Nicholas understood her concern so he just nodded in agreement with her. He says "It is time for you to rest and just relax. I will be fine as long as I have you by my side to remind me who I am and help me make it through such hard times. It is no different than how I have treated you." Nicolas lays down beside her as he wanted to be happy to just hold her and keep her comfortable.

Nathan on the other hand was having a hard time understanding why they were not sick along with the girls. The bond made them share everything. The mad scientist in him was coming out and he wanted to get to the bottom of this. It was not appropriate to bother the ill.

Keita smiled at his words and snuggles into him when he lay down beside her. "I know I need to rest" she said and tried to get more comfortable before preparing herself for bed and giving a light sigh before drifting off into sleep.

Sora looked up to Nate "That scientist coming out from you huh?" she said "Didn't you think me and Sora stopped it going through our bonds to you two?" she suggested, it was certainly what she had tried to do but wasn't sure if it'd worked. "If you want to investigate once I've had some rest we can try and figure out if that's the case ok?"

Nicholas watched her sleep as he wanted to make sure that she did not quit breathing in her sleep. He listened to her breathing and could tell that what ever sickness they had was building up in the lungs. He would have to do some investigating on his own. He has a feeling this has more to do with the labs then a true sickness.

Nathan looks at her. Was he that clear buoyant to her? As far as he knew his own urges did not pass through the bond. "Don't worry about that for now just rest. You need to get better."

Keita shifted a little in her sleep, a slight rattle was present in her breath and it seemed to be slowly becoming shallower breaths.

Sora looked to him "I know" she hugs him, she had a similar rattling in her breath and stayed close to him but also the pair of them felt colder and it wasn't getting any better which was why they craved warmth. Sora looked to him for a moment "Well…if a will is strong enough then it can apse through the bonds." she muttered.

Nicholas could tell that her breathing is getting shallower with every breath she took. He knew that she was not going to approve of this but he needed to make sure that she would get better. He used their bond to make the sickness go into himself. He knew that it would make it easier for Sora to breathe as well. Plus he did not care if he was experimented on. So he could do some research on what was causing the illness. Unfortunately Nathan would also endure the side effects of what he had done.

Nathan felt his chest get heavy. He could instantly tell what his brother had done. He got up and turned up the heater in his room so that Sora stay warm before making it to their own lab. They were both in for a very long night.

Keita woke up later on noticing Nick wasn't there and headed to her sister's room. Sora shifted. "Nick vanished as well, they are idiots" she frowned "Sora…" she sighed and joined her sister in the bed both of them speaking "They just care too much… but you're right that can sometimes be idiots for despite being mad scientists". Sora nodded in agreement. "We love them though, that is something we can't deny" Keita laughed "Yeah, that in itself makes us just as bad" she laughed.

The cause of the illness was due to some strange particles the girls had inhaled. but they were old particles very old particles as though they'd settled themselves deep inside the girls, although they'd been placed there. Almost like a self destruct placed inside them to eat away at the bodies as if to prevent something bigger.

The boys analyzed the particles that were transferred from Kat to Nicholas. "These look like nanotechnology. If the girls both inhaled this stuff when they were young, the laboratory people are more advanced than they are showing." Nathan looked over the test that they ran on Nicholas's blood. "I think I can neutralize this in their blood. It wouldn't be hard. At least until we can find a way to remove it all. I think it's better to do that then risk the technology activating again."

Keita and Sora stayed together before their curiosity got the better of them, still a little weak they made it to the lab and knocked on the door "You two in there?" shouted Keita. Sora sitting at the side more tired than ill. Keita looked to her sleepy older sister, she wasn't good at waking up in the slightest. "If so what are you two up to and is everything ok?" neither of them knew what was going on but Sora was thinking for a moment "They're probably trying to figure out why we became so ill… Nate had that look of curiosity in his eyes earlier"

The boys hurry up and clean up their lab for the girls cannot see what they have come up with. Nathan says to them so that they don't open the door, "We will be out in a minute." Nicholas was still feeling very weak but things are going to get easier once they got the right sequence down pat to deal with the girls treatment. They both come out and smile at the girls. Nathan says, "You should be resting both of you."

Keita looked to Nick and frowned knowing something was different and looked to him "and by the looks of it so should you" she said to him. She moved hers to hold his hand and turned her back leading him back to bed, he really didn't look well at least to her anyway. Once in the room she put a hand on his forehead. "What did you do silly man" she rested her forehead against his and closed her eyes giving a light sigh. "You are too curious for your own good, me and Sora will get better in time so you two don't need to worry so much" she spoke gently.

Meanwhile Sora was looking to Nathan silently but looking him straight in the eyes, her on showing worry and concern. "For mad scientist brothers you two are idiots when it comes to love" she said bluntly before standing up, she pulled his head down and kissed him gently on the lips. "What did you find out?" she asked him almost as if she knew what they'd been up to. Her wings were draped around erg almost like a cloak, the feathers burning gently as if to keep her warm as well. She awaited his answer there not moving until he did answer her.

Nicholas was going to say something and argue with her but he didn't have the energy. So he just let her lead him back to bed. "It is not a normal sickness. It is nanotechnology. It is meant to make both of you very sick."

Nathan looks at her knowing that she is not going to let him go. She had a way of making him talk when he didn't want to. "You were both injected with nanotechnology it is meant to slow down your system to slowly kill you. We injected Nicholas with it so he would get a stronger rate of it so we could come up with a strong cure for it."

Keita looked to him rather surprised. "Well elf's both just get some rest ok?" she said to him. "If we don't get better then I'm sure you two will find something to at least delay it for a while" she smiled softly and settled herself in bed waiting for him to join before cuddling into him. She fell asleep almost instantly. Later on she looked to him and pushed bits of hair back knowing what he'd done by the look of him, he'd injected himself with them for those two to figure out what was going on with her and Sora.

Sora looked to him and smiled slightly, she knew she could make him talk so like this time she did occasionally use that to get what she wanted to know. "I see, but why now of all times? Is it trigger by an event or maybe it was a time release kind of thing, when we got to a certain age we'd be beyond their control… most likely hoped we bring you two down with us" she muttered "Just make sure that Nick doesn't go past his limit ok, Keita would be devastated and it's hard sleeping without my body pillow" she added at the end and took his hands in hers taking him back to the bedroom and cuddled into him for a little while. She did make it so if he needed to leave he could.

Nicholas cuddled up to her and stayed comfortable. He says to her after a while knowing that she had caught on to what they had done, "It was the only way we could test it safely without hurting you girls. It may seem stupid to you but we were trying our best to get you girls better."

Nathan looks at her with a smile. He says I won't get him over his limit. But hey his body is used to creating antibodies and other cures for your sister. So I figured he would be able to handle the stress to create the foundation for the care of be able to fight off the nanotechnology. We figure it is triggered by a certain chemical reaction from our bodies."

"I know, but you're still idiots.." she smile playing with him a little and hugged him happily. "Well, just rest at least ok?" she sighed and nudged him and kissed his neck before resting there with him for quiet some time to ensure he did get some time to relax. "Shall we burn some of those incense sticks?" she questioned.

"I know and that is a good argument but you need to make sure he rests that way they'll most likely get to work and a cure can most likely be made against more serious attacks which in turn will make one for minor ones as well" she said "and that's true he did make antibodies for Keita…although I doubt it's the same with me, I know m body works perfectly well, it more… my mind that has some pieces missing as you know" she said to him. "For them my mind was more fascinating than my body, Sister has usual traits although I'm sure Nick knows them by now…"

Nick looks at her with a smile and kisses her softly on the lips. "We may be idiots. But we have go intentions." Nathan however was still figuring things out on his own. He was hoping he could figure out a way to see if anyone else had the nanotechnology in them. If there was more, then they would have to treat everyone.

"Now that I can't argue with" she laughed and kissed him back. Laer on she felt well enough to go down stairs and make them both something to eat. She came back up and handed him some food "eat up, you need energy after all" she said smiling at him, she'd just heated up some tinned soup really to help them both warm up.

Sora looked to Nate when she did wake up. "What's on your mind, anything I can help with?" she asked still a little sleepy. When he did answer her she thought for a moment. "Well they usually inject them into the body right? the needle even though they're nanobots would have to be quiet large and would most limey be injected somewhere where there was a clear vein but still hidden from view so that we won't ask questions or so other people wouldn't ask either" she yawned sitting up and ruffling erg wings which soon reduced themselves to bone.

Nick looks at her with a smile as she brought him some food. He slowly eats and feels like it was making him feel like his body was about to shatter. He says, "It is hard to move right now." She was his angel that was for sure.

Nathan nods taking in her opinion. "But if the kids were injected, the mark would have healed and scarred over by now. And right now the kids do not trust us the best. And we also do not want them to panic."

Keita looked to him "You're worse of than me now, this is why I didn't want to open the link up I didn't want you like this" she sighed and kissed his forehead gently after helping him sit up. "Because you always get the brunt of my injuries and illnesses" she sat eating her soup beside him and relaxed next to him just like before afterwards. "Movies again?" she suggested since they were both up. She only hoped no trouble would come while they was a lot of illness going around.

"That is true, then we simply need to watch for the symptoms those bracelets they were given an they check the kids status or illness's and such?" she asked "If you keep and eye on the symptoms from me, my sister and your brother then you can make a list of symptoms that are both unique and not to the nanobots and call the children back if they are out for adoption or, you can just give them all the shot just to be sure" she said rolling onto her front now after settling down again. "I have a feeling anyone that can become too powerful for them has them injected to destroy and weaken them so maybe those with unique or who are particularly skilled in using their abilities."

Nick looks at her with a sigh. "I had to do it for you though. Your breathing was too low. You are very important to me." He kisses her forehead. He says to her, "Besides my body is used to me making a strong immune system for the two of us."

Nathan looks at Sora with a smile. He says with a calm smile, "I can do that." He gets out a piece of paper and writes down the symptoms that have appeared so far. He says, "Breathing is shallow. Achy entire body. Inflammation of the glands."

"I know you silly man" she smiled at him and nudged him gently, carefully in order to rest herself and get comfortable. "Rest already" she frowned at Nick before snuggling into him and finally going to sleep, her breathing was better at least.

Sora smiled a little back and rolling back onto her front though for a moment. "Also the body becomes very weak and sensitive as well due the the aches that run through the body, most likely affects the nervous system which is why it's so sensitive" she suggested and thought again for what other symptoms would be easily recognised. "Lack of appetite is one common in most illnesses as well so might not be the best at identifying ti but could lead to maybe small tests like how sensitive they are to touch." she said

Nicholas looks at her as she sleeps on his chest. He could not sleep for his body was going back to how it was sleep wise. He stares at the ceiling sadly and feels his chest as if five tons of rocks are sitting on him. Nathan in the other room tensed up feeling his brother's pain. "We might want to add really high pressure on the chest." He kisses Sora and says, "I need to help Nick..." He gets up and helps Nick sit up and breathe.

Keita moved off of him once she noticed him struggling to breathe and frowned trying to help him as well by getting him to sit up just before Nathan came in. "Hmm, might need to find a way to make it easier for him to breath, propping up pillow so he sleeps sitting up might be an idea, it'll keep the airways open at least" she said worried.
Sora nodded kissing him back before he left and wrote it on the list herself before waiting for him to get back, she knew not to exert herself too much when ill so stayed there for the moment hoping all was alright. She did ask about them both when he got back however.

Nathan looks Kat a moment before putting his hand into Nick's chest. He says as he genty feeling around, "We are going to need Andrew to open his chest up and do some draining. There is imflammed lungs and so much fluid build up, that he is choking to death. He has got this worse than the two of you." Nick says, "I will be fine just give my system some time." Nate says to him, "I am not giving you a choice in the matter." He takes his hand out of his chest. He goes back to Sora and says, "I am sorry huni but I won't be able to sleep a while. Nick is dying because of the pressure on his lungs."

Keita looked to Nathan worried before looking to Nick a moment. "OK then, Nick if we don't you'll die and I don't want that" she said to him bluntly before Nathan left. Sora sat up and stretched "I'll go get Andrew, you go prepare your brother for what has to be done" she frowned, her wings lighting up as they draped over her like a warm blanket before she headed downstairs and explained everything to Andrew and the nurse who both instantly started to get ready for surgery. Sora got Fred and Eric to make sure the kids were ok as well and to ensure they didn't see Andrew or the nurse so as not to frighten them.

Knocking on the door she shouted through "Hey I got him, where should we take him?" she questioned "The lab or somewhere else?" she asked knowing her sister wouldn't want to see the person she loved being cut open.

Nathan takes Nick to a room he made and places Nick on a table. Nick was growing weaker as he struggled for air. Nate took a sample of Nick's blood so he could run tests. He had Andrew put Nick asleep so they could begin. They cleaned out Nick's lungs the best they could without causing more irratation. After that Nate helped Andrew stitch Nick up and wrap him up in bandages. Then Nate made his way to the girls to let them know that Nick was okay for now.
