Max sighed,shifting a little in the tree before relaxing again, his usual post as the guard for the night, his ears had already gave him evidence that mia was now sound asleep from being completely worn out, atleast one thing got her to sleep. Shaking his head he scanned the area again before frowning, seeing the soft glow from small pit fires up ahead, doing his normal job he immediately shifted into his panther form and quickly headed in that direction to check it out.

Dagen smiles as he watched her fall asleep. After a bit he too fell to sleep as well holding her close to him.

max had already seen enough, spotting atleast several men, normally he didn't get worried over this except for the fact that they where carrying the symbol of a group that just loved to try and wipe out anything they didn't like, he even noticed a few vampires among them,which was weird according to what they where. Quickly making his way back to the camp, he shifted, pulled on some pants before slipping into Mia's room, keeping his gaze on dagen as as he reached over and lightly shook him awake, though motioning him to be quiet so as not to wake mia. she needed the sleep, and he knew dagen would do anything to protect her and keep her well.. '' you need to come see this, and be silent, Mia does not need to be woke.''

Dagen looked to Max as she shook him awake he then slipped out of Mias grasp and followed him out of the tent..."Whats wrong?" He asks him curiously as he stretched..

he glanced at Mia slightly , she had barely moved, though he was sure she would wake when dagen moved, but surprisingly she was still fast asleep. slipping out of the tent he tugged him out of the camp. '' gee, just about everything is wrong. we have a group of hunters that have been trying to track us and lately they have been pretty damn close. they are dangerous and have already killed one of us.. and several of them are vampires as well. i didn't want to worry mia with them, knowing her she would probably go and take care of it herself.''

He looked to him and then grinned..."ALright then...I'll take care of them...Just point me in the right direction.." He says cracking his neck slightly..."I'm faster then any damn vampire...so everything should go along smoothly." He says with a grin.

he eyed him slightly before sighing'' well , just go straight, but i don't know if they are all still together, they where spreading out when i left.. most likely ready to track us again, '' he frowned before shaking his head'' we may need to relocate.. have no idea where and Mia will definitely be pissed on that''

He grinned slightly..."I'll kill them all." He says with a grin..."Stay alart jsut incase they make it to camp." He says as he then dissappeared going to kill off the group

he nodded slightly before turning back to go to the village, he went slow though to make sure he hadn't missed any signs of others tracking him.Frowning slightly as he glanced around, he could now sense something was wrong, so picking up his pace he headed back to the camp.

the group had already separated, leaving only one guard at the camp as the others apparently where already going to Mia's camp. They where already way ahead of Max and Dagen, using whatever skills they knew off to keep them from being detected.

Mia yawned slightly as she slowly woke, stretching slowly as she opened her eyes and found dagen gone, frowning she sat up and glanced around, sighing, figuring he must have gotten hungry or something, considering he promised not to leave.. shaking her head she got up and dressed, wincing slightly at some of her soreness but didn't mind it.. she couldn't sleep any more so figured she should go outside and walk around, check the camp out and make sure it was still safe.

Dagen walked around looking for the men that were going to attack the camp..."Great..." He muttered as he found a set of tracks leading in two different directions...Their circling the camp.." He muttered as he then quickly made his way back spotting Mia he hurried over to her..."Hey its not safe...get back in your tent...Me and Max got this..." He says as he his eyes then cought the glimmer of and arrow tip within half a second he grabbed Mia and spun with her letting out a hiss as the loud thud of an arrow hit him in the back nearly getting his heart...He looked to her..."Get somewhere safe...." He muttered again wincing as he looked down at the arrow that was sticking slightly threw his shirt he looked back to her..."Go damn it..." He growled as he grabbed the arrow pulling threw with a loud growl..."Fucking hell..." He winced as he turned around spotting the one that shot him. He had an arrow already loaded and was taking aim fireing again. Dagen caught the arrow breaking it in half and dropping it to the ground before appearing behind the guy snapping his neck and looking around. Two that he didn't see or hear were close by as he turned around he felt a dagger jam into his back and then the other came from the front stabbing him in the gut. He winced as he shifted slightly already weak from the wound from the arrow..."Fuck..." He winced as blood ran out of his mouth. He was starting to lose consiousness he felt the daggers being removed and he fell to his kneese. It was then he felt somthing inside of him snap once more power bursting out of him. The two men that were around him litterally vaperized. As He stood the tible markings flashed over his skin once more and his hair was completly white. He looked around the area picking up the life force of everything...."There are alot more!" He shouted as he walked back to the center of camp his wounds still bleeding out...It was for certain that he was running on purely will..."Show your selves...I know where you all are!...And I asure you that you will all die..." He roared not careing if he woke everyone in camp up.

Mia yelped in surprise as Dagen appeared,. barely hearing his words before she was suddenly spun around and he gave a hiss of pain. frowning she only had a second to see the air before he ordered her to leave, unsure of what to really do and already panicking all she could do was nod before taking off, but didn't leave straight away, her concern for her people was more important then her own safety.

going from tent to tent, she woke every man, child and woman up, ushering them out of the tents and ordering them to the safety of the caves in the back where they could better protect themselves. She glanced back at Dagen the moment she felt the shift in power in the air, eyes widening she watched him change into his other form. '' bloody hell'' she really didn't even know what was going on, but by the looks of it they where trying to distract him from something.

turning she grabbed Celia and her small child, pushing the baby into her arms'' go now do as i say. '' hearing the cry of another child she turned to see one stumbling around, lost, wondering where the hell his mother went she rushed to his side, barely picking him up before something slammed into her back, making her stumble just as pain burst through her shoulder, hissing she rushed over to Celia giving her the child as well , using her body to protect hers and the children as she followed them, letting out another hiss of pain as another arrow hit her, this one in the leg, going straight through and this time she actually fell. giving a slight grunt she waved celia on, snapping at her'' get the bloody hell out of here, leave me.'' she hissed, reaching down and snapping the arrow , pulling the other end out. they where not death shots, so she figured they wanted her alive.. possibly the others too. One of the men managed to haul her up , yelling at her to get moving before she watched him get hit, that shot killed him instantly, barely able to turn around to see who did it she gave another grunt as a body slammed into her, pinning her to the ground, not giving her a chance to make a sound as she felt the sting of a needle in her neck, after that all she saw was black, the chemical working quickly to knock her out, though before she completely passed out she heard one of the men say kill all the men but keep the women alive.

the hunter grunted, hauling mia's unconscious body up , he handed her over to one of the vampires, ordering him to take her to their bossy quickly before dagen noticed, looking over at his partner'' oi. the others are going to the cave, we need to hurry before that creature back there figures out the others where a diversion.. '' he glanced back at dagen who was still scouring the surrounding forest, he watched the vampire dissappear quickly , knowing the man would be quick to deliver Mia without her little guard noticing a damn thing. turning around he sent the others after the rest of them to the caves before loading up another one of his crossbows, using the arrows tipped with a poison that would make even the most powerfull creature sick for several days. '' lets see you take this on'' he muttered,

Dagen growled as the scent of Mia's blood his eyes locked on to the the guy that was yelling out orders. The power flashed around him even more when he new that Mia was injured. Just as the guy muttered "Lets see you take this on." Dagen was already behind him litterally putting his arm threw the man..."Don't under estimate me." He hissed as the guy exploded. He then growled as he looked to the caves. He dissappeared up to the top killing off all the men that he could and saving who he could in the process. When everything was over he looked around not finding Mia anywhere..."Fucking hell." He growled as the power raidiated even more from him. He found Max with a few of the others..."Wheres Mia.....Damn it..If they hurt her.....AhhhhHhghh." He was so pissed it wasn't a good thing at all. He looked back to Max..."Stay with everone tend to their wounds...." He winced slightly as he still bleed out..."I've got to find her.." He says as he turned away sniffing the air slightly.."Shes still bleeding so she shouldn't be too hard to track.." he muttered sinceing some more...

max jumped slightly , had reached the group just in time to see the attacks, managing to help the others out but he hadn't even seen mia, glancing at dagen he tried not to shudder at how he looked, already sensing alot of power in him so just nodded as he immediately began to work on the injured. '' you better hurry , if its a vampire who has her, they may have a way of masking her scent or something, these bloody hunters get smart every generation.''

the vampire only stopped long enough to pack Mia's wounds, keeping them from bleeding and leaving a trail. he was good at using his own abilities in not leaving any trails,but he was not about to underestimate the man that had tried to protect her. so he took extra precautions, setting false trails using her own blood by sinking his fangs into her, letting blood drip here and there in a different direction before healing the bite. once that was done he easily took off. heading straight for the man that had hired them to search out the group.

It took nearly three hours for him to arrive at the large mansion, it was hidden so well by nature that no body else may be able to find it. that and it had alot of spells and charms on it to ward off unwanted guests. Appearing in the office he dropped mia on the floor, getting a small grunt from her as he rolled his shoulders'' got the main one.. looks like the old fart croaked and left her as the leader.. she has the markings of it.. ''

The man looked up his pitch black eyes immediately going straight to Mia, she still had part of an arrow sticking from her shoulder blade, shaking his head he got up , pushing her over on her stomach with the toe of his boot before pressing his foot down in the middle of her back, reaching down he grabbed the shaft of the arrow, ripping the clothe away that had stopped her wound from bleeding out, glancing at the vampire in front of him he ripped the arrow out, gaining a screech of pain from Mia as the drug wore off'' really now.. well, can't expect the old furrball to live forever now can we.. '' he stood straight up now, bring the arrow up a little before tasting her blood, half closing his eyes as he nodded'' she will do .. try and get some more females.. ''tossing the arrow in the fireplace to burn , he licked his own fangs, being an elder, he enjoyed rare blood, and mia's definitely enticed him.. reaching for the branding iron he picked it up, bared mia's back and pressed the scolding end of it against part of her skin that was unmarked, ignoring the smell of burning flesh as mia let out another piercing scream. putting the branding iron back he waved for one of his servents to come foward'' toss her in the cell.. leave her wounds alone.. she will heal... eventually.. '' he frowned slightly as the old man picked her up'' and get as much blood from her as you can and bring here.. '' he waved the both of them away , even ignoring the other vampires warnings about Dagen. he had his place protected. and he already knew all about dagen. even knew he was the idiot who killed the council..
