Cayden's face was serious as he refrained from questions why Magnus would have glitter on his dick...and it stayed serious at the answer, "Hmm...wasn't expecting you to get it on your first try...Maybe I'll find something more cruel...something that will screw up your face...or maybe..." he smirked as he glanced down towards Magnus's crotch then back up to his face knowing full well that Magnus would know what exactly he was thinking. He chuckled slightly as he looked up at Magnus through his eyelashes which were a silver colour like the rest of his hair. He was dead serious about it too...maybe it would keep Magnus from harassing him...but for some reason he doubted that, luckily he would be gone within the next hour.

Magnus was a bit surprised that he got it right. He was just pulling up a random guess. His look hardened slightly when his face was brought up. Messing with his face was not a good thing. It would probably get Cayden killed, possibly by an angry mob. His look turned into a glare at the glance down at his crotch. "Don't you dare. Messing with a man's dick is low, not to mention cheap, and cowardly" he said, lifting his chin and glaring down at him. He could repair it, most likely, but it would hurt more than death, he was sure. He never wanted to find that out.

Cayden smirk at the response he got and chuckled slightly as he looked ahead instead of at Magnus. "It's not like you'd have to live with it for long I'd kill you right after." he said with a shrug.

"Hey! We'll be there in less then half an hour!" Kai yelled over his shoulder, his words mostly directed at Cayden, "Do you have the pass ready, Cayden?" he asked looking at the silvertte. Cayden nodded in response and Kai turned to Adaline who sighed loudly. It was obvious Kai annoyed her a lot, maybe not as much as Cayden seemed to bother her but still enough that Cayden wondered why she bothered putting up with the young blond.

"See...Kai's not allowed to carry anything of any importance, because he'll just lose it, that's why I have to carry it." Cayden said glancing at Magnus and patting his pocket where the slip of paper was, there was no way it was falling out of these tight leather pants anyways, so none of them had to worry about it getting lost.

"Doesn't matter. How would you like it if I did something like that to you? Because I could, just with a different method" Magnus warned, crossing his arms. He wouldn't want to, but he would if it came to that. He glanced up as Kai yelled over his shoulder. He sighed in relief. In half an hour he could be sleeping again. He looked back to Cayden when he spoke again, and a smirk found it's way onto his face. "That's slightly sad. But for some strange reason, it doesn't surprise me one bit" he said, shaking his head.

Cayden believed that Magnus could do the same thing, but he would rather not think about it...He was pretty sure if he ever had to kill Magnus he would kill him instantly and in a moment he wouldn't expect...just to stay on the safe side. "Yeah I know it's sad...he dropped his precious bag off a cliff a week ago... He only managed to salvage one thing, and it's a stupid picture, not anything useful, like his stupid maps." he said glaring at the back of Kai's head, the oblivious blond didn't even seem to hear him, or notice the intense glare directed at the back of his head, not that it really matter.

Magnus raised his eyebrows, somewhat disbelieving. "He dropped. . . his bag. . . off a cliff?" he asked, looking doubtious. He could tell Kai wasn't the brightest, but that was just. . . ridiculous. "How do you manage to drop your bag off a cliff?" he muttered to himself, shaking his head. That was just pathetic. "Pictures can be important, to people who want to remember things" he pointed out, shrugging. There weren't many pictures he really cared about himself, but he knew people who would do anything for some of theirs. It was a bit drastic, but he understood caring about them.

Cayden smirked, "Well, it wasn't really just his bag, he actually fell off the cliff bag and everything." He said shaking his head, "I don't know exactly what he did...but I was forced to go after him I would have just left him there if it had been up to me." Cayden explained with a shrug, "We wouldn't have to all be here if he was gone." He paused for a moment as he thought over what Magnus said about pictures being important though, "I guess you're right...the picture does seem to be very important to him. I think it's of him and his his brother when they were young...you know, before Phelan killed his brother." he said with a shrug.

Magnus pressed a hand to his face, shaking his head. "My god. I'm surprised that child is still alive" he muttered, sighing. It was rather difficult to fall off a cliff. In his entire life, he never had. And he had been on many cliffs. He hadn't even had to keep himself from falling. "Well that makes sense. I can see why he'd want to save that from falling off a cliff. But still, thats absolutely pathetic. I probably would have left him there, whether it was up to me or not" he shrugged, shaking his head again.

"I'm rather surprised myself, he was lucky he fell into a lake...or he probably would be dead." Cayden said shaking his head, letting out a sigh. He pushed his hair back behind his ear as he thought about what had happened...Kai had dropped the map and it went towards the edge of the cliff, he went towards the edge of the cliff and with one step to far he was over. Then Adaline and Risa had made him take the long way down to go fetch him when they could have just as easily left him there and no one would haven given a shit. "Maybe next time..." he said with a sigh shaking his head, it was pathetic because for some reason he knew there would be a next time.

Magnus looked at what he could see of Kai at the moment, sizing him up. He wasn't going to last much longer on this quest, he bet. "He fell off a cliff into a lake. . . I don't even want to know how. Jumping off a cliff into a lake is one thing, falling is just sad" he had jumped off cliffs several times. Well, more than that. Lots. It was quite fun, if you weren't terrified of heights. "He's going to be dead within the week. I'm so glad I get to get rid of him in less than half an hour. And you have to deal with him until he either dies or ends the stupid revenge mission" he snickered slightly, knowing that the latter was almost impossible for Kai.

Cayden shook his head, "I don't have to stay...but we're heading for pretty much the same thing, so why don't I stick with them...It's more entertaining then going on by myself that's for sure." he said with a shrug. He looked up, he could start to see the wall in the distance he didn't understand why humans were so set on separating themselves from the rest of the world. Were they keeping something out...or were they keeping something in. Cayden decided not thinking about it was the best option at the moment though. "Anyways, I'm not all that worried about Kai dieing, we're after Phelan...Phelan won't kill him, he wouldn't find it worth it, it's the same with the scientists who are after me, they wouldn't bother with Kai...if he dies its because he did something stupid, and so far we've kept him from doing anything incredibly life threatening...Adaline and I are very smart..." he explained with a shrug.

Magnus nodded, knowing this was true, but still. His point was that Cayden had to deal with the idiot and he was almost free of them all. He was pretty sure the only one who would miss him in the slightest would be Risa, who would probably just be maybe a tad dissappointed that her 'new boyfriend' was leaving. "Well I wouldn't be surprised if he did kill himself. Good luck keeping him from doing it" he said, laughing lightly and shaking his head. He had figured by now that they were smart, but sometimes it took a lot more than that to keep a stupid person to keep from hurting themselves.

"It's not like I'm going to try that more then completely necessary to keep him alive, if he wants to be stupid enough to get himself killed, he can go ahead and die." Cayden said with a shrug. Cayden went silent for a while looking up at the sky his thoughts trailing off. The sky was probably the one thing he loved the most since he had gotten out of his 'cage' it was his symbol of freedom, it was the first thing he saw when he escaped it was comforting. He looked back at Magnus when he thought of something, ducking under a branch he asked, "So are you still going to charge us though you didn't do anything?" he said with a frown his brows furrowed.

"Well who would?" Magnus asked, raising an eyebrow. He recalled Cayden saying to Kai when he had first met them that the person who was supposed to be supplying his pay adored him, or something. He couldn't see why anybody would like that kid. At the question he sighed, thinking about it as he looked up at the wall. "I should. I should charge you for wasting my time. And I put out a fire, and got you shelter for the night. It won't be very much, don't worry" he said, running a hand through his hair. There was no way he was wasting his entire day yesterday and not being paid for it.

Cayden didn't bother saying the short list of people who would since he knew one of them was probably listening in on the entire conversation, even though it sure as hell didn't look like she was. He was not looking forward to all the questioning he was going to get after Magnus was gone, it was going to be hell, and incredibly embarrassing. "I believe I already paid for quite a bit of it." he mumbled shooting a glare at Magnus. "Aside from that, I don't know when we'd be able to pay you anyways..."

Magnus smirked at the glare he recieved. "I don't think so. That doesn't count as pay" he said, shaking his hair back. He generally had a rule that he didn't fuck clients for this exact reason, but he had decided to make Cayden the exception to the rule. It had been worth it in the end at least. "It doesn't matter when I get paid, as long as I do" he shrugged. He just wanted his money in the end. Nothing else exactly mattered, once he got home. He didn't actually need money, since he could get it whenever he wanted without actually doing much, but he didn't want to work for free. That would just be stupid.

Cayden rolled his eyes, maybe he should scratch what he said and charge Magnus for it as a completely different transaction, he assumed that could work, but it would have been more helpful if he said it earlier...he would keep it in mind though. He sighed as he looked back at the wall which seemed to be getting taller and taller as the minutes pressed on. At least he didn't have to worry about having to spend his own money, but it meant they had to go on an unnecessary trip back to Kai's country to get money from Caleb, it was more of a pain in the ass then it was worth in Cayden's opinion. He looked down at the ground his thoughts trailing off again not really sure what to think about at the moment, everything seemed almost...calm in his mind at the moment, it was strange, it was new and it was kind of bothersome...it made him feel even more lonely then he had been not that long ago.

"Plus, I was doing you a favor" Magnus added, voice lowered. Cayden had asked, because he was curious, so he had done it for him. He had already given up on the sex idea by that point. He was happy that he was almost home, and he was sure Chairman Meow would be happy too. Unless he had run away again while he was gone. The dwarf cat did that often, but he always came back. He would have to feed the little fluff ball when he got home, he was sure. He dodged another branch, sighing. "How can you stand this every day?" he asked, glaring at the trees. They were fine, unless they tried to clothesline him with every step, or catch in his hair.

Cayden rolled his eyes, sure he had asked for it but he wouldn't call that a favor, especially since it was Magnus's fault in the first place. He smirked at the question of how he did this everyday, obviously Magnus's couldn't stand having to deal with trees in his face. "Well, first, I'm quite a bit shorter then you and trees don't hit me as often, and it's refreshing compared to how I used to live, so I've learned to deal with it. I adapt to my surroundings quickly, it's a perk of being as evolved as I am." he said with a smirk and a short laugh as he shook his head and looked ahead again. Everyone else in his little group(except Kai) could navigate through forests without the slightly problem. 2 of them had grown up in a forest...Adaline, though blind had a strong sense of the location of things around her and had no problem finding her way around.

Magnus frowned when Cayden started his list. That was true, he was much shorter. Magnus liked being tall, but this was just ridiculous. He couldn't remember why he had ever lived outside of civilization. Except when he was younger and didn't know how to use a glamour, so he stayed away so people didn't freak on him for his eyes. "You suck" he muttered, sighing. "I was around way back when there weren't many places that weren't some kind of wilderness, yet it still pisses me off. It's so. . . dirty" his lips curled as he looked down at the ground. He preferred the city to the forest any day.

Cayden rolled his eyes, "Even then, there are only what...5 small countries that are so built up. Humans are destructive creatures; elves, wells...and every other species don't destroy as much as they work with the environment to make their civilizations." He saw Shay nod slightly in agreement and Risa looked over her shoulder at the two of them with a small smirk. He assumed they would be there in about fifteen minutes now by how close the wall seemed to be now.

"Exactly. It sucks" Magnus sighed, shaking his head. He didn't care if people destroyed much of the environment. It was easy enough to fix, for him at least. He wasn't one to exactly say 'hey let's go destroy the world', but a bit to extend cities was fine. He laughed slightly at the looks the two elves gave them. "Yeah I know, everybody's better with the environment than humans. Warlocks don't even really count in there. We go where we want, or where business is good" he sighed. There were no warlock communities or towns or anything. They lived wherever the hell they wanted.

"And I don't count either, since, though I am technically a human, I'd technically be a new species of human, my species has done nothing to the planet...as of yet...this is all unless Phelan gets powerful enough to destroy an entire continent or something." he said with a shrug. He didn't know much about warlocks, not that he really cared, but he guessed maybe they would run into more during their travels if what Magnus said was true.

"Yeah, that just might screw with the environment. Just a bit" Magnus grimaced slightly, wondering exactly how these scientists had managed to make humans like that. Twisted old men, that was all he knew. "I havn't screwed with the environment in a long time. Well, until last night that is. And I moved the trees to other locations even. I wonder if I hit anybody" he smirked, looking up at the sky for a moment. He had hit people before with objects he relocated, and it was slightly amusing.

Cayden sighed, shaking his head at Magnus's words. Why is it that he seemed to sound so childish at times, it was annoying and it made Cayden feel even worse about himself. "Cayden..." a voice started from the front of the group. Cayden glared up at Risa who was looking at him with a faint smile on, though she looked almost apologetic as she held something up, it was that sleek dagger of hers. Cayden's face hardened as he knew what she was going to say. "Are you going to cut your hair again...? It seems...a lot longer then it was yesterday." She said.

"No. It's fine as it is." he stated sharply glaring from the dagger to her, she pulled the small weapon back and looked down at the ground. "Besides it's not like anyone is going to recognize me from the other day." he said with a shrug. Risa nodded in understanding as she slipped the weapon back into it's sheath under her shirt at her waist. There was no way in hell he was cutting his hair again, especially if he had anything to say about it.
