Neo paused as the shadow stopped at the door, but then moved on. Once she calmed down she sighed and fell to her bed.

"Your dean is once sick bastard." she told Sora.

She got up, once again filled with too much energy, and sat elegantly beside Sora, one leg crossed over the other in a lady like position.

"What shall we do?"

Sora shook again, sitting up and crossing her legs upon the bed. "Yeah I know.." she uttered.

"Hm...". Sora pondered for a bit. "How about we...get something to eat?" said the element bender, grinning.

Neo clapped her hands, letting out a giggle.

"A splendid idea!" she agreed.

"Lead the way. I don't know where to go or even what to eat. I could eat damn near anything."

Sora smiles, stading and quickly walking out of the dorm.

They arrived at the cafe in the library and Sora asked for coffee and a sanwich for herself. Turning to the superior, she asked "What would you like?"

"Anything with meat. I need something nummy with meat. And to drink...juice. You can pick what kind."

She looked around the cafe, scenting the air and casting out her senses around them. She didn't want the dean coming by again.

Sora quickly got a sausage sadwich and tray with juice, sat down and began to eat.

"Whats wrong?" she asked, taking a bite of her sandwich.

Neo growled, and then whimpered, chilling out.

She wolfed down her sandwich and sat calmly sipping her juice.

"Nothing. I just don't like the negative energy in this place. Why do you go to school here again?"

Sora inhaled her food before answering, giving her time to think.

"Because I'm againt the war, I guess. I mean, the other option was bing in the army to fight AGAINST all of this." she said, flipping her hair and giggling at her stupidity.

Neo finished her juice, snarling under her breath.

"This war....they all think they're saving me. In the end, I'm the one who absorbs the blood, the tears, the bodies of both the enemy and my so called ally."

She gave Sora a serious, yet sad face.

"Do they not realize it's only causing more damage?"

Sora sighed heavily, shaking her head.

"There is no other way to deal with humans, my lady. We have been told to stoop to their level to defeat them. If we use even more powerful mechanisms, you'll be hurt even more. If we leave the humans to do what they wish..you'll be hurt even more. And die."

Sora didn't wish for Neo to pass on, but she didnt know any other wway she could protect her.

Neo laughed at that.

"Oh please. I do not die. It is not possible, and even if it seemed that way, I grow back. To be able to take a physical form, now that takes a while. I've only been able to do this for a few thousand years."

She shook her head laughing.

"I'd burn this place to the ground. A new forest would grow from the ashes. However, I am not supposed to be around, but I wanted to stretch for a bit."

Neo tilted her head.

"What's wrong? Did I say something? I didn't mean to make you upset." she told her.

"I didn't expect to run into you this soon."

At that moment, a boy walked up to them, grinning for ear to ear. We was dressed casually, his hair shagged. Lance, Soras' new friend.

He stuck a hand out to Neo and beamed "Nice to meetcha!".

Sora chucked as she waited for Neo to respond.

Neo's eyes flashed a yellow color for a second. She smirked, and licked his hand.

"The pleasure is all mine."

She tasted something odd about this person. He was too yummy. She grinned, flashing a bit of fang as she did so. She turned back to Sora.

"Who is this?"

Sora was startled by the fang but shook it off.

"This is Lance, he's an elf. He's training to be mother natures right hand once she shows herself,"

Sora turned to where the boy was standing but he was gone and in his place, a bucket resided.

"Tch." she sounded, calling him back.

Suddenly the bucket was gone, and Lance was back. Sora shook her head and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Isn't that right....Lance.".

He nodded and grinned again at Neo, scratching his head. "Sorry, I tent to turn into a bucket..."

Neo smiled, more naturally this time. When he turned into the bucket she couldn't stop laughing.

"I'm sorry. That's just perfect." she calmed after a moment.

"Well, Lance, it's nice to meet you. My name is Neo." she said.

She yawned, suppressing any wolf sounds from escaping.

Lance pulled up a chair next to Neo and grinned widely at her. "So whatsup you guys?" she said happily.

"We're commenting on how evil this place is and how useless the war is becoming." she sighed.

She looked at Sora and then paused a second.

"That's basically it."

Neo lowered her head a bit, feeling th pain of more damage to the Earth. It never felt this bad.

"Are they using fire elements here?" she asked Sora.

Sora nodded at Neo and look over her shoulder to some girls sitting down and giggling, pointing in their direction. Sora's aura darkened considerably and she growled from the depths of her throat.

"Bitches." she muttered and Lance turned around to look at them and sighed, staring at Neo. "Sora get's talked about a lot, neo, please excuse her." he said, squeezing her hand.

Neo grinned and folded her hands under her chin. She closed her eyes. She reached deep down and brought up vines from the Earth, twisting around their ankles.

She exhaled a breath and opened her eyes as they glowed green for a moment. Once they returned to normal, she sat back.

Sora yelped suddenly at the vines around her feet but calmed down when they released their grip. She quickly and casually continued her conversation.

Grinning, she asked "Where was I?"

Neo sighed again, stretching.

"A dark place. Glad to have you back."

She looked at Lance and smiled.

"So, you want to be Mother Nature's right hand? That sounds like a complicated process."

Lance smiled at Neo brightly and answered.

"So? I respect Mother and all she does for us, it would be an honor."

He blushed and looked over at Sora, his grin turning to a small smile.

No looked from Lance to Sora and back again.

"I am missing something, which is unusual since I'm normally on the ball."

She paused, going completely still. She was trying to ignore the fact that the trees were screaming in agony. She shivered and put her smile back on.
