Keita shifted awake and looked to him, smiling she moved a hand brushing his hair from his face softly as he slept. "You need to think of yourself a little more at least" she smiled and kissed his head gently before waiting for him to wake up "Morning sleepy head" she smiled "Sleep well?"

He wakes up slowly and looks at her. He had slept well but his body was still sore. But he was doing better. He says slowly, "Morning since when are you a morning person?" He sits up slowly and rubs the back of his neck. It was 9 a.m.. That means the kids are already at school. He needed to get back in the swing of things. Although his mind seems to be lost on how to protect them.

She loped to the clock and got up "I'm usually up earlier to make them breakfast" she yawned and ruffled her hair a little "I need to go change" she said to him "I'll meet you downstairs and make us both some breakfast ok?" she said softly before heading to her room and changing. She then headed downstairs to make some bacon and eggs for them both thinking little to herself "Not long now" she muttered before finding the others and asking about what they were doing on his birthday to check on everything and also had an idea that the kids could do. "How about they work together on making the cake and other snacks, that way they'll be able to have a lot of fun and I'll make sure to keep him away for a while so it's a surprise" she said

He gets up and changes into something that he's comfortable in. He was not a morning person. Especially right now his body felt like it was falling apart. He's then meet his way down to the kitchen. The kids greeted him with a smile. He could see that Rebecca and the twins were planning something with Kat. He rolls his eyes some. None of them were very sneaky. But he would play along.

Keita looked to him and frowned "You need to stop sneering around" she went over and tapped his nose before she sorted out their breakfast "eat up, we need to go shopping for some supplies that we can't grow here" she said to him "in other words we need some more fish and meat in the fridge"

Nicholas wrinkles his nose at the sound of fish. He hated the smell and just the look of the the fish. He ate quickly though noticing that he was getting more and more hungry every day. Like he wasn't getting something very important to his diet. A strong craving for it to pick up the slack. But he did not know what it was he wanted or needed. What was going on with him?

"Nick you might not like it but some of the children do" she said bluntly to him. Noticing his increase in appetite she raised an eyebrow "You ok, you're eating a lot more than normal" she said to him a little confused."Any Rebecca can you come to the shop with me, Nick still isn't feeling too well so I want him to rest" she said

Rebecca looks at him a moment before nodding. She says, "Sure no problem." She went to get her purse and coat. Nick made his way back to his room. He holds his head as he feels pain go through his body. He says to himself softly, "They messed with me good this time." He then grabbed his coat and went for some fresh air. He needed to get away from the children and Kat.

Keita went with Rebecca and found all they would need for the moment still having plenty of agings she paid for the food and then headed back both of them having a lot to carry "I really should've thought this over huh?" she joked but sounded worried "Umm Do you know what might be wrong with Nick, it really is as if he's only getting hungrier" she said to her a little worried "and if I ask him he'll evade the question" she muttered and waited to see what she'd say.

Heading back home and putting everything in the freezer and fridge with Rebecca before noticing Nick wasn't there and went to find him saying she'll be right back. Heading outside she looked around thinking before she began to track him down.

Rebecca smiles some and says, "Yeah the boys would be useful." She thinks about Nick a moment and says, "He doesn't adapt like you adapting instantly. His body has to go through changes every day to live. Sometimes those changes go a little over board and until those changes balance out, he will go through some weird cravings and mood swings. And most of the time he gains more powers."

Nick sits on the bench in the park. His eyes were glowing some as he looked at the people. He could see the blood flowing in their bodies. He could even see tumors and other problems within the human body.

Keita soon finds him before nudging him gently and kneeling down looking to him "Hey Nick, are you ok?" she asked him softly. She waited for his response and looked to him worried before kissing him lips gently "Nick, tell me what's wrong" she said and moved to sit beside him on the bench.

Nick looks at her and says, "I have an odd craving and I don't know what it is I am wanting. And I can see the problems of people." He motions to the young couple. "Take them for example. They are both dying of cancer and both refuse treatment." He sighs some as he looks at his hands. "My head feels like it is to explode."

Keita looked to him and kissed him softly again and covered his eyes "If it hurts your head then I'll cover your eyes so you don't have to see it and as for this craving we need to figure out what it is since it might be important and might be linked to your new ability" she said to him softly.

Nick relaxes some as she covers his eyes. The pain stopped and he quickly became a lot better. He says, "But how can I help out with the kids if I have to blind for a while? We do not know how long it will take for whatever is going on to finally just get over with." He hugs her gently to show his thanks.

Keita thought for a moment "We can work something out don't worry" she said "Maybe just take a break while we find a solution though ok?" she soke softly and smiled when he hugged her. She moved some material from her pocket and put it over his eyes like a blindfold "There now then let's get back before they start to worry" she lead the way back holding his hand squeezing it gently when they got there as if to tell him everything would be alright.

Nicholas follows her back to the orphanage while keeping his eyes covered up. He goes to his room using his memory. His head did not hurt as much but he was still unstable. He sits on his bed he can still feel his body trying to find the weakness of whatever he sees. This is not helping him get better. But he to adjust somehow.

She brought him some dinner later on and kissed him gently "Will you be ok? Anything I can do?" she asked him softly rather worried. "Sorry i worry too much" she shifted and looked to him "Anyway I'll see what I can find on that hard disk I brought back, see what they actually did and figure out what to do to help with this new ability of yours" Keita found the hard disk and before she began searching or an answer as to how to help him, she had asked the others to make dinner since she'd be working most of the night for a solution. Falling asleep later on after searching through all the data and with no success throughout the night.

Nick can sense that Kat was there but he did not say a word. He waits until she is asleep. He takes off the blind fold and decides to test out a hunch he had. He makes his way out of the orphanage and to the hospital. Maybe if he could see the errors of human bodies maybe he can fix them. When he gets there he sees people falling apart. He makes himself look like a doctor and he starts treating people until late in the afternoon.

Keita woke up later on and had a long warm bath before she changed into some warm clothes and then looked at the time, she began making dinner and soon enough was handing it out. Noticing Nick was out she shook her head "He'll be ok, I'm sure" she muttered and ruffled her hair a little and made him some dinner for later on. She then got back to work on the hard disk and sighing before shaking her head "What on earth do they achieve through all of this?" she groaned and headed to bed early on exhausted once again.

Nicholas returns after she is fast asleep. He was just trying to figure out what was going on with him. His heart was racing but it was a good feeling. Despite every bad power he had gotten from the serum he has finally gotten a power that is actually worth a damn. He could analyze the kids and figure out how to stop the children from suffering the pain and agony that he and the others had endured. That is why he wanted to learn his ability.

Waking up later on she got up and yawned before walking out and picked up his presence going over once she had found him she was curious about where he'd gone. When he did tell her she smiled a little, "Ok so you want to learn about how to control it, I did look through the entire hard drive data and there was nothing on such an ability so, you might have a new one that they haven't found yet" she smiled.

Nick looks at her with a smile and says, “Yeah I doubt they would willingly give me a power that can actually do some good.” He looks at the sky a moment and says, “Although it does cause me discomfort but I think the more I practice with it, the more I will be able to do more.” He looks through the room and says, “But it is not just people can fix either but it is a lot easier.” He goes to the kitchen and works on breakfast. Homemade sausage Mcmuffins. Some with eggs and some without. His head still hurt but it was more bearable than the days before.

Keita picked up one of the muffins with egg and smiled before taking a bite "nice, you need to show me how to make these at some point" she grinned before smiling at him. She gladly ate the muffin sitting down in the kitchen rather happily "How are you holding up anyway?" she asked softly.
After receiving an answer she nodded "Also can you help me with an art activity I'm doing the with kids today?" she asked him. "We're doing some drawings of animals so wondering if you could help."

Nick looks her and says after sitting down once everyone has gotten their breakfast, “It is not that hard to make them. As for helping the kids with an art activity, no problem. I love art and it is a great outlet for the kids.” He eats some of his food. He was trying not to analyze the kids with his eyes. After he was done eating, he took care of all the dishes. Then he got the kids prepared for their fun with art.

Keita had found some photographs of some animals that she'd seen during her job as an assassin, turns out she'd traveled a lot and henceforth had quite the collection. She put out a load of art materials and let them pick the picture while telling them about the actually animals as well. "These animals are really magnificent when seen close up" she grinned "one good side of my last job is you get to travel for free"
