Keita smiled "I know that" she said "Now anyway and he shouldn't worry Sora is loyal as am I, she's just a little harder to deal with" she said a little surprised when he picked her up and in turn moved her arms around his neck and shoulders. When there she kissed him gently "Let me down Nick I do need to get ready for bed first" she smiled.

Sora stopped and looked up to him "Nate, you've never needed to prove anything to me, and I do feel safe with you, why on earth do you think I have you there with me while sleeping, it's always been the time I'm most vulnerable, especially when i'm dream walking and i still stay close to you, I trust you and I love you for who you are, you will never have to prove anything to me Nathan. I'm just not… as straight forward I guess"

Nick looks at her with a smile as she kissed him. Her kisses made him feel as light as a feather. He says putting her down, “Sorry I just have fun carrying you around.” He lets her get around for bed and he gets the bed ready for them. He lights some incents to help them both relax. They had a stressful day with Mathew and all. They needed to relax. The light scent of vanilla filled the room.

Nate hugs her gently and says, “I know but I feel like I am not good enough for you. I know I have a temper and I am not what people call sweet and sensitive for the most part.” He buries her face in her neck. “I want to be someone you can turn to and not have to worry about going off the wall when I get angry. I mean I can overreact a lot but I am trying to get better.”

Keita changed and got ready for bed before she settled down with him sniffing the incense sticks burning and smiled "Hmm, when did you get these?" she asked him relaxing on the bed and enjoying the relaxing scent that filled the room "We'll need to remember to put them out before hand though" she smiled.

Sora looked to him "Nathan, what did I just say, I love you as you are, I can turn to you and I don't worry about telling you things" she said bluntly, but it was true, she was just far quieter than her sister. She hugged him back and quickly kissed his lips "Now come on, let's get to bed and you stop worrying ok mister" she smiled and kissed his neck afterwards.

Nick looks at her with a smile and says, “I always incenses around for whenever I get stressed out. I figured we could use them tonight. After what happened with Mathew and all, I thought they would help us both relax. Don’t worry they are flameless so they can't burn the place down while we sleep.” He helps her into bed and kisses her forehead.

Nate looks at her and nods slowly as she seemed to calm him down. He had doubts about himself just like anyone else. Yeah in some ways it made him seem like a girl. But gosh dang he did not care. He kisses her softly with a gentle tenderness. Then he says as he follows her to bed, “I love you Sora.”

Keita kissed him gently "Goodnight Nick" she said and moved her arms around him as she settled down and slept happily next to him. She smiled and nuzzled him hugging him tightly.

Sora smiled and held his hand "I love you as well Nathan" she said and when in bed she moved to cuddle into him as usual when she went to sleep. She didn't mind how he was and thought he was sweet, even if he didn't think he was, to her, he was very sweet.

By morning both boys were up before the girls. They could sense something was coming. They get up slowly trying not to wake the girls. They looked at each other as they came out of their rooms. Nick says, “They sent something big after us this time brother.” Nate says, “They sent Richard after us. Or more correctly, something with Richard’s energy.” They go outside the orphanage and put a fog over the building so no one could see it. They waited outside seeing dark energy in the sky. They did send something big after them this time. Could they handle it?

Both Sora and Keita woke up not long after and noticing that none of the boys wherein bed they got up and found each other wondering what was going on. Noticing the pair outside they quickly picked up what was happening, they would have to keep the children calm at least until some of the other adults could take over for a bit. "Hopefully they'll be ok until then" muttered Keita and Sora put a hand on her shoulder "They'll be fine but we better just ensure the children stay calm otherwise that'll cause problems in itself" she nodded.

The energy in the sky spread quickly and Nate could hear the cries of pain. He says, "Nick he is here. We need to strike now." Nick nodded in agreement and they both struck at the sky. In a big blue flash, a long black serpent looking creature fell to the Earth bleeding but not dead. The serpent launched itself at the boys for hours before it managed to rip off Nate's right arm. A scream of agony roared through the city as he cried out in pain. Nick quickly guarded his brother as he was kneeled to the ground bleeding heavily. He was not healing like normal.

Sora winced and headed outside, she saw Nate bleeding and the serpent was soon being burnt alive as she watched every movement it made. Keita came outside looking to it and blinked before noticing that Sora was the one who had set the creature on fire. "Nate, let's get you sorted out ok?" said Keita and the wound began to heal, water crawling over his skin. "water is the liquid of life and fire is the destroyer" she muttered thinking for a moment. "Are you feeling ok?" she asked, "Sora has set that thing alight so be careful Nate"

Nate looked at the nub that was now his arm. He could not regrow his arm. He lost his ability to heal himself by disconnecting with his brother. But that was okay. Because he was still able to protect the one he loved. Nicholas however was having all he could do to lift his sword. For some reason it felt heavier right now. He could feel his brother's pain but he couldn't do anything about it.

Sora looked to Nate for a moment but soon refocused on the serpent. Keita watched and went up to help watching what she was doing carefully and picked the right moment to strike, she sued high pressured water to pierce through the skin but even so it was a very stubborn creature but because of their training it was harder to land a hit on them. "Ok, snakes, what are they weak against?" questioned Sora. She wanted to go over to Nate, but she also had to make sure he didn't get hurt anymore and that the children weren't hurt as well.

Nate stood slowly despite the pain and picked up his sword. He says, “The only weakness it has is its soft underbelly. But it keeps itself very well guarded.” He looks at the snake creature as Nick got closer to him trying to cover him. Nick says, “We used to know the people they used to create that thing. We have to put that thing down and end their suffering.” Eric and Fred come out and let the boys a hand. It took them several hours and they managed to kill it.

After it was over Sora spent a lot of time making sure he was ok, worried after he'd lost his arm "Are you really ok Nate?" she asked, she was completely worried and kissed him softly before going inside with him.

Keita made sure Nick was ok and kissed him softly "You ok as well?" she asked him softly before hugging him gently and nuzzling him softly. "Let's get inside and calm everyone down, the children were probably very worried"

Nate looks at the nub that was left of his right arm. He says looking at her, “I will be fine. I am left handed anyway. So it’s no big deal about losing it.” He was lying to make her feel better. Even though it was healed, it still hurt like hell. But with time, it will eventually feel better. Eric and Fred kept the kids back so they could get Nate laid down. Healed or not, he would need at least a few days rest. Nick walked in with Kat and hugged her gently. “I am fine. Just every once and a while, I feel Nate’s pain.”

"Nate don't lie to me" she said a pained look on her face, she made him lie down and began treating it as best she could, she was clearly still worried and whispered in his ear "Don;t lie to me Nate, I can feel your pain through our link" she said and nudged him gently and whimpered a little.

Keita looked to her sister "Well, I think he'll be the one fussed over for a change" she smiled before kissing him gently and sighing "I might not be able to feel it as much as you or Sora but, I can imagine how painful it is" she sighed.

Nate looks at Sora with a calm smile. He had forgotten all about the link that they shared. He was so used to it that he didn't realize it anymore. He says to her, "I kn0ow how you are when I'm hurt. I don't like to worry about anything. So I tried to put your heart at ease. I was not lying to you to hurt you. But to protect you."

Nicholas could see that everyone was a bit worried about his brother. His brother deserves some positive attention. Finally they would see that he was a good guy. "His physical pain will fade with time. It is just whether or not he can wrap his mind around the loss of his arm. That is all we have to worry about."

Sora looked to him and frowned "Idiot Nate" she said bluntly and stayed there with him, not moving from where she'd placed herself. "I know that, which is why I'm upset, you shouldn't sacrifice and arm Nate, I don't want you hurt either" she said softly.

Keita nodded "I think Sora will help him through that, and she'll defiantly be fussing over him more than normal since she'll be worried for a little while to come now" said Keita watching Sora and Nate.

Nate leans up and kisses her gently. "My arm is gone now. There is no way of getting it back." He strokes her cheek and lays back down. He could feel pain shooting through his body. "Besides anything I can do to protect you and the children is worth paying." His body screamed as he laid there. Nate could feel all his pain and it was consuming him as well. He sits down on in a chair unable to move as he passed out from the pain.

Sora kissed him back but was still worried and when he passed out she asked one of the other twins to help get him upstairs to bed where it'd be more comfortable. She tried to think of something that would help with the pain, Keita put a hand on her shoulder and whispered in her ear something before Sora nodded and headed upstairs with Nate. She waited for him to wake up and then helped him up "I don't know if it'll work, but maybe one of the baths I told Rose to take will help?" she asked softly "want to try?"

Keita looked to Nick "I told her to try one of her baths, the ones that reduce the pain in muscles for quite some time, hopefully that'll help" she sighed and ruffled her hair.

Nathan was not a big fan of this. His whole body was responding to the loss of his arm. He expected pain but not like this. He looks at Sora with a sad look in his eyes. "We can try it." Nicholas on the other hand was starting to connect the dots. He says to care once they are away from the couple, "He has been poisoned. It cannot kill him but it can slow him down and make him less of a threat. Make him weak."

She helped him to the baht able to pick up the pain he was feeling and feeling a little awkward she run the bath for I'm after asking him to strip down. "It can only help" she sighed and turned "If you need anything just call ok?" she said softly.
Keita looked to him "Shall I go ask Andrew to make an antidote to help, do you know what type of poison?" she asked him. "Also best not to tell Sora, she'll panic…"

Nathan looks at her feelings embarrassed about this. He gets in the bath. As soon as his skin touched the water, it sizzled like his whole body was being cooked. Meanwhile Nicholas looked at Kat and says, "It is a poison that attacks the nerves. Makes it so doing anything hurts like hell." He strokes the back of his neck feeling numb for a moment. "It's going to be hell..."

Keita spoke to Andrew asking about an antidote and also saying not to tell Sora about it, She looked to Nick "You know anything that could help" she asked. Sora looked to Nathan "Everything ok and don't be embarrassed about me helping you Nate" she said before heading into the bedroom.

Nate looks at her and nods some as he stayed quiet and still in the water. He felt like his whole body was being ripped apart. But the water was helping.

Nicholas says to Kat, "It can't be cured all the way. His body has to do the work too. The poison can linger in the tissues if you develop a cure. The body has to be willing to fight to get strong again."

Sora smiled a little before leaving and resting in the bedroom she stayed there thinking hoping it was helping him even a little. She gave a winced as she focused on their bond more able to pick up what was going on.

Keita looked to him "Still, Sora is in pain as well since he is so even if it reduces the amount in his body it can only help with his fight correct?" she said to him. Sora turned out to worry more than keita although she was more silent and nonchalant about ti most of the time unlike Keita who was more emotional some might say. Andrew spent a good day or two making something that would have an effect.
