl. she relaxed, eyeing the little tears of joy on his cheek even as he named her'' well now we have a name for her.. '' she yawned, slightly rubbing her eyes , whatever meds he gave her was making her sleepy now but knew it wouldn't last long since her body tended to rid itself of med's and other stuff rather quickly. '' suppose you can hold her for al ittle bit, but when she starts crying i need to feed her zane. '' even she knew the importance of first time feeding for a child.

Zane nodded his head, eyes never leaving his daughter.

she watched him curiously before moving slightly , knowing she was going to be sore as hell later the moment the meds wore off.. '' you know you can sit down hun,, would prefer that before you pass out again.. '' she teased, watching him hold their baby girl. '' she is definitely adorable. '' now all they had to figure out is what she would be. snake or wolf?

" i dont need to sit, im not going to pass out again." he said looking at her. he felt something weird at the base of her head and looked at it. " omg she has a patch of fir right under where her human hair would be, but i already noticed her fangs in her mouth. is it possible that she is both? wolf and snake?" zane mused

at the mention of fangs in aiko's mouth she wrinkled her nose slightly '' ouch... thats definitely not going to feel nice while feeding her.. '' she mumbled, her clan always did natural feedings, breast feeding was one of the healthy ways to ensure good strong children, though she was curious to know if their child was both wolf and snake'' didn't think that was possible.. figured it would be whatever dominant gene took over''

"we are both alphas esentially, so both of us have dominant genes. and since she has the fangs you are going to have to use a wet nurse, you dont have immunities from our venom. one of our wet nurses will."

she stared at him for a moment before looking away, that was definitely not something she wanted to hear, she was going to lose out on feeding her own child , including lose the mother daughter bond that is created from the feeding. He was definitely making her depressed by that, sighing she rubbed her temple slightly '' whatever you say zane.. doesn't seem like i can change anything. as long as she is healthy is all that matters. ''

zane handed aiko back to zyanya and left the room only saying " let her feed but give her the anti-venom til she is immune. i hope this doesnt have bad results."

she blinked in surprise when he handed aiko back to her, and pretty much left the room'' where are you going?" she barely caught what he said about the anti venom, frowning she glanced at the medic.. '' uhh..... how would that work?" she was now confused, stressing out again now thinking zane was pissed off at her for some reason or another though she should be the one ticked off at him, though it was hard when he was busy confusing the hell out of her.

"he sais you are to feed her, im just to administer anti-venom to you so you are not hurt by the venom as bad." the doctor told her as he readied a dose of anti-venom. "she is probly hungry so you may want to begin feeding her."

she grunted and sighed, '' seriously. i am going to smack the next man who feels like confusing me.. first he says we have to use a wet nurse and now he says to go ahead and feed her.. its getting really irritating'' she mumbled, wishing he would have atleast stayed and talked to her. eyeing the needle in the guys hand she turned her attention to her daughter, lightly rubbing her chubby baby cheeks before she shifted the small girl in her arms so she could began feeding. trying not to worry so much about zane, even though his attitude was making her a little antzy.

Zane wandered through the palace til he found another male serpiente who was married to a wolf. pulling him aside zane talked to him. "your wife, were you to have kids, would you let her breast feed knowing that she didnt have the immunities to our venom? i am struggling because Zyanya wants to naturally feed, but i worry about her health."
