She noticed his grin and looked up at him “A little better, maybe it really is just exhaustion, I should be fine tomorrow and then we can work on the walls together” she said nodding to him as he helped her sit up and kept his arms around her giggling a little and leaning back on him, kissing him softly under his chin knowing he had been awake the entire time. “Did you remember anything else?” she asked him curiously. Cass sat beside Cody and Ren licking both their cheeks after Ren had awakened, wanting to get up and walk around before her legs fell asleep completely, stumbling a little at first she almost crashed into Cody, her legs a little numb and asleep still.

"I think that it was exhaustion too, you are working too hard, you have to let me work at least just as hard as you are" He tried again to used his stern voice. "We are all each other has" Before Cass could bark he quickly added "Well each other and Cass, so we both have to be more careful alright?"

He turned a deep red as he kissed his chin then giggled as Cass licked him. "You alright?" He asked while she seemed to stumble he stood wincing the stinging feeling as they still felt asleep.

"I'm just a little stiff form sleeping so long" she smiled rustling her hair a little giggling a little at his red cheeks "aww how Cute Cody" she said covering ehr mouth a little as she giggled smiling a little "and I don't think either of us should work too hard" she nodded and picked Cass up hugging her happily and kissing the dogs nose. "Hmm perhaps we should do something before we head back, want to go to the falls again?" she asked him

"Well it was clear that you needed it then" Starting to walk a little bit trying to work out the stinging feeling out of his feet and legs. He smiled as she called him cute again he walked up to her and was about to kiss her cheek, but instead she picked up the dog.

He nodded aboutthe falls. "Sure it would be nice" He said softly. "Cool ndown a little" he scratched the dogs ears a little then tapped Ren's nose. "So when do you want to do that?"

She smiled a little "we have some time so why donn't we go now?" she said to him smiling a little and headed there with Cass after putting her down "seems this has become a daily thing huh?" she said to him and kicked up water to splash him laughing as she looked back at him feeling a lot ebtter than she did earlier that day she wanted to enjoy herself. Hse pulled his head down adn kissed him softly smiling finding it rather funny when he blushed.

"Sure sounds good" He walked with her then chucked "Well its good, as long as this is not what is making you sick!" He said softly beginnng to worry about maybe this was what was making her so sick all the time.

Chewing his bottom lip and then gasped as he felt her kiss him again but he found himself kissing her back equally gently but turning a pink colour.

She blsuhed sligthly herself after she felt him kissing her back and pulled away a little more red than he was and smiled touching his pink cheek and giggling "aww, you really are cute when you blush" she said happily as she looked ot him, she had no idea what kept making her sick but knew it couldn't be the water... for one it was very clean and she had been careful about it as well. Jumping in sheplayed a little and splashed Cody.

Grinning his lopsidded grin when she pulled back. She was redder then he felt so he guessed that she had enjoyed it like he had. As she touched his cheeks he did the same to her and chuckled. "Well so do you missy"

As he was splashed he yelped but then backed off then got into the water and sighed "This feels good"

She laughed a little and looked to him blushing even more at his comment and stuck her toungue out at him playfully and tackled him into the water laughing as she pretty much just sat ontop of him. She laughed looking down at him and got up before running off after chucking aload of water onto him "can't get me Cody"

He laughed again as she stuck out her toungue but helped as he tackled him into the water. He watched with a raised eyebrow as she running off after throwing the water he chased after her splashing her and laughing.

He liked being here, while they were here they could just be youn like they actually were. He reached for her "Oh really cant get you huh?"

She looked ot him as he reached for her, catching erh she frowned nad looked up to him "aww..." she said pouting a little and kissed his cheek softly "Ok fine.. you caught me" she said frowning playfully as she did and soon smiled at him leaning back on him happily.
"Youa reso sweet" she smiled at him

Chuckling softly he nodded "Yep I did catch you, what are you going to do about it?" He had to smile at her frown. "Hmmmm" He said softly as she leaned back on him. He found himself holding on to her not really knowing why.

"Well I like this" He said then blushed he found himself wondreing if he just said that out loud.

She giggled and looked up to him when he said that and kissed him softly under the chin "Yep, you did Cody" she said a little red still and enjoyed having him holding onto her giving a happy sigh quite comfortable in his arms "Well I like this as well" she said softly to him blsuhing even more.

Turning a deep red when she told him that in fact he had said that he couldnt help but just hold her. "Well least I didnt embarrass you" He whispered then lightly kissed her ear then nibbled her neck not sure why, but it just seemed right. He sighed contently. "I wonder if this all did not happen would we still be this close?"

"Hmm that is interesting, I wonder about that as well" she said blushing bright red when he nibbled on her neck and looked to him "and yes you do make me embarassed jsut as much as I do you" she said to him. She smiled putting ehr hands on his arms around her and leaned into him contently still a little red as he nibbled her neck.

He chuckled seeing her blushing again. "Well its always good to feel embarrassed once and awhile proves that we are still human and alive right?"

He sighed and held her closer as he palced her hands on his arms. "It is so peaceful here" He stopped nibbling her neck and just rested his chin on her shoulder. Enjoying the sights and sounds

She smiled a nodded leaning back happily on him while he rested his head on her shoulders "Your so sweet" she smiled at him. She closed ehr eyes fora breif minute before she heard something letting a hand slip to on of her guns whispering to Cody "did you hear that?"

Still holding on to her wishing they could stay like this forever but he knew when ever got comfortable something happened. He was proven right when he heard something standing infront of her as if to protect her he nodded and whispered. "I did, what is it?" He hoped no one dangerous had found their spot, their only place safe from all the tormoil in the world but he figured that someone or something had so he held his breath waiting.

Out fothe bushes a strange creature walked outlike one of those zombies moaning it turned towards them and Ren pulled Cody with ehr just wanting to get away, she was completley terrfied by them completely. She didn't stop until they were lost and just collasped on the floor panting "a-are you ok?" she asked Cody looking up to him.

[Xuxa_Rene]

Cody's eyes went huge as he saw the zombie thing coming out of the corner. When it turned towardsthem he starting running with Ren making sure to scoop up the dog too.

When they made it to saftly he was panting too. "Yeah I am fine" He had cut his leg on a branch as they ran but he was still too worked up to feel it or the blood dripping down his leg. "Are you okay?"

Panting heavily when she looked to Cody and Cass looking to them before she noticed Cody was hrut, "You got hurt" she said "let me have a look, we can't have it getting infected" she said to him nodding nad made him sit down so she could clean it out and bandage it up, if her got an infection she knew it would hurt a lot SHe ahd got an infection on her leg a while abck and it really did sting.

Hidding the fact that he was injured ended as soon as she looked at him, he could tell that she saw the injury. "Just being stupid" He muttered. But he let her clean it, he knew neither of them could let a injury get serious or it would put the other one in danger. He sighed "Dont know what happened, guess I caught it on something"

He lightly touched her cheek as she cleaned it. "Thank you Ren, I dont know what I would do without yyou"

She raised her gaze a little looking to him when he touched her cheek "saem goes for you" she said kissing him quickly after she had finished adn helped him up. "Hmm, maybe we have to move again but for now lets finish the tree house, go investigate that safe house you mentioned and we'll see what we do from there" she said nodding "But first we need to make sure we are both ok to travel such a distance."

Smiling softly as she made hercomnet he was about to say something but then he felt her kiss him. He gasped slightly then watched as she quickly changed the topic, he let her for now he had a feeling she was a bit embarrassed. He wondered if she regreated the kiss, he sure as hell didnt but he felt odd pusing it so let it slid.

He nodded to her plans "I think I am okay, how about you, are tyou feeling well enough to work that hard?"

She didn't regret it but her mind had trailed off breifly before she nodded "yeah I'm well enough, but first lets sort out thetree house and then we can head there" she said nodding "Anyway, we'll also need to move some minor stuff in there and find a way to carry our stuff as well as food" she said thinking a head a little
